In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Mikael looked up, trying to make a connection between the two places. "Twilight and Olympus... Twilight and Olympus... Twilight and Olympus..." He thought and thought about it for a few seconds, but it didn't ring a bell. The fire user sighed, looking back at Dragorno. "There isn't any obvious connection between those two worlds, so I don't think they have to do with this link." He ran a hand through his hair, thinking of a logical explanation.
"I doubt someone has that kind of power. I mean, having the ability to manipulate dreams would kind of... rare and maybe even impossible. I think our hearts managed to create a link between them, an spiritual pathway. However, I don't really know what may have caused it." As he continued to think about it, it became more and more confusing. A disembodied voice, the questions, the choices, the path of Dawn... and now this connection. "Hey, wait a sec... the disembodied voice!"
"Drago, did you hear the voice as well? You know, one who asked many questions?" That could be the key to everything. Perhaps that voice was the one making the link? Perhaps it was an unseen god? Perhaps it was his own heart?

"Voice? Yeah, I heard a voice that was asking me all sorts of questions," Drago replied, looking at the fire user. Drago thought for a while, staring at her feet.
"Does the voice sound like anyone you know?" she asked. That voice was not familiar to Drago, that's for sure. Or was it? This has a lot of speculation, with the inner mechanics of the human mind, and the power of one's heart.
"These dreams must have a purpose," Drago muttered, narrowing her eyes at the dark void above her head. "But... what could it be? Perhaps to make us realize our paths?" she sighed, fiddling with a strand of her jet-black hair.

"Not really.... but the funny thing is that I kinda -feel- I know the voice. Kinda weird." Mikael knew that this wouldn't be his last visit to the glass pillars. How? He didn't really know... he just did. The boy quickly glanced at one of the pillar's circles, thinking he had seen something there. Appearantly not... all that water was making him dizzy.
He watched and heard as Drago's lips moved again, and heard the word. "Dreams?" He asked, looking down at the floor. It had been so long since Mikael last believed in one. "It could be possible, all of those questions pointed to the path of Dawn, according to Mr. Mysterious." He had made a short visit to a world some time ago... it had a big castle... like the ones in dreams. It's name? The Castle of Dreams.
Suddenly, two shapes started to emerge from both teens' shadows. They were dark... like Heartless. "As you come closer to the light... your shadows become stronger." The voice has appearantly set a trigger; the two figures were growing... growing... and growing. "God..." Great, two darksides. He had barely managed to kill one. "Let's see if they can handle us... shall we, Drago?"

"Darksides, eh?" Drago spoke quietly, drawing her longsword and readying for battle. "I haven't seen a good fight in a while," she smirked, facing the giant Heartless. Inside though, she was a little worried. How would she handle this? Let's see...
The Darksides were large, so they seemed to have strong power. Judging by how small their legs were, they didn't seem so fast. She would attack quickly, overwhelming with rapid sword attacks.
Drago turned to Mikael. "So, how do you want to handle this? I'm all for speed attacks, what about you?" she asked Mikael whilst keeping her eyes up at the Darksides. Drago gripped the hilt of her sword and crouched into a battle stance, charging her light power into the blade. The Golden Blood Crystal that was now embedded in Dragon Fang's hilt was glowing in response.
"Hmm..." Mikael gazed at the Darkside's legs, immediately taking note on their weak status and forme. "I can't remember exactly what strategy Fearon and I used... perhaps we went straight for the head? Anyways, that didn't turn out any good." The fire user had also thought about using his high speed and stamina to deliver quick blows, but that would only make him drain his energy faster. Magic was not a good path either. His fire would have to sit back for now...
Or, would it?
An idea quickly came to Mikael's mind. It was already risky against one Darkside, and two of them didn't improve the chances of success. However, he didn't see other way out. "I'll strike one of the Darkside's feet to make its attention focus all on me. You go and strike the head with fast, slashing combos. Its punches are turtle slow, so you won't have trouble."
Mikael quickly went to cover the loophole. "I'll distract the other one with a few fireworks. I won't be able to handle both things for long though, so we'll have to change Darksides constantly."
The pyro sighed, summoning Flame's End and Path to Mana to his hands. "Any questions?" Both of the Heartless started to march toward them, giving them no time for queries. "Forget it, let's roll!"
Mikael quickly charged toward the nearest Darkside, immediately starting to strike his feet. He launched to Fira balls against the other one's eyes, stopping an incomming punch. Unfortunately, the pyro had forgotten about one of the Darkside's abilities.

"Shadow Heartless?!" Drago exclaimed as the little black pests began swarming from the ground in a pool of darkness that the Darkside summoned. Drago swung her sword through the minor threats and dashed towards the Darkside whose feet had been struck by Mikael. Drago leaped into the air and somersaulted whilst holding her sword out. She made four quick slashes at the Darkside then kicked it's face to make some distance.
Drago saw the other one begin to punch at her. When it was close enough, she jumped on to its arm and ran up to it's face and made four more strikes. After that, she leaped away once more.
She looked to where Mikael was, panting slightly. "You okay over there?" she asked him.
"Yeah! Just a bit shaken." he would have replied. Chatting would come later, now they had to concentrate on the current conflict. The shadows which had surrounded him moments ago were all gone; the fire had done the trick. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he gathered the flames around him once more, burning wishes filling the element. Mikael looked up, gazing at the Darkside who had just noticed him. It aimed a punch at the fire user, eyes full of hunger and desire.
Unfortunately for the Heartless, this was all part of Mikael's plan: the man easily dodged the punch, which had forced the Darkside to crouch down. While it was busy summoning another pool of darkness, the fire user quickly climbed up his arm, quickly reaching his back before continuing toward its head.
"Let's watch you burn." While he climbed the Heartless, Mikael had sent his flames toward its hands and feet, creating some sort of flaming chains. He knew they wouldn't last long, but he needed every second he could get in order to damage the Darkside.
The man raised his blades, stabbing the Darkside's head with both of them three times. He then jumped off the creature, safely landing beside Drago. "They are surrounded by their element, darkness. This will make things much more difficult for us."

Drago eyed the Darksides for any sign of faltering. None. If they were weakening, they didn't show it. "Well now... There was something I recieved in this dream... a relic of sorts. It embedded itself in my sword the moment I got it," Drago spoke to Mikael, showing him the golden object that sat at the hilt of Drago's longsword. The Darkside struck again, and Drago had to perform a roll to dodge it's punch.
"Perhaps... there's something that this thing can do besides make me faster..." Drago thought as her eyes wandered to the glinting orb. She closed her eyes and called out to it with her heart, and she saw the orb begin to glow. Drago had no idea what it meant, but she clambered up the Darkside's arm as quick as possible and performed a quick slashing combo at it's eyes. It made a strangling cry as it raised a hand to cover it's eyes.
Drago leapt away, confused at the turn of events. "I think I must have hurt it quite a bit," Drago muttered. Maybe this crystal in her sword had light properties....
((Sorry for the two month delay, catching up right now))
Fixing his sight on the object the girl had been blessed with, Mikael listened carefully to what she had to say. This relic... this mystical object... could it have light properties like his crystal previously had? There was no place for doubt; Mikael and Fearon had barely managed to defeat ONE Darkside. The teenager and Drago wouldn't be able to handle two by themselves. The golden orb was surely their best option to win the fight.
"Let's try to harm them with it, then. It's the best we can do now." He turned his head toward the duo of darkness, adopting a defensive stance once again. Suddenly, a bright light began to emerge from the precious relic, forcing the man to cover his eyes. And before he knew it, she was off climbing up one of the creature's arms and dealing an effective combo on its face.
It worked.
"The light... we must stand beside it to emerge victorious." Decided to win this battle, Mikael swiftly drashed through the battlefield, narrowly evading a punch from the second Darkside. Both swords drawn and ready to kill, he positioned himself beside the fearless warrior before speaking once more.
"Go forward and strike, I have your back."
It did not matter if he was to perish there. Drago and her blade were their only hope to get out of there.
