In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"It's all right....I'll need help fixing the bar though, it'll take me days to do it on my own," . . . "....This place needed a spruce up anyway..."[/color]
So then, it seemed the Bar Owner had cooled down rather quickly, which was comforting. It was likely that the bulging sack of coins Hero had come up with had cooled her fiery temper. What ever the reason was, Era was just glad that the worst of this storm was over.
"Let's get to it!" the ginger commented with a smile. Work was always easier to do when more people pitched in, and if she could make work easier on someone else, she was glad to do it: even if that someone had previously scared the daylights out of her.
The small female put herself right to work cleaning up the mess of bricks strewn around the freshly-evacuated Tavern. There would still be a lot to do before they could start repairing. After all, this mess of bricks, a broken Ship, broken glass and other such debris would have to be squared away first. And, although it wasn't any fault of her own, Era still gladly took part in the effort to fix it. Frost blue eyes analyzed the interior of the Tavern for a moment before a smirk took over her features, and she made herself right at home.
There was a clean corner of the Bar that hadn't succumb to the maelstrom: this would serve as a location for the re-useable items, and she began to hum an upbeat tune. Even from the ashes of the chaos, somehow she found happiness. What an enigma this little soul was.
"300,000 munny.." Vapor thought, "How'd Hero get that much money.." But he was glad that he did. The large amount of cash seemed to calm the bar owner, like you expect that much munny to do, and she'd not only calmed down, but she'd started looking at the brighter side of this ordeal, saying "This place needed a spruce up anyway."
Vapor stood up straight, stretched his arms above his head, and started to get to work, because wondering how Hero had obtained such a large amount of money wasn't going to get them anywhere closer to repairing the mess. Even though fixing a bar wall wasn't on his to-do list for today, or any other day for that matter, he figured helping was a good idea. Plus, he'd already said he would, and it wouldn't be nice to go back on what he'd said.
He noticed Era had already got to work moving the debris that seemed salvageable from the wall and the ship over to a previously clean corner or the bar. Vapor decided to aid her in clearing room. After all, they wouldn't get far in rebuilding the wall if there was a mountain of rubble in the way. Normally, Vapor wasn't one to enjoy manual labour, but seeing as it was friends, he figured he might as well attempt to enjoy it. Much like Era, who'd started humming to herself happily.
Hero sighed with relief. Not that he was given more work, but that Tifa had finally settled down. He rolled up his sleeves and started working as well.
The job was done in nearly 4 minutes flat. To be fair, it didn't top his record of 3 and 29 seconds, but let's not get into details.
Adding a finishing touch, a new wave of bricks were freshly cemented into the gaping space that was once nothing but debris.
"Phew!"
He removed an apron he was using and folded it neatly, placing it on the bar desk and bowed graciously.
The orange headed girl hastened to help, while a lithe-looking blue-headed boy went to help her. Hurling broken debris into a large trash bag with ease, Tifa went back to the counter after a while, fetching some water for the three strangers. Her anger had long since abated, and curiosity replaced it instead.
Placing the three glasses on the dusty countertop, Tifa looked at what used to be a massive hole in the wall. "That's pretty nice," she nodded. But she didn't really like the thought of needing to clean the place again, so she went over to the doors and flipped the sign closed. "Water's over there, unless you want something stronger," Tifa giggled as she looked and inspected the bar.
If Era's eyes could get any brighter, at Tifa's mention of Water, they did. Her grin had widened into a full-fledged smile as she trotted over to the countertop to retrieve her reward. She had downed two and a half gulps before remembering her manners, and offering the Bar Lady a quick bow. "I almost forgot to say thank you!" her eyes drifted from Tifa, to Vapor, then to Hero.
Taking a seat at the bar, her hands still cupped the glass of clear liquid. She turned her attention toward the blue-haired boy that had caught her mind's attention. "What about your Gummi Ship, Hero?" Would he be able to fix it? Besides incredibly simple mechanics like how to screw in a new doornob, Era was no good with mechanics... or aerodynamics for that matter. And definitely not the type that inter-planetary Ships were dependent on to fly.
Did her friend even have the spare change that would be needed to fix it up? That last munny exchange was bound to leave a crater in his pocket book for life, wasn't it?
After downing another few gulps of crystal clear water, the female stretched her arms in the air, allowing a surge of energy to jolt through her veins, and welcoming its quick buzz of warmth. Her attention turned toward the window hanging on one of the undamaged walls. Rain still tapped rhythmically at the glass, soothing her ears. It wouldn't be ideal, but. . .
"I'm going to get some fresh air," the invitation was left to anyone who wanted to join her in her escapade. And with that, she scampered to the door, pulled it open, and ducked into the rain.
[Exit: Era. All who wish to, feel free to follow. Thread link here.]
Vapor took a look at what used to be, no longer than five minutes ago, a large hole in the wall. It was as good as new, if not better. His attention was quickly averted at the mere mentioning of water. He turned to the bar to see three glasses of clear water sat there, one of which was quickly taken by Era. Vapor quickly made his way to the bar, picked up a glass and took a seat. Within a couple seconds, it was gone. "Nothing better than a glass of water after work.." He thought.
A little while later, Era mentioned getting some fresh air then scampered towards the door. Vapor heard the rain tapping on the windows, and decided he'd go join her. He stood up, wandered over to the door, and stepped out into the downpour.
