In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Here's a preview to our upcoming plot. Please post any comments or ideas you have for it and I'll try to incorporate all the suggestions I can. The new plot will posted soon. This will just be a twist to our current plot.
The Darkside of the Heart --
“War may be upon us…it’s up to you to keep the worlds safe from darkness…the temptation will be stronger…the suffering will be unavoidable…the secrets will tear at your hearts…and above all…you may not return…”
Darkness looms in everyone’s heart. Even the strongest of hearts must fight against the darkness everyday…and sometimes even those strong hearts…loose.
I enjoy it, but I want to know: What will happen to the Heartless and Nobodies?
I myself have a Heartless, although he is a bit... different, a Nobody, and a Human... I want to know if all three races will change, if we will all twist, and most of all, if the Nobodies will be involved with the new chapter. We speak of Darkness in this, yet Nobodies are not truly either.
This is just an add-on to the Dark XII/Organization XIII plot. So they still have a purpose and have to eventually conflict in their own war, but now there will be another war everyone has to look out for...
Sounds quite good, Roxas! I love the way you think.
Looks like it's just gonna get tougher, eh? That's good though. Sometimes the best character development happens at the roughest part of the story! I look forward to whenever this will be added as an extention to World Destiny's (already amazing) plot!
Yes, this does seem good. I cannot wait for the incorporation. Should definitely be fun to partake in this. Don't know quite how Ansem will take the news that his scuffle with Xemnas will be accompanied by another war. But oh well, he'll have to learn to deal with it... Heh
Sounds interesting...though...will our original characters get a kinda big role in the plot? I know that the people who have positions of Sora, Org. XIII, Dark XII, etc. already have huge roles...but what about them original charries? T^T
Well this is what I have so far...I really need to come up with something for Sora and the gang to do specifically. If anyone has ideas, please post them! And if you have any ideas for original characters to do please post those as well. I wouldn't mind adding them to the plot as well.
The Dark Side of the Heart --
“War may be upon us…it’s up to you to keep the worlds safe from darkness…the temptation will be stronger…the suffering will be unavoidable…the secrets will tear at your hearts…and above all…you may not return…”
Darkness looms in everyone’s heart. Even the strongest of hearts must fight against the darkness everyday…and sometimes even those strong hearts…loose.
Darkness is seeping out every corner, crawling out of every crack, and is falling from every sky. Worlds are perishing from its need to consume, living creatures are suffering from its unforgivable nature—it seems uncontrollable…
It is said that a Keyblade is created from the strong radiating light from your heart. Those whose light is strongest are chosen to wield a Keyblade and the light in their heart is turned into the rare weapon.
But what happens to the darkness in the heart? It remains of course…but what if the darkness takes over during the creation of a Keyblade? What will result?
New wielders are being chosen at an alarming rate…there is the threat of war and the Keyblade is doing everything in its power to build a strong army. But during the creation of some Keyblades, corruption has taken place… Instead of a Keyblade being born from the light in peoples’ hearts, a Keyblade is able to form from the darkness in peoples’ hearts…
Dark Keyblades are on the rise and the King can sense the danger… These Keyblades are very dangerous and give the wielders the power of darkness. A war is about to break out between light and darkness…
Can light defeat darkness? Or will dark defeat light? Can one truly exist without the other? Only time will tell…
-----
Keyblades of the Realm of Darkness blend in with the Keyblades from the Realm of Light. Wielders of darkness are among the King’s ranks…will his army fall apart? Or will the darkness be defeated in time to stop the Heartless and Nobodies?
*waves an arm around* Sounds like an interesting twist, but... uh... Is everything so clear and cut? Just the Light and the Dark? Is any one side evil or good? Is it just about the keybears? Who all has a slot in this battle in their hearts? Not just they keybladers have hearts that strong, I don't think. Tifa's proof of that. I mean, there's no telling how far that war is going to reach, which is really just how things go.
Is every world going to be given it's own section of the plot to work with?
Not Radiant Garden, anyway, we're swamped by the everyday stuff. It would help, if course, if someone told us it was coming - there is precedent, you know, His Majesty talked to the Committee quite a lot in KHII - plot and scripted, there was proof that at the least Leon was informed of what was going on.
How can we fight a war no one knows about? 'What if they gave a war and nobody came?'
Um. Random reference moment, sorry. Anyway, some other questions:
What is the Dark XII and Organization XIII's place in all of this? And again, because, yes, it has eaten my brain, what about Radiant Garden - it was important because that was where the original Organization members were from, and how the Dark got loose in the worlds. Where does it fit in with all of this?
You say "the creation of a Keyblade", and then "the Keyblade", once like they're all seperate and once like they're (it's?) a single entity. Is there just one, or many? And how do they come to be? Also, doesn't the keychain give the Keyblade form? Wasn't Sora given all the in-game listed keychains (i.e. Ride the Wind and the Metal Chocobo), so shouldn't he still have them? I realize that's been a part of this forum from the beginning, but I was wondering I thought I'd bring it up as long as I was on a roll. Speaking of -- what happens when you take the keychain off and leave it off?
If there weren't so many keybladers being chosen, then there would be no war, yes? How will it be decided which players will wield of the Light which the Dark - specifically in terms of game play, not the plot?
And on an odd philosophical note, "the unforgivable nature" of the darkness... Can it be 'unforgivable' to be true to your nature? And an even odder thought - Is the Light any more unforgivable than the Dark? What does make it better? Like I said, odd.
Well, I've gone and mixed together rhetorical questions with things I actually want answered, sorry about that.
I completely agree with the abovementioned posts, but I won't expand on Serif's as she did that for me.
On the clear-cut nature, that is something mentioned in length in KH2. Nobodies- neither light nor dark. If you have light and dark keyblades, then suddenly members of the XII, the dark side of the heart, can wield keyblades. The XIII do not. I think the best way to work that is shown with Roxas, the nobody with keyblades, who wields keyblades of light. It would make the most sense that those with strong hearts, but not strong light or strong dark, can wield either type.
Of course, such a person would be rare (Tifa, as stated, is a good example), and them having neither light nor dark strong in their hearts does not mean they wouldn't choose a side- Tifa would side with light. Her light isn't astoundingly strong, but it's certainly more prominent than the dark in her heart. Such people most certainly do exist (or pseudo-exist, in the XIII's case), but someone applying for such a keywielders would have to make a bloody good case for it.
Hmmm... a few crappy ideas, but I thought that I might just give a few suggestions...
I've an idea for Riku- since Riku wields both light and darkness, hence the 'twilight', he could be sent to find potential dark keyblade wielders (maybe originals?) and try to recruit them before they join the darkness with a dark keyblade.
Also, maybe the Keyblade would start losing power due to the amount of energy it's putting into producing all those Wielders. This could lead to Sora trying to find a way to replenish its strength?
Sorry, there're probably a thousand errors with the two suggestions, but I was just thinking out loud.
Besides those chosen to be wielders, I'm struggling to see how originals will apply. And that's not even mentioning the world characters.
I mean, if "important" canons are confused about their role, what should the world characters and originals think?
Are we going to have a situation like the games themselves, where world-specific troubles start popping up in their respective areas, all tying into a universal problem? There'd probably be a bit more openness, there, since the main characters surely can't be everywhere, solving everything. So other important canons, world characters, and originals might get a chance to contribute.
I'unno. Perhaps I'm the only one who feels this way, but I think it'd be cool. And it might give more chances for those world characters who aren't able to travel but live in quiet places to do something. Y'know?
As for suggestions... meh, they blend with questions. >__>;
-clears throat-
It was mentioned that dark wielders could possibly give the Dark XII an advantage over Organization XIII, since the Org isn't exactly made of light and rainbows. Well, what if this surge of dark wielders is their doing? Sure, maybe they can't control who gets a keyblade... but they can certainly scope out strong hearts and tilt them toward darkness.
The Organization, then, just might have to side with the "Good Guys" this time. After all, the enemy of your enemy is your friend, right? And Neutral > Darkness in the badness scale, right? ...Riiiight?
Or, heck, maybe these dark keyblades aren't what they seem at all. I mean, the whole Light vs Dark thing, when talking about good vs evil, tends to be sort of an opinion thing. So while maybe dark keyblades aren't inherently bad any more than light keyblades are inherently good, maybe something else is at work here.
Maybe the Dark XII has found a way to call forth pseudo-keyblades. 'Pseudo' not because they entirely fake, per se, but there could be something the Dark XII (or minion thereof) could do to the potential wielder, so that when the keyblade IS created, it's malicious and evil, thus being on their side, y'know?
