In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

A feint yawn escaped Marxs' mouth. The wind had stopped and it was no easier to hear across the district, but it didn't mean much to Marxs at the moment; he was starting to grow tired of watching the two down below.
"Always the dilemma of boredom... Should I study them some more? Or should I find something else to do with my countless hours of empty life?" He asked himself out loud.
Marxs heard the male speak but was unable to make out much of the conversation. However, one or two words did spark Marxs' attention: "made by". The male was made by someone, eh? This was something Marxs had never encountered before. Perhaps learning more would prove satisfactory.
With a step forward Marxs walked off the ledge of the building falling straight to the ground below. His two feet landed and his knees barely bent to absorb the shock. Gracefully, Marxs stood up straight afterward, tilted his head to either side stretching his neck, focused his gaze on the two ahead of him and began walking in their direction. Each step was meant to be heard. He wanted to observe the reaction of the two as he grew closer and closer. Would they know a Nobody of his caliber when they saw one? Would there be fear? The questions once again were endless... and they all drove Marxs insane with anticipation.

Tsnete listened to Akuma's words as he told her his story. What disturbed her a little was the fact that he said he was made by someone, not born. So then...Akuma-san is not human? But he looks human...Hm... As the fox girl looked at Akuma she heard footsteps not too far away from her and Akuma's position. She turned to face them and saw a young man coming their way, did he need help or something? "Um...can we help you?" she asked the approaching man.
Akuma's face perked up as the man walked towards them. Like all Rexanian's he could sense energy from people as they came closer. It was a beautiful feeling. He hadn't felt anything like this since he was on Rexaus. As he stared at the man a large grin formed on his face. He just hoped he didn't loose it again and destroy him like he usually did to powerful people. Last time he got a surge of energy, he went ballistic.
''Tsene-chan, be careful. This guy has no real purpose.'' Akuma warned her. He could see it in his nobody eyes and feel it in his senseless ball of energy.
With each step Marxs could identify more and more detail of the two individuals before him. He observed them carefully, trying to note in his mind every detail he could as he approached them. One could never learn too much, right?
"Tsene-chan, be careful. this guy has no real purpose," the male said.
"No... purpose you say?" Marxs asked out loud as he came to a stop a few feet away from the two. "But, you don't seem to understand. I do have a purpose. Even if... it's to find one, that is one in itself is it not?"
Marxs was aware of his own endeavors to establish a hold in this reality as well as knowing that may be his only hold for his existence... 'to find a hold'. It didn't make sense to some people, but to the ones that could think deep enough it made complete sense. It was the beauty of irony... of philosophy. Marxs felt it to be entertaining, at least he pretended to. Emotions weren't really a nobodies strong side.
"Don't be so sensitive. If anything you should find it a compliment I've decided to dedicate time to studying you. It's rare these days to find a subject so... unique."

Tsnete just watched as the strange man came closer and closer, something about him just wasn't right. Then Akuma told her to be careful and that this man had no purpose. No purpose? What was that supposed to mean? Suddenly the strange man started talking about how he did have a purpose of looking for a purpose and that he wanted to study the two of them. "Study?" the little fox girl asked as she continued to remain silent.
Zetsu thought this was a complete waste of time now. This guy thought he was something really special. Which gave him the feeling that he wasn't. The only thing out of the ordinary was his strength. But there was only one way to find out if he was worth it or not. It was time, for a quiz. To most people it would be the simplest question ever. And to a lot it didn't mean much. To him it meant everything.
"My dream? Ambition? Quite the broad question... if you ask me," Marxs spoke firmly toward the male. "Ambition... ambition. I've already answered your question. I'm on a journey to find a purpose. Is that not a form of ambition?"
Marxs thought to himself. He gestured with his hand to his chin that he was in fact in deep thought, yet at the same time made it blatantly obviously he didn't care he was making the male wait on him.
"What drives you? You look ... inspired, yet as if you have no real purpose. I can only imagine. I must... know."

Tsnete stared at the two males, trying to figure out what was going on. It seemed like the both of them were trying to figure out what the two were looking for. Though for Tsnete, it was still confusing, why were they talking about all of this stuff? Was it really that important to them? The strange man had said he wanted a purpose...but what did Akuma want?
(Sorry for the late reply. Can you belive my cold was only cured yesterday. )
"What drives you? You look ... inspired, yet as if you have no real purpose. I can only imagine. I must... know."
Zetsu just stared at the ear ring man blankly. He wanted something from him but didn't know if he was dangerous or not just yet. To find this out. A test was in order. Zetsu wasn't too smart so there weren't many things he could do. But since he arrived in Traverse Town, he was able to provoke people easily. So that would be the best course of action.
''Tch. Yeah that's a form of ambition. Probably a child's.'' He said in a mocking manner. Since he was actually trying to provoke him, he couldn't think of many insults. ''Let me ask this then, what do you wanna do when you grow up?'' Zetsu finished with a smirk on his face.
The Akuma was doing his best to escape the stranger's question. He knew what drove him. But a tough guy like him was too embarrassed by it that he didn't tell anyone.
''Tch. Yeah that's a form of ambition. Probably a child's. Let me ask this then, what do you wanna do when you grow up?'' Zetsu finished with a smirk on his face.
Marxs couldn't help but sense the sarcasm in the male's tone of voice. It was almost as if he was trying to provoke anger out of Marxs... Unfortunately, nobodies could not feel such emotion, and Marxs felt a sense of disappointment out of it. A nobody was often forced to think logical as to how to act in situations like these since they didn't really have any other way to look at it.
"Amusing. I've not scared you, have I? Is this manner of speech so necessary?" Marxs asked in return. A thought occurred to him. The male demonstrated an almost uncontrollable manner earlier. Maybe Marxs could bring that side out and learn from it as well. To do so he'd attempt to go along with the male's 'game'.
"It is true, I can not feel. Is it true you feel too much?"
(Blech, sorry I was gone for so long, had stuff to deal with.)
Tsnete watched the two males, eyeing them, trying to see why they were talking about ambition and such. It didn't quite make much sense to the girl, why would they talk about something like that? Was it important to them? "Akuma, I don't think he's normal..." she said quietly. She could feel a small odd air around this other male, it was enough to make her clutch her flute tighter just out of safety. It's okay...be calm...nothing to worry about... was all that ran through her mind while watching them.
''Ya...I can tell'' He said clenching his fists. Sacred? Just who did he think he was? And what was this feeling he was talking about. What he was saying just pissed him off. If he ever tried to think about it he'd feel sick. So pushing everything aside he looked at Tsenete. ''If this turns into a fight, try not to help.'' He said.
The male appeared to be agitated. Why? This was only a conversation. Marxs couldn't quite understand what drove people to such emotions. Then again, Marxs had no emotions so how could he ever truly understand.
"Well, I couldn't help but overhear you two talking earlier. You said someone made you. How is it that you have emotion if you were created? The curiosity has been ticking in my head since I heard it. I must know." Marxs explained. "Unless, that is, you truly can't control your lust for violence. I was hoping you weren't so weak."
Marxs had slowly lost interest in the two. At this point he was half-curious and half-taunting the male, learning what made him tick.
"What race are you anyways? You look human, but clearly you are not."
