In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

you can't. you are separated from your companions, thus depriving you from your form use. However, you are still able to use trinity, because you can activate it on your own.
Personally I think he was pretty easy .-. I had a strategy that never failed me.
You equip once more, reflect, Berserk mode (I think you get it after you defeat Sai'x and you need to use his keyblade too) Countergaurd, and a combination of any moves that give you the longest combos.
You just get into the jist of blocking his three begining blockable attacks. They are very simple once you get the rhythm. Keep retaliating and when he dissapears be prepared to do it again. When he does the health drain he also drains your mana. Use berserk on his ass. It will take away like four health bars in less than a minute and he won't be able to anything. By the time your done with berserk all your mana is back. Use cure to heal from the attack. The dark sphere attack you simply use reflect. Or anything else you can't dodge that reflect works against. With the big comet thing keep jumping and moving to the side. Going from one side of the place to another. Do NOT stand in one spot. The fire thing... easy. just resist by running. Don't jump!!!!!!
You can't defeat him in berserk which due to once you get to the point where he has barely any health left you use it to drain all his health. But a Berserk hit will NOT work in finishing him off. So remember to bring an Elixir (and a spare just in case) because not only will you want a health refill. But losing your mana puts you back into berserk and your stuck into the same cycle of not being able to finish him off.
So it was actually pretty simple. You simply have to get into the jist of blocking his three blockables. Timing reflect on the tough to blocks. Learn to dodge. And allow the instant kill thing to cause berserk.
It was a kaniving strategy and made it far too easy .-. But it's really clever if ya ask me.
wow some of yu are so unskilled first of all. i like to fight artisitically so it took me a while because i liked to use dodge roll in the first. ps he is impossible in first but i am almost there
but the only ingredeint i was missing was trinity but also reflect is your best freind always wait till the last amount of magic to use cure or trinity i used ultima and other than that just dont die
alot of people have been saying dont get into the air but air is your best freind he cant counter and when he teleports with the right timing you can let him hit once or use protect but if u let him hit have good timing and be ready t use square dont recover wait for him to teleport next to you and then uve got a combo
nver i repeat never use any magic other than curaga protega and maybe magnera they are a waste and they wont stop him from taking your health
always watch the bottom left corner for reaction commands because if u dont use it your dead have every form lvled up and it makes it easy especially glide its important
u need a lvl of glide that makes it so u dont need to land make sure not to keep attacking until he teleports out of the way and i personly dodged the meteores with quick run the fire pillars either quick run away or glide away even slowly let get u near till they are gone
another idea dont give up try at least 4 times you need to get used to the battle after training equip any abilities u think is useful dont equip reaction boost
p.s. i think my worst decision was equiping berserk charge it killed all of my strategys once i got rid of it i owned
Anyways, I found Beserk Charge extremely useful, since it helped me thrash him in the air. But towards the end, it's hard to kill him if you're charging MP. And Trinity can be your best friend.
only use trinity if u can use all abilities that include movement and are good at using them also have your counter attack abilities on and dont use trinity on low health

Around my friends..I am called the KH God. Why? Because I've been known to beat, pwnd, and defeat everything that you can possibly fight in every single KH game. The only thing I never got to finish was Sephiroth in KH1 since my friend borrowed it and never gave it back. I've been meaning to get it again..Any way..
KH2 Sephiroth was actually pretty annoying when I fought him for the very first time at level 40..
Reason was he did a crap load of damage with 1 hit, and when I did hit him I didn't have nearly enough combos..
Here's the stratagie I use when I fight him now a days.
1. When ever he starts his combo I get as close to him as physically possible and use guard, then the move you learn that allows you to instantly dash towards a locked on target and attack.
2.I then equip as many Combo+'s as possible.
By the way..I was using Kingdom Key the time I beat him because its my favorite keyblade.
Any way..Once He he was almost finished with the ground combo. I used the move that sends what ever your attacking in mid combo by pressing Triangle. This allowed me to continue the combo in mid air. Once he teleported in mid air and hit me once. I simply used counter in mid air, which allowed me to catch my balance and do yet another combo..
With all that done..he only had 2 bars left..I KNOW SOUNDS CRAZY. But it totally worked ._.
Now here came the annoying part...He turned into Hyper mode on me and I had to be a lot carefuler..since his movements were quicker and It was harder to lock on and time my guard. So this is what I did..
I DID A BARREL ROLL (Fox voice)
Constantly XD I know it sounds noobish. But I did it until I could think of a way to approach him. Once I did. I figured out, If I barrel roll, then quickly attack him the split second he finishes his combo. I can get in a combo.
Now it did work..but it almost costed me some HP when he hit me once..
Now at that time he only had 1 bar left..after I combo'd him about 4 times..
He only used Heartless Angel on me one time..and I only had to use 1 Elixar..
The Meteor Move is actually very very easy to dodge if you have level 2 glide..
But KH1 Sephiroth is much much harder...due to your lack of dodgeable moves..

Level 35? That's a little hard to believe, but I'm not much better, I was level 49 when I beat him, and all you really need to do is mind the triangle and ABUSE REFLECT! All of his attacks, except the reaction commands, Heartless Angel, and Meteor can be reflected. So when he appears behind you, reflect, you will avoid damage and the great part is that it damages him instead. As long as you have a few Ethers and Elixers and reflega on your quick select, you should win no problem.
Seriously though, even if you've already beaten him, fight him again using reflect, its just fun. XD
