Name: Tinker Bell
Nickname: Tink, Miss Bell
Organization XIII or Dark XII Nickname: N/A
Age: unknown; she’s been around for longer than twelve years, that’s for sure, but doesn’t age. She resembles an older teenager.
Gender: Female.
Species: Fairy; also commonly called a pixie.
Position: Chaotic Neutral. Tink sides with Peter, as he is typically on the side of good; however, he’s been known to be not-so-nice sometimes, and she’s certainly done some horrible things (like trying to kill Wendy). Thus, she follows her emotions.
Powers/Abilities/Techniques/Skills: Pixie Dust – Tinker Bell is a creature made of a special property called “pixie dust.” Unless otherwise noted, this is the component that allows her to use her special abilities. This dust can be sprinkled on others, as she has plenty of it in stock; she often leaves a sugary pixie trail behind her in flight. This dust is what causes her to glow like a firefly. However, it also acts as her life force; when she is fatigued and/or injured, the light starts blinking out and dimming, and she stops creating so much dust. If someone were to tell her that they didn’t believe in fairies, her dust would stop working properly, causing her to be unable to fly and slowly start to die. This can be remedied by the person in question saying that they believe. A lot of the magic of pixie dust has to do with one believing that it will work; a cynic might not benefit from the flight she offers, as well as the healing properties.
Flight – the fact that Tink can fly has less to do with the wings on her back – though those help – than her being made of pixie dust. By sprinkling a bit of dust on others, she can grant them the ability to fly… though, as mentioned earlier, they have to believe this first. Tink’s preferred method of travel is flight, and it is completely natural to her and about as draining as walking (which she can also do).
Healing – Tink’s magical dust can heal those it touches, typically little bits at a time. It works sort of like Regen; each spurt of dust she drops on a person heals a few more of their minor injuries. This is not a long-ranged healing, and she can only do this on one person at a time. This healing can be taken a bit further as well; should an ally be in critical health, she can use a huge spurt of pixie dust to heal most of their minor injuries and save them from blacking out… however, this is at the cost of her own health, for she becomes fatigued and may pass out.
Getting to Hard-To-Reach Areas – this has pretty much nothing to do with pixie dust, but rather Tink’s tiny stature. She can sneak into crawlspaces, get up on rooftops, and a number of other things with ease (though if you want to use her for espionage, be careful, since her glow is rather conspicuous). However, she can also just as easily get stuck in small spaces – a drawer or a lantern, for instance.
She has no fighting prowess, and in battle would serve better as a healer in the back… or, if she can risk it, up in the front, since she’s rather good at dodging things, being so nimble.
Weapon/Items: Besides her clothes and her pixie dust? Nothing. Tink doesn’t have any items on her.
Picture: Official ArtworkKingdom HeartsBirth By SleepScreenshot OneScreenshot TwoAppearance: Tinker Bell is, well, a fairy, put simply. She reaches exactly three and a half inches in height. On her back are translucent, cicada-shaped wings that flutter at a fast rate when she’s flying. Her pale skin glows a golden yellow with the power of pixie dust emanating from her, and her limbs are slim and dainty. Whenever she moves, she leaves a trail of the dust behind her.
Tink resembles a very curvy older teenager. While her chest is very flat, her hips are not, and nor are her legs. She has angelic blond hair that is often pulled up into a bun on the top of her head, while her bangs flop about and sometimes fall into her eyes. As a contrast from her rather yellow form, her slanted eyes are a vibrant, bright blue, and they’re framed by thick eyelashes. Her cheeks are cherubic, ending in a rounded chin. She often wears a pale green strapless dress made of decidedly leafy material; it’s a very short dress and often exposes her tiny shorts that she wears as undergarments. On her feet, she wears little green slippers with white puffs of fluff on the toes.
From afar, Tink simply looks like a glowing golden light, round and bright, trailing yellow sparkles behind her. This can often disguise her as a rather large firefly… unless people know what to look for.
Personality: It is common knowledge that Tinker Bell, because of her small size, can only hold one emotion at a time. So, whatever emotion Tink may be feeling, it is the extreme of that emotion; thus, her mood swings can be quite large and unpredictable, especially if she’s feeling more negative things than positive.
Now, what does she actually feel? Her having only one emotion at a time does not necessarily mean that she has the emotional range of a teaspoon; she can actually feel a huge variety of things, like any other person. She just expresses them with more extremes.
Primarily, Tinker Bell is prone to fits of passion. Her best friend in the entire world (and also unrequited love interest) is Peter Pan, so if someone else were to draw his attention she would be caught in an upswing of raging jealousy. While most people are green with envy, Tink seems to be yellow with it; that is definitely an emotion she feels far too often, especially with people she cares about. Anger is common, as well, especially when something is unjust to her… or when she just feels nettled or irritated, that can quickly escalate into something a bit harsher. She generally dislikes a lot of girls, as well; she spent a lot of her life being the only girl among boys, and rather likes that position, thank you very much, as it makes her feel special. Other girls are considered a threat to her territory, and she defends it as such.
Tinker Bell is also an extremely vain little fairy. Mirrors and reflective surfaces are a marvel to her; she’s been known to spend absurd amounts of time in front of them, just examining herself. She is shallow and petty, holding grudges for lengths of time considered unreasonable. She is attracted to pretty things like a moth to the flame, and can find herself hypnotized by some shiny object. Her attention span is also not very long, except when it comes to matters of passion.
However, despite all of this, Tink really has a good heart. She may be antisocial, but once she befriends somebody – even girls – she is very loyal to them. She feels like nobody can understand her sometimes, so when those special people come along and make her feel welcome, she feels great compassion towards them. The fires of Tink’s passions can be put out by the refreshing feeling of caring for somebody deeply… sometimes even more than herself.
Curious and bold, Tink can get caught in places she’d be better off not in; but she is an inquisitive little thing, and as people tend to not be able to understand her, she developed the habit of going to investigate things for herself and throwing caution to the winds. It should be noted, however, that when she is feeling curious, she cannot feel much caution, with the whole one-emotion-at-a-time business. Still, that is no excuse; she should be more careful.
One last thing: Tinker Bell’s speech is, as her name implies, simply a flurry of bells and chimes. It is the language of the fairies of Never Land, and only a few can understand it. So she often resorts to wild gestures and body language and mood swings in attempts to get her point across. While she sounds and looks very pretty, often the things she says when she’s in a mood can be quite nasty and mean. (In the book, her favorite thing to say was “you stupid ass.”)
She might be a wily one, but once you get to know her, you can bet she’ll be a good friend.

History:Before Birth By Sleep
“When the first baby laughed for the first time, its laugh broke into a thousand pieces, and they all went skipping about, and that was the beginning of fairies.” – J. M. Barrie
Tinker Bell did, indeed, come from such a source; a baby laughed and broke up and she was born. Peter Pan found her all on her lonesome, as she’d come into being close to his hideout. Peter was fluent in the language of the fairies – the little bells they communicated with instead of words – and so the two were able to understand each other. He took her in – and that, perhaps, is why she likes him so much.
She grew acquainted with their lifestyle: No rules, except for Peter’s word; rambunctious Lost Boys that never aged (and nor she and Peter); picking on the nasty Captain Hook and his bumbling first mate Smee, as well as other pirates. In fact, there was a whole incident that when down in infamy, when Peter cut off Hook’s hand and fed it to the carnivorous Crocodile. Funnily enough, when trying to get another bite, the Crocodile ate Hook’s alarm clock – and now, if one hears the sound of ticking in Never Land, one can assume it is the Crocodile.
The days went by in lazy peace for the longest time… but even in the land where no one ever ages, things have to change sometime.
Birth By Sleep
One lovely day on the island, Tinker Bell was lounging about when she saw a shooting star fall through the sky! Wondering what it could mean, she got two of the Lost Boys – Slightly and Cubby – to come with her to go and find it. However, along the way, she ran into the unconscious form of somebody completely unfamiliar. Little did she know it, this was to be her first contact with people from the outside world. Curious, Tink tried to kick him awake, but he woke up before she could. He introduced himself as Ventus. When it seemed the Lost Boys wanted to stay and talk to Ven, Tink became impatient and tried to usher them all after the mysterious fallen star. Ven decided to tag along.
The little group came across Peter Pan back at the hideout. Peter decided that everyone was going to stop looking for the shooting star and instead seek out Captain Hook’s pirate treasure instead. Tink, however, had her mind set on finding the star, and breaks off from the group with Ven following her close behind.
The two reach the Indian encampment where they find the fallen star. It really was not a star at all – it was Mickey’s Star Shard, for he had been world hopping and lost control of it. Ven saw it for what it was, but to Tink it was just an exceptionally shiny and pretty object, so she went straight for it. But, Hook came in from out of nowhere, scooped up the Star Shard and grabbed the pixie as well. Here, the devious Captain laid out his terms: If Peter Pan wanted Tinker Bell back, he’d need to meet him at Mermaid Lagoon. Ventus ran after them, but he was unable to save Tink.
Hook took the captured pixie with him to Skull Rock, where he’d gotten a man named Terra to watch over the chest of pirate loot that Peter had been after earlier. Terra was under the impression that the loot was actually Hook’s light, and Peter had tried to steal it; however, when it was revealed to be nothing but gold, Terra had a change of heart. So when Hook checked up on Terra with the captive Miss Bell in tow, Terra set her free. Enraged, she kicked her kidnapper right in the face. The appearance of the Crocodile scared the Captain away, and she herself darted to Mermaid Lagoon, where she caught up with Peter and Ven. She didn’t spare another thought for her savior, Terra, but left the world not long after that incident.
Ventus said he’d go after Hook, and Tink granted her newfound friend the ability to fly. She and Peter went to take care of the ship’s cannon balls, while Ven cornered Hook in Pirate’s Cove. Ven defeated Hook, who was then promptly scared off by the Crocodile again. As thanks, Tink gave the Star Shard to Ven, who promptly left Never Land.
Not too long after, Tink, Peter, and the Lost Boys stumbled upon another foreigner – a girl who picked up one of their treasure maps. Tink didn’t trust other girls, however, and got mad when Peter insisted that, because this girl found the map, she had to lead the treasure hunt. The girl – Aqua – said that she had something else to do but, to Tink’s fury, Peter guilt-tripped her into leading the expedition anyways.
After an encounter with Hook and some stolen treasures of the Lost Boys’, they finally found their treasure. Aqua ducked out to go check up on some strange presence in the Indian camp, and when she didn’t come back, Peter, Tink, and the Lost Boys went to check it out. They found her unconscious, and when Peter asked what had happened, she simply said “I’m fine.” The two spoke about friendship for a little bit, and then Aqua was off to look for her friends. Peter told her that all three of them – Ventus, Terra, and Aqua – should come back sometime.
They never did.
Peter Pan
Years passed, and things stayed pretty normal in Never Land. The same things over and over again, as nobody ever really aged. Before anybody knew it, ten whole years had gone by.
And then, things changed again.
Peter – for a reason unfathomable to Tink – had taken to leaving Never Land once in a while to go visit a house in the Real World, to listen to stories – about himself and Never Land. Tink accompanied him for the most part, but she never did understand his obsession with listening to stories about himself. One night, their guard dog stole his shadow, and Peter returned immediately the next night in an attempt to get it back. In the tussle, he woke up the children who had been telling stories about him – Wendy, John, and Michael Darling. Wendy immediately started making the moves on Peter, causing Tink to hate and envy her straightaway.
Wendy told Peter that she was due to grow up, so Peter – alarmed – took the kids off to Never Land with him. When they got there, Tink flew ahead and tried to get the Lost Boys to fire on Wendy, as she made them believe that she was a monster called the “Wendybird.” Peter came just in time to rescue Wendy, and furious at Tink, he banished her forever. When Wendy commented on how unfair that was, Peter amended her banishment to one week… and then he went off on adventures with Wendy while Tink sulked in the woods.
Kingdom Hearts
Little did they know that an evil had started communing to their little home – an evil by the name of Maleficent. She had recruited Captain Hook for her elaborate scheme – a scheme that included the kidnap of seven maidens, the Princesses of Heart. Hook – who had been watching Peter for some time now – figured that Wendy was one of the Princesses, so he kidnapped her.
Peter was upset and sought out Tink’s help to save Wendy. She reluctantly came along, only because she wanted to get back in Peter’s good books. They snuck onto the ship, and while Peter was hiding out down below, he ordered her to go search for Wendy. Tink saw some very interesting things on the ship; she found Wendy, all right, but there was another (almost lifeless) girl with her, and some ominous silver-haired boy had started… staying with Hook? Worried, she went to report back to Peter.
When she got down to the depths of the ship, she saw some unfamiliar faces, who introduced themselves as Sora, Donald, and Goofy. She tried to convince Peter to leave Wendy behind, but he was having none of that. So all of them decided to travel together to rescue the girls – though Peter, being Peter, would have preferred to operate alone. At Peter’s request, Tink sprinkled some pixie dust on the odd trio in an attempt to get them to fly… but it didn’t work.
Finally, they found Wendy and the mysterious girl (whom Sora calls “Kairi”). Before they can reach them, however, the pirates come and take them away from their cell. They attempt to go searching for the girls; when Peter finally found Wendy, Tink started sulking, but Peter waved her off, worried about Wendy. In a jealous rage, the pixie flew away from the two of them. Unfortunately, she got herself captured by Captain Hook, and Peter flew away with Wendy to go help her. The silver-haired boy – Riku – had taken off with Kairi as well.
On the deck of the ship, Hook encountered Sora and demanded him to hand over the Keyblade, or else he would kill them all – and he showed the captured Tinker Bell in her lantern to prove his point. Sora – not wanting his friends to get hurt, but unable to hand over the weapon – nervously backed up on the plank, the dreaded Crocodile waiting below, jaws open wide.
But, before anything more could happen, Peter returned to save his friends – especially Tinker Bell. He told Sora to believe in himself, and then he could fly. Sora took a leap of faith, closing his eyes and jumping off the back of the ship –
– and then, he flew.
In the confusion, Peter seized Tink’s cage and set her free, claiming that he would never leave her and Sora behind. Together, they beat Hook, and then flew all the way to Big Ben the clocktower in London, where Peter had taken Wendy, and where Tink said there was something going on. Little did she know it, but she witnessed Sora closing the Keyhole of the world – a truly marvelous feat.
In the aftermath of that, Tink watched on jealously when Peter and Wendy had a tender moment. Peter commented lightheartedly on her anger, and then asked Sora to look after her. Thus, she ended up traveling with him for the duration of this journey, visiting different worlds with him and being called on when he needed her special powers of healing. She grew very fond of Sora indeed – almost as fond as she was of Peter.
But, alas, all journeys must end. Sora restored the worlds, and Tink came home to Never Land, where she was glad to see that Wendy was no longer on the islands with them all the time, and resumed to being Peter’s right-hand fairy.
358/2 Days
Longer than one hundred and fifty days after Sora’s first journey ended, Tinker Bell met another unfamiliar face in Never Land (where life had pretty much gone back to normal). At the time, she was getting worried about Captain Hook’s shenanigans – as he’d taken to scouring the world for treasure, but only seemed to be digging up Heartless. At first, she was going to fly right past this strange newcomer… but he reminded her of somebody she might have seen before, despite the black cloak; her memory was a bit foggy.
When he seemed friendly enough, she granted him the power of flight and gestured madly for him to come with her on Hook’s ship to investigate. However, he did not follow her, having mentioned something about a “mission.” [Day 175]
When the boy came to Never Land again sometime later with his redheaded friend (in a conversation between the two, Tink overheard the smaller boy being named “Roxas” and the redhead being named “Axel”), he asks for Tink’s help with flying again. After a moment of irritation, Tinker Bell gave him and his friend the gift of flight once more, with the idea that they’ll help her check out the ship. However, when Roxas wanted to follow her, Axel held him back, saying that they had to stick with the mission. [Day 195]
During a time lapse of a hundred and five days, Tinker Bell continued trying to spy on Captain Hook. He seemed to become less active, and spent a lot of time shut up in his cabin. Tink kept poking around, but was losing interest without Peter wanting to join in on the spying. And then, one night, Hook started acting up again – and she got a bit too close, and wound up captured and taken to the ship.
However, Roxas saw the whole thing and followed them there – and freed Tinker Bell when Hook and Smee left. He turned to go continue his mission, but Tink stopped him, wanting his help. After a moment of hesitation, Roxas agreed, and Tink gave him the power of flight again. They looked over the maps in Hook’s cabin to figure out what the Captain was doing, and found places marked were treasure chests were. As those chests kept being Heartless instead of treasure, Roxas followed the map in the hopes of finding his quarry and fulfilling his mission – though Tink didn’t know about the mission at all. [Day 300]
The next day, Roxas returned to find and fight the Heartless he’d been after, and Tink gave him the power of flight for the final time. He defeated the Heartless he’d been looking for – which was in the final chest that was buried, that Hook and Smee dug up. Tink was very, very amused when the dead Heartless crashed onto Hook’s ship before vanishing… and then it was time for Roxas to leave. [Day 301]
Kingdom Hearts II
Throughout this whole time, the world of Never Land stayed intact – though others weren’t quite so fortunate. In an effort to keep itself afloat, the heart of the world created the Feather Charm and dropped it off on the world of Port Royal, in the hopes that Sora the Keyblade wielder would come across it and use it in times of need. The Feather Charm called forth Tink and Peter from their world; so, even if she was not traveling with Sora this time around, she still had glimpses of other places when she was called upon for her healing hand. It was nice to have Peter along as well; the two of them made a great team.
And now…
What with the dramatic upswing of Heartless, Never Land has managed to stay intact - as Sora did lock its Keyhole two years ago. However, the islands have become a danger and, Tinker Bell, caught unawares by a Heartless assault, fell into a dark portal and awakened in a new land.
Now, not knowing if Never Land survived (though it had), Tink finds herself faced with the prospect of new worlds - which she's been to...
... but never all alone.

It was about nighttime when the world started to change.
Tinker Bell was not at the hideout, for once. Actually, she’d been feeling pretty restless at night recently, what with her memories of other worlds fading. Though it had only been a year, once in a while a fear caught her – a fear of forgetting about Sora, whom she had grown very fond of during his travels and her time with him. Tink didn’t have the best memory; one so small can only hold so much in her at a time. She was afraid of losing Peter for the same reason, as he meant the world to her.
So there she sat as the sun set, on a leaf overlooking Mermaid Lagoon. While she resented those attractive bimbos for their adoration of Peter, it was still a pretty sight; and that was all the fairy’s mind was on: the quiet beauty of a sunset over the ocean.
But when the stars started peeping out like tiny pixies rolled up in a blue blanket, Tink cast her eyes to the sky, and the last few rays of sun fell into the ocean. As she stared up – trying to remember if the dots were worlds or stars – one of them blinked, and then… vanished.
Shock swept through her tiny body, and before she knew it, she was sitting up straight. That was something she’d certainly never seen before, and she emitted a chime of alarm. Or… maybe she had, but couldn’t remember…? Goodness, there was no time for that now… Best to warn Peter, he’d know what to do, of course, he was the smartest of them all…
… And then the black shadows started appearing. Heartless, she remembered, her tiny heart fluttering. Her worry increasing tenfold, Tinker Bell zoomed through the forest, dodging leaves and trees and little black things, nothing on her mind but Tell Peter tell Peter tell Peter –
– but, in the gathering darkness, seeing became harder to do, despite her own brightness. So it probably wasn’t a surprise when she, at full speed, smacked her entire body against a tree and almost instantly blacked out, deaf to calls of her name from some far-off direction…
She was falling, falling through the darkness… |

Questions/Comments/Suggestions? Ugh, sorry about the not-so-quality RP sample. v__v; I know I said I wasn’t going to be taking on any more characters, buuuut I guess I lied to myself. Anyways, this is
definitely the last one for a while, since the rules don’t exactly allow me to procure any more.
