In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

I spent a good amount of time combing through the site, looking for something that would prevent me from doing something like this... I found nothing. With the re-vamp approaching, I am a little uneasy about posting this; What if OOC is supposed to be shut down? But, I figure, if I didn't find anything, then I should take a plunge... >:?
With the update, I felt it necessary for one of us, being the wave of initiates that is inevitably about to arrive, to start a thread where we can get a head start. Hopefully we can all find someone to make our introductory RP's a little less intimidating. With that being said, our characters aren't finalized nor accepted yet... Everyone should remember this, as we may be required to fine-tune them, or completely redo a character; I've done it plenty of times.
I'd like to break the tension and start off... The character I plan to bring in is an OC, one roughly based on myself. He's a wanderer, and it's likely that he would encounter somebody on one of his walks through Twilight Town. He seems approachable, well-put-together, and not overtly hostile. He could strike up a conversation with anyone who showed enough interest.
So, there you have it.. If I have broken a rule that I managed to miss, please let me know. Otherwise, I hope we can all enjoy ourselves in the time to come.
