In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Powers: Tallìe only knows two spells she was taught by her father, but is otherwise non-magical. Banish- A wave of powerful aura energy that is expelled in all directions. The spell is specifically designed for defense against Heartless, killing the weaker types and stunning or blowing back anything more powerful. It effects any enemies within a 5 yard radius ((Can only be used up to 3 times in succession.))
Shield- An auric shield of pure light used as defense of Heartless. Lasts for two posts. ((Can only be used up to 2 times in succession.))
Power Consequences: Because of how little she uses her spells, and how inexperienced in using the tactics she is, she does not seek much of a chance in battle. This means that her powers are usually weak and they cannot be used often. Also, it takes about two days to recover from using too much magic. If she pushes herself further than her limits, she can end up unconscious. Her spells are only effective against Heartless.
Weapon: Tallìe wears gloves with fake claws crafted onto them to enhance her own climbing ability. She also wears shoes that have two larger claws that also help with climbing and moving in trees. These accessories, being made for climbing, do not have much of an effect in battle.
Picture: I’m drawing a picture, work in progress. |P
Appearance: Tallìe has a thin, delicate build. She is quite short, standing 5’ 3” and weighing just under 95 pounds. Despite this, she is very durable, tiny scabs, bruises, and fading scars are some relevant features and proof of her tree-climbing obsession. She has light hazel eyes that seemingly change between brown and green depending on her surroundings((Her eyes stay one color though. Science, my friends. ;P)) Her most notable scar is one on her left arm, as it is a white, ribbon-like scar that chains her whole forearm.
Her hair is a deep brown most of the time, although it darkens or lightens with the seasons. Her hair brightens to a shade of auburn during the spring and summer seasons, and turns to a much darker brown during the winter time. She keeps her usually messy hair in three different parts; a pair of long bangs covering her ears, running over both of her shoulders, and a long, messy pony tail that is high up on the back of her head.
She wears a bright red half-shirt that cuts off around her mid abdomen. There is a large zipper down the middle of the shirt, a black heart design with a crack from the tip decorating the shirt as well. The shirt’s sleeves cut off unevenly, the sleeve on her right stopping at the middle of her upper arm. The other sleeve stops at her elbow. Tallìe also wears a black belt-like leather band at the base of her shirt, three gold-colored rings to the right side of the hip.
Tallìe wears jeans that hug her legs. They are colored a deep purplish blue with long, cyan lightning bolt shaped designs stretching down her legs. She wears four bands similar the one under her shirt on her left leg, and a belt with the same design with and a small leather bag on her left hip. The bag is big enough to hold a reasonable amount of items, such as small papers, pencils, and a shiny object on occasion.
When it is too cold for her normal wear, she wears a gray jacket. The sleeves reach down to cover her hands, the cuffs being three inches long with a knit like pattern. It has a hood with a alternating white and gray stripe pattern with a similar knit. Her hood’s pull stings are an eye cord knit with frayed ends. The jacket’s bottom is decorated with the same knit pattern on her cuffs and hood. The jacket’s zipper is much smaller than the one on her normal shirt.
Her gloves are a similar red to the one on her shirt, with black hems. The gloves cut off around her wrist. The gloves have sharpened steel claws on the fingertips, assisting with her climbing tactics. They are very thin, allowing Tallìe feel whatever she is gripping as though she had no gloves on.
She wears sneakers with a pair of similar steel claws on them. The shoes are white and silver, and have a similar cyan color and shape as the bolts on her jeans on both sides. Because she almost never ties her shoes, they have frayed aglets. However, she does tighten her shoes, meaning that her laces are trailing behind her. This results in her tripping all the time.

Personality: Tallìe is one with an upbeat, happy go lucky personality. That kind of go with the flow type. She is mostly one to try and cheer things up or find the light in the darkness. She has many signature personal mottos that she lives by. These all are meaningful, and she believes that they all are true. Although her clothing is very dark in coloration, it never deters her of being a sunny person. She is very bold, and always speaks her mind. This makes her a stubborn and hardheaded person as well. Tallìe is also quick to take the leader position where any group lacks one. Many say she is someone who will leap without looking, let alone thinking.
She is fascinated with Heartless, her sketch books’ pages filled with the drawings of them. Tallìe takes regular expeditions to the Second and Third Districts of Traverse Town, usually dragging her few friends along with her. Her stupid risks trying to see the Heartless means that she is always stuck in some sort of trouble with the adults in the community, stuck in trees waiting for the frenzied animalistic things leave her alone or until someone comes to find her again. She apparently thinks Heartless are cute.
Many of her personal quotes follow a rainbow of colors, going from short, to the point sayings to rhythmic riddles. These include, “To stand alone is to stand proud” and “You cannot tell the truth until you have lied, you cannot feel joy until you have felt sorrow. Remember that wherever darkness goes, light will always follow.”
Tallìe is one to speak in riddles, never giving a direct answer, but instead dancing around it in rhymes. This is another one of the reasons she lacks friends. This seems to be spawned from her many motto’s, and the joy of feeling like she holds a situation in her hands and that she is the leader of whatever is going on. Only her true friends receive normal speech and straight answers.
She does, however, have a darker side to her personality. Tallìe has a morbid sense of humor, and finds things such as pain funny. Her darker personality occurs when she is hurt by someone else, and although it seems uncommon for her normal personality, it comes and goes as often as night turns to day. When in this state, she often compares her self to a bird with a broken wing, abandoned by the flock. She claims that the flock that left her behind had never seen the storm beyond the horizon. She also says that she is a broken heart that remains whole, thus the design on her shirt.
Whenever alone, she is doodling things in her sketch books. They range from odd weapons that resemble Keyblades to Heartless. She also writes. A LOT. Most of her short stories are those about finding light in darkness or other sappy stories. In some of her books though, there are darker stories, mostly where the main character ends up dead in the end.

Original World:Traverse Town
Current World: Traverse Town
History: Tallìe was born in Traverse Town, and grew up around people of all shades of pasts. Because of this, she has a much deeper insight on life. Most of her friends are those from different worlds. However, her expeditions and stupid ideas scared what friends she earned. She never took the hint that they were afraid of Heartless after their worlds were destroyed.
When was Tallìe was 5, she wandered off into the Second District. Her little adventure gave her an obsession with the Heartless. She saw them as cute, squishy toys instead of deadly animal-like creatures. Her father used the two spells he knew to keep Tallìe safe, and taught them to her as a line of defense. He somehow knew he wasn't going to be able to keep her from her soon to be regular visits to the Second and Third Districts. Eventually, she began to bring friends along, even though they obviously didn't like it. They, however, were more experienced in magic than she was and were able to fend off the Heartless.
At the age of 8, she became curious of other worlds, and even more so when her older friends had built a Gummi ship to travel in. She asked if she could go with them, they said no, saying that she would be a burden and only hold them back. Unbeknownst to both Tallìe and her friends, the first world that they would have traveled to was soon to be overrun with Heartless. As they left, she sat, watching. Ever since she was crushed, but hid her sadness behind her signature sunny side up personality.
One day, about Tallìe’s age of 9, one of her friends returned, drifting back unconscious instead of in a Gummi ship. She stayed with her old friend, who was severely hurt from the experience. He said that all of her other friends had died in the event of the world that was raided. She said that though they are gone as a whole, they still existed in the universe somewhere, and that their souls and bodies would remain while their hearts searched for the hidden light inside of them((She has no idea that Nobodies exist)). Shortly after, the sheer trauma and pain that her friend had experienced killed him. She vowed that she would help find her old friends and turn them to the whole that they were meant to be.
Around Tallìe's age of 11, during one of her adventures in the Second District, she saw Sora fighting a group of Heartless from a distance. Jumping to help, she ran in his direction. However, he had finished off the Heartless by the time she had even gotten out of the tree she was perched in. She instantly became curious of the odd weapon that took out Heartless in a couple blows. She asked around, learned that the weapon was something called a Keyblade, and couldn't help but make her own. Tallìe waved it around, claiming that she would protect her friends from the Heartless even better than before.
Since then, Tallìe has seen many more friends go, abandoning her in Traverse Town. She would always warn them of the Heartless, and none ever returned to show their fate. However, Tallìe lived unphased, still waving her now beaten and battered “Keyblade” around on expeditions to the Second and Third Districts with friends.
At 13, something terrible happened. Her toy sword that she loved so dearly was destroyed. She was playing with it and her friends, and Heartless appeared out of nowhere. Completely forgetting to use her spells, she jumped toward one of the Shadows. It almost immediately shredded the wooden weapon, and scarred her, making a ribbon like pattern on her left arm. Luckily, one of her friends knew some magic of sorts, and jumped into save Tallìe. Her wound healed quickly with the help of friends, and they started to often to warn her to never attempt to fight Heartless again.
Still, she did, taking care to use her magic. She started to go alone more often and sneak off, now under the more watchful eyes of her frightened friends. Tallìe’s most commonly used motto, “A broken heart that remains whole” seems to come into play a lot of the time during any arguments she got into with her friends. Eventually, they just gave up trying to keep her back, and followed her to ensure she didn’t do something stupid.

Role Playing Sample: Tallìe sat there, looking at her shoes, curling her toes in a manner that made the sole, and her fake claws, bend. She looked up at the star filled sky. Another set of her friends had left, still leaving her stuck in Traverse Town. Grunting, she jumped from the tree. She stumbled as she landed, and collapsed to the ground. She was still weak from that episode a couple days ago. Tallìe looked up at the sky again, tilting her head with a subtle smile. I hope they don’t end up in a world of Heartless. She thought, remembering the time her friends died. She shook the thought from her head. They weren’t dead, they were still alive, in three different parts. As long as their hearts were imprisoned in darkness, they would be searching for the light.
“Hey! Remember that you’re not supposed to look at the Heartless without someone to watch you!” Came a voice. Getting up, she turned to see a boy of similar age and height as her. Vandal. He wore a simple jean and jacket outfit, blue being a major color in his appearance. He had a sloppy hairstyle, his short, auburn hair splayed in all directions. Vandal was her best friend, and didn’t go with the groups that left Traverse Town even if they offered him.
She jumped back, grinning, “I never said I was going,” She replied, “And if I was, where’s everyone else?” Tallìe folded her arms, giving a tilt of her head, “It’s no fun with just you to protect.” She closed her eyes, sighing as she remembered the wooden sword that was destroyed during one of the trips to the Third District.
She glanced at the sky again, “It’s no fun without Karu.” Shaking the missing of her friends from her head, she clawed her way back up the tree she was in earlier, leaving those signature marks of her gloves engraved in the bark.
Vandal sighed, looking up at her with an air of sarcasm, “Karu said he would come back.” Even his voice reflected her doubts, as he was present when their friend died. They both were afraid of where Karu was going.
Rubbing his eyes, he sat at the base of Tallìe’s tree, shaking his head, “Come on down.” He said, “You’re dad’s gonna get ticked at me again because I didn’t make sure you stayed away from the Heartless.”
Tallìe looked down from her perch in the tree, “You make it sound like we’re dating.” She replied in a manner of distaste. Frowning, she jumped higher up into the tree, until she was among the smallest twigs that barely supported her. Gripping the smaller branches tightly while they swayed in the slight breeze, she winced as one of the stars in the night sky flickered out. More visitors to Traverse Town. Hopefully Karu’s not among them.
“Tallìe, what’s up with you? You’re never like this.” Vandal called up to her, now standing with his arms crossed, “Just because Karu left doesn’t mean that everyone else did too.” He yelled. He had a point, but she choose to not acknowledge it. He had grown up with her, and had a similar insight on life. Mostly everyone in the town either viewed them as brother and sister or boyfriend and girlfriend.
She paused, looking down at him. Tallìe ignored him, still staring at the empty space where the tiny light had disappeared. Suddenly, a gust of wind raged though the town, shaking the tree she was perched in violently. She lost her grip, and tumbled down the tree. Flailing helplessly, she got her right foot caught in one of the branches of the tree. She was stuck there, a quite pathetic sight for even her. She was hung upside-down in the tree, out of reach of any branches that she could use to pull herself upright.
Although being the one in the predicament, she couldn’t help but giggle. Twisting and turning, she was able to see an unimpressed Vandal. He stood there with a practical look, one eyebrow raised, arms still crossed. To her, it looked like he was standing on the ceiling and the sky was the ground. Tallìe put her hands on her hips and gave him the same look, but grinning instead. “Help would be appreciated.” She said.
Instead, the tree replied, shivering with another gust of wind and letting her go. Tumbling the rest of her way out of the tree, Vandal was incapable of holding a straight face. Falling over in laughter, he finished his bout minutes later.
Tallìe had situated herself into a sitting position, and was still giggling, “You’re right. Karu’s gonna be fine.” She smiled, “This universe is so big, there’s so many worlds. The Heartless can’t destroy all of them.”
She paused, looking up at the masses and masses of glittering stars, “You have not lived until you have died, you cannot tell the truth until you have lied. There is no such thing as joy without sorrow. Just remember that wherever darkness goes…” Tallìe trailed off, whispering the rest of the phrase in a hushed voice, “Light will always follow.”

Additional-Random- Commentary: First off, I hope I didn’t kill anyone. O3o’ ((I’ve posted character sheets like this on other “advanced” RP’s and they denied it because it was too long. =3=‘))
Yes, it is completely necessary for me to take 4 days to finish a character sheet that would normally only take me about an hour to make.
I never intend to have Tallìe own a Keyblade, ((in many of my little stories involving her, she never ends up with a Keyblade.)) although she is fascinated by them and REALLY wants one of her own IC.
Vandal is Tallìe’s best friend, and I would certainly allow anyone to RP him if they want. I don’t like having multiple characters that have known each other prior to the time that I’m Rping a specific character. Also, Karu is dead. Because I said so. >U
Finally: Hehe, yay for sappy and stupid Rping sample ending. x3

Ello Spyra-Spryra. I be Ellie, which you already know...and I'm raiding your profile...after enjoying reading it. Haaa I feel all fuzzy inside. What a good kick for the end of the weekend?
Powers;; I would just add waiting durations of how many posts she would have to wait before reconducting her magick. That way she would have a more structured set-up of her fatigue.
History;; Keyblade Wielder-- Even though you emphasized it isn't a canon. With the KH timeline we only know that existed were canons. Generally saying yes to an OC keyblade wielder in a history, accepts the fact they exist meaning they can be played, and we tend to avoid having OCs coming in as a keyblade wielder. So because I have denied such usage before, I will do the same for consistency.
Also I would like for you to connect the KH timeline with your character for we can get a better sense of where your character is at when all of this is going on. (Also atleast with this if the OC keyblade wielder needed to be cut, you can say she spotted Sora which is fine, which can be the push of the keyblade obsession along with stories about them. YAY BACK-up plans)
RP sample: Dialogues generally comes at the beginning and or end of a narrative paragraph or have it's own.
Other than that, I enjoyed this profile! 5 days. *skips off happily*
xD Thanks, it's nice to know that this place is quality over quantity, and that there are active mods that are willing to help me improve my characters. Most of the time, my characters develop while in RP, so this was quite a challenge for me to make a character on the spot. As for the modifications:
Powers are the easiest to edit, so maybe an appropriate "cool-down" for her spells could be every 10 to 20 posts, depending entirely upon how much time passes per post. I've been in some RP's where mere seconds pass between posts to sometimes hours pass per post. Because of this, I really can't place a exact number of posts for the cool-down. It depends entirely on the rate of time passing post to post. Sorry for getting so technical here. ^^;
As for her history, it's hard for me to edit that. I'll try and find some way. xDD However, I haven't even bothered to give a gender to this mystery Keyblade wielder. Because of this, s/he is more or less a plot device to help develop give Tallìe some dynamics character and personality wise. Also, considering how the age of this guy could be anywhere from Sora's age to some ancient dude, it seems like a stupid idea to me to try and find a canon from BBS that is dead before the events of KH occur. If you really want me to, I will do some research on some diseased cannons for you. If I can't find any, then we'll have to go into some deeper conversation about that.
KH timeline... taking the fact that I haven't played all of the games yet, I don't have the firmest grip on the timeline all the way((at all xD)). I created this character assuming that this RP takes place right after KHII ends. Thus, by the time Roxas returns to Sora, say that Tallìe is 14. Like I said in my introduction post, I'm getting my hands on the games soon! Around some time in next month, in fact.

The timeline does takes place after KHII; it's just easier to chart her history with everything else. I think this rpg is a year after kh2 so she would be 13 during khII and 12 during khI, where Sora roams about the worlds including Traverse Town.
Also Traverse Town wasn't a visited thread in BBS, so none of the canons would've randomly roamed there for Tallie to spot. Sora on the other hand is an entire different story. The only thing is that she would be older than what you had her originally. Instead of 5 witnessing a keyblade wielder, she would be 12. So if you wish for her to still witness a keyblade wielder, Sora is the only appropriate route.
This is making my head spin ((I think it's this... my headache might just be from a lack of caffeine xD)) trying to figure out how to work the whole Keyblade thing into her history, as it contributes to a considerable part of her personality and habits.
A lot can happen in a year, so it could be reasonable for her to spot Sora running around in Traverse Town during one of her own trips to the Heartless-infested districts. Because of this, I'm also starting to reason that a wooden Keyblade wouldn't last much more than a year with the regular adventures she takes. And it would also mean that the Keyblade fascination came after her Heartless fascination.
But this means that I would have to move the time her stick was shredded to about the age of 13. I'll have to try and find another event to put in place of that blank spot between her birth and being 8 years old. I've got a couple ideas to put there, since there has to be some reason to why she's so obsessed with wanting to be around things that want to eat her heart.
Now to edit in more reasonable history! *bounces off*

History is all good. Lastly just patch up your RP sample which I commented about earlier. It reflects your writing pattern when you are set free from here, and it would be helpful to organize dialouges appropriately. 3 days.
I'm hyper.... never give me 10 Thin Mints, 4 brownies, and 8 mini-cupcakes in one day. xDD ((<- randomly interjected statement was completely necessary))
