In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

( Ok, sorry i took so long to post this... as i expected, Rexy was on, and i ended up makeing a huge ass post for him ( 1,433 words x.x)
Well, nothing here seemed to be working out for Kaid. He was just about to give up on this world for good, after all the random encounters he'd faced here... wasn't worth it.
But he was willing to give it one more chance... If the next person he met was like the others..... He ws leaving, he had no reason to stay.
Kaid hopped up onto a near by wall, as he liked to do, and waited. His dark hear and cloths makeing him blend better into the darkness the other people possibly around.
In a way, Kaid kind of looked like a heartless.... black exterior, yellow eyes, maybe thats why everyone was afraid of him.
Kaid simply obverved the ground bellow boredly... hopefully someone would walk by soon.
Mari stormed down the winding streets of traverse town, brooding, as she was so want to do lately. She didn't even know what she was so angry about, angry at the world she supposed. Nothing had been going right. She had screwed up 2 thefts in the last weeks and she was getting frustrated that she had no real friends. sure, she had people she knew around town, but they were all the same as her, not to be trusted. Mari hadnt had anyone she could talk to or easily hang around for a long time and the build up of that lonelyness, combined with her feelings of failure from her failed thefts left her very pissed off on this particular evening. Maybe it was hormones, too, who knows.
She huffed and pushed strands of her very long, white hair out of her face. her green eyes scanned the world around her, ever alert for danger. there wasnt really any heartless here, but sometimes the people in a city were worse than the monsters. Mari smirked at the irony of her,a thief, probably considered one of the cities monsters, being wary of the others. she passed a few people, some vendors yelling, but pushed them aside, barking at the annoying vendors to get out of the way. She decided she wanted to be alone, away from noisy people, and turned to go down a side street. she was so intent on getting where she was going that her normally sharp senses failed her, and she didnt even notice the figure on top of the wall.

Kaid was pretty much about to fall asleep ( which would be bad seeing as he would fall) but the he finally spotted someone, another girl.
What's with all of the girls here?! is that like.. most of the population?! he thought.
It was true... he only knew of two guys here... one includeing himself.
No matter though. Kaid's powers seemed to work better on girls... who knows why though.
Kaid watched this new girl, who seemed very frusterated about somthing walking past, and decided to play with her a bit. He was hideing after all, she wouldn't know it was him.
Now, normally, kaid would go for somthing that already exists... but he was just planning to confuse the hell out of this girl.
Not long aafter, there was a tiny flaming elephant running around her feet, very excitedly.... makeing very non elephant esc noises, like the noise of a group of squirrels.
Kaid couldn't help but laugh quietly to himself... where did this creature idea even come from!?
Mari saw bright movement out of the corner of her eye and whipped around, staff at the ready, only to see what appeared to be a ball of flame the size of he fist running towards her. She looked around for whoever was attacking her with fire magic, before realizing that the flaming thing seemed to be moving of its own volition. It seemed to be a kind of creature.
Mari looked down and just blinked, not really sure what to make of the thing, which was now running around her feet in circles sqealing in what appeared to be a noise like a band of squirrels. seing as it didnt seem to pose any immediate threat, shhe bent down to get a closer look.
she gasped when she saw what the creature really was. It appeared to be a tiny Elephant, aflame, babbling like a squirrel.
Mari had seen banchees in the jungle of her old world, Fire and water sprites in the rivers and valcanoes there, she had even glimpsed a dragon once in the desert of Meright, but she had never seen anything quite as strange as this.
It occured to her then that the creature might not actually want to be on fire, and might be in pain. She quickly picked it up, the fire not burning her because of her natural power with it. she held the thing in the palm of her right hand, trying to keep it from squirming away, and with her left hand she used her water power to spray it with jets of water. when it wouldnt stop burning, she tried harder, only to realize that the thing wasnt on fire, but made of fire itself.
She held the thing, which was actually a bit adorable, up to her face and inspected it, her previous anger forgotten as she puzzled over the fire-elephant. "What the heck are you??" she asked it. "ive never seen anything like you before." she stared at it, and it stared back. Mari was amazed, and very, very confused by the appearance of this extremely strange fire creature.

Kaid was trying very, very hard not to laugh at the poor girls confusion. As strange as the thought of the creature he created was for him, it had to at least be ten times more confuseing for the poor girl
Now why not double her confusion?
Kaid saw the girl lift the little fire elephant to her face to inspect it. He allowed her to do so for a moment until he made the creature dissinigrate, as if made of sand through her fingers. the sand that had already slipped though, turning into more smaller creatures as it fell down. Small little purple birds that started to fly around her head. They started to chirp as they happily flew around... What was she going to think of this?
Kuri watched the elephant disitegrate, shock evident on her face. she gasped as the sand now trailing through her fingers turned into a flock of small purple birds. they chirped around her head and the small, happy noise began to annoy her. she had been having a terrible day and now someone was messing with her! there was no way that these birds/elephants things were normal creatures. They had to be some kind of magic, which meant someone was controlling them, which meant someone was clearly trying to piss her off!
Mari whirled around, looking for the source of the magic. When she didnt find anyone she yelled into the air, "Alright! I know you're messing with me! I dont know who you are, but your twittering magic birds are really pissing me off! come out and face me!" ' "Ooooh" she muttered under her breath, "you picked the wrong girl to mes with today" she fully planned on seeking out whoever was doing this and dealing them a blow with her staff. or a few blows for that matter. she could be very touchy when she was annoyed.
