In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

((Third time's the charm: let's hope this doesn't die. I shalln't allow it!))
His eyes flung wide open. His breathing was hard and his heartbeats were intense, rapid. It felt like his heart was just about to burst out of his chest any minute now, and he himself would have probably believed it if he was still a kid. Light immediately struck his eyes and, for some reason, he felt pain. Damn, why did he feel like a royal carriage had just run over him? The man shut his eyes close, slowly acknowledging those screaming signals of pain his body apparently enjoyed to thrust around. His limbs ached; hell, his whole being felt like it was just set on fire... not that he actually knew how that felt, but he was certain that it was close enough to what he was going through.
Slowly recovering his senses, he could feel something hard against his back and it was unexpectedly delightful. The man let out a single grunt, caressing the cold street of concrete that laid beneath his body. He opened his eyes once more, squinting at first as they gradually adjusted to the light. What the hell was this place? And, more importantly, how had he gotten there? He took a deep breath, blinking a couple of times until his eyes felt no blinding pain anymore. It seemed like he was on some sort of city, but definitely not one he had visited before. He glanced around, taking note of the cobblestone walls and the abundance of brown roofs.
Nope, this was definitely not the Kingdom of Corona.
The thief attempted to remember recent events; he was certainly confused by now and, even though he wouldn't say it out loud, knowing his surroundings would put give him some peace for the time being... at least until he could figure out a way out of this place. And, as he pondered, Flynn Rider begun to recall some of his newest memories: there were the Stabbington Brothers, yup those guys probably hated him now; there was the nice, small crown he had stolen with the pair's help before he ditched them in the forest; and there was that cursed cobblestone tower he had climbed before meeting that crazy b-
Dammit.
"RAPUNZEL!" And as quickly as he would have under a royal ambush, Flynn rose from the sidewalk, ignoring the pain that had just emerged from such quick and sudden movements. He turned around, desperately looking for any sign of her long, braided blonde hair among the structures nearby before calling out her name once again, this time with more intensity.
Those... things... those monsters... they couldn't have gotten her, could they? He had been protecting her with his own body; they would have needed to deal with him before even finding themselves capable of reaching her. If he was still alive, then Rapunzel was definitely still around. She couldn't be... no, she absolutely couldn't. But then again, what if he himself wasn't exactly "alive"?
Calm down, Eugene, calm down. There's no need to panic, no need to start freaking o-[/color] Suddenly, without any warning, the thief heard footsteps from a parallel street... coming closer... closer... closer to his current position. Alrighty... this is definitely the time to start freaking out.
Slightly turning his head, Flynn was able to catch a glimpse of an object not that far from where he had "landed". He quickly approached its location and, upon closer inspection, realized that it was nothing but a weapon he had wielded recently. An unorthodox weapon, to be exact. Rapidly trotting toward the end of the street, Rider held the frying pan high, his back against the wall as he prepared himself to smack any hostile company...

Looks like it'd be better used to serve justice hot." Ienzo grinned mischievously. "Lame jokes aside though, sir, you look like you have no idea what's going on." The Heartless sat on a cobble parapet, one leg crossed over the other. He tapped a foot lightly against the ground as the man wielded his cast iron weapon. "Since you're obviously rather new here, I'd like to personally welcome you to Radiant Garden!" He threw his arms out exuberantly despite his tone being that of humor rather than excitement. Ienzo's visible silver irises laughed through his dark bangs. With a 'humph' he pulled himself off his seat and straightened up, brushing the dust off the back of his charcoal jacket. Ienzo noticed that this man didn't seem much older than he himself was- perhaps this meant he'd be easier to manage. Not as snotty as a child or stuck-up as an older man. Slim build- not much muscle, it seemed. Perhaps he was an assassin? A thief, maybe. Didn't really matter when it came down to it, he was stuck here- and here meant that he would be watched, and also watched over. "I'm Ienzo. And you are?"
He awaited an answer and sized the man up. Another World gone... Sometimes Ienzo wondered just how strong the Heartless were outside of the Realm of the Seven Princesses. When those Worlds vanished did they go to the End of Worlds? He wondered if he would discover this data by the end of his own journey. He crossed his arms and beckoned the man. "Take your time. Don't rush- I can explain everything to you. My acquaintance, you have been the victim of a dangerous force of nature."

He was right in position, his hand shaking with anxiety as he attempted to figure out the stranger's location. The plan was simple; Flynn would take the handy dandy frying pan, smack the mystery guest hard enough until they fell unconscious, tie them up with whatever he could find and then start asking the questions. An experienced scoundrel like him would certainly be able to pull that off; a brave, fearless criminal who lived every day of his life as if it were his last, jumping from one place to another and enjoying his freedom with an exquisite...
Heh, who exactly was he trying to fool?
There was no way he would be able to pull this one off. He was just a thief. A dashing and incredibly famous thief? Of course, but certainly not a warrior. Flynn Rider was no big, tough ruffian, and turning into one surely wasn't among his most immediate interests. Still, he couldn't just sigh and step back now; the figure (who Rider hoped was nothing more than a weak, clueless civilian of some sort) was almost there, right around the corner, about to step right in front of his current location and completely ignorant to the young man's plan...
"EEEEEEK!"
The man jumped, letting out a startled shriek as he suddenly dropped the weapon with a loud CLANG. The mystery guest, which turned out to be a pitiful squirrel, hesitated as it peeked its head around the corner, eyes widened nearly as much as Rider's before turning on its toes and dancing away. However, he paid little attention to the little critter; after all, Flynn's very own eyes were already fixed on the dark and unexpected trickster chilling on the parapets above. "You just couldn't be sneakier than that, could you?"
His words reeked of irritation and mild sarcasm, leading the thief to run his hands through chocolate manes and sigh. Flynn had to admit that even with all that cockiness and self-righteousness the stranger had just vomited all over the place, he did have a point: Rider personally had no idea whatsoever of how he had ended up there, or where Rapunzel was...
Rapunzel.
The thief mentally shook his head, glancing up to look at the man -Ienzo- once again. A name. He literally had to bite his tongue to keep himself from spilling the beans about his real identity. "Rider. And I 'suppose' you could start by explaining how the hell did I end up here... whatever this Radiant Garden is. In English." Flynn wasn't one to easily trust without a solid reason, and with all this crazy going on the chances of Ienzo getting lucky were quite slim. The sooner they got done with this, the better; Rapunzel was waiting... she had to be waiting and he was going to find her.

"Looks like you just had a little joyride through space. My oh my, what could have happened to that World of yours?" His silver eyes shimmered with humor. "I know it's mean of me but I personally think babying the survivors does no good." The dark-haired man put his hands on his hips, analyzing Mr. Rider. How did this one survive? Generally the Heartless saw people with combat capabilities, wild magic, or stealth. This man had none of those from first glance. His hair was flippy and undamaged from a hard season on the field- Ienzo couldn't see any scars right off either. Did some random citizen from a far-off World get lucky? Sheesh, this guy's in trouble. He flipped a hand through his hair, smiling as he smelled absolutely no Darkness. He had to give it to Elaeus- the kid knew how to make a good jacket. Since gaining it, he hadn't an issue with the people around him 'knowing' what he was, as they did with most Heartless.
Well, it's probably time to stop playing and tell him what's up. Ienzo scowled internally and tried to think of the best way to say it. "Simply put, you're not on your little planet anymore. There are thousands of Worlds out there and yours blinked out thanks to the bad little black critters. You know, the Heartless. And now you're here- you were lucky enough to land on another World instead of blinking out with your planet or getting lost in the Darkness." He shrugged. "Happened to me, that guy over yonder, and thousands of other people wandering the Worlds today. Sorry for your loss- if there's any way I can help you just give me a shout. Generally guys of our age are looking for... girlfriends, by chance?" The sardonic Heartless gave a sly wink and a knowing smile. "If she was a fighter I'm sure she mad it out just fine." [/style]
