In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Erik walked into the Sandlot, looking around for anyone else that might be there. It was typically empty and today was no exception. This was one of the places that Erik spent a lot of his time at, he loved the sport of Struggle after all and this was the area that the matches typically took place. If Erik was lucky he was able to find someone similar to him passing through here every so often, someone else who was looking for a Struggle match to practice so that they would be ready for the tournament that happened every year.
Erik unsheathed both of his Struggle bats before looking around and hoping someone would show up. He had been bored for most of the day and headed here in hopes of finding someone who would go through a game or two with him. He could always use refresher matches to so that he could be ready for any matches that he happened to run into.
Since there was no one around Erik would have to wait until someone decided to show up. Erik found that it was best if he used moments like this to practice on any walls or imaginary opponents that he could create. Since the imaginary opponent was usually better than a wall Erik would almost always go for that option, he could imagine then fighting back and could practice his strategy this way.
Figments on Erik’s imagination popped up around him, three figures of varying heights were there, poised and ready to go for a match against Erik. One was a very muscly, well-built adult standing about half a foot over Erik. The opponent directly in front of him was a teen standing about his size, he was a scrawny fellow who clearly didn’t eat much. It almost looked as if the wind could blow him over it he wasn’t in a stance that gave him some balance. The third opponent was to his left, it was just a kid who was about one head length shorter than Erik, these three would make a well-balanced team to fight against Erik.
Immediately the teen rushed forward quickly to Erik so that he could get some of his orbs, but Erik was ready. He quickly blocked the attack with his left hand bat and then flung his right bat quickly to the teens midsection, this flung him back a bit and sent his orbs flying around the area, Erik quickly rushed around to get these screaming out, “You’ll never beat me!”
Moments later the kid took a chance to rush forward and attack Erik. Not ready, Erik flung himself to the side to simulate the smack that he just received, his Struggle orbs were all over the ground when Erik quickly pushed himself up and ran over to the kid while using his move tornado to knock the kid back. The kid dodged his first sweep around but was hit directly and the second sweep and was sent flying. Once again Erik ran around picking up the available Struggle orbs.
Hearing the adult running from behind him, Erik quickly swiveled on his feet in time to put his bat’s up in an X to block the powerful attack. Both the adult and Erik jumped back before running forward towards each other where they were in a small showdown. Both of bats were collided against each other so that whoever could push the other back would be able to get in the hits. Erik was outmatched but was also stuck so that he would be flung backward.
After the showdown was over Erik got flung himself backward and was on the ground. Looking forward Erik noticed that all three of his opponents were ready to rush forward and deal the final blows. He quickly dropped his bats and held up his hands, “Whoa guys, I surrender. Clearly, I lost this time.” The imaginary figments stopped and stood up straight before Erik said, “Ok, you all can go back into my mind now.” Almost instantaneously, all three of the people vanished and Erik was satisfied with his match. Almost all of his practice matches ended this way, with him stuck in a showdown with the muscly guy before begin flung backward and being overwhelmed.
Erik stopped for a moment to think about how he could overcome this weakness of his and decided it would have been best if he could somehow escape out of the showdown and sidestep the opponent. Problem was, he had always been locked in. Oh well, Erik walked over to bench and sat down laying his Struggle bats and opening his eyes so that he would be ready for anyone entering the area. Hopefully they would be up for a match.

Aidan had been enjoying his time relaxing, looking up at the sky. It was so nice and calm out, so why not? Ever since he'd mysteriously popped up in this town, he'd felt seriously out of place. Not just by appearance, though. In fact, the locals seemed to be getting used to his animal-like appearance. The thing that made the red fox Taranian feel so strange was how peaceful it seemed to be here. From having lived almost all of his current life in an epic war against the darkness, suddenly everything had changed now. He thought about this and that, and it annoyed him. He needed something to keep his mind busy.
A noise made his large ears prick up out of curiosity. Sitting up, he noticed someone down in the Sandlot attacking some sort of invisible enemy...? No, he seemed to just be practicing by himself. The teen looked to be having fun, and Aidan admitted that it looked like fun to not only watch, but participate in, too. However, the red fox wondered if the boy would accept his appearance, since it looked to be someone who hadn't seen him before. Nevertheless, it probably wouldn't hurt to try.
He leaped down from a somewhat dizzying height that would have injured normal people, and walked towards the teenager. As he stepped closer, he was glad that he had decided to leave his large sword back in the secret place where he kept most of the things he collected. Apparently in this world, it was weird to be wandering around with a sword. Even though it did help against Nobodies and Heartless, he didn't want to unnerve anybody, so he had begun to stop bringing it wherever he went. It wasn't like there was much point in having it anyway. Compared to his old home, it was as if the Heartless didn't even exist.
"Uh, hi," Aidan greeted the teen in a casual manner. "Er, I hope you don't mind the sudden question but... what are you doing?" He was trying to be as friendly as he could. His dark blue eyes looked at him expectantly as his blonde, spiky hair was tousled softly by the gentle breeze. Aidan thought he could smell rain off in the distance.
