In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

After another long day of training, Mikael was worn out. He yawned, leaning against the wall. He had expected one or two rare Heartless to pop in and attempt to feast on his heart, but none had appeared in the last hour. That was weird... quite wierd indeed. In the last two months, he had interacted with quite few people, the latest being Saffron. The girl had quite a short temple, but nonetheless her company was appreciated.
He thought about Antique, and wondered what she was up to. The last time they had met had been right after they came back from Disney Castle, right when they parted ways. Mikael knew he needed to train harder and without distractions. He could use Gravity and Magnet perfectly now but, was it enough? Probably not. The Dark XII were growing stronger each day, and it was time for The Guardians to step in and make a move.
Max was probably off the planet trying to gather some information. Last he had checked, he had parted toward Olympus. The destination worried the pyro greatly, as he had already lost two of his friends there. But sure, the war veteran could take care of himself. He had proved to be more than a match for Mikael in their sparing sessions.
But regarding the other members of the new order... he had no idea of their whereabouts. Where was Drago? Where was Caxnon. They ought to make themselves known to him soon, so they could start planning something concrete. Mikael had already thought about recruiting Antique, but Jadis was a bit too protective of her. If Jadis was quite intimidating as an ally, imagine how many seeds of terror would she plant as a foe.
Caxnon had spent most of his time moving through Traverse town. He had checked up on Antique, Reiho and the rest. And he wasn't really looking to do anything else at the moment. After his long absence he noticed that he somehow wasn't as distracted as before, he had his mind focused on many things...and the fact that every last one of his memories had fianlly returned helped him a great deal.
As he was about to leave the district he noticed a black haired man standing aimlessly in the middle of the area, and without much hesitation he sprinted towards the man. Though his sprint wasn't normal anymore...these days when every he ran his quicksliver ability activated on it's own.
...And before he realized it some yellow thing was standing next to him. "Oh shit..." Mikael's first reaction was trip the Heartless and summon Flame's End to finish the job. However, as soon as he adopted a fighting stance, he quickly realized that -he- was not a Heartless, but a Nobody. A -very- familiar looking nobody. "Eureka!" The pyro had appearantly summoned him with his thoughts.
"Man... that's creepy. You should not sneak on people like that. Anyway, it's good to see you again after... what, two months?"
Mikael relaxed, leaning on the wall once again. He smiled, glancing at Caxnon as he spoke. Meeting a friend again was always good and pleasant, but there were mote important things to talk about, such as how they would face the Dark XII. Oh, the Heartless -were- moving. Antique and he were forced to retreat as they fought Ciraph and Seed at Disney Castle, and he did not know how it had all ended.
Max had been fighting as well in the throne room, but he retreated somewhat quickly upon retrieving Lady Jadis's acquaintance. He had gotten a fair share of Lea's fire power, but nothing compared to Seed's illusions. They had left him a headache for three days. Mikael would eventually get back at him... in time. He turned fully to Caxnon this time, lowering his voice.
"Any new information about them? I have learned a few things."
Caxnon didn't say anything for a while. He wasn't happy about being absent for such an amount of time, but he thought that it was necessary. He wanted to know what exactly Mikael had been up to, and how the rest of this...team that Max made were doing. Hopefully he would get some positive answers.
Mikael blinkblinked, still looking at Caxnon. He seemed akwardly... annoyed, strange. Different. The man opened his mouth to protest, but closed it before a sound could escape it. After all, the nobody had given him valuable information about Organization XIII when he barely knew him. The least Mik could do was sharing the same kind of blind trust with him.
"The Dark XII are moving. They attacked Disney Castle a few weeks after we last met. They seemed so... overconfident. They didn't mind much about us getting in their way, they even let us escape..."
Mikael wouldn't leave a Heartless alive if it were to possess important information about The Guardians. It just seemed... unrealistic, letting them leave as if they weren't important at all. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he wondered if they would ever target Traverse Town. Maybe Jadis could hold them off for a while, but she wouldn't be able to defeat them alone, no matter how powerful, wise or intimidating she was.
"Max went to search for more information about them at Olympus... I don't have much faith on his success, though. Hades never gives information freely, and he knows that making a deal with the devil is unwise." He closed his eyes for the moment, looking for any eavesdropper auras. No, just Caxnon and him. Mikael focused his hand's mana flow, readying to do a summon. A small flame appeared, revealing a file in his hand."This is what I have gathered on their members," he said upon extinguishing the flame. "Read it yourself."
Upon opening said document, Caxnon would find information about several of their members (Braig, Eleaus, Ienzo, Lea, Relena) and subordinates (Seed, Ciraph, Maverick). All of them would have a detailed appearance under a drawn picture of them. Definition of battle style and powers would vary from member to member, Eleaus, Ienzo and Relena having only basic information such as their element and lacking battle style information. Mikael remained silent as he read, waiting for his reaction.
Caxnon read the documents in silence. These members seemed a lot stronger than when he last saw them, especially Lenzo. Furthermore their attack patterns and style were going to be a problem. Caxnon somehow started missing his jumbled mind, he processed less information back then...now..he just couldn't stop thinking.
The nobody closed the documents quite suddenly, then started thinking. Attack and defensive techniques would have to come later.
Mikael managed to conceal his excitement behind a blank expression as Caxnon read. They would finally be able to make concrete plans! By looking at his expression, he seemed a bit focused in his thoughts, as if his mind was soaking all the information. As if his brain was a sponge. As the nobody closed the files, Mikael snapped his fingers, making them disappear in an inoffensive flame.
"Well, I'm not really sure. Antique and I met Seed and Ciraph, and Max said he ran into Lea, Eleaus, Maverick and some other guy who seemed to be... Eleaus's pet. There could have been even more people in the castle. Thank god we didn't ran into the whole organization..."
If they had ran into the twelve members and their lackeys, probably none of the three would have been able to escape practically unharmed. He ran a hand through his hair, turning once again to Caxnon.
"Anyway, have you learned anything about them or the Organization in your absence?"
Caxnon thought for some time. What he didn't understand was why Drago wasn't with them, he thought she was an important member. He anticipated Antique being there, both because of her morals and Mikael's inability to stop to stay away from her for too long. The nobody started pacing up and down the area.
'' I only learnt a few things....nothing thats worth mentioning.'' Caxnon said.
"Caxnon, every single bit of information matters now. A small amount of knowledge could make the difference in the battlefield." Mikael said, looking at him while folding his arms across his chest. The blank expression had once return to hide the curiosity born inside him. Was the nobody hiding something? Hadn´t he showed himself trustworthy enough?
"I hope he hasn´t changed his loyalties. That would be really disturbing. If the enemy learns exactly who we are or how many continue to gather up, we would be anhiliated before even making a solid community."
Sweet sacrifices would have to be made in order to reach the so longed peace. Mikael just hoped that none of them included human lives, especifically innocent human lives. He had already seen it happen in the past, and he wasn´t willing to go through the same pain and guilt once again.
Caxnon noticed the doubt in Mikael's face. He couldn't blame him, Caxnon wasn't the type to just hand out information to just anyone. Even though he trusted Mikael, he still couldn't get over the fact that it wouldn't take much to have the whole of traverse town turned against him.
''' I only managed to figure out a few things, their whereabouts, and a few sightings. The one I found most interesting was was their visit to Disney castle which you mentioned earlier. iI would have joined you...but I'm afraid...I can't reach such places in one piece.'' Caxnon said.
He looked around the area then suddenly turned and faced the district's allyways.
'' We have company'' he said as he sensed a large group of heartless coming thier way,
Just as he was about to protest, Mikael heard the nobody´s warning. Company? Something was telling him this "company" wasn´t friendly at all. He closed his eyes, trying to sense the invaders´ auras. "Holy... again?!" God, a few days ago he had encountered an army of them while he spoke with Saffron and Heaven, but these were even more Heartless!
"Lovely, Heartless in the third district. I wonder if Sniperwilds are the only flamable ones..." His voice trailed off as he created a single flame in his palm, closing his eyes as he started to multiply the element, which began rotating around him in a circle. Glancing at the flame door, Mikael wondered if the massive amount of flames would fool it to open. Anyway, that would prove to be a reliable escape route if the enemy turned out to be more than they could handle.
"Now... I wonder which kinds will honor us with their presence?" he curiously said, staring at the direction where dark auras neared the two humanoids, obviously seeking to either steal the pyromancer´s heart, or destroy the nobody at last. Perhaps both things. Anyway, Mikael didn´t care about their reasons; he just wanted to see how they would fight and get over with his.
Caxnon waited for the approaching heartless. They seemed to be a huge number coming for them, which didn't look too good. He silently waited a bit longer for the creatures to come for their next meal. He wasn't sure what was going on with him lately, he seemed...different.
A few seconds rather a large group of darklings appeared.
'' Well..that was unexpected'' Caxnon as he drew his weapon.
Mikael opened his eyes, the flames circling him dancing with haste. Fighting so many Heartless would be a suicide mission, especially without backup. The pyromancer glanced back at the door leading to the hut; it would give them enough time to escape and live to fight another day. He wouldn't normally suggest a retreat, but if they died there it would all be in vain.
The man got into a running stance, ready to take off for the door at any moment. When the horde of beasts showed itself, he knew it was time. "Now, Balto, I suggest we get moving. Dying here will be meaningless. We shall be able to escape going into that door." he began, jerking his head toward the flame door.
"That cave over there has magical protection, it will be enough to protect us so I can teleport us away." Not waiting for a reply, he darted off, quickly reaching the magic door. A few of his floating flames collided with it, opening it immediately. Mikael ran inside, looking back to see if Caxnon was following him.
