In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"Aw crap!" The giant wheel ship had gotten behind Rose somehow, and she desperately tried to figure a way out of this. If she was actually in space, she could use physics to fight, but as it was... "We're getting out of the atmosphere! Keep your eye on that guage, and tell me when it hits zero, okay?" Rose pulled the Black hawk up, and pointed at the inky blackness of space. She pushed the engies as hard as she could. Halen slipped back into his seat, shaking slightly. That boosting business had tired him out some, and he wouldn't be any help.
Ravian looked back at Nyra as he struggled to keep the ship steady. She wasn't doing half bad she was at least keeping everything off of the ship. Though she didn't seem to be going after the big ones, maybe she was intimidated by or didn't want to much attention. Worried about how much damage the big ones could do? He was about to tell her to try going for the slower ones, when one of the cylindricals ones shaped like wheels....floated or flew up to them, stupid space physics.
It was a bit scary, but for him mostly just thrilling. The flashes of light surrounding them as the battle raged on. It was a wonder these heartless never came down from the skies, they were so big, and powerful. Ravian doubted he could even injure one if he had to,a humbling thought. Good thing they had these ships or fighting these things would be impossible.
"Ravian, Move" Hm, what Ravian banked away from the Wheel as it burst. "See its all under control" he said with a nervous smile. He sped forward as more heartless joined the chase"We should probably take out the big ones first"
"The big guys - got it," Nyra said, racing to the back of the ship again. She grabbed one of the thunder cannons and peered through the eyepiece, gritting her teeth when she immediately spotted a spindly, fearsome blue heartless heading their way. As she began shooting, however, she was thrown to the ground.
"Ravian!" she called out. "Steer, will you?" The gummi ship rolled again, and suddenly Nyra realized it wasn't Ravian's doing. The Storm had been knocked by something.
Nyra crawled over to the other window, still a bit off balance from the last hit. Her eyes narrowed, and she cursed under her breath. There were two. How the hell was she supposed to shoot them both, on either side of the ship?!
Finally she managed to get to her feet, immediately grabbing the nearest Asteroid lazer and jamming the trigger. After a few reckless shots she took a breath and took the time to aim, hoping she could finish this guy off as soon as she could. She needed to get rid of the one on the other side - one that really wouldn't have been attacking them if she hadn't aggravated it, as per Ravian's suggestion.

Luck's Fighter
As Arlan continued to fire from his new ship, dubbed 'Luck's Fighter', he watched as some of the Drillers had decided to engage his ship. A soft curse came from the pilot as he quickly started to maneuver around the heartless that were now on the offensive. Arlan smiled as he waited for one to get into his sights before pressing the button to launch a missle toward it, followed by lasers after they had passed it. It was times like these that he wished that Tilanis was human as he could man the other guns. But for now he had an idea.
"Tilanis, as best as you can, try to fire that other turret. Don't worry about aiming. Just shoot when they get in your sight."[/color] Arlan growled in the language of the wolf. The black and white wolf nodded and growled back an 'Okay' before heading toward the turret on the other side. Hopping into the chair, he sat down as best as he could before placing his paw on the side of the turret. Moving it straight ahead, he set his paw above the button to fire lasers and waited til drillers could be seen. Then he would press down softly so as to not move the turret and fire the lasers. While he was a wolf, he still had the mind of a human, so he could still think every action out. Perhaps doing this was just helping him feel like a human once more.
Bob the pilot continued to maneuver around, trying to get in a position for the two to fire while also dodging oncoming attacks. A driller did manage to hit him though, which caused the ship to move around a bit. But it didn't get past it's shields, so there was no damage to the hull just yet. Arlan knew they had to take this thing out as quick as possible.

Traverse Town Mothership
As he watched the beam of lightning strike the Reaper's wheel, seconds before it was going to hit the mothership he was in. Seemed that he had gotten to this turret just in time as he quickly spun it around, looking for some of the more menacing heartless that were around, ones that might be more difficult for the smaller ships. It looked like there were 2 more Reaper's Wheels flying about. Taking aim at the closest one to him, he started to fire his beam in short bursts so as to be able to follow it better, while still keeping an eye out for fellow gummi ships. If smaller heartless got in his way, all the better. He also kept his eyes open for the heartless that might come toward him, as well as possibly finding that giant beast again. He knew it wasn't gone for good. So he had to keep his eyes peeled for anything sign that it was coming back.

(( To keep things moving (and because Shun hasn't posted here in over a month ^^) We're going to go with saying that this battle has ended. Forgive the brevity of the following post. I say we got enough practice in - next episode will be out soon. ))
With it's lesser minions conquered, the Dark Predator arrived once again from the depths of the shadows cast by the Ulysses fleet. At the order of all three captains, the cannons of the motherships rained heavily and determinedly upon the beast. It gave one final blow to the Twilight mothership before retreating to the safety of its spacial waters. The price of these Hearts was not worth the trouble. They were insignificant in comparison to his usual prey, despite the large quantities the strange vessels offered.
The back end of the Twilight Town ship was shredded. Rescue gummis from the two others, plus the remainder of it's own, rushed to transport all individuals that couldn't leave via gummi ship to the Radiant Garden and Traverse Town vessels. Abandoned, the fallen mothership is slowly consumed by flames, and vanishes from view as the rest of the Fleet move forward.
"Keep your eye on that gauge, and tell me when it hits zero, okay?"
Saxen grunted and nodded. He kept his eyes on the display that Rose had pointed out, which was lucky for everyone because, if he hadn't, he would've noticed the strange Neoshadow slipping into a seat. His right hand felt heavy and stiff, but he tried to keep his mind off that. "What were you thinking getting into a ship in this condition, Saxen? Nevermind, you weren't!" echoed a familiar voice in Saxen's mind. "Look, if you're gonna bother me, at least help me out!" he replied. He then tried to shut Deathbade out and immediately noticed the read. "Now!"
"Now!" Rose dialed a command into her wrist computer, and the autopilot took over for a second, reversing the ship so that it was seemingly flying backwards. However the ship on their tail vanished as she brought the guns to bear. She heard cheering over FLEETCOM, and realized that the Heartless had retreated. She gunned the engines, flying back towards the Radiant Garden mothership.
"What happened to the twilight town ship?"
She glanced over at her copilot, and realized something was wrong. "Hey, can you hold yourself together a few more minutes, we're almost there."
She flew into the hangar bay of the RG-Ms, and called ahead for a medic.
--------------- Ari Karnes
This was too much for him to handle. not five minutes into this new mission and a creature of the void had attacked their group, and downed one of the skyships. As he watched it burn, he realized he could not handle this so called mission. he glanced around, and saw he was alone, then opened a gateway into the darkness, and returned to Traverse Town.

Luck's Fighter
After some more shots, Arlan watched as the the heartless started to fly away and disappear into the darkness of space. While he hated that they got away, he noticed the damage that was made to the Twilight Town Mothership. He pulled out Tilanis' card and sent his wolf back into it as Bob made his way toward the wreckage. They had to aid in getting some of the survivors off of the ship as quickly as possible. Loading up the small fighter gummi ship, The group headed back toward the Radiant Garden ship.
Radiant Garden Mothership
Quickly hopping off, Arlan started to heal some of the more injured members of the Twilight Town ship, while he waited for more direction.

Traverse Town Mothership
The beam of lightning was successful in taking out some more heartless, but he wasn't fast enough to realize the giant heartless from before was now attacking the Twilight Town Ship again. Leaving a massive amount of damage, the heartless disappeared as the Twilight Town Mothership started to go down in flames. Rescue ships quickly went to pull who they could off of the ship as Jason quickly disappeared from the turret to head to the Traverse Town ship's dock. Using his powers of healing, he worked on healing all that he could so that they didn't have to worry about too many more casualties. This day was just getting better and better.
