In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Grendam, AKA The Kingdom of Strife, was a world wracked by constant fighting. What was at one time a briefly united continent-wide kingdom quickly devolved into a group of states which nearly constantly quarreled either internally or externally after the death of their uniting monarch. In the center of Grendam is the Kingdom of Dryden, the remnants of the monarchy that had united the continent centuries before current events on the site and the original home of my characters, Maxwell Tendas and Ciraph.
This thread will serve as a reference for anyone wishing to create a character from The Kingdom of Strife as well as for those wishing for more information on terms/references made in posts by Max or Ciraph. If you wish to do create a character and have any questions about the content herein, please get in contact with me and i'll be happy to help clarify/correct information as needed.

Independent of any nation, belongs to the "gods" of Grendam.
