In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Adaptation is the key to survival in the worlds of darkness, and as such, Yuuki has a slight upper hand in the survival department: access to the source code for various Change Cartridges that never were put into creation, as well as a handful of them that don't have compatible users. In addition to the loading dock and a laptop, he technically has all the tools he needs to finish them, however, they need test runs before they attune to him, or anybody else. This will be useful to keep track of things that are plotted off-thread
In addition, his progress on the Muteki Virus cure will be recorded here, based in stages.
Muteki Virus cure progress
20% completion: Ability to use Gamer Drivers again, though not extensively. Allows limited use of level 2
40% completion: Muteki Virus will no longer bind to DNA, however it is still present and just as dangerous. Allows unlimited use of level 2, and limited use of level 3
60% completed: Major organs are safe from the virus, though lesser ones could fail under the right stress. Allows more use of level 3, and very limited use of level 5, as well as access to level 10 via Mighty Brothers XX
80% completion: Research into Cure and Esuna magic has led to an upgrade to the Gamer Driver, allowing for heavy use of levels 2, 3, and 5. Level 50 is accessible, but for a short time. Large amounts of stress will still cause the virus to flare up
99% completion: A majority of signs of the virus have left the host's body, thanks to the infusion of augments to the Gamer Driver. Level 50 is now usable without consequence, and the theoretical boost to level 100 could happen, though there is not a Change Cartridge that Yuuki can use at that level.
Change Cartridge and peripherals progress
Tokumeki Crisis/Gamer Driver Virus: A test Yuuki is running based off the files Virus left behind on the servers. The data on the Cartridge allows for theoretical use of hero-based forms without suffering the ill effects of the virus. The Driver is complete, and Yuuki is gathering up the last parts for the Cartridge, but still needs a tester. (Era-approved items for Avari's soon-to-be character)
Dangerous Zombie: Yet another Cartridge based around Virus' design, this one also requires a Gamer Driver Virus. However, it is incomplete, and needs the power of darkness before it is functional. (Items needed: Dark Augment)
Perfect Knockout: A new design, and very experimental. Allows use of Change Cartridges specially designed to be used without a Gamer Driver, hereby dubbed as Beta Cartridges. The forms are complete, but since he lacks the technological power to provide them... Well, power, they needs augments to finish it. (Items needed: Fire, Wind, Thunder, Ice, Water, Light, Darkness augments)
Fantasy Simulations: Another Beta Cartridge in production, based off of the existing games Bang Bang Shooting and Taddle Fantasy. Near completion, but requires a second copy of BBS to be made. (Items needed: Wind Materia, Wind Augment)
Maximum Mighty X: Being the catalyst of the Muteki Virus cure, this Cartridge is potentially the most important in Yuuki's possession. However, use of it would immediately kill whoever activated it, and as such, it is used strictly as a test subject. However, there is potential that, if immunity to the virus is gained, it could be used. (Required for cure, needs Cure Augment x3)
DoReMiFa Beat Player 2: A support-based version of DoReMiFa Beat, as opposed to magical. An extra option in case he needs it.
Level 0: A theoretical level thought up before by Yuuki, in the early stages of Cartridge Development. Level 0 was used in the first version of Mighty Action X, a form that acted as no more than armor that was constructed. No augments to strength or agaility were provided. However, there was an unexpected revelation with it: it was useful in negating over-exertion for the users. However, it had a limited number of uses, or "lives". If one has a level 0 Cartridge, and they use it before running out of health, they are provided a continue. However, it has a cooldown time of 24 hours, and a limited use amount of 99. (Items required: Cure Augment, Phoenix Charm)
Goals
Work out a cure to the Muteki Virus
Reach a level of power that allows for high-scale fights
Enlist users to test his new prototypes
Discover the fates of his friends
This page will also double as Yuuki's plotter, so feel free to post here if you want to play around with him, or volunteer for tests. Except Jin. He might blow something up.
I did say I would slither in here eventually, didn't I?
I saw your open, but not sure if Marmadue would be the best character to latch onto that hook because he's a lame lamer of lamery. But! I see Yuuki's interested in studying some healing magic and Marmadue comes with that. He would probably want to help, even if Yuuki's problem is far from his expertise. Other than just bringing in magic, maybe he could help with actual drugs of the medical kind if they can get a lab going. Marmadue is an alchemist, after all! I'm sure he'd love weird magic science...
And you know, if you just want someone to dig through garbage with Yuuki and get some posting point money so you can buy the stuff you need, I'm here.
Medicine sounds like a grand idea! It could be the first step to a cure, a tablet of some sort that could temporarily stop the effects of the virus. It'd be a pain to make, though, and probably limited. Other than that, I'd love to see Maramude interact with Yuuki. I do have an active thread up, and I was going to have his virus flare up in it, so maybe he could learn the correlation of Cure spells and how they affect it?
Yeah, trying to find the necessary equipment to even start something like that would be a pain, considering the state of Twilight Town! But maybe they'll figure out something eventually...
If you mean your open thread, I guess I can try to work Marmadue in! Would you like a more uh, explosive entrance? I could add in more Heartless going after Marmadue who is the best damsel in distress. That could be the reason why the virus ends up acting up - unless you already had something planned for that?
