In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Lol, the hate list is fun. Congratulations! You will be the first to experience Firefox Hell. Otherwise known as >>Laggy Browser Syndrome<< (jk, that was a horrible joke that refers to the browser sex we were talking about earlier)

Ugh. Well for those of you who wanted information on the world I just lost my paper I was typing up for you. Why did I lose it? I was looking up pictures of foxes and up came pictures of fox skin bedspreads and mountains of fox furs. I'm incredibly upset right now and I don't think I can rewrite the paper for you guys. How about you just ask questions and I'll answer?
What type of world is it? I mean, is it full of industry and stores? Is it all green? What do Firefoxes do for living there? What kind of government to they have? (Kingdom, Empire, Tribe, Republic, etc)

Yorani was destroyed back in 2003, to put it into real life terms.
It was a sort of Tribe. They had an acknowledged king and queen, but no technology really. Yorani was basically a woodland world, with a wide plain where all the Firefoxes lived. There were other animals there, but none that had ever evolved into this half-human half-animal breed. The other animals of Yorani were very large but harmless. They supplied the inhabitants with food from their carcasses. There were also herbs and whatnot, but only some Firefoxes knew these herbs. Each Firefox was given a specific job, so it was the food collector's job to get the food. There were a few of these, but only because one kill could feed everyone in the colony twice. You could usually kill around 3 animals a day as well. Overall food source was great.
There was a part on the world that no creature stepped foot in, not even the Heartless. Emberfoxes resided there, a say sort of spread that only they could survive off of the harsh conditions. They were considered worse than the Heartless, more evil. After all, only creatures from Hell could live in such extremes. The land that the Emberfoxes lived in was composed on ashes, dead shrubs, and the very rare rock. they lived off of meals that other Emberfoxes hunted and killed outside of their dead lands. The Emberfoxes broke away from the Firefoxes because they did not like the peace and tranquility. They however practiced more hostile methods, though it is not certain what their actual goal was.
Usual jobs were food collectors, royal caretakers, fighting instructor, heartless killer, travel helper, travelers, and collectors. Royal caretakers looked after the King Firefox, his Phoenix wife, and their son. It was very typical for families to only have one child. Two was really the maximum. Fighting instructors taught heartless killers how to fight using simply their hands, feet, paws, jaws, claws. Weapons were the downfall of other worlds was the belief of Yorani, so none were ever invented or created. In reality, weapons might have saved the world. Heartless killers were sent out daily to purify the world of these creatures. It took a couple blows to kill a Heartless, but luckily only a few Heartless ever stepped foot on Yorani each year. Travel helpers organized means of transportation for travelers who went to world to world to study what helps keep a world alive and what doesn't. Eventually Firefoxes were able to leave the world and some humans even were able to enter it. This explains how Sage's mother was a human. Gummi ships came every month, and seats for it filled up fast. They were given away to those who most deserved it (Travelers first and so on). Collectors were most important. They went from world to world exchanging animal meat for clothes and other necessities. A Firefox was most likely to grow up to become a collector.
There are no stores, you basically get in a line three times a day and collect your food rations. Meat, herbs, water. At home Firefoxes prepared it however they wanted. Clothes were given to people as well. Some could say that Yorani was a wonderful world to live, but there were no sports to be played, no choices to be made, everything seemed plan. This is part of the reason why most Firefoxes were collectors, to have diversity in their life. This might also be the reason why Emberfoxes just left. Then again, much about them is really unknown and they might just sit around and do nothing all day. Most of all the Emberfoxes survived the Heartless invasion as no Heartless went in the dead part of Yorani, there was no food there so why waste the energy? The prince of Yorani was also taken to the dead part of the world where he survived. Sage left the world before it died, so she never really was in harm's way to begin with. Collectors also may have survived, since they went from world to world, but there is a good chance that some died from visiting worlds infested with Heartless.
So I kind of jumped all over the place with this, but I hope it helps those of you hoping to create a Firefox in the future. Let's title this 'All About Yorani' and next up I'll teach you about 'Shifting to Firefox'. I bet you can hardly wait. Just let me know when you're ready for the next installment, and I'll try to type it up right away. Then when you think you have the character, PM it to me and I'll tell you what I think. Hope this helps!
