In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

I didn't want to, but I'll chip in. Spent some time at Ohayocon this past weekend here in C-bus. TONS of Kingdom Hearts cosplayers in attendance, which was superawesomefuntastic. Unfortunately, I missed the "official" group photoshoot, which bummed me, but I had plenty of other antics to help make up for it.
Pictures are still showing up, the con was only over yesterday. I'll post more as I get them if you ask for them.
My only gripe is the arm armor. I'm working on making a set of it that is hardbacked and solid. What I'm using is foam and fabric covering. So I'll keep you updated in the other boards as the armor-making goes along.

I am very VERY impressed Rook! Did you make the outfit? cause it looks So nice!!!! you have a really good face for guy cosplay ^^ you're keyblade is also very nice!! Like you have no idea how impressed i am ^^
Thank you! But nay, I didn't make it persay. I got a lot of it already made, pieced it together and tailored it some. A lot of it is hodge podge from seperate outfits.
They Earth Shaker keyblade, I had to buy. eBay. I saw it, it was relatively inexpensive, and I couldn't turn it down. One of my friends and I are getting into the armor/weapon making scene within the next couple weeks, once schedules free up, so I'm going to be trying to assemble my own Keyblade Garden.
Since the last con, I've been working with a couple pals (also cosplaying BbS alumni Aqua and Ventus) in making actual hard-armor to replace my fabric/padding. To show you all how we're doing, and if you want to follow along at home, here's our process so far!
Step 1: We bought some "Easy Buttons" from Staples. These will be doubling as the circular jewels on the armors, most notable for being pounded in order for Terra, Aqua and Ven to pop into their full armors. We sanded them down in order to paint them.
As you can see here, these are the original (partly sanded), Terra's, and one for Aqua. The latter is the only one totally painted to it'sfinal colors.
Step 2: Using references from concept art and renders, we've drawn up patterns from tracing paper. With those complete, we trace those onto foamcore board, and cut out with an exacto knife. We then scored them vertically in order to give the board the ability to bend.
Step 3: Taking a sidestep, I innovated tracing cardpaper and glued it onto the bent forms, cutting away the excess as necessary. This gave us a cover for the final paint coats and keep the board from becoming straight again.
All together, this is Terra's arm armor so far. The paper will be airbrushed to appropriate colors after it's all sized, just prior to assembly.
Thank you! A lot of how this has turned out so far is chalked up to pure luck. As a first attempt, even I find myself pleasantly surprised at how well it's all coming along. I'm kind of stoked to see the final product where originally I was somewhat dredding it.
