In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Enhanced Strength- Kairos is about as strong as a body-builder despite her small size.
Tough Skin- Her skin is stronger than an average human’s and her bones don’t break very easily.
Regeneration- Kai can heal cuts, scrapes, and bruises very quickly, but she can’t re-grow limbs.
Agility- Kairos is able to jump over swords and opponents with very little effort.
Battle Mode- Kai’s battle mode activates whenever she feels scared or mad and a less violent version activates when she gets an adrenaline rush. This allows her to see weak points in armor, bodies, and structures, and she loses most of her restraint.
Weapon: Kairos carries a simple sword. There’s absolutely nothing special about it except that it was her father’s when he first joined the military.
Picture: Still working on it.
Appearance: Kairos is very small and she looks fragile and frail. She has spent a great deal of time living in the Wilderness and this has resulted in several scars from acid burns and other such dangers. Her hair is shoulder length and has silver highlights scattered throughout her near-golden hair. Her eyes are a strong, dark blue color, but they still show a great kindness. Kairos wears a set of armor that is more for show than for battle, but serves its purpose in both. The top is made of black-dyed leather and covers both of her arms completely. She also wears black gloves and a black belt with the armor. The belt has a gold belt-buckle and she has a gold-covered breastplate and shoulder plates that have a steel base. Her breastplate bears a heart with a cross dividing it into four parts. She has a pink, knee length skirt and her boots are black lace-up boots with two red strips at the top.
Personality: Kairos has lived secluded from people for the majority of her life. As such, she tends to be very shy. She never learned how to meet new people, but once she knows somebody, she is not the shy girl that the people saw before they met her. She tends to be very active because she has spent every day of her life either training, playing, or hunting in the Wilderness. Many days, she would do all of the above. She was taught how to fight and kill, but she was always told that fighting is a horrible thing that should never happen. If she ever gets stuck in a fight, she will defend herself, but she’ll try to only disable or disarm her opponent. The only time she could ever kill a person is if she were in her battle mode. She loves all people and will do whatever she can to help anybody. Money is one of the least important things in the world to her, as she never had, or used, any before she left her world.
Living off of nature wouldn’t bother her, seeing as she has done that for most of her life anyway. She’ll eat anything and everything and will almost never refuse food. She can eat a lot more than one would think by looking at her. Monsters and odd-looking life-forms aren’t anything new to her either, but magic will throw her off. She is easily entertained and is enthralled and amazed at any kind of technology. Kairos is a good strategist, but she's often too worried about people to be able to think clearly. She tends to try to think logically, but lets her emotions seep into her thought processes. Her goal is to defeat the Heartless and return home to her family. She has more knowledge on the heartless than many people, but still knows nothing of Organization XIII or the Dark XII. She wants to seek out the Keyblade wielders, but doesn't know how to go about it or who they may be.
Original World: Anhnyqueg (Future) Current World: None
History:
Kairos was born as the beloved child of Saxen and Trisha Degrais, the Zytanh and the Queen of Anhnyqueg. Saxen was about 22. By the time she was born, Deathblade and Jamey had both died in wars against the heartless and other enemies of Anhnyqueg and Saxen had lost his leg the same way. She never got to know some of her parents' friends. She spent the first six years of her life living in the palace. She grew up to know Grok and Christy as family and she got to know their bonds, as well.
This was the first time of real peace in the entire history of Anhnyqueg. Drusus had remained inactive for years and Shockjaw had kept the rats under control. Drusus had been spending his time gathering support for an assault on the Great Castle of Anhnyqueg. Kairos was greatly loved by all of the people she knew in the castle. One of the only bad things in her life was the fact that her father had lost a leg in battle a few years back. Heartless activity had greatly died down on Anhnyqueg years before Kairos had even been born, so she grew up without knowing of the heartless. Shortly after she turned six, Drusus led his surprise assault on the castle. He led thousands of soldiers in a single strike against the castle. Saxen managed to get Trisha and Kairos out of the city and sent them to live in the Wilderness with Shockjaw. Shockjaw was a nine-foot-tall rat. In the struggle to get his family out of the city, Saxen lost his right arm. He and Grok continued to lead rebellions against Drusus for the next four years. During this time, Trisha, Kairos, and Shockjaw were struggling to survive in the Wilderness. Shockjaw became very fond of Kairos during those four years. He even let her sleep cuddled in his fur every night.
Saxen left the city of Anhnyqueg when Drusus instituted some new policies to punish the people for any rebellions that occured, even people that weren't involved. Saxen decided he wasn't doing any good and went to live with his family when he left. Trisha, Kairos, and Shockjaw were all happy to see him come back to them. Then, six years later, the heartless returned. Saxen was able to revive Deathblade by returning to the Life Pool and was going to leave to travel the worlds again, but Kairos volunteered. She didn’t want to see her father go out and possibly never return. Before she left, Saxen told her everything he thought she'd need to know about the heartless and how to eliminate them. In an attempt to get the new Gummi Ship they made off of the world without anyone noticing, Saxen tried to use a subspace portal, but, instead of only traveling through space, the portal went through time as well. This accident sent Kairos into the interworld space in the present. She has no idea where, or when, she is.
Role Playing Sample: See Saxen
Questions/Comments/Suggestions?
Yes, I know I’m pushing the IC interaction rules again. I promise you, I have no intention of EVER letting Kairos and Saxen interact. It would be screwy. If I have to change anything to make this work, please let me know.

You know what's truly bugging me...the fact that you're character is from the future. That within itself can be messy, and I'm not the only one uneasy with that factor. Also...it seems very unneccessary to use a future plot device if she's NEVER going to interact with Saxen; she would be no different from a girl in present time to him, which weakens the plot device altogether.
The whole point of her being from the future is simply to allow her to exist here. It would be...difficult...to adapt her to be from the present time, to say the least. So...if the future bit is the issue...then...I'm at a bit of a loss.

For me, I'm already uncomfortable with the future concept. Just dabbling with a futuristic time vomits 'troublesome', the past not so troublesome, because you can't distort what already happened.
The cherry on top of this discomfort...is that the concept doesn't have a purpose giving all the more reasons to edit her to be an person from the present unrelated to Saxen. It alerts the question: 'Why does she NEEDS to be his daughter?' and 'What's the point of bring his daughter from the future if they are never going to interact?' Her only connection to this reality won't know she exist..and vice versa...making her lineage non-existent. With that within itself, there's no reason.
Regardless of whatever strings you pull, I'm truly not comfortable with playing the future card. So I'm at lost as well. Thus far the only solution I can see is to demolish her relation with Saxen altogether and make her a character of her own.
While I definitely understand where you're coming from, I just don't know how to work with it. The point of her being from that future is to create the personality and background that I wanted for this character. I tend to think more about the character him/herself, which may be problematic in some ways. And, while I'm not a fan of the future card either, I would much rather a possilble solution to be suggested rather than a statement of uncertainty.
If you are referring to the suggestion to sever the ties between her and Saxen completely, I would need help on HOW. That relationship is a large part of her character. It's how she has a Gummi Ship, where a large part of her personality came from, where all of her skills and abilities came from, and where the little bit of knowledge she has on the heartless came from. Messing with that connection would be a hard thing to do. I need a how, not a what.

1.) Make her apart of the present. 2.) Revamp her such as: her history to disconnect her from Saxen making her own character such as a character who doesn't depends on the existence of one of your own. 3.) You can keep her personality, because there are aspects that would be there regardless of nuture. 4.) Give other reasoning for her skill, abilities, and gummiship
In short you're completely redoing your character to be a stand alone character, one who existence doesn't rely on your charries (hence being a futuristic character). Any easy way is starting all over with a profile template...keep her personality and etc the same and change the history...and try again.
If you can't do it, then discontinue the character. I doubt there's more I can say on that because it's your character...yours to mold, model, remod, remodel and etc. I'm sure the personnal who helps iron everything out. Yes i do help out with concepts and etc, but I try to stay out of the primal buildup of a character, because it's supposed to be your character...not yours and my character.
Well...the way you do that is...essentially make her her own character. Make her have her own personality, make her have a Gummi Ship some other way, make her have knowledge of the Heartless some other way...make her a character that doesn't have useless plot device as ties to a character...which she shall never interact with.
We just don't see the use in having her have ties...which are pretty much useless when you could have her have all those things you've listed...without those ties.
After considering all of the concerns of both myself and the mods, I feel that it is in our best interest for me to just drop this character. Thank you for your time.
