In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

This is pretty hard to do for me, but I have to put Erica up for adoption.
When I made Erica and Arthas as brother and sister, I didn't realize the challenge that it would be RPing both of them. So I need to put her up for someone else to RP.
It's also hard because she was my first ever character I made...so whoever gets her better treat her with respect! D<

One of her main goals is to find some way to rid the worlds of the Heartless, so she fights them whenever they show up. But her main goal is reuniting with her brother, Arthas. She hasn’t seen him since their world was destroyed, but she knows he is out there, somewhere.
History/Background: History/Background: She was born in the world Tranvia, a world that is based on cartomancy, or the use of cards for divination. But in this world, the cards (called "Force Cards") can grant certain powers and are made for the purpose of combat. People on this world are very religious and worship many gods. There is awareness about the other worlds, and people constantly leave Tranvia via Gummi Ship to study these worlds. People from Tranvia are able to wield what they call "Navu", which they believe is a power passed down from the god Lorna, their god of combat. Navu is actually a mutated type of darkness, which is so minor it doesn’t overwhelm or taint people’s souls. All the people have at least a small amount of magical powers when they are born, usually enough to make a book levitate or create a floating ball of light for a few seconds. But there are the rare cases where there are high-level powers in one person, what the people call the "Gifted". Her brother Arthas is one of these rare cases.
She was born on the beginning of the New Year to Nera and Cora, both Seers. She wasn’t a Gifted, but she was the closest thing, so she was taught starting at the age of three. Once she got into grade school, her teachers realized she was incredibly smart, but nothing compared to her brother. She was jealous, but was able to overcome it, knowing that she couldn’t change that. She graduated from grade school at age 11 and went straight into what she had always wanted to do—train to be a warrior. Since the age of 5, she had borrowed her brother’s sword and trained on the dummies behind her house. Her brother had already been sent away to train with Soxan by the time she joined training, but she showed that she was a force to be reckoned with. In spars with the men, she would have them off their feet in seconds. She was also the most agile of them. Before the opponent could even realize it, she was behind them and bringing the practice sword down on their backs, knocking them down and leaving them gasping for breath. She also excelled in spell craft, especially in the focus of sound, shaping and the basics. After just a few months, she was even too good for the instructor, a seasoned veteran who had fought many battles. She was then promoted to a full captain and led her own squad of soldiers. Together they patrolled the city and kept it safe.
But her superiors realized that she was too laid back and trusting. When she had off time in her bunks, they would hear her playing on her guitar and singing. They realized that she was too kind hearted and demoted her to soldier. But that made her mad, and she went to her superiors and complained. She was then given an honorable discharge and was sent back to her parents, who happily accepted her again. But she still wanted to be in the army, so she decided to show them that she was more than just a pretty face.
She planned to infuse her passion of singing with a weapon that was capable of being used against the Heartless. She took one of her guitars and started focusing her powers of sound and shaping on it. It took a good week, but the end result was Flare. She took it to the superiors, who laughed at the idea of a guitar being used in battle. This enraged Erica, and she challenged their most powerful man to a battle—the commander. They went into the sparring ring. He pulled his sword and she had Flare. When the battle began, the commander ran at Erica, intending to sweep her feet. But she played a chord on her guitar and a shock wave came out of it, knocking the commander head over heels. Surprised, he got up, but kept zigzagging, trying to confuse her. But he was astonished when she rushed him with Flare. He blocked her downwards swing, but his blade was broke in two. Stunned and slightly embarrassed, he surrendered. The battle had lasted all of a minute. She put the guitar on her back and walked away, satisfied.
After that incident, she was able to regain the respect of her leaders and was made a captain again. She continued her old job, but used Flare instead of her old katana. They even took a trip to another world called Twilight Town and helped eliminate Heartless there.
But one day, the Heartless showed up on her world.
It was a normal day, Erica’s day off. She sat playing her guitar when suddenly she heard screaming coming from the town center. She grabbed her battle gear and went to check it out. Once she reached the square, chaos had consumed that area. The Heartless were everywhere, attacking people and destroying their hearts. She ran back to her house and warned her parents. They started packing up, but Heartless appeared in the room.
Erica started to hold them off as their parents tried to escape, but more and more appeared. Right as Erica was about to give up, Arthas ran in, apparently summoned by their parent’s screams. He and Erica fought back to back. Once they eliminated all the Heartless, Erica tried to help her parents out of the house. But suddenly Neoshadows that came out of the ground attacked them. Erica’s parents told her and Arthas to leave, but Arthas was on the floor, moaning. Erica, holding back tears, ran out to the square, where a Gummi Ship was waiting. But before she got on, she heard a yelp coming from an alley. She ran over to it. A young baby fox was being attacked by a Shadow and was losing. Erica used a fire spell to destroy the Heartless, grabbed the fox and got on the ship.
She got on and asked everybody she recognized if they had seen Arthas. Most said no, but one driver said he had come on and said he was looking for his master. Then the ship was attacked by a giant Heartless and they were forced to fly away from all the carnage.
They ended up in Traverse Town and were all put into a hospital. Erica was fine physically, but not mentally. She sat on her bed, held the little fox, and wept at the loss of her parents and possible loss of Arthas. After a while she was too exhausted and fell asleep.
When she awoke, the doctors told her that there was the possibility that her brother would come back to her, trying to reassure her. She forced herself to believe that and felt a little better. The doctors also told her that she could take the next Gummi Ship there was to try and find her brother if he didn’t show up. Then they suggested that they release the fox, but Erica wouldn’t let them. She started crying again, this time in frustration. The fox cuddled up against her. Then she felt a presence in her mind. Gasping, she realized that she was able to telepathically talk to the fox. She couldn’t comprehend it at the time, but could feel its emotions. She thought it would be proper to name the fox and keep it as a pet, so she named it Shina, which was the name of one of Erica’s friends from Tranvia.
When she awoke, her and Shina were let out of the hospital. Erica decided she would look for an inn to stay in, but all of them she checked didn’t allow animals. Shina wasn’t able to understand it, but Erica sensed that she felt the discomfort, for her emotions seemed worried. After a while they were able to get an inn whose owner allowed Shina to stay with Erica. The man’s name was Kovu, and he also let them stay free and have free meals, under the condition that she would entertain the customers. She agreed, and they went to their room and got the first real rest they had had in days.
After that, Erica started playing her guitar and teaching Shina tricks to gain money. She also taught Shina how to fully comprehend English and speak to Erica, who was surprised, because she had thought it would never work. Shina told her that she was the byproduct of an experiment by what she described as a “bad man” infusing her with magic at a young age, trying to make her a super-powerful creature to be used by darkness. But his plan backfired and she was able to escape, fleeing into the wild. Then she gave an example of her powers. Shina focused her mind and grew a good 10 times her normal size. Then she told Erica that she could ride her. Erica agreed and got on her back. Then Shina jumped out the window (their room was on the second floor) and hit the road as light as a feather. They ran into the woods and enjoyed the scenery. After a while they returned to their room and Shina returned to her normal size. They were about to go asleep when they heard a knock at the door. It was the doctor that had cared for her when she had first arrived in Traverse Town. He said that a retrieval team had gone to Tranvia to find survivors, but none were found. So either her brother had perished or he had somehow escaped. Erica, dismayed at this fact, decided that he had made it and would be safe. The doctor bid her good luck and mentioned one more thing—that a Gummi Ship was traveling to Twilight Town and was asking for people to combat Heartless there. She said she would go and packed all her stuff up. She went down the stairs and told Kovu that she was leaving. Kovu was saddened at that, but understood her reason and wished her good luck. Then she and Shina left for their new lives.
Ever since they have been staying in Twilight Town, taking out the Heartless and honing their powers. They were eventually able to go into combat together, with Shina carrying Erica in her enlarged form. And to this day they are in Twilight Town.

She has golden eyes and wears a special kind of armor that Erica had formed by using her powers on a sheet of metal. Shina is mostly described in one word- cute.
Personality: Shina is a young fox, so she is still scared of the world around her. She is sort of self-centered, unless it comes to Erica. She feels more safe and braver around Erica and trusts her with all her heart. She looks at other humans with suspicion. Her hate for evil runs deep, and she strives to take out as much of it as she can. But since she is young, she tends to screw some things up and is slightly klutzy. When she fights, she tends to attack and retreat. But if she's in a tight spot, she'll go into a berserk mode and get out at all costs.
History/Background: Shina was born a normal fox with no powers at all. She lived with her litter until she was about two. Then hunters killed her parents and she was taken into a human household. The new environment scared her. There were many other animals in this house, mot natural enemies of hers. A certain human would come in each day and place his hands on each of the animals. Once he got to Shina, she felt a strange feeling open up in her head and realized she could hear what the other animals were thinking. But, she realized, that somehow the man had enhanced her mind, because all the other animals thought about was food and catching prey. As the man kept giving her power, she was able to think more like a human. She started formulating a plan to escape from the cage.
A week later, she decided it was time. The man came and began to put his hands on her She bit him and ran out of the house while he screamed in pain. When she got out, she looked in a puddle of water and saw her teeth were very sharp and long. But she wished they would get shorter, and to her amazement they did. She played around with her new power for a while until she heard voices coming from the house. She turned and fled. As she wandered through the wilderness, she scavenged food and discovered two new powers—her ability to communicate with creatures, instead of just hearing their thoughts, and her Enlarge power. She got by, but was very skinny and wouldn’t survive the winter.
Then she came to something she had never seen before. It was like the house that she was trapped in, but times one million. The scent of human was everywhere, covered everything. The picture was familiar because she had seen it in the man’s head. She decided to go to this new place because she also smelled one more thing—food. Over time, she stole scraps from trashcans and slept in boxes. But the life was rough, because if the humans caught her, they would kick her and force her to leave. She tried a few times to communicate with them, but they were too ignorant to understand. And that’s how she lived until the Heartless attacked.
When the Heartless came, all Shina noticed were the humans running around being chased by weird black shadows. But these shadows smelled like the man that gave her powers, and she despised it. She tried to attack a group of them, but they overpowered her. Right before she would have died of exhaustion, a girl ran up to the group with a weapon and raised it. Shina recoiled, thinking that she was going to get hit. But nothing happened, and when she opened her eyes, she realized the Heartless were gone and she was in the girl’s arms. She touched the girls mind and noticed she was different from other human’s minds. She was extremely intelligent and kind, but that’s all Shina was able to tell. They got on some kind of flying thing and were flown away from her home. Shina watched out the window as her home world disappeared in a fade of white light.
When they finally left the flying thing, they were taken into a building where a bunch of people were looking and feeling Shina’s wounds. This made her uncomfortable at first, but when they put a kind of paste on her cuts and scratches, she realized it felt good and let them go on. After they took off this paste, she realized all her wounds were healed and her energy was back. Then she looked up and saw the girl who had saved her crying. She nuzzled up against her and touched her mind to the girls. The girl stopped crying, gasped, and looked at Shina. Then Shina knew that this human had understood the mental touch and was allowing it. But Shina wasn’t able to speak her language, so she just broadcasted her feelings and nuzzled again. Then they fell asleep.
The next day they left the big building and went to other ones. The girl was obviously asking a question, but was turned away every time. They finally came to one where they were able to enter. They entered a room, where Shina jumped on the bed next to the girl.
After that, they started to entertain the people in the building they were in. The girl, who Shina learned was called Erica, taught Shina to speak English and soon was able to communicate with the girl. They performed some more, until the owner of the inn they stayed in came to Erica and asked her to travel to somewhere called “Traverse Town” and defeat Heartless, which Shina knew were the creatures that attacked her in Tranvia. Erica agreed, and they got on a ship to Twilight Town.
