In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

(This is a continuation of Right to Rule. It was previously opened to the Guardians, but since that slowed the first thread, Jadis is pushing on with or without them.)
As the becon in the Zero District luminates strongly, Jadis can feel a stretch within herself as snow began to fall. Eventually the world will be completely encased with her power, and she'll be directly interconnected throughout it. She would be able to feel every disturbance and hear every whispers.
This would be the first time in years the Ice Queen would feel excited about anything; it was as if she was becoming closer to how she was centuries ago in Charn before her power of harnessed and limited by Narnia. Back then she had wild oats and desire for power and knowledge, now she had became more mellow, since compared to the masses she's ancient ruins. Here in this universe, she haven't sniffed out any threats. No one had questioned or challenged her, so until then her fury will be asleep; she haven't even spotted the black dragoness either.
"Hm," the empress hummed wondering if there will be any resistance tonight. She truly wasn't one to take disturbances lightly. With a clear pop, silver splattered on the red cobblestone of the first district. A chilling frosted breeze dimmed the fired lamps giving the warm district a cool tone. Red paled and became blue with a coat of frost as ice extruded from a silver glob. It rose up like a sceptre before growing to form an obelisk matching the height of the one that blossomed in the zero district.
"Two down, three more to go," she hardly ever had problems with heartless; she wasn't that attractive to them, since she never marveled as an easy prey. So naturally she hardly saw problem with the Second and Third district. What was an eye sore was that god forsaken tower.

As soon as Mikhail stepped inside the First District, he noticed that something was amiss. The usual warmth of the district was absent for some reason, and in its place he could sense the chilling atmosphere that had begun to transform Traverse Town into a true winter wonderland. This was probably why Jadis had requested his presence out of the blue, and the man could understand and perhaps even agree with the reasons behind this plan of hers.
He had felt the White Witch's call near the end of his meeting with the rest of the Guardians; it was one of the many benefits he had received upon linking his own darkness with the woman's. This private connection between them didn't seem to have any limits, or at least hadn't shown them yet, and the pyromancer was pretty sure that, with some training and concentration, he would also be able to call Jadis when he needed her.
Not wanting to keep his teacher waiting any longer, Mikhail stepped forward, wandering around the District as he searched for the sorceress. The man had sent Sir Lucas to aid Jadis while he finished dealing with the rest of the Guardians and Max had left the meeting quite early to catch up with the wolven knight. However, for some reason, the pyromancer couldn't sense them nearby. Had they been unable to find her? Oh well, it frankly didn't matter; he supposed they would come and find them sooner or later.
Despite the size of the district, it didn't take long for Mikhail to catch a glimpse of white at the distance. The amazon seemed to be quite busy as she erected a rather tall obelisk before her. "You called, milady?"

"Mikhail,...it's nice for you to join me. Your fellow comrades were taking quite a while, so I'm glad you came," personally they were to slow for her taste; she needed this to get a moved on some way or form, "I've commenced coveting Traverse Town; with my magick as a security blanket, it should be safer, especially if the guardians are to continue on elsewhere."
They were becoming busier by the moment, and it's difficult to protect multiple things at the same time; being able to hold the fort is more helpful then just being a sage standing around. She pointed at the icy obelisk. "For this to even be successful, each district of this world would need to be linked. There's already one in the Zero District."
She looked back at him, "This world will go through some changes; being connected to me, would do...that to it."
The weather itself was beginning to alter from summer nights to winter night and day.
"If you wish to accompany me to the Second District, be haste, but I would inform you that I left your companions behind. I am quite unaware what they are planning to do now, so you have an option to join me or tend to your crew. I would take no offense either way; just be sure you stay well, Mikhail."
