In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

well it would require science to figure out how to bring back a nobody- I mean the orginal plot for this site was that they returned. An that's something I find hard to see or believe because they were all brought defeated- an nothing can come out of a nobody for it was just a shell. An ansem is still lurking around because he was in the secret ending... except pretty old.
Actually the old guy is technically Xehanort if I'm correct, and that scene doesn't follow the current timeline as the current Kingdom Hearts but a post Kingdom Hearts.
I also thought that Yinsin (sp) guy would be the one with all the answers to the keyblade- well only on how a keyblade works.
=D woo Yen Sid. Maybe there should be a collaboration between him and Merlin to build the theory of keyblades if its necessary to find a way to gather more key wielders for the epic darkness.
Then comes the question of why Sora is able to weild two. I see to that as Roxas... so sense now Roxas an Sora arn't together Sora should only beable to hold the power of one keyblade- but their still connected because Sora still has his heart giving Roxas the ability to weild a keyblade also. Saying that maybe Riku was put in Sora's shoes in that he'd be able to weild two keyblades insted of one.
'Tis a good question. I think with the aid of Yen Sid, the epic sorcer, is the only reason why Sora have two keyblades >>'' by the Drive Form introuduced into the KH2
As for Kairi having a keyblade.... ... well... ... maybe keyblades are giving to people at critical times becuase I personally don't see as to why she should have one :/. She didn't do anything really snazzy to get one in my opinion.
... yeah?
o-o I will say being a Princess of Heart have it perks, since she have the ability to open the final keyhole and a pure heart. Now how Rikku got a hold of her keyblade in the beginning is an entire different unanswered question.
There is a hypothetically theory that Kairi's Keyblade origins from The Realm of Nothingness, since Sora's Keyblade = Realm of Light, Rikku =Realm of In between (Dawn), and Mickey = Realm of Darkness.
>> Then again the wielder for the Realm of Nothingness can actually be Roxas ...*shruggles*
o-o i don't know why I felt like >> doing all of that XD
oh yeah lol i forgot that it was suppose to be pre kh -_-!
so no professor?
Merlin knows Magic... not keyblades.
Yen Sid knows how a keyblade works (an okay scratch my theory on how Sora got to have two over one completely) an how the Nobodies and heartless are formed...
I still feel science should be brought up- maybe Professor Ludwig can be the one on figuring out where the hearts are in each world

>>'' but do to the games...they already have a location <<' unless the staff wants to change it.
WOOO Yen Sid ^-^ I just love that name >> disney backwards XD I just watched Sorcer's Apprentice in Fantasia 1940. >> Yen Sid was pissed at Mickey tsk tsk tsk. o-o
Aya, I think what you've got is a little too constricting, and may be wandering away from the core plot of Kingdom Hearts a bit. The science is left to Ansem/Xemnas and the Organization/Dark XII crew, who actually know more about the Hearts than perhaps any other in the known world, having begun the whole research on Hearts themselves.
What we need is a conflict, a cause, and the factions that attempt to resolve the conflict. When we start putting in eventualities and things, that's when things get unnecessarily complicated. Working an RP Plot isn't always like writing a story- you can't plan everything towards one eventuality. That would be both boring and linear.

PREGUNTA! Question:
On the list of goals, which have already been concluded and tended to for we have somewhat of a progression in acheiving them, instead of posting away in the Version 5's thread? What needs to be taken care of ASAP for we can start seeing the changes many have been asking, requesting, listing, and wanting?
o-o I didn't post this to seem pressuring or anything. It wasn't the intention, but questions.
Not to add much to this, but the third bad guy reminds me of the Null idea that floated around for a while until it was destroyed for the reason that it would complicate the plot.
Maleficent is not the ruler of all darkness. Even in the movie, she touted herself as the mistress of all evil -- which is not to say she is the ruler of darkness. Please remember that darkness and light are neutral; it is us that give them alignments due to how they are used. Certainly, there are those who will see the easy ways to align; hiding and striking in the shadows, and galloping out under the banner of the light to expose and dispel evildoers across the land. (Rogue and Paladin?)
However, the two are not evil or good -- and this is canon. Mickey himself confirmed that.
Ansem is the seeker of darkness, not its king. The darkness is not that which really can have one true master; just as the light cannot have one true ruler, or fire one true wielder, water one true deity. These are elements, and there will always be others. There is just power, the more powerful, and those still yet more powerful. There is no be-all and end-all, and never will be.
Edit:: (I walked away from my computer for like... an hour -_- before refreashing the page... so yeah had to edit everything I orginally had)
That's very true sephy... but who wouldn't be trying to control everything? It is for sure that no one can be all mighty and all power of the elements... but who's to say there arn't people will to trying to prove that wrong. Ansem (this encludes Xemnas) orginally wanted all knowledge of how the element of darkness worked and gain the power to control and to be able to manlipulate(sp) it. Along side of figuring out how the hearts of worlds work such and such... then came his darker sides- who had control over the element... but as a scientest he was... wanted to know more an have more control over it to prove what people thought is suppose to happen wrong. Which explaining how he could bring himself back in heartless and nobody form a great example of what you can achive by going against doubt and taking chances. So... although it's known you can't have complete control over everything... the plot of him coming back in those forms alone show that it can be a possibility.
Well... I'm going to go back an still wonder on how orgxiii could come back an that the orginal plot doesn't explain. I mean it's gonna make it seem that if they keep being defeated that they'll keep coming back- an it's gonna be an endless cycle with out some type of explaination as to how or what brought them back in the first place. That to me shows that the darkness have expanded on from their work that I doubt the Ansem Reports would have for the light to go off on. Their gonna need someone(s) to help them expand their knowledge to. In the act of war it's best to build up your knowledge to that's either equal to or greater then your enemies... an they'll be playing that stradigy just the same a long with protecting their information. I mean their doing something that would be fun for the light to play out on fiding information as to how they've done such a thing. I mean if they have the power to bring themselves back then can't they bring back others?
An heartless ansem was defeated to- from KH1... how can he come back? It doesn't make sense to bring back old baddies with out explaining how. I mean it could not be described in the plot to give everyone the sense of 'gotta find out' - which could be a mission an a fun plot to play out. But the darkness would need that information to work their characters around espically if their Darkxii and Orgxiii. An sense both of them have the same goals... why don't they work together? Why would they have seperate castles insted of making the first castle bigger an work together to get hearts faster insted of dividing them? What broke them apart? I mean if their doing their own thing an not work together then that's really off. Cause their the two elements needed to bring themselves back to their true human form. So... are they working together or not?
Then how would the hero (Sora) allow Xemnas to get a hold of Roxas and Namine? An if they caught him to do such a thing... why not keep him to make sure he's out of the way of their evil plans? How did he get out of their grasps just by losing Roxas? where's the cause of this effect?
Well the orginal plot does have great conflict to continue to play out on, I mean look at all of these questions it got me to think on and ask you guys about with. I mean unless you guys want to add or take things out I mean... I don't see much wrong in on it... I mean these questions could be a great way to bring up plot ideas for people to play out on an then we'll all have control over how it's going to really be based on. I'm just one person though I'm sure others have their input. I was just one idea becuase I saw the idea of a plot update could be an idea for version 5.... no intentions of changing things completely and really sorry if that did seem that way :[
i mean i think it would be a good idea to reset everything but I did see that some oc's have gotten keyblades. I say let them keep them because that is fair (only the active ones of course). An i dunno if we're going to be changing the plot i just feel that it'd be nice to allow the members to edit their characters to go along with whatever the site decides would be best to play with (plot).
Seph please, or Sephiroth. ((I myself do not mind, but the character I play would never allow that nickname.))
You bring up an excellent point; I do agree that there would need to be one of two things -- first, someone bringing them back, or second...
I propose one other thing. Perhaps it is not the leaders that bring them back at all -- but that is just what the leaders of ether organization want us to believe. Perhaps what revives the organizations is a little more simple -- basically, being called back by the other side.
What if the heartless cannot die if the nobody counterpart still survives? There is still life energy enough, and the two are not necessarily separate as we like to think. Perhaps, instead, as long as one side of the coin lives, the opposite flip side can never truly perish, but just walk the twilight realm betwixt life and death, eventually finding themselves alive again? It would be so easy to claim you had, upon coming first, brought all back, and if I recall correctly, it was Hades that revived Demyx, not Xemnas.
Perhaps they only claim to have this power to retain any hold on their subordinates.
No incomplete heart can be at peace; wandering spirits and the ilk are far too well known. This could be something similar.
So perhaps there is no one controlling, just some very complicated inter-planar relations going on. Matter can neither be created nor destroyed, just converted. With all the energy it takes to split the heart, both sides benefit in terms of powers and weaponry. But combined... those are sacrificed in order to reunite the broken pieces....
Those with strong enough will and enough strength can refuse to fade into the life inherent around them, diffuse into nothingness, and as long as there is one other side on the plane, perhaps neither side can truly be destroyed... without the other.
With this, it holds that should Myde and Demyx fight and kill each other off, neither would ever return. Or perhaps the lost one will never find its way back, eventually lose all sense of itself, and be lost that way.
There are many 'what if' scenarios. Just some food for thought.

I personally like the idea seph came up with. The idea that as long as one lives the other can not die, It kinda makes sense to me. It would quite easily explain how the organisation came back.
I also liked the idea that maybe if both died the lost one would return, for as you said energy cannot be destroyed just converted so maybe death could act as a catalyst and form the two sides of the penny as you put it into the original piece. AKA the lost one.
Although the power to bring someone back is not new to us, Kairi one of the princesses managed to bring sora back from his heartless form, seeing this could prove that it might not be too much of a stretch to believe that you could bring someone back.
Just to add a little more of my own ideas. If any of you have played Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories *SPOILER ALERT* A clone of Riku is made, this clone is identical in every way with the one fact that it doesn't have a heart or memories (the memories added by namine). Nobodies as we know don't have hearts so maybe something similar was done to bring back the organisation?
To be honest i don't know and no one does apart from the creators and even they might not actually know. Its just my ideas tell me what you think of them ^^

O.o now this new theory is intriguing yet irking. The heartless doesn't need a nobody to survive and vice versa. Plus I wouldn't say a heartless experience death, but purification. With the element light attacking dark, it cancels out and expel the purified heart to Kingdom Hearts. Nobodies on the other hand dies, because they have a body to go through << a "dieing process" before their body breaks down into fading wilted pieces.
If one needs another to survive, then Xehanort's heartless would be roaming free, while Xemnas reigns. Also it's seen that a heartless can gain its light and live independently from the nobody like Sora. He became a heartless, but regain his body. If Roxas was to die, then Sora can easily live, since there's nothing missing from him that he needs to be whole from Roxas. But Roxas needs Sora to be a completion.
O.o now if heartless and nobody of the same were to both "deceased" I don't see how they would become one again. A nobody must meet and reunite with its somebody to be complete. A purified heartless would become a clean hearts floating to Kingdom Come to Kingdom Hearts.
I would just say the theory is iffy because there hasn't been evidence in the game outline that can easily support it without going overboard of the outline that we're building from. It's not a bad idea though, but I see an infinite conflict between heartless, nobodies, and somebodies. The Dark XII and Organization XIII will always be there unless you kill them at the same time.
Another theory though, a nobody could've been the vessel to retrieve the heart from the heartless. Meaning...nobodies going on a hunt to kill their own heartless to take back their hearts.

._. they are pissed at each other for stealing cookies >> j/k
let's just say their chemisty would be like oil and water. They won't mix well, but not because they're different. Most likely because they are...too much a like. Ansem can't stand Xemnas, because Xemnas is the only one who can get under his skin. Also they are both in competition with each other. O.o Working together would hardly ever happen. Think about putting people who are too alike in the same room. If they are both argumenative and want the last word...then everything would pretty go nowhere, but form inner conflicts.
>> Ansem and Xemnas << two control freaks O.o trying putting them a in Gummi Ship together...haha epic comic strip subject.
If nobodies are just out to kill heartless then why would they be such a threat to be defeated in the first place by Sora? They'd be helping him... nobodies attack people for hearts- they were trying to create their own kingdom hearts don't forget... that requires taking hearts and not just from heartless.
Sephy I thought your idea was brillant but Ela did bring up some other good points.
An I now see Kairi just making things more and more diffcult... she was able to have Sora hold her heart... so there's no heartless of Kairi. So maybe being a princess of hearts or whatever gives them the power to bring a lost one back but not fully?
and still just becuase they get under each others skin they still have the same values and need each other to gather as many hearts as possible... so maybe them not working together can be an illusion to throw people off even more? That an interesting theory? Gives a good reason as to why theirs two castles on the same world... but with them being so alike they're gonna bicker and fight every tuesday I think (so a very unbalanced truce) that can throw any opposing party off their tracks of the two groups really helping each other. I mean they have the same exact goal... they need each other how I see it. Just because they can easly bother each other doesn't mean their not dence enough to know that much. Their scientest...

They're both after hearts, which means people would die. Sora isn't one to let something like that happen, so he fights both Nobodies and Heartless.
Nope, a Princess of Heart has a heart devoid of darkness, and is completely light. Heartless are created out of darkness in hearts, and since there is no darkness in Kairi's heart, there cannot be a Heartless.
Their goals are different. Organization just want hearts of their own, while Dark XII want universal darkness. They also hate their counterparts- they probably see them as rivals to their own existence. The worlds aren't big enough for two of the same people. Nobodies are also hateful of their Heartless because unlike Heartless, Nobodies aren't the original people. They may share much of the same attributes and the same personalities, but the Heartless are the original, as seen in Sora's case when he became a Heartless and Roxas was created.
*nods* Personally, the reason I brought it up was just to spark conversation. No, neither side does need the other, and as canonically proven, there can be a heartless without nobody, and vice versa.
