In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Just letting Struggle fighers know, there is no need to wait for a staff member between posts. We will step in if necessary, but for the most part the judging will be held after each participant has posted 15 times.
Speaking of which, I'll ask for a general public opinion - should the first two rounds just have 10 each? (Total of 20 posts)

Yeah. You want to make sure people have ample time to post. I would say... One week for the first post. And maybe... 3 or 4 days for in between. And you can skip the person or whatever.
Give people a poke and a nudge, too. If need be people with absent or disqualified partners can duel each other instead. If there is truly an odd one out, I'm sure we'd be able to round up some other volunteer, or do an unprecedented three-way match. (Eh, not sure about judging that one, however.)
See, the problem is that the amount of matches comb perfectly down to the final two battlers for the Championship. With people going inactive in the pre-lims there isn't much issue, since they can be replaced before the next rounds. But later on it will become a problem. Moral of the story: keep posting. XD

Sorry we're literally at the end of the tournament; the finalists are opposing each other as we speak. Stay tuned at Kingdom Hearts: World Destiny for more IC fun goodness.
We have our Struggle Runner-up! Congratulations, Ayama's V!
And our Champion for the year's Tournament -
Chris' Arthas Kinohorin!
Thank you for your dedication to this activity. It's been long, but you guys have made it through.
Though Setzer Gabbiani is presenting your prize summons to your winning characters, you are free to hand them off to any of your characters. You may add them both to the Final Profile of your character of choice.
Summon: Fire Chocobo Nickname: Gender: Female Traits: A standard sized chocobo with strange, red-orange feathers. A well-trained mount, though slightly ill mannered. Funnily enough, this girl has a tendency to breathe fire. Summon Gem: Featherflame gem
Summon:Carbuncle Nickname: Gender: Male Traits: A blue, rabbit/feline-like creature with a ruby in the center of his forehead. Though not yet very powerful, this young summon has significant magical potential. Currently skilled at casting Reflect. Summon Gem: Redmoon gem
Both summons can manifest from their respective gems, giving a temporary body to the soul contained within them. After five posts they revert to gem state, and cannot emerge again for another ten.
