In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Daichi roamed the blasted white blinding castle. Although it was purely knew to him, it felt to familiar with the similar interior of Castle Oblivion. Atleast in here, he haven't had to slice and dice any nobodies; instead of attacking him, it felt like they were keeping an eye on him like a house arrest anklet. The replica didn't expect him to be welcomed with open arms; actually he perfer it the way it is to a degree.
Maybe the reason why he was so aloof was because he lacked connection to majority of them and had no reason to walk in their shadows like a pupil. It would be logical to wield their trust, but he already knew that it wasn't plausible to grasp it so quickly, so there wasn't a reason to go out of his way to please others. Even if he was built to fulfill orders given to him, hence pleasing his creator, Daichi had obtained a quirk of self-fulfillment and perferences, and since the beginning, he distasted being a puppet to please others; instead he only acted to proove himself to be better than what he was speculated to be.
That's the role he was playing now, but one can't proove useful and resourcefulness if not challenged or requested. This gave him plenty of roaming time to become familiar with this strange world, but no time to venture away from it to go back to Traverse Town. There was only one reason to go there, but he wondered if she was still there; she claimed to wait for him, but where she would wait he had no idea. For the time being, it would be safe to not seek her out or come into contact with her.
A low, balanced sound of boots hitting the ground echoed through the empty hallways of the World That Never Was as Xaldin made his way through them. Hewas going to head to his room and rest. But, when he turned the next corner, he came across a surprise--the Replica. Xaldin stopped, crossing his arms and observing the boy for a second.
Vexen outdid himself with this one...it looks exactly like Riku...
"Fancy running into you here, Replica." he said flatly, eyeing the ther in case he made a wrong move.

"It isn't that surprising, and Zexion doesn't have a strong liking for me," the replica replied back holding himself back from snapping at the title tossed at him. Then again he didn't see the value of sharing the name he have given himself,"so I have spare time..."
Unfortunately for Daichi, he had looked forward to seeing the Cloaked Schemer one-on-one. He could ponder in what the Nobody would say, but why imagine if it the real thing can spat out his disdain at him. Now he was imagining what would that meeting be like; Zexion of-course most likely would try to hurt him as much as possible, but would he really have the balls to do it when he knows that his originator and the replica have gotten the best of him. Before he can indulge himself in imagining Zexion's panic face, he glanced back at Xaldin.
"So who are you? Vexen hardly talked much about the rest of the XIII nor did the others," he wondered if he was even worth knowing since he was never mentioned.
Xaldin gave a short laugh and a small twitch of his lips as the Replica asked him who he was. Why wasn't he surprised that Vexen would never mention any of the other Organization members to this boy? Vexen, though respected by Xaldin, was a glory hog.
"If you must know, I am Xaldin, number III of the Organization XIII, and Vexen's superior." With the raising of an eyebrow, Xaldin looked the boy in the eyes and said, "You think of Vexen highly, don't you? No matter. Would Vexen happened to have gave you a name, or should I just refer to you as the Replica?"

Hm, he wish, Daichi personally didn't care too much fo Vexen, but he couldn't deny him that he did created him, but the Replica didn't show his expression of his thoughts. His nose did twitched though at the question, "For his superior, you should know him...this is Vexen you're talking about. Then again it's Vexen...you weren't even aware of me."
Vexen was indeed a workaholic to the extreme, and his work was science. If he was to give a name, it wouldn't be worth much at all, but another serial bar code to keep up with the rest of his collection. True, he may take his work personally, but not too personal to extend pass business. "If I wasn't given one, then there's no reason to have one."
It was better for him to not be too personal with these nobodies either, so he spoke quite blandly. Still he was keeping track of them all. Vexen did spoke of the Superior #1, but not never by name. He knew of Marluxia, Larxene, Axel, and Zexion; that was only how far his education on the Organization had transpired. Personally he never knew there was thirteen of them; it was quite a big, unlucky, chaotic number.
With a small chuckle, Xaldin shook his head. "It was always typical of Vexen to create things like you. And it appears you are his greatest accomplishment. And we could use your power on our side." As he continued looking over the Replica, a thought entered his mind. "There must be a particular reas you're here, Replica. Who are you looking for and why? I may be willing to assist."

"I told you already," Daichi replied flatly, but it was for reason since it seems that these Nobodies can't cling to their memories well enough to recall his first arrival, "Vexen. He's the reason why I'm existing...and through him and the others I had purpose."
Had was the keyword. After their destruction and his last encounter with Riku, he was left like a doll in Castle Oblivion and left to seek those who made him. "I don't expect Vexen to crawl out of his crypt of a lab; it's his addiction."
"But you're his superior, and I don't admire the thought of waiting and collecting dust until he finishes whatever he's start."
As the Replica mentioned that he had once had a purpose, an idea formed in Xaldin's mind. "You say you had a purpose before? Why can't you have a purpose now, or do you feel you don't deserve one?" With a thoughtful rub of his chin, he said "I can offer you a chance at a purpose, and maybe even something more. And as for Vexen, you will find him in Castle Oblivion studying a very interesting creature." Snapping his fingers, he opened a dark portal behind him, stepping to the side. "Now, you may either go meet your maker...or you can stay. Make up your mind."

The replica snorted having high doubts that Vexen was even there; he had left the castle not too long ago, and he was the only one there for the bulk of time if heartless company counted. She didn't even returned there, "No one have been in that castle for what felt like a year. I was there, and I'm sick of the walls...like here it's too white."
"So what is your proposition," Riku's eyes looked at Xaldin in a calculating gaze as if he was trying to decipher in the nobody was bluffing at a too good to be true scenario. He rather take the oppurtunities as they came nothing will be done and he would essentially be nothing if he was to wait for Vexen or Zexion to stick around him.
((Will make poast [with jam] later, Chris be tired.))
EDIT: ((Poast time!))
"Well, I have seen but a small example of your power, and I feel that you would be a good addition as an ally to the Organization." As he spoke, an image of Vexen appeared over his hand, slowly rotating. "I have reason to believe that Vexen will be a threat to the Organization, and possibly to you. So, if you wish to be an ally to us, I ask this of you. Go to Vexen as an ally, but act as my eyes and keep a watch on Vexen. If he does anything that may be a threat to us...report back." The image disappeared and Xaldin re-crossed his arms. "Of course, the choice is entirely yours, Replica. I see you as a powerful ally to us, and feel that you may help us towards our goal...and any you have as well."

"Hm, I see," so he have speculations of Vexen's activity. It isn't so surprising; they never knew of his existence and usage in Castle Oblivion, which advocated to the Rebellion. Now what took him back was the idea of Vexen being a threat to him; did Vexen even know he was still around...functioning? If so he could've rid of him when he was recovering in Castle Oblivion. Now he was to be the snake in the bush for his own creator. His azure eyes pondered on it, then looked back at Xaldin, "And what if he tries to dissemble me? I won't take it lightly or willingly?"
He never seen Vexen angry to the brink, and knowing Vexen, he had a quirk to construct, destory, and rebuild. Although he gave the Nobody credit to his construction, he wasn't going to trustfully let him do what he pleases to him. Yet for this undercover work he may have to, but he doesn't want the Nobody to rewrite his functions like what have been done with his memories before. In a sense, he was requesting permission to act on his own if he was to be placed into a dire situation.
"Also would this include on keeping eye to all who housed Castle Oblivion?" He could speak on Vexen's behalf. Daichi was a pawn to Vexen, who was a pawn to Marluxia, who twister his arm with his fear for the Superior. In the end, his creator was twisted into the flora Nobody's hand and the heart of the Rebellion.
"Though you are a Replica, you shouldhave your own will, no?" the Whirlwind Lancer asked questioningly. "If it comes to it, then you may do with Vexen as you please. But I know he is not the only one you worry about, Replica." He knew that the Replica had thought of Marluxia as he mentioned the other attendees of the Castle, and smirked. "Marluxia no longer has any hold over Vexen, and is considered a traitor to the Organization. Myself and Axel are searching for the Assasian, and want nothing more than to see him punished for his foolish antics." Looking at the Replica, he said, "I assume you would like that, no?"

Daichi merely nodded at his permission. His brow quirked when Xaldin had mentioned his other worries. Could the Whirlwind Lancer read him so well? His brows dipped at the smirk as if he knew something he didn't. The tension in his face lessoned on hearing the process of Marluxia's capture.
For a moment, he wondered if that meant Larxene and Axel was off the hook. Then again he wasn't too hard on Axel, since he had assisted him before. Larxene on the other hand he didn't care to see her alive even if she was nothing. "If punishment is just for his endeavors, then I have no room to oppose. I take it finding him is difficult; you all wear those cloaks, and since he doesn't want to be found...he would go underground. Also if he doesn't want you to find them, he would do everything to not be found."
It seems one of their own creations was biting them in the butt. Their own cloacks was putting a roadblock between them and the traitor. "If I'm able to find him, would you want haste notice?"
He merely asked this, since he was the tool in his escapade, the link. Still there was a gamble if Marluxia would ever seek the Replica out if he knew of his re-existence. After all Vexen did claimed him as a fine experimentation.
Xaldin nodded and said, "Yes, but it would be best not to provoke him. One thing we don't need is a hostage situation. You could be a huge asset to the Organization, and have quite a bit of worth, at least in my opinion. And, to tell the truth, I feel that Vexen may already have been informed of your existence by Zexion." Another gesture of his finger opened a dark portal, this time next to the Replica. "Once you have found him, report to me when you can. And if it's an emergency..." Xaldin summoned darkness again, a small white Nobody symbol appearing in his hand. "You can use this to summon a Dragoon to bring me a message. It is an invention of mine, and serves immensely useful in times of need." Handing the Replica the object, he said, "Now, if you wish to stay longer, then be my guest. But if you wish to begin, then go. I am not forcing you to anything."

The replica nodded; he wouldn't pass Marluxia to be untrusthworthy, since you can always trust an untrustworthy man to be untrustworthy. Also it seemed in the end with anything involving Marluxia, it benefitted Marluxia.
Reaching his hand out, he grabbed the emblem pendant and tucked away in his pocket for safe keeping. If Vexen knew he was present, then there was no reason to beat around the bush, especially when Zexion's big fire pistoling mouth is involved. Looking into the dark portal. he made his decision already even if he was changing on white building for another.
"I'll start my search for him; there's no time like the present," turning on his toes, his silver ponytail swayed with his movements before the whiteness of his hair was lost in the darkness.
