In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The Colonnade was open to the public and bustling, while the sun sank further into the horizon. The lawn was freshly cut and the artistic shrubs were trimmed to absolute neatness. Penguins were waddling about with treys of bubbling and colorful drinks. Queen Clarion didn’t find anything suspicious about them until one made her belch bubbles. It was embarrassing and very unladylike to make her blush with apologies. She would have a word with the Fairy Godmother to see if this was her doing.
Now the Queen of Fairies had managed plenty affairs, but this was her first universal affairs. She was only familiarized with things native to her world, but Clarion adjusted quickly. She was acquainted with human architecture, their cities, and overall magic in terms of elements. She wasn’t aware how extensive it went especially burping bubbles. Talking animals were the least of surprise, since she talked to them all the time in her world.
“Oh no thank-you I think I had enough for tonight,” The Queen declined a small acorn filled with a bubbling pink beverage. The generous penguin squawked and walked off; he was so kind to make sure to find ‘glasses’ for her size.

As the penguins continued to waddle around serving drinks and the likes, a small spark of blue began to appear at the ground. In sudden burst of magic, Davy Jones himself was standing at the entrance to the Colonnade. As he took in his surroundings, water began to drip off of his being, as he had been submerged when he had got the letter inviting him to this so called 'Dream Festival.'
As he saw the various animals walking around and tiny floating creatures, Jones merely shrugged it off and walked forward to enjoy this festival. He was not normally a man of such pleasantries, but then again he never had the time to enjoy them.
Amelia was not one for parties and the other else that she considered frivolous, so it mystified even her as to why she standing awkwardly in the Colonnade, waiting for the Dream Festival to kick off while the penguin waiting staff waddled around. And she was in a dress, no less. The long navy blue fabric felt almost uncomfortably tight around her upper torso, but that was what she got for purchasing clothes from the second-hand store in Traverse Town instead of ordering something tailor-made (not like she had the munny to do so anyway, but she wouldn't think about that tonight). Admittedly it was nice for inexpensive wear, probably even passable for an event like this. It had been a long time since she bothered to dress up or do her hair.
Maybe that was why she came. Maybe she was feeling lonely and needed to loosen up, have some fun. Or maybe she was just bored. Whatever the reason, she was here at Disney Castle, so she wiped away her usual frown and put on her best smile as she flagged down one of the penguins for a drink. At the same moment she saw a... very interesting and soaking wet guest arrived in a flash of blue light.
Colorful people, Mia thought as she sipped the tangy blue drink in her hand.

Flap Flap Flap Flap
A penguin marched with a shake of his bill presenting drinks, but his webbed feet had touched some wet grass causing him to squawk. Hopping around it, he poked his foot at it. Surely none of the staff has been spilling drinks all over the place. Following the the wetness, he found himself behind this oddly shaped man. His clothing looked filthy and covered in seashells and seaweed. This was a formal event surely he would've dressed in something nicer let alone come here dripping wet. A bit frustrated, the penguin marched around to face the young man and already started in a fits of squawking. By the time he looked up to see his face, it was another story.
His FACE had TENTACLES; his hand was a claw; one of his leg was missing. He was overall a rugged monsterous thing. The arctic bird just found himself quivering with more hesitant squawks to contact others.
Floating around ever so gentle with grace, Rosetta felt like she was in her element, a party. The sun was sinking into the horizon making everything a soft shade of orange. Some of the lights in the hedges started to turn on soft blues and pinks before dancing with the present music selection. Spinning around, she let the skirts of her dress swirl about; she made it herself with red daisies and crafted a heart shape bust. Her hair was primped to its perfect curl as she fluttered around the Colonnade.
Her task right now was to give all the incoming guest wrists bands to count, but she flew around with empty hands. Fluttering by she spotted a fellow red-head. The dark blue dress contrasted against her hair and skin; it looked like someone had a good eye for color. Yet the fairy resisted from thinking of ways to BEDAZZLE.
"Good Evening sweet pea, and welcome to the Dream Festival," her country accent her thick as ever," I am-"
She stopped mid-sentence staring at the glass she was sipping, "Didja get that from those penguins? I will warn you now you're gonna be makin bubbles like a perky little tadpole. At least with the pink ones you'll blow out sparkles."
These were just the kinds of situations Hope Estheim didn't do well in. He wasn't a social butterfly by any means, and the amount of people was typically incredibly overwhelming. Nonetheless, these kinds of things didn't exactly come around all that often, and he wasn't going to miss it. He'd make conversation if he had to...until then, his plan was to simply observe.
As he entered, Hope's eyes laid upon a penguin server, a few fairies floating around, and some sea monster humanoid. Quickly, the scientist blinked, as if that would make these hallucinations go away. Maybe he needed a drink...he approached a penguin and quietly grabbed a blue beverage off of its tray. "Hopefully you don't mind." he muttered, scooting away quickly, trying to find a place that was out of the way. Dodging between penguins, animals, fairies, Hope finally found himself somewhere out of the action, next to a girl that was a bit younger than he was. "You're human, right?" Apparently it was a valid question, though Hope meant it more as a joke.
"I'm Hope." he continued, holding his free hand out and downing some of his sweetened drink. Perhaps this party was going to be more interesting than he previously thought...

After entering her ship for what felt like the millionth time to find nothing of interest or no one of importance waiting for her in the hull Cerci peeled her weapon holsters from their places on her hips and sighed loudly as she made her way to the cabin. However, on this millionth time, Cerci was surprised to find an envelope waiting for her on the armrest of her captain's seat. Looking it over carefully before she decided to open it, she pondered about whether or not the parcel hadn't been the one her uncle had given her father and that she had forgotten to put it back in her pack before she left that day to get supplies. She found her answer when she flipped the small thing onto it's face and found the words, 'Please Open' printed in bold ink on the front. Curious as to what might lay inside, she obeyed the text and took a look. What she found within was a letter and what looked to be a shimmering blue crystal unlike any she had seen before. Plucking the crystal from the package and peering at it before reading the letter, she marveled at the way it seemed to emit it's own light and wondered what it's placement stood for. She recalled her uncle's fairy tales of enchanted stones and creatures with magic beyond her imagination and she smiled softly, lowering the crystal and staring almost blankly at the parcel in her hand. Absently she scanned the letter, not really reading it until the words 'castle' and 'enchanted' blared out at her in an almost warning. She should have dropped the paper along with the crystal right then and went about her business, but her curiosity steered her on, making her wonder whether or not this 'Disney Castle' and 'Dream Festival' had anything to do with the Radiant Garden from her fantasies.
Clutching the crystal momentarily in her hand, she muttered to herself with a small smile on her face, “I'd like to see this castle...” before re-reading the note. Unclenching the stone in her palm she stared at it and wondered how something so small could be capable of 'safe and fast travel'. It wasn't until she went to place the crystal back into the envelope that she felt a strange tug in her stomach; she recognized the feeling as falling but knew she wasn't about to hit the ground because she was standing still. She went to place her hand on her captain's chair to steady herself, but her hand met with air and she finally looked up from the paper in her hand. Glancing around she found herself encased in a brilliant blue light that eventually faded into nothingness and left her standing outside the entrance to what looked like a grand party.
“The festival?” Cerci whispered harshly, grabbing her hands to her mouth and stepping back into the shadows that the inner brilliance was casting. Had she actually traveled without a ship? Had the crystal actually transported her somehow? Looking around frantically with her hands still over her mouth, she saw a small being waddling towards her through the shadows and thought momentarily that she had been sent into an ambush of those things she had seen a few days before. Reaching for her pistol, she remembered her ritual removal of her weapons upon entering her ship and realized she was defenseless. She would have screamed when the squat creature emerged from the shadows and stepped into the light if it hadn't been revealed from the shadows as a penguin. Staring at the small thing, she watched it glance up at her, give a squawk of recognition then waddle off with a tray of acorns in it's flippers. Stepping slowly out of the shadows and into the light of the event, she followed the serving penguin with her eyes until she realized she was also following him with her feet. When she finally looked up she found herself standing in the center of what looked to be a brilliant party. Lights and music spun around her head making her feel dizzy, she felt like she was going to faint until the penguin that she had been following tugged on the bottom of her unbuttoned coat and held up the tray to her.
“Is that...a drink?” she peered into the small acorns and saw colored liquid, hesitantly, she took one of the tiny 'drinks' and raised it to her face, smelling it slightly before tilting it into her mouth and taking a cautious sip. Seeming satisfied, the penguin flapped it's flipper at Cerci and moved away from her to join the other waiting penguins that also had trays in their grasps. Feeling a little less dizzy after the first sip, Cerci took another and another until she had finished the small acorn and was standing there holding an empty 'cup' and looking around as if she was lost. “Oh, I must be dreaming...”

"Bubbles, huh?" Amelia asked, examining her drink closely before turning back to look at the little fairy. She supposed there were worse things that could happen, but if she started spewing bubbles at least she had some warning. "Thank you for the head's up," she said honestly.
A man with eye-catchingly silver hair moved out of the path of the bustling staff and fell into place next to her. Mia glanced at him out of the corner of her eye, pursing her lips to hide a smile when she saw his drink. "Human indeed," she replied when he asked the question, "though I think I should ask you the same, considering some of the other guests. I'm Amelia," she added, shaking his outstretched hand just as her body jerked with a hiccup and a couple tiny bubbles escaped her lips. Her cheeks turned red and she gave a nervous laugh.

As Davy heard a squawking sound close to him, sounding a bit aggravated and ruffled up. Must have been one of those penguins that was walking around. Before he could turn around, the penguin was in front of him shaking in his flippers, obviously intimidated by his appearance. Others had been visibly scared of him before, this was not shocking at all.
A grin formed on his face when he noticed the penguin was carrying a tray of drinks. "Now then my feathered little friend, I believe I will relieve you of one of your drinks." Davy immediately grabbed the glass filled blue liquid with his human hand and began to walk off, stopping for a moment to turn towards the penguin. He thought about making a snarky remark, but held it off, no need to anger the staff here.
Davy began to weave around the staff making sure the party stayed together, until he saw a man with pink hair talking to a woman with short red hair. Considering there were penguins waddling around serving refreshments, fairies, and other manners of creatures, this was not surprising to say the least. He walked over to them and managed to catch their names, whilst they asked each other if they were human. "The name's Davy Jones."

Erik’s surroundings had vanished in the blink of an eye when he had grabbed on to the gem that came with the strange envelope he had received. He had been incited to some weird ‘Dream Festival’ thing and after reading through the letter he had touched the blue gem and disappeared. The scenery had changed to that of a grand room with many other people, including penguins, walking around.
Erik had never been outside of Twilight Town and didn’t even really know that other worlds had existed. It was a bit of a shock for him to arrive at one so quickly and without warning, but he didn’t mind. It was a wonderful place and was ready for a party.
Stopping one of the penguins Erik took a drink before patting its head and sending it on its way. It had made some sort of sound with the pat but Erik had no idea if it was one of satisfaction or annoyance. They were adorable creatures and seemed to be excellent hosts.
Even though Erik was adjusting well to his sudden change, it still was a bit much to take in. With his drink in hand he moved over and took a seat and looked over all the other guests attending the festival.

Before Rosetta can continue to introduce herself, a strapping young man approached them. He was definitely not from this world, but the garden fairy wouldn't mind showing him around Pixie Hollow. Still she wasn't familiar to him, she was rather small, and he quickly connected to the redhead near here.
"Oh great gonna feel like a 5th wheel on a wagon, unnecessary," the pink fairy muttered lowly. One would think as a fashionista she could hardly be ignored. What also couldn't be ignored was the smell of fish. Didn't those penguins KNEW to had their snacks away from the public eye. Talk about professionalism.
With the roll of her eyes, the fairy became annoyed at an approaching shadow, more giants to surround and not see her. But once she looked up, she nearly soiled her petunias.
"Holy Mother Nature...," What was this Davy Jones and how did he get an invitation? Her skin crawled at the slight of his asymmetrical mucus and barnacle covered skin. There will be more than just bubbles leaving her mouth. Taking an inhale, she flew up to him.
She groaned not wanting to take another whiff of him, "Oooh Mr. David Jones...uuuh welcome to the party. May I see your invitation?"
The girl had managed to pull a chuckle out a Hope, something that wasn't done often. He nodded his head fervently, taking another gulp of that blue drink. "Yes, I am quite, quite human." his volume sort of trailed at the end of that sentence, taking an ambiguous meaning out of his own words. Flashes of leaving Serah behind in Traverse Town to fulfill his own plans resulted in a pang of regret, though the Director rather swiftly brushed it off. His eyes returned to the young girl, who proceeded to belch out some bubbles. As grotesque as it was, Hope smirked.
And then he felt it welling up in his own stomach, which grumbled softly. Without warning, he let out a burp as equally gross as Amelia's. Hope immediately tried to soften the damage by covering his mouth, but not before a few more bubbles arose and escaped the opening. He blushed as well -- he was never the macho man who was comfortable doing those types of things. After a moment or two, he removed his hand and smirked. "Well, its a pleasure to meet you, Amelia." He mulled over Amelia's words about other guests, which got Hope to thinking. Who determined who was invited? The Director saw nobody he knew, not even recognized, and there were sea monsters present.
Speaking of sea monsters, Hope thought. His eyes aligned with Amelia's for a moment before shifting over to the...to the Davy Jones. He offered a smile and nodded his head. "Hello, Davy Jones. I'm Hope Estheim." as he introduced himself, the small observation post he'd declared as his own continued to swell with more people -- or, beings, rather -- this one being one of the fairies who was running the place. Oh boy, he thought as he snagged another drink and downed it like a shot of tequila.

As Cerci looked around the bustling colonnade she slowly realized that she wasn't the only one present, she also seemed to realize that this party wasn't exactly come as you are. It took her a moment to process the fact that she was wearing a too big jumpsuit along with an old pilot's coat that wasn't even buttoned up all the way and with the messy bun that she always wore in her hair she felt like a homeless person that had somehow become mixed in with royalty.
“Fitting, I am queen of the homeless after all,” she scoffed and went to take another drink from her acorn only to remember that the thing was empty. Lowering the make-shift cup and glancing around again she tried to find the little servant bird that she had followed in. She hadn't thought till after she began her search that all penguins look the same and that finding him would be a difficult task to accomplish so, she drooped her shoulders and admitted defeat; thinking instead that she'd just grab another the next time one of them waddled past her. Staring at her empty acorn she smiled a little, thinking it adorable that they would have such tiny cups but also wondering if whatever was inside it could be inside something a little more size friendly on her behalf. Hearing people talking over the music made her drop the smile and glance towards where she had heard them. She saw a rather fiery haired female in a dazzling blue dress sitting with a silver haired male that looked equally as good in whatever he was wearing, she also saw someone who looked very large from behind and was wearing something that screamed sea captain as well as reeked of it. She didn't get a good look at his face because he wasn't facing her, but by the looks on the silver boy's face it made her suspect that he might not be the prettiest of the princesses at this ball.
Vaguely she noticed a few bubbles flitting off above the trio on the far side of the room and was about to mumble to herself about where they had come from when she hiccuped rather violently and a few sparks of gold and red dazzled from her partially open mouth and faded off in front of her eyes. Immediately she snapped her free hand back up to her mouth and stared wide eyed at where she had seen the sparkles of color. Unsure if that had actually happened or not, she stared down into the tiny acorn and slowly lowered her hand from her mouth, thinking that the tiny fireworks display caused by her hiccuping had ceased. Moments later another hiccup erupted from her chest and more sparks of silver and blue danced from between her lips, making her laugh slightly as the tickle of it spread up from her stomach to her throat and tingle on her tongue.
“This party is just getting better and better,” she grinned and watched the sparkles fade before looking around again for another one of those penguins with a drink tray.

After a fancy stroll in Halloween Town Oogie Boogie managed to "receive" an invitation to some ball with a weird blue crystal thingy attached to the invitation. Oh how this made the Boogyeman excited. He always loved a good party, he always had a way to make parties even more exciting just by being there, so without a second thought Oogie used the crystal and poof he was off.
A second later he reappeared within the castle. he looked around to see people were already there at the party. "Oh seems I'm already late," Oogie said in a sarcastic tone shaking his head. A penguin came up and offered Oogie a drink, so Oogie jus turned his head towards the black and white creature. "Don't mind if a I do," Oogie said taking the glass and just eating the glass with the dink in it. "Now scram!" Oogie said to the little feathery creature.
The Boogyeman thought for a moment he thought he was forgetting something then after truly thin he had forgotten to wear something fancy for the event. So he looked around and while no one was looking he snatched a tablecloth from an empty table and wrapped it around his neck like a cape. "There we go that should be fancy enough," Oogie said with a small chuckle.

"It is an honor Hope Estheim." As Hope downed his drink, Jones did the same, needing to take the edge off at the moment. Then, a fairy came up to him welcoming him to the party and asking him for his invitation. He noted how the fairy seem repulsed by his appearance and wondered how many of these people had never seen sea creatures before.
Davy moved his empty glass to his claw hand, squeezing it lightly enough to not crack it, while his other hand rummaged through his coat, pulling out a small slither of paper and a blue crystal. He then unrolled the piece of paper to read it's contents. "Welcome, you've been invited to Disney Castle's Dream Festival. So on so forth, use the given blue crystal to arrive as soon as possible."
One of the penguins proceeded to walk by the group and Jones switched his empty glass for a full one and began to sip on his new drink, waiting for a response from the fairy.
Fawn fluttered throughout the colonnade and looked about at the multitude of guests; they were certainly of the colorful variety to say the least. She stretched awkwardly feeling a quite overdressed from her normal state, Fawn had never been one for big parties or galas and often prefered to be in comfortable clothes not caring about her hair or makeup. Though Rosetta insisted on making her a bit more presentable for such a grand occasion.
Fawn flew around the party and oversaw that the penguins did their job correctly as well as making sure they wouldn’t spill any drinks. She smiled slightly as people drank from the blue liquids and burped bubbles galore. This party was began to seem a bit less formal than she was expecting and Fawn loved it! She looked at all the guests who had started arriving more frequently now some of which were animals, some were human, and some Fawn hadn’t the slightest clue what they were.
Just then Fawn had noticed a girl in a further area of the Colonnade with chestnut hair who tried to drink out of an itty bit acorn, perhaps the penguins weren’t as clear when Fawn had said the acorns were for the more “petite” guests. Fawn flew over to Cerci and smiled at the girl ”How about I get you another glass better suited for someone of your... size.” Fawn chuckled and squawked over to the penguins asking for a more reasonably sized glass. She turned back to Cerci and smiled "I'm Fawn! And you might be?"
