In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

[if you're not here to be APART of the PLOT or help BUILD IT without going all self-serving melodramatic climatic turning attention away from what this was meant to be...don't bother posting. Round ends Feb 15th.]
"I'm taking all of these," her monotone voice replied flatly as she shoved over 10 boxes of cigarrettes on the counter. The cashier looked at her oddly; no costumer had bought so many at once.
"A-are you sure ma'am," the cashier fidgetted, while slowing scanning the object.
"Yes, I'm stocking up for the winter," her sarcasm was spoken so flatly that the employee wasn't aware if she was serious or not. Not wanting to question the straight-forward grandma, she scanned them all and recited the price. Wilma shoved money on the counter grabbed the cigs and left before replying flatly, "You're too kind."
"Have a nice day," the young woman looked back at the money then at the cashier. "What kind of currency is this? That grandma cheated me!"

Nyra caught up with the old lady just as she was pulling out of the shop with multiple boxes of cigarettes. She arrived just in time to catch the angered exclamations of the shopkeeper behind her. One eyebrow raised, Nyra decided against commenting. She didn't even bother going into the shop to try to remedy the situation; she could fairly guess what had occurred between the shop keeper and the foreign grandma.
Evidently the woman was oblivious to the fact that people had a different currency here. Again Nyra felt a curiosity take over her words - as soon as she was within earshot of the lady she was asking, "So where are you all from, anyway?"

She couldn't help but roll her eyes at the situation before her.
"Packard!" the latina called out to her, loud enough that several people around stopped to look at them. Her eyes were full of annoyance and irritation, and it would seem as if she was ready to eat the older woman alive. Audrey couldn't believe she had -actually- bought all of those cigarrettes. "We were left with almost nothing and you are wasting money on cigarretes?! Estás loca, mujer?!"
Letting a sigh escape her lips, Ramirez restrained the emerging desire to slap the group's granny. She glanced back at the Sandlot, waiting for Sweet and the others to pop in any time soon before turning to look at Nyra. "So, you wanted to know what's going on, right? I'll tell you once we settle down. It -is- a long story."

"Well excuse me Bonquiqui if you wanted one you just should've asked honey," Wilhemina replied as she grabbed a lighter from pocket and lit a cig. With a deep inhale, she met the sweet taste of nicotine. In her hand, she had a plastic bag full of cigarrettes before walking back towards Audrey, "Alright doll face when are we going to get out of here. The service here is like a public toilet; it stinks."
She looked around before exhaling smoke from her nose like a dragon before looking around. The rest of the crew was slowly filling in, but the wait seemed unneccessary just to say the longer they trail the longer it takes until she see that luxurious paycheck, "Where's Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome with the healing hands?"
Lumaria walked into the station, carrying the last wounded man in. He set the man down next to the rest, as Doctor Sweet had requested, and turned and looked around. This place, this station...it stank of the Nobodies, the Nothings.
He mentally scowled as he walked over towards the others and put on a pleasant but slightly nervous looking smile.
"So....that certainly was an...interesting bunch we just dealt with, wasn't it? Now that the wounded are cared for, what're we going to do now?" he asked them.
Doctor Sweet also arrived at the station. He had taken a little detour to see if he could find out anything interesting about this town. Except for some touristic flyer's, not much information could be found. It was a very lazy, sleepy town. Even when shook up by crashing escape pods.
Seeing that all the senior officers that were present had gathered, he joined the little meeting to make the group complete. Now that the priority of shelter and safety had been taken care off, planning could commence. Sweet turned his head to Jacob who asked what they should do as he answered on a serious tone: "Well Jacob, you being the soldier here I was hoping you could tell us. Anyway we can't do nothing. So I propose that we work on a way to find and join the others. Wilhelmina, could you see if you can find out about their location and make contact? Since we're going to be stuck here for at least a little while, then Jacob, maybe you can take care of our security for now. Then Audrey, perhaps you can think of a way to get us all out of here. My patients are fine, they just need rest. So I can go and talk to the people in charge of this train station. See if I can arrange something for shelter, aid and resources. You know, work my charm."
At the end, the dark skinned doctor gave a confident and playful wink. He gave the others time to let his proposal sink in. He wasn't trying to take charge but felt his wisdom would be useful. Also the fast paced man didn't like sitting around. The longer it took to determine action, the more it would strike morale down. Keeping busy is just what he ordered for everyone to not let despair take over.

Bolt followed Dr. Sweet into the area, wondering just what was going on. Seemed that there was some debate on how to get out of here and get back to where they were going. The older lady had bought some cigarettes, something that Bolt knew to have a horrible smell to it. Audrey was yelling at her for spending the money on such things. And Sweet was looking for somewhere to rest and get some resources. Bolt stood there in between group, sat down, and just wagged his tail, not sure what he was supposed to do at the moment. There was a lot going on, and he didn't really have a place to be right now.
(( New round, ends the 25th. Remember that if you don't post in this thread, you will NOT be considered one of the Twilight Atlantis recruits!
To keep things moving I'm just going to briefly prompt the Atlantis crew. Atlantis canons, feel free to begin enlightening the rest of us. ))
Nyra rolled her eyes at the antics of the the newcomers. She waited as patiently as she was capable until everybody assembled. Her arms had returned to their typical formation of being crossed in front of her chest, and her eyes flicked cat-like from person to person until a small crowd had gathered around the store.
It was then that Nyra straightened from where she had been leaning against the wall and walked to the stone rim of a ramp. She sat on it, turning to face Audrey, the Doctor, and the rest as she did so. Something big was happening. It was time to get things sorted out. They needed information.
"Well? The doctor has a point. You guys need shelter and food and then need to get out of here. But then where? Anyone mind finally telling us what's going on? Audrey, at this point we really don't care how long the story takes."

Plot round ends 27th
Wilma grumbled as she tried to work the radio. Trying to get reception from who knows where was prooving to be difficult especially when she's inside the train station. With the radio glued to her ear, she had the antenna pointed in various directions to get a clear sound with the set channel Rourke was last on.
"Hmm I think I'm getting something," she mumbled, "...hello...hello..."
Sucking on her cigarette, she had stepped to the side, "Can you hear me now? Hello...how about now...?"
"Well Jacob, you being the soldier here I was hoping you could tell us. Anyway we can't do nothing. So I propose that we work on a way to find and join the others," Dr. Sweet said to Lumaria. The Heartless nodded and scratched his chin. As he thought. This train station was good as shelter right now, so they should probably stay there. As far as food, they'd need to go to the rest of town to acquire some. He looked around at the other crewmembers. There were at least several dozen that were uninjured. He could take some of them to go look for food.
"I think I'll take a small group out to look for places to get food," He said in his disguise voice,"We're going to need enough for several days while we figure out how to get out of here. And I can take Nyra with me and explan things to her. That way you all can focus on tending the wounded and such."
"Thoughts?" He said, looking from Audrey, to Sweet and then back again.

Roxas appeared in the doorway to the train station, contemplating their words of travel to a new world. It sounded like fun, and more importantly, he could keep an eye on the heartless that was posing as a human, for reasons that the Key did not bother understanding.
Walking back over to the group, Roxas scratched the back of his head. "If you'd like, Jacob- I can guide you around, help gather supplies. Especially seeing as your" Roxas gestured to the lady who had bought the cigarettes and was talking to herself- "currency is not nearly the same as ours."
Folding his arms, Roxas began to form, in his head, exactly what he'd be reporting, and how he would go about asking Xemnas permission to accompany the travelers.
((I'm not sure if this thread is still... anything, but consider this my signing up of Roxas! -Unless I cannot send more than one of my characters, but I'm sure that won't be a problem, right?))
