In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Okay this is probably the most STUPID question I've ever asked, but is KH Final Mix+ out for USA Playstations? If so I can't find it. WHY? On websites I've heard there is a USA version, and on others there isn't a USA version.......I'M SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, you can't trust most sites out theeeeere. If it's in Japan and hasn't been released yet, and we haven't talked about it already here on WD...then it probably isn't coming out. XDDD 'Tis unfortunate though. Although I'm pretty sure you can get the Japanese version of the game if you order it online.
Through either a Japanese region-based PS2 or a modded American one, you can BUY the Final Mix games and play them, however they are not meant for a release to American audiences.
The cutscenes and voices are in English. The rest of the text in game is still Japanese. So you can attempt to suffer through this if you wish to spend the extra cash to play the games, but that aside, there's not enough of a market (or so SE claims [and I agree]) to release them all again here. Perhaps in a few years if they do an anniversary bundle pack with bonus content, and even then, you're likely looking at a PS3 or Next-Gen release.
Region coding. It's a configuration in the tech inside the PS that, if you have a US-Region for instance, will not allow you to play games from other regions, such as Japan. I believe some areas of Europe also use American Region PlayStations.
The reasoning for region coding is because some games launch before others, it prevents videogame piracy, or people getting illegal bootleg versions of games before release dates. Also because some countries, on account of individual economies, PlayStations and games are cheaper than in others. Sony didn't want people shopping in other regions because it hurts their own sales in key regions such as America.
