In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Rhea slowly removed the chain-blade from Grey's neck, leaving dozens of tiny cuts in its wake. Just as the two of them readied for their next attacks, Myrle and his many apparitions shoved him and her apart.
Grey's breathing picked up three fold. His fists crashed against the stone as he fell to his knees, ravaging the floor attempting to curve his fist's cravings. He couldn't help but scream wordlessly.
After managing control of himself he leaned up, looking with wild eyes upon the target he craved so mindlessly. She was stunning, in Grey's eyes. Slender, lean frame with beautiful curves. her long black hair veiled her gaunt features and massive dark eyes. His senses were falling apart under such lovely pressure.
His body, racking with pain, convulsed and brought him once again to the floor. Like the addictions of the druggies back home, I'm a slave to this mask, he realized. This isnt who i want to be.
"Myrle!.." He shouted desperately. "I'm so sorry for this!" As his words echoes faded, his body erupted into a hoard of bats. They swarmed where Rhea stood, a black hurricane of high screeches, until they slammed into one another, forming Grey's body, behind her back.
Back to back with Rhea, Grey brought an elbow in as hard as he could, heading straight towards her rib cage.

"Hm?!" Myrle was momentarily stunned at Grey's display of what seemed to be frustration. All of a sudden, Grey had managed to get behind Rhea, and his hand lunged at her. In a calm rage, Myrle sent all of his duplicates to apprehend Grey. He projected a spherical barrier around Rhea, and walked nonchalantly up to him. He placed a hand upon Grey's heart, and closed his eyes. "I will discern the truth..."
"What are you doing?! This is outrageous!" Rhea was angered that Myrle took matters into his own hands. She sliced and banged at the barrier, which eventually shattered. She rushed up to Grey, but a stern hand from Myrle made her reconsider her judgement of him.

His body needed that girl, but the last thing his mind wanted was to hurt her. Grey tried to manage words, but all that came were mindless guttural growls. With each limb detained by a clone, he was helplessly thrashing, doing anything he could to bleed that beauty dry.
The real Myrle placed in illuminated open palm against Grey's chest. Grey's immediate reaction was to eviscerate his throat cavity to nothing, but his own attempts at regaining control, combined with the men holding him back allowed Myrle to stay all-together okay.
Grey's eyes darted in all directions, until they landed on Rhea's intense, seething glare. She was clearly furious, and would like nothing more than to tear into him, but something about those eyes helped him calm down. 'You don't want to kill her. You don't want to kill this girl.' he kept telling himself in his head. Then, suddenly he felt more human than he had in over a year. He felt embarrassed for his actions here, and for the first time was thankful for the mask.

The twins joined hands to share the fuzzy, fragmented images that showed what seemed to be Grey. "Eh... What's this all mean?" Rhea couldn't put the pictures together well, as she was the secondary reciever of them. However, she did draw from it that whatever the scent was, it wasn't actually Grey. Feeling a weight in her stomach, she bowed silently to Grey.
Willing his duplicates to temporarily vanish, he said, "So, now that we've resolved this, what to do?" Myrle looked around the Second District, eyeing a small door near the ornate fountain. "Hmm? What's this, I wonder?" Myrle's curiosity brought him to walk into an Alleyway.
"Okay, something smells funny over there. It's not specifically dark or anything, just... weird. Be careful!" she shouted after Myrle as she chased him. "So, y'wanna come along?"
