In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Name: Axel (A-X-E-L) -------------------------------------------- Aliases: The Flurry of Dancing Flames. -------------------------------------------- Also goes by: "Number Eight" "Spiky" -------------------------------------------- Age:While his exact age is unknown, it is speculated that the suspect is approximately 21 years of age. -------------------------------------------- Gender:Male -------------------------------------------- Species:Nobody -------------------------------------------- Position:The Organization’s Number VIII -------------------------------------------- Born in:The World That Never Was -------------------------------------------- Last spotted:Radiant Garden
Build:The Culprit's unique build gives him the ultimate hand when it comes to the attributes of both speed and power. His broad shoulders give him just a hair of strength, and the rest of his vampiricly-wiry structure gives him the speed he needs to quickly finish off his opponents.
It's clear that he was built as a hybrid, utilizing the most advantageous attributes of speed and power to give him an edge. He is classified as a highly dangerous predator.
Ethnicity:Axel is described as a white male. Defining characteristics include purple tear marks that accentuate sharp jade eyes. His eyes are further emphasized by thick eyelashes. It is rumored he wears guyliner. His hair is fiery red in color. It is very spiky, and jets primarily up and backward in what is presumed to be a vague representation of the element he seems to be absolutely obsessed with.
Last seen wearing:He was last seen wearing a long, heavy black coat characterized by a large silver, two-way zipper. The size fits him perfectly, as though it were tailored to his exact measurements. Across the chest of this coat is a fancy chain hanging in a semi-circle, with another length of dangling chain mirrored on either side.
It is theorized that the "Organization Thirteen" of which Axel is Number Eight, is a gang of some sort, with its members all wearing coats like his, and customized boots with silver highlights to match.
All members of this gang are presumed to be dangerous.
Personality:True to the element he mimics, Axel’s reasons and thoughts seem to be spontaneous. They can change on a dime, like flames bending to the will of the wind. It’s common for this Nobody to make awkward or irrational decisions which may seem to be his folly, but the more we uncover about him, the more we realize that each of his actions, no matter how instantaneous, is actually a well thought out, carefully planned act.
The Flurry can be harsh to most, and even unpredictable and dangerous, but he does have a weakness which may be exploited. To those few friends he actually has, his loyalty knows no end; for example, he has been known to follow one of his friends to the death.
Other reports detailing him describe him as mysterious, and not without good reason. He has a difficult time expressing anything other than that which relates to Fire, and due to this, his intentions are usually unclear to other people, making him difficult to figure out, and even more difficult to catch.
Weapons:This Nobody is considered armed and extremely dangerous. He has only ever been seen with two Chakrams. His are considered to be personalized, and are different than your average Chakrams in that Axel's have spikes. An off-white, silvery luster glints off of the outsides, beneath which is a bright red, and finally, at the centers, jet black, ultra-comfort grips.
While these weapons may not seem to be as efficient as a bow or even a pair of guns, don't let his weapon choice fool you! Axel is very skilled with these dangerous weapons, and can maneuver them to do his bidding with refined precision. It is not uncommon for Axel to ignite these weapons to give them an even more threatening appeal.
Criminal Record: Somehow this strange Nobody made it into Organization Thirteen: the gang aforementioned, as their number Eight, and while not initially suspected, may be linked to a lot of Disorganization within Organization Thirteen.
Chain of Memories: In Chain of Memories he plays as the double agent. As such he gains the trust of the rebels Larxene and Marluxia just so that he can get in on their plans. He is so meticulous in pretending to be on their side that he goes to the extent of destroying one of the Organization's own, Vexen, upon command. However, after gaining their trust and learning of their plans to take over the Organization, he exposes them to the rest of the Organization as traitors and has them killed, by creative means, upon confrontation with Sora.
From there, he granted Namine freedom from the Organization's clutches so that she could show Sora the truth about how she manipulated his memories.
In addition to these blatant and meticulous accusations of murder, he attempted to enroll the aid of Vexen’s Riku Replica in order to eliminate Zexion, another member of the Organization, from Castle Oblivion’s lower floors.
358/2 Days: When Roxas was first initiated into the Organization, it was Axel's charge to show him the ropes. At first, the Flurry is unsure of how to help such a clueless, zombie-like initiate, but over time and Ice Cream, things seem to alleviate, and Axel even begins to form a bond with his smaller blonde cohort.
He is sent to Castle Oblivion during Xion's initiation, and thus doesn't initially get to know her. When he finally returns from his mission at Castle Oblivion (and after the deceptive downfall of many of his cohorts, as eluded to in Chain of Memories), he's under the impression that his place as Roxas's "best friend" has been usurped by Xion.
At Roxas's request, the three of them begin to bond over Ice Cream and memories in Twilight Town, just as Roxas and Axel originally had... Despite the fact that Axel, all the while, is well aware of the faux shadow Xion really is.
Being a creature of opportunity, Axel continues to work within both sides of the Organization. Due to his unique position, he is able to maintain decent standing with most of the internally divided gang, all the while trying with every fiber of his being to keep his small, three-person family together.
Through his tangled web of carefully-fabricated deceit, Axel's only true desire is to keep his friendship trio together. The younger, restless Nobodies continue to make holding their group together more difficult by the moment. And to add insult to injury, Axel catches wind of a new plan formed by Xemnas, their leader, to eliminate one of the two Keyblade Wielders.
When Xion tries to leave the Organization once she discovers what she really is, Axel forcefully takes her back, convinced he can, somehow, keep their trio together. Axel's desperate and rough outburst toward Xion adversely breaks his speaking terms with Roxas, and he becomes divided himself, trying to figure out some median to keep both of them alive, and rapidly running out of time.
Once Roxas discovers that Axel's been keeping Xion's identity a secret, he brashly decides to leave the Organization, despite Axel's admonition that the gang would destroy him for doing just that.
And, Axel, as is the story of his life, is divided once again. But this time, it doesn't take him long to settle on a decision. Fully aware of the consequences, he jumps on the defection bandwagon, choosing the bond of friendship over his loyalty to the Organization. So when Roxas leaves the Organization to seek out his Somebody, Axel makes sure he isn’t far behind.
Kingdom Hearts 2: When Roxas finds himself in Diz’s imitation of Twilight Town, Axel is the one to play the Hero and, in one last attempt to save what's left of his Nobody-family, he tries to save his remaining best friend.
Roxas, however, chooses to merge with Sora regardless of his best friend’s desires, but The Flurry doesn’t give up hope, and decides to take matters into his own hands. It’s at this point he takes Kairi as his captive in order to lure Sora (or moreover, what’s left of Roxas) to himself, but his plan gets derailed when Saix obtains Kairi for the Organization’s bidding.
His final memory of confrontation with Sora is in the Betwixt and Between - a gray area between worlds on the pathway to World that Never Was. In this passage way, he decides to help Sora (and the Best Friend he knows is locked away in there) fight off an alarming amount of Dusks, even to his own bittersweet end.
With fading strength, he opens a portal to the World that Never Was, allowing Sora, the enduring legacy of his best friend, an all-access pass into the next phase of his destiny.
The present: It is suspected that Axel has been, against all possible odds, brought back to life, along with the rest of the Organization, once thought to be vanquished for good.
While his current location and standing with his gang is unverified, it is clear that he is alive and armed.
Charges: Fire: The suspect has been witnessed manipulating the element of Fire with refined finesse. While the extent of his Fire Wielding capabilities remains unknown, he has been labeled as dangerous.
Speed: A deadly attribute to combine with his element, he uses his superior speed to finish off his opponents swiftly. Be cautious! He is faster than ninety percent of the people he's come up against, and while not necessarily strong, we have been warned that he is particularly slippery.
Dark Portals: As with the rest of the Organization, it has been confirmed that Axel can make dark portals. This bending of shadow, time and space gives him an edge when in battle, but they are also known to be used as a means of escape, or when hopping between known worlds.
Clever Wit: As he's displayed countless times, either in narrow escape of the law, or just to create a mockery out of his foes, what the Flurry doesn’t have in brawn he makes up for in brain power. Unfortunately, no attempt to best him for good has been successful, and most of the time his elusiveness has been attributed to his quick mental prowess.
Dashing good looks: This sly, and all-too-witty ladies' man has been reported to try and swoon not only his opponents, but other women as well. Watch out, ladies! If he's got his eyes on you, don't fall for his venomous charm! If you should find yourself swooned by this deadly and painfully-good-looking predator, it is suggested that you slap yourself, and once in your right mind, call the authorities.
Secondary Eyewitness Account:The Organization wasn’t fond of making itself known to outsiders. In fact, it would’ve benefited all of the members of this discreet gang to appear to the public as little as possible. . . But Axel was never really one to regard the Organization’s best interests with any real enthusiasm.
It’s not like he was secretly against them, just that he didn’t really have petty rules set that high on the priority list. Besides, he was stories high, perched atop the little shelf above the peaceful town’s Train Station. It wasn’t like any of the handful of citizens, dozens of feet below him, were actually going to crane their necks around to see him.
Contrary to his popular disposition at this scene, the Flurry seemed ill at ease. His arms were crossed in a gesture of blatant dissatisfaction, the hood of his cloak pulled up in an attempt to conceal a fraction of his identity. Half of his face was hidden beneath shadow, the other half caught the ever-setting sun, livening the pure jade of his irises. Fire was visible in his expression, a deep burning that seemed to reach far beyond his eyes. Neither hate nor anger had spurred these Flames. Rather, it was a mix of irritation and uncertainty… Of the mind, anyway. For he knew the old phrase like the back of his hand: Nobodies can't feel.
Somewhere beneath the thick layer of concentration sat a wicked case of disbelief.
About his Heart, he was positive. He would gain a Heart of his own, even if a plausible route had yet to be uncovered.
One hand slid into the inner pocket of his coat. As he withdrew it, a dusty gaze fixed on the picture that had been retrieved; the blue eyes and blonde hair that smiled back at him, delicate smile frozen in time... a snapshot of his best friend. To lose was to find, and to find was to lose. That was how the saying in Castle Oblivion went. Did that apply to the Organization as well?
Comments:We are aware that this is not a full depiction of the suspect or his affiliations and actions. This is an ever-expanding file collaborating what we do know of him, based off of the tips that we continue to receive.
As a general rule of thumb, please report any suspicious activity as soon as you notice it. And, if you should see this elusive criminal on the streets, you are advised to call the authorities immediately.
