In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The mess left by the constant chaos that impacted the castle, while they were gone, was a huge ordeal. Minnie had distracted herself from the frustration and irritation she bottled up towards a particular Flora Nobody. Now the townspeople were busy moving back into their homes including cleaning layers of dusts and messes the nobodies and heartless had left.
Throughout Disney Town, windows were open as dust fluttered out by brooms. Some of the women gathered together to clean their laundry over large bins of water along washboards. They arms were strong as they grew accostumed to the stings in their muscles. The community was slowly forming again as they chatted among each other with the usual gossiping.
The men were assisting the booms inside by moving furniture out the house for the enchanted brooms can sweep away the moments of yesterday into a single pile outside of every home. Other booms trailed behind with buckets of water in their hands from a nearby well to give the houses their final cleaning. They had to be careful and dodge the playful young children, while the adolescence were cleaning windows.
The same business was occuring in the castle. The remainder of free Royal Guards and brooms were tending to the inside of the castle. Some were trying to fix the damage in the Hall of the Cornerstone. The door to the stone near the throne was heavily damaged exposing the stone's previous chambers. The white walls were burnt as well, so it needed to be scrubbed before giving a new coat of white paint.
The Queen in the meantime was sweeping away more dust, rubble, dirt, and so on from the long red carpet, while a pair of broom rolled it up as she went. The bright red had tinted with the multiple filthy feet that tresspassed on him; it also smelled of mildew with water stains all over it. Lowly she hummed, while making sure she didn't miss anything. She did stiffen seeing a trace of blood.
What in the worlds went on in her castle during her leave?
The sun shone brightly over the grassy fields outside of the castle. Something it hadn't done in a long while. And the brilliant ray's were giving all of the townspeople a good feeling. Motivation to carry on with their work and hope for the future. From over the hills at the horizon, travelling down the roads that leaded to the castle doors. Was a lone knight in full platemail armor. One of wich the likes were unusual on this world. For the figure it encompassed was not animalistic, but human.
Eventhough he was a stranger in this world, the tall knight was still greeted friendly by any inhabitant he crosses. Despite his grim facial expression that seemed to be as solid on his face as a carving into stone. Treadding on, the knight reached the royal gardens of the castle. And looked around at the bush statues that were getting a cut to make them look proper again. Some people where busy replanting some of the flowers as the magical broomsticks and royal guardians were also running around cleaning the castle. Perhaps it was his calm proceedings. Or that somehow they all could feel he had a good natured, idealistic heart. But the knight wasn't stopped or halted as he ventured up the staircases to the upper walkway. That leaded to a massive door from wich he expected to be the audience chamber.
The light in the throne room was disturbed by a shadow. A tall figure was standing before the small door inside the large throne room doors. The shadow fell over Queen Minnie as she could see a large silhouet. The knight needed to squat and carefully squeeze himself through the small door to enter the throne room. It was then that he could be seen properly.
A tall and broad human male, fully clad in silvery plate mail armor. With black leather underneath. A cape was inbedded in the shoulderpieces. A nicely decorated scabberd with a equally refined long sword dangled at his side. And by a belt the contours of a kite shield could be seen on his back. His helmet he was carrying under his left arm. A helmet that looked like a wolf's head. While a pale face with long black hair that already had streaks of grey into it. And woodbrown eyes scouted the throne room and crossed those of the Queen.
Confidently the knight took a couple of steps closer to her and then stopped. A cold serious expression was on his face. As he then politely bowed and said:" Pardon me good maid, i hope i'm not intruding. My name shall be Sir Lucas, and i'm seeking the master or lord of this here castle for an audience. Could you perhaps be so kind to assist me fair lady?"

White gloved hand quickly sweeped at the mess as she sighed softly. The ruins spoke a story of the castle and what it been through, but still from the outside looking in, she will never know what exactly happened here. Looking back, she told the brooms to make sure this room was mopped up properly. They nodded and made sure to remember as they carried out the duty in rolling up the long rug behind her.
She wasn't wearing her formal dresses, but the informal blue dress with pink shoes and a matching pink bow. There was need to dress so queenly when there was cleaning to do. Round ears twitched hearing the main door opened. The broom stiffened as well once noticing the Queen had ceased her sweeping. A hume walked through the door, and she knew he was foreign, since no hume were naturally born in the world.
He adorned himself like a knight as he strolled up to her. His intense aura was obvious with his stature and expression; the queen's nose twitched feeling his heart, so he wasn't a heartless or nobody. Although his heart wasn't pure to the extrem, she felt she would be welcomed by a polite guest. Nevertheless, a proper greeting would be needed, and she must reminded the Royal Guards to make sure they escort any future visitors.
"Pardon me good maid, I hope I'm not intruding. My name shall be Sir Lucas, and I'm seeking the master or lord of this here castle for an audience. Could you perhaps be so kind to assist me fair lady?"
"You are looking at her, Sir Lucas. I am Queen Minnie of Disney Castle. As you can see, we are a bit busy, but may I ask what have brought you here to this world?"
Sir Lucas was startled by her answer as he gasped lightly and staggered back a bit as he surprisingly exclaimed:" .. he.. you?.." Looking baffled at her still holding her broom for sweeping.
Then the knight regained his composture and nearly inmeddiatly fell down on one knee. Kneeling and bowing his head deeply so that his long locks fell over the sides of his face. The armor chimed with the movements as the silvery metal clanged and rattled softly. When finaly in the formal kneeling position Sir Lucas then spoke with a slightly more hastly and uneasy tone: "Forgive me, your Royal Highness. I was unaware of whom I was adressing. There is no excuse for my insulance."
Sir Lucas then tilted his head back up a bit, but remained kneeled down. His cold face had thawed a little as there was a hint of emotion visible now. Desperation mixed with a cinder of hope. Taking a breath, the knight continued in a calmer and more familiar tone. As the following introduction he as done so many times before as protocoll prescribed. "My name is Sir Lucas Lunaris the Seventh. Son of the Baron of Nordenfrosd... of the world of Seria." That latter came out doubtingly. Since he wasn't used to adding his home world to the introduction.
After hesitating for a moment, Sir Lucas spoke on: "I have travelled here from far, led by tales of a mighty King that defeats heartless and saves worlds. If permitted, I seek the King his council. For my own world is threathened to be lost forever." Sir Lucas kept his humble stance in front of Queen Minnie. His hand that wasn't holding his helmet placed on his knee.

Her hand reached out to touch his head as he uttered his apology nervously. "There's no need for apologies. I'm not even formerly dressed, so the fault isn't on you."
The Queen added a small chuckle at her attire. With her informal appearance and a broom, it was easy to confuse her, and being so calm and kind-hearted, she didn't take any offense. Instead she decided to lighten the mood with a little humor, but seeing that the knight had relaxed she smiled and awaited for an answer.
She repressed her first response towards the mentioning of the King; Minne had grown accostumed to not let all of her feelings pour out like a heart on her sleeve. She needed to stay strong for her people, and merely nodded showing that she was listening.
"It seems news of him goes far and fast, but I must apologize that the King isn't present. You see he had departed from this world for quite some time to aid the others. Knowing him, he's probably seeking out the key towards the worlds' future. In the meantime, I govern this world along with my advisor until his return."
Her brows knitted together knowing that she had gave him a sense of bad news, "What is the name of your world? Perhaps I can give at least some help to prolong any threat. I wish there was something I can do; even this world has been suffering hence the need to clean up the big mess left behind."
Gazing about, she didn't see this room as the proper place to continue the conversation. Sure it was the Audience Chamber, but with the large mess, a big hole that uncovered the secret passage to the Hall of the Cornerstone. Freeing the broom, it wiggled before arms sprouted. "Can you please finish this up for me?"
The broom nodded and the queen began leading the knight out the Hall of the Cornerstone. "Let's find a more appropiate place to talk; there's at least one clean room to go to. I hope this doesn't bothers you."
She waited for him to come with her as she head towards the door of the Audience Chamber to go to the Royal Studies to the right of the grand hall.
Sir Lucas looked baffled at the spontanious animation of the broom as it took off and continued the work by itself. So baffled he needed a few seconds before reacting to Queen Minnie's request to follow her.
But then he rose to his feet and turned to Queen Minnie as he answered with a bow: " It shall not bother me, not even in the least, your Royal Highness." Then Sir Lucas walked up to the entrance door to also leave the audience chamber. Needing to bend again a little to squirm through the small door he finaly appeared on the upper walkway.
Following the Queen, Lucas made sure to stay a step behind her. Royal protocoll was such a habit that the knight didn't know any other way to behave. With a slighty lower voice Lucas spoke: "Well your Highness, the world i'm from... We call it Seria. But I must admit that outside of my own Baronny I know little of our world. We also had no knowledge of the existance of other worlds. That of course untill recently the dark scourge started to plague our lands. My father's castle is the last safe haven for our people but the heartless are massing and drawing nearer each passing day. The High Priestess foretold that if not stopped, they would eventually tear the world itself apart." There were strong emotions now in his matter of speaking. Aswel as his eyes started to become a bit glassy and no longer focussed on his surroundings.
Then with a sigh the knight returned to reality and glanced questionally at Queen Minnie. While still following her to the study. And then asked in turn: "Your Highness, If i may be so bold, you mentioned that the King was looking for a 'key'? It strikes me as odd as the High Priestess of my world also told me that I should find the 'key' to save us. Truelly this can not be a coïncidence anymore. What kind of 'key' is capable of vanquishing the heartless and safeguard our homes?"

Leaving the Audience Chamber, she walked down towards the Royal Studies. So the worlds were more diverse than she had thought, since she never heard of a Seria. Opening the study's door, she beckoned for him to come and close the door. The room was freshly attended to. Some of the brooms had stayed behind in the Castle just incase the King had arrived, but none had traveled for to the Queen to tell her otherwise.
They had kept themselves safe during destructive waves on the castle and attempted to tidy up any mess they left behind, but the recent event was too big to have it handled once they recieved news that the Queen was returning.
There were bookshelves along the walls with a high quality desk standing in the center with coffee tables and red sofas. There was even a doggy bed for Pluto, who knew where he was. He traveled more worlds than Minnie herself.
"Please sit for there's a lot to cover," Queen Minnie sat on the sofa first waiting for him to join her. "I would offer some refreshments, but we are struggling to get everything back in order. As for your question, there is in fact a key. To understand it all you must know what exactly happened to your world."
"We all live on seperate worlds, and all of them at one point were seperate. Years ago, a door to one of the worlds opened, and it sent a chain reaction in disrupting world order. Like all doors, it lead to something very important. You're high priestess would be correct if there was nothing to stop the darkness on Seria. Like you and I, every world have a 'heart', which is where the door leads to."
"The Heartless, creatures who lacks emotions that comes from the darkness, devour hearts, and the bigger, the better. With unlock doors, world order is disturbed, and the hearts of worlds are exposed for the taking. Like any door, there's a key; in this case, The King is searching and the High Priestess was referring to the keyblade, a magneficient blade structured as a key that can defeat the heartless and lock the world's door."
Minnie looked down at her wedding ring seeing the Mouse Emblem on it. Her husband was indeed a wielder of the keyblade, the Kingdom Key connected to the Realm of Darkness. She further explained how matters have gotten worse with the additions of more monstrosities. "So the King is looking for other future keyblade wielders to bring back world order. I don't know if he had any luck, since we've been out of contact for some time, but I have faith that he will find them all soon."
Sir Lucas had taken a seat offered by Queen Minnie. Placing his helmet carefully on the table. He looked rather confused at the curvy lines of the bookshelves. Infact the innatural bending lines of the entire castle were mindboggling for him. But his concentration was quickly focused on the Queen as she started to explain.
During her explanation, Sir Lucas didn't say a word. Not a single interruption or even movement happened form his end. He just listened, while staring intensly with his strong but slightly grim eyes. Taking in every word that she said.
After she had finished, a moment of silence occurred. As Sir Lucas was deeply lost in thoughts at that time. His facial expression was immensly serious. After the anxious moment he took a breath and then spoke slowly: "Your Highness,... I hear your words. Yet I have trouble to comprehend then fully. But what I do understand is that in order to save my world, I need to find this 'keyblade' you speak of. Either wield it myself or find a wielder to accompangy me back to my world. So that this door can be locked. "
Sir Lucas letted out a sigh of displeasment. As he gripped his fist that was still inside the gauntlet. Causing the leather to tense. Despite his polite behaviour he was obviously angry about something. The tension became nearly unbearable as he rose up from the red couch and started pacing through the study. With elevated voice he said upset: "So my only chance is to travel through countless of worlds in the hope to find a keyblade before my world can't be saved anymore."
Sir Lucas walked up untill one of the windows and stopped in front of it. Hands resting on the windowdesk. Looking out at the view. The knight took a couple of deep breaths that seemed to calm himself down and then said slightly hoarse: "Forgive me for my outburst Your Highness. It is just that... when I first embark on my yourney, I felt that I was pursuïng a goal of noble and pure interrest. But now that I know that every star at the night's sky is a world that faces the same danger. My quest to only save my own homeworld suddenly seem so... selfish."

Hearing him repeat the most important information he needed to save his world, the Queen merely nodded feeling the pain ebbing from him. Her lids slowly closed as she implied it was true, and she wanted nothing more but to restore hope in him. The Mouse's mouth opened and her hand stretched out as he began to pace.
It was a hard pill to swallow. For a world to be saved, one must either hope and pray they will be blessed with the keyblade or find another to do it for them, since it's out of their hands to do it themselves. Minnie was fortunate that her world was out of touch from the darkness much longer than others, but the previous year was rough. All of her training was put to the test as she governed her world alone with heartless and nobodies to deal with, while she waited for her husband or Sora to locked the world's door.
Now her husband had took the main defense of this world, and never spoke of it to her. It didn't make sense, and it was hard to force her people to leave their kingdom for safety. She refused to let them quiver in fear in the town, so an evacuation occured. Now she must wait for her husband to either show up with keyblade wielders or hope one lands on this world.
"There's no need for an apology. You are upset as so many others are." She rose from her spot and her heels clicked on the floor to stand next to him. "It isn't that selfish of a deed. You know people there, and you're speaking their need of help for them, so there's nothing selfish in it. Just keep your faith in the people that they can stay strong and hold a bit longer until help knocks on their door."
Sir Lucas kept staring out of the window while Queen Minnie comforted him. He letted his head hang while supporting his upper body with his arms on the windowdesk. Closing his eyes as he rested for a moment. And letting out a deep sigh. Tension fell off his shoulders as he became more relaxed.
The knight turned slowly towards her and looked down on her face. Softly he said: " Your Royal Highness, thou are indeed most kind and very wise. My people are strong, but they will not last indefinatly. Still I can not place the needs of other worlds before my own. It would be a betrayal of my code of chivalry, and my upbringings as a knight. I can not seek to save my own world without striving to save all worlds."
As Sir Lucas spoke those words, it elevated aswel as pained him. For he realised the true consequences. That this struggle would be something that he would dedicate his whole life to. The ideals of knighthood ment to carry a heavy burden, and those of others. He would never forsake them, but Sir Lucas knew that it would mean that he would have to face great dangers and difficulties. Untill his very end.
Sir Lucas then kneeled down again. Slowly this time, to bring his face to equal height of that of Queen Minnie. Finaly he spoke again with a more stronger and determent voice: "Your Royal Highness, I humblely ask if I can reside here in your castle for a while. Travelling to worlds is difficult for me and without any leads futile. Also I can not leave this world and castle in the state it is in now. If you are in need of a knight then I offer my sword. And also my assistance for as I can tell; There is still a lot of cleaning and rebuilding to do. Surely if a Queen is humble enough to participate in such activities then I can't place myself above that and would need to work twice as hard."

Minne felt lighter when Sir Lucas found the solution of the ordeal; by solving it, he was a step closer in helping his world than he was previously. Despite all the darkness, a light will still shine through and all worlds would be assisted to rise back to their balance and glory. "I'm glad to hear more motivated and helpful people. Moments like these make the days a bit brighter than before."
The Queen blinked with a soft question hm as the knight descended on a single knee. Her eyes finally saw his at an equal height without the need to crane her head too high on her small neck. This made her day, the request of another helping hand. With an excited giggle and a nod the Queen announced, "Disney Castle will gladly opens its arms for another helping hand and kind heart. We all appreciate it immensely."
"Oh!" the mouse blinked as an idea came to mind. "Perhaps you can help with a little puzzle we have here. It's back in the Audience Chamber. I'm sure you noticed the heavy damage it have"
The Queen moved her little feet quickly to the door to show rather than explain completely in details, "I assume since our departure from the Kingdom that there's been many attacks and invasion on this castle. One truly concerns me as the Hall of the Cornerstone was forced apart."
Minnie quickly summarized what the Cornerstone was. It was a round spherical glow of light encased in a smooth stone. It was powerful enough to reject heartless and nobodies alike from entering the world. The previous year, it had been tainted slightly weakening the stone's quality, and not long afterwards, heartless flooded the world. The Queen was lucky to forseen the need to train as she studied under the Great Yen Sid; her training was enough to hold the heartless back, but not permanently; also the castle was struck with a double wammy; a corrupt defense mechanism and heartless.
A keyblade wielder by the name of Sora helped fixed the problem by restoring the Cornerstone back to normal, but this year the king made an executive decision. This was a hard pill for Minnie to swallow and talk of; it was the start of a personal rift between the King and the Queen. The Cornerstone was removed from the Hall of the Cornerstone. Anyone who knew of it would know of it with the presence of heartless and nobodies, yet one forced an entry anyways.
"The Cornerstone was one of the world's greatest treasure, but it confuse me why would one go towards the precise location of it...when it's not...there."
"I shall assist you to the best of my possibilities your Highness." Sir Lucas replied as he followed the Queen al the way to the audience chamber. He listened carefully to the explanation of the cornerstone of light. Again this caught the mind of the human visitor as another unusual asset of this world. It was like he had stumbled in the fairytale book of his sister back when she was still a young child. A world inhabited by animals instead of humans, and the King and Queen were mice. A world where architecture defies the laws of gravity. Where brooms are alive and work on their own. These thoughts dwelled through Sir Lucas his mind as they yournied to the audience chamber once more.
Along the way, the knight also thought about the problem the Queen was facing and what she was implying. Sharing his thoughts he asked: "Your Highness, so if I understand the for what thou are asking. Thou wonder why invading heartless would force open this chamber. If they should know that the very ability for them to be on this world is because of the absence of this cornerstone? Like seeing that the guards are gone and still breaking into the treasure chamber?"
Arriving at the door again, Sir Lucas courtiously waited for Queen Minnie to enter the large hall first before entering.

"Exactly, I don't know what other higher gain they could get out of breaking into an empty room," Minnie pushed the door open holding it open for the knight to follow her to see the damage itself. Not only was there scorches and water marks on the long rug that the brooms were still rolling up, before them was the throne. Although it was still centered and laying on the floor, the flooring beneath it was forced apart causing the metal to curl away showing a dark entrance with a ramp leading underground.
The gap was big enough for someone to walk through. Minnie cautiously walked up towards it a bit hesitant to what may dwell in the depths, but it wreaked of darkness. Her large eyes blinked with a worried look. The Queen then looked up to the knight. "If there's no trouble, I'll like for you to accompany me. I just have a bad feeling about..."
"Allow me to take the lead, your Highness." Sir Lucas said stern and cold, interrupting her. His face hardend to a grim expression before it was concealed by his helmet. Locking the hinges of his wolf's head at the side to the neckplate, the knight ventured forth to the forced opening. His left hand resting on the hilt of his scabbard. While steadying himself with the right hand as he resolutly began to descend down the ramp.
The mere indication of danger had sended him forth to fullfill his duties, now sworn to the Queen. If there were heartless or other threats then he wouldn't hesitate to fight them to all of his ability. For fighting is what was foretold for him. To serve and protect those of higher royalty were his upbringings. His credo that formed his lifestyle.
Carefully and on his guard the wolf knight ventured down to the hall of the Cornerstone. Scouting the area closely for any sign of danger with all of his senses. Bravery caused him to not pauze his steps. For he was taught that was a sign of weakness that could give potential enemies a benefit.

(sorry for the delay. o-o'' Trying to find someone to moderate heartless for some fun)
Minnie nodded at his reply and followed after him. She didn't have her bow on her, the reason for her immense precatious behavior to go inside. Of-course she had her own skills without it, but the bow was quite resourceful. Her fingers kissed one another to form a triangle between them white swirled into a sphere. With a push of her hands, the little ball animated to life. It bounced and swished past Sir Lucas' helemt to act as a little lightbulb.
"That should be helpful." The little looked to the right, then looked to the left as the sphere flowed leaving a comet tail as it drifted forward. The light quivered like an orb of water feeling the darkness around them. "The Darkness is strong here, or what was left of it was..."
Another light glowed at the queen's thumb to be there flashlight as the little orb of light fluttered forward shining light along the Hall of the Cornerstone's walls to seek out any heartless as it can see. It didn't spot any yellow glowing eyes as it fluttered around to find anything out of place or suspicious that could've been left behind.
