In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

I thought the low karma was due to someone annoying xD.
I have to disagree with absolutely noting though, it does mean someone has a problem with you.Though this means very little abslutely is a little too much.
Errr getting completely off topic here, alright I am going out of this topic already xD
@leon. You're such a hypocrite, and your Karma is broken.
@raltx. For me, Karma matters very little. I very rarely Smite or Exalt. One person can lower (or raise) another person's Karma once an hour, so if one person is dedicated they can completely throw a Karma out of whack. (See: Leon) Ergo, if someone's Karma is exceedingly high or low without a good reason, I tend to ignore it.
The staff is just trying to keep some order around here. Let's not get too wound up about all this. Please people, simmer down a bit. =/ Oi, my head.
@role: I know how you feel. Been in that slump for going on 3 years now. I'm trying to regain sleep. That should help some. Some of it I think has to do with getting outside for awhile. Getting away from everything and sitting in pure nature [anywhere where you can hear the birds, the wind in the trees, feel the sun on your face] really lets you wind down. And lastly, some sort of excercise usually helps circulate my feelings, strange as it sounds.
I'm still gettin' out of my slump, but I hope this'll help. ^^,
That lower karma is because of a brat whom I told point plank to fix the grammar in their post before I replied. They never did. The thread died. And you're not limited to just clicking on the karma thing once. Before that, I was +2. What's more, from the veterans on the site, apparently Karma means absolutely nothing here.
Yeah. Remember those rules I mentioned WAY back? About insulting/bashing members? Your grammar/sentence structure could use some work, too, you know. Everyone's sometimes falls apart.
But the insulting thing? Don't do that anymore. Keep them to yourself.
EDIT: As for the karma issue: Did you not, perhaps, think that MAYBE that's the reason why yours goes down in the first place? Truth be told, I don't pay attention to the karma deal. It's just a respect gauge.
But it's still broken. People can click on the same link and lower it time and time and time again. Thus they skew the number. I find it ironic though that though I'm blunt and honest, and have even apologized many times when I looked back and saw I was wrong, you're still here trying to lecture me....
You realize that having a character speak like:
"i thing u are wrong. y dont u come down here" is... well, really bad grammar? As in purposefully bad grammar? I asked them politely to correct it. They chewed me out. I then told them I wouldn't post again until they corrected it. I only called them a brat in this thread.
Tch... I really don't need this right now, though. Could we just drop it here and agree to disagree about each other? I'd really not get into a big long drawn out argument right now.
@locue: Yeah, I tried a few of them. Don't really get the stormtrooper one, but I couldn't not grin. It's just way too ridiculous...
That's the thing.... WHY should I be a minion? I desire world domination myself, you know. Why should I bow down to some punk that knows not how to properly dominate those filthy peasants? Honestly, the only Evil Overlady to exist is me. And if you disagree with me... then... well, let's just say I don't believe in murder. It's too easy, and there's no fun in it. People don't learn their lessons when you kill them, they simply cease to exist. So... why kill... when you can torture? ^-^
Besides, good help is so hard to get nowadays... Because of that, when the occasional pesky hero comes along, it's much more efficient NOT to kill them, but to torture them until they break. Have them beg for mercy, then not give it to them... eventually, the broken look on their face... it's just... Ah... <3
Then, once the hero is sufficiently broken, they become yet another loyal minion. What's more, they're a minion of hero caliber. I mean, if they're a hero, that means they managed to invade my evil lair, right? So of course they're strong as hell! Not as strong as me, of course...

And just remember...You'll never have as much karma as Demyx.
Regarding the brokenness of karma: Those of us with the pretty orange/teal names can go in and edit anyone's karma directly. Yes, I could give myself, or Role, or Leon, or anyone else a karma of OVER 9000!!!!!! Therefore, it /really/ means nothing.
EDIT: ... tch, simulposted with Zexy with the same joke.

...What? You expect me to be a decent Evil Overlady if I'm not willing to cheat? Pfft. Always have an ace up your sleeve! And a joker, and a duce, and a three, and a four, etc... You've gotta be willing to cheat those foolish heroes out of victory if you're gonna be an Evil Overlady.

Role I true overlords should be resorting to brainwashing and...uhn...fear!That´s how our w/orld has order anyway, of course a good torture helps on the fear factor but it lacks brainwashing =P *Waits to be hunted*
Even if your are evil over lord of everthing on earth, you're still mortal, you'll die eventually.
That's what evil minions are for.
Besides, I actually plan on giving birth to my heir eventually. However, only my strongest and most trusted minion will get the honor of being the father.
