In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

I respect peoples opinions on what is good tv and what is bad tv. Thats why I wanted to create this: A thread to just talk and rant about what we see on tv that can be considered mediocre, to just impossible to watch.
Sorry bro, I don't really watch any TV. the few shows that I watch are cartoons, and more specifically, cartoons that I like (none of which count for mediocre or anything lower).
The thing is, though, I don't watch anything that I consider mediocre. xD I don't watch enough television for that. (I just record the shows that I like and sit down to watch them all once a week or something like that.)
But if I was to point fingers and name names, first current thing that comes to mind is Last Resort. It's got a good premise, so it started off alright. But sometimes the acting can be hit-or-miss, and the plot is just getting more soap-opera dramatic with each episode. I think it would have benefitted from being a movie or novel - something shorter so it doesn't suffer from being drawn out.The last episode wasn't even much about the military and its submarine anymore, more about a rape case and relationships. . . and I'm not too sure what else, 'cause it didn't hold my attention for very long.

o3o I lack cable at the moment, and like other peeps you tend to avoid what you don't like, but I do know some things I can't stand in general.
+ Tron Uprising I have yet to watch an entire episode, but I can't stand the look (art direction) for the characters. The lengthy lankiness to me isn't appealing; it reminds me of Lupin the 3rd, who I avoided as well because of aesthetics. I do not see the point of the show, because story wise it starts before Tron Legacy, which to me is...irrelevant. People are opposing Clu...obviously you failed :/ because he's the main antagonist in the next movie.
Actually I don't get WHY movies have to have a tv show. Like seriously looking back I don't know why I watched Hercules, The Little Mermaid, Timon and Pumbaa, Tarzan...and all of those spin-off tv shows. I just wonder the minds of the people who made these; did they really enjoyed it and thought this as a good idea and had fun with it, or was it just the money talking to push a show off a 'successful' film...because the kids will eat it like a sundae?
+ Marvel shows I do not like how after hit Marvel movies or Disney buying Marvel (I don't know which stimulated it more to start this) they have to have some dumbass kiddy version to sell. I kid you not there's a Kid Iron man movie; there's like a show where the avengers plus wolverines are miniature babies (like baby looney toons) but still clashing with their villains. Why?
Why must shit now have to be a selling point versus making something that's genuinely interesting?
+ Stupid Disney, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network Live Action Shows
...why do these even exist on networks that thrived on...cartoons. Worst part they are the cheesiest things alive, and some with the most cheapest CG sfx that I would personally shoot myself if I had to work on them. Yes I'm making generalizations, but the feeling is pretty mutual throughout.
+ Gumball, Adventure Time, Flap Jack, Spongebob,Tuff Puppy
Now spongebob entertained me as a kid, but after watching it air for so long it's random animation of stupidity and gags feels like a one trick pony. The others I was never attracted to from the get go; I find them all mind rotting, and I've accepted that shows like these aren't my cup of tea anymore.
Yes I did had a giggle snort moment with Adventure Time, but that was with the Double Rainbow gag, and I <3 the "I'm Just Your Problem." Other than that I wouldn't watch it unless I'm absolutely bored. Perhaps I was spoiled by anime, since a bulk of them have a long linear story-line even if enough episodes are fillers. Perhaps I just want things with more purpose or shows that I can look at it and go "Wow I would love to work on that."
I can't imagine how it would feel doing storyboards for sponge bob. Hmm I guess that's my issue I would only watch these when I'm bored and even then it can be excruciatingly painful.
+ All Reality TV Shows Can we say...all of them are just stoopid. Can someone just slay Bad Girls Club, those teen pregnancies show...if I wanted to watch it...I'll just go to the local highschool or stare at facebook, can we just melt all of the Bachelor and Bachelorette-esque shows.
I'm glad someone made Total Drama Island, because it was just a mockery and parody =3= of those stupid shows.
