In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Rook followed. Slowly but surely he was finding his causes, stumbling upon battles and people he would actually do more than simply fight for. This was how he would accomplish his dream, regardless of what toll it would take on him. Now here he was again on the world of Traverse Town, headed into the Third District for yet another battle with a Heartless.
First, Jason lead him against the Darkside. Rook had not only conquered that fear, but the enemy as well. Not, Era, going into battle against her own Heartless, her own errant otherhalf. He accomplished so much by relying on the strength of others now, he was finding it harder and harder to believe that he still lived in the middle of no where.
One more nod to Leon and his side of the debate. Rook found himself giving more and more thought to his offer.
"So... this Heartless of yours. You think she'll come to you, or are we going to have to hunt het down like a rodent in a cellar?"
Keeping her pace, Era managed to turn back toward her new comrade, a simple shrug accompaning her innocent grin. "I dunno," The slightest wrinkling happened to cross her delicate brows. "I'll put it this way: I've never had a problem finding her before."
From what she could tell, this Rook seemed to be all about business. Not like that was bad or anything. Right now, for instance, it was a very helpful thing. She could really get used to having a companion of this calibre.
The girl's feet came to a halt. The final district was just beyond the doors she now found herself in front of. With a deep breath, she cleared her mind. She was anxious, worried, but moreover excited for the battle to come. This would end here and now.
