In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"Everybody wants to change the world... Everybody wants to change the world, but no one, no one wants to die..." Hummed the tsundere-like girl. Helena Mitsuko was finally done with her shift at the Accessory Shop. The guy worked her like a slave. If she came within five feet of the door, her boss would threaten to demote her to janitor duty. Kingdom Hearts knows she didn't want that to happen. Even though she thought lowly of her boss, Helena was aware of how to keep her mouth shut. She had enough money to go out to the cafe and grab a bite to eat, but this didn't satisfy her. In fact, she wouldn't be happy until she could buy her own place.
By the huge door in the First District, Helena had found a seat and propped herself up against the wall nearby. As always, she found herself gazing into a flame that floated above her open palm. The sound of her father's voice was haunting her thoughts. Helena tried to hide her concern by masking her emotions as a hardened, cold exterior, but a look in the eyes could determine her true feelings. To sum it up in a word, Helena was honestly upset. Before, she'd never heard her father. She was incredibly alone, even in her own thoughts. And now, for some reason, that girl could hear him, muttering in her head, spewing out his sarcastic encouragements and his thoughts on various things. Sometimes, he wouldn't shut up. It was like he was the embodiment of her dark side, the one that would trade up defense for offense in a blink of an eye...
Helena. You're upset, aren't you?
Get out of my head...
As long as there is darkness in your heart, I'll always be here. I am your darkness, and I'm egging you on, Ella. Give in. Gain the power to do whatever you desire.
The flame floating above her hand flickered for a moment and went out. She was visibly shivering. Her darkness... could talk to her? Was this normal...? And what caused it to come forward, anyway?
In her surprise, Helena shook her head rapidly. No, she was just imagining this. Maybe the memory of her father had incited this. It would go away with time, no doubt. Helena wouldn't allow herself to be conquered by fear. She was nothing like her father and she knew it. I'm ignoring you. You'll go away, anyway.
He didn't reply to that.
Shortly after that obstacle was passed, Helena heard footsteps from somewhere nearby. She rose to her feet, wondering who it might be. The First District was noticeably busy today, so perhaps the girl was just hearing the chaos in the background. However, the steps became louder. They were approaching her, no doubt. The girl's features softened, ready for the encounter.

Falsetto was feeling happy lately. He has lived in this boring town for a year now. All he wanted to do, was to get out and explore the world. That wish is going to come true pretty soon.
He got done with his shift at the Weapon shop. He wondered what Helena, Legato, and Anil were doing. Anil just recently got here and Falsetto felt sorry for him. Another world lost into darkness? Falsetto thought. So many worlds are disappearing at once.
Falsetto then remembered his home. Radiant Garden, the city of dreams. Was it lost into darkness as well? Who knows. Falsetto's head was racing with thoughts and ideas. After a few seconds his brain started hurting. I should think positive.
While walking towards his apartment, he noticed Helena sitting against the wall, near the gigantic doors. She was staring into space, yet again. That girl is pretty strange. I better talk to her. She doesn't look too good, he thought.
He started to walk into her direction. Once he got closer, Helena noticed him approaching. "Hey Helena how are you doing," he said kindly.
((Sorry for posting, yet another, short post -_- ))

Legato just finished his shift in the item workshop. He'd been saving all the money in order to get an gummi ship. He wanted to see the other worlds and yearned to get off of Traverse Town. He didn't like how it was always eternal night, no sunshine at all. He missed the sun.
Legato was thinking about Helena and the others. They had better been saving up money as well. Legato thought to himself. He would hate it if he was the only one to save up money, but he didn't need to worry. Helena would obviously save up money, Falsetto and Anil, not so much. He barely knew Anil and Falsetto. Thinking about it, he barely knew all three of them. When we are in the gummi ship, I will get to know them. Legato thought determinedly. If they were traveling together, they needed to get to know each other better.
Legato then saw Helena. She seemed to be focusing on a flame in her hand. Knowing something was on her mind, Legato was going to go to her when Falsetto appeared. He seemed cheery, evidently relishing in a chance to get out of here. "Hey Helena how are you doing," He heard him call out. He didn't notice Legato.
"I am fine, Fally" Legato called out. He knew the answer was addressed to Helena, but he couldn't resist. He moved next to Helena and sat against the wall. "However, I can tell somthing is on your mind Helly, is something worng? Having regrets about going now? If you do, don't hesitate to tell us."
A swaggering, green-haired figure could be seen meandering about the First District's main entrance at a sluggish pace. Its shape was unmistakably female, and not one would be wrong to make the conclusion that the individual in question was of the fairer sex.
In making the conclusion, however, they would be gravely wrong. The emerald hair and darker skin would inform those more in the know that "her" identity was in fact Leiz Ryada, a supposed Gummi Ship pilot that frequented these parts. A male pilot.
Not all were privy to this kind of information, however, so many mistakes were made in regards to identifying the pilot's gender. Mistakes that, while completely understandable, didn't humor the green-haired boy in the least. It was an unfair cosmetic curse that he lived with on a daily basis. A cosmetic curse that he would never, ever get used to.
Leiz braced against one of the brick walls, leaning back as he let out a large huff. Coming off the buzz of a mug or two of ale, he found himself dealing with the aforementioned, unpleasant swagger that came with drinking. It was another bad case of judgment. He wanted to be graced by the warmth of the alcohol running through his veins, yes - but he wouldn't be able to get anywhere near that Gummi Ship until he felt less dizzy.
Ultimately, he decided that driving like this would be inconceivable and that a night in bed would suffice to ward off the nauseating afterglow. There was no taking off tonight for him.

"Hey, Helena. How are you doing?" A familiar voice called out. The footsteps that had approached Helena belonged to no other than Falsetto himself. First and foremost, Helena had recalled the black hair and his strange eyes. No matter, though. The girl smiled pleasurably at the boy she'd once saved and opened her mouth to speak, but another person was approaching. She knew these footsteps well, needless to say. Her rust-colored eyes settled in the background noise, where in the background, Legato approached.
"I am fine, Fally," Legato interjected playfully. The boy approached. A look down at Helena's shirt revealed that though she'd washed her current shirt several times since the time she met him, the sticker was still attached. Fancy that... He moved next to Helena and sat against the wall. A look of concern washed over the boy's face. Helena already knew what this was all about. He must have seen her shocked expression whenever the voice in her had spilled its secret. "However, I can tell somthing is on your mind. Helly, is something wrong? Having regrets about going now? If you do, don't hesitate to tell us."
Well, Ella? Are you going to spill your deep, dark secret...?
Just shut up!
"Oh, well, umm... Why would you say that? Nothing's wrong. I'm just... thinking, that's all. And no, I don't regret leaving this place at all," Helena answered rapidly. She couldn't afford to let them know... If she did, she might not have gotten the chance to go out into the outside world with them. Who knows? Those guys might have even killed her if she said her darkness was talking to her... No, they couldn't know. Helena was capable of handling the problem alone, anyway. She'd been living on the streets for years now, hunting down Heartless and rescuing little kids. A little darkness in her heart could be taken care of without help. With that, Helena allowed Legato to take a seat on the ground next to her.
...Are you afraid of the dark, my daughter...?
If you keep on talking to me, you're gonna get shown the door.
You can't cast out your own black heart, Helena...
She ignored him. For all that girl cared, he was just another irrational figment in the back of her head that could be destroyed at any moment. Needless to say, Helena did not hear her father speak again.
The tsundere-like girl turned slightly to the left and couldn't help but catch a glimpse of green hair. She questioned the realism of the person but then she realized she had a bit of red hair herself. Something clicked into place in that moment alone. Helena wasn't too sure what gender the green-haired person was, and they appeared a little tipsy. There was something... odd about them, though. They sported a familiar presence Helena had once latched onto... She had never found the source of the presence, nevertheless, but she couldn't deny that their aura was almost exactly the same. This much she knew just by looking at the person. The girl toyed with the idea of investigating...
She rose to her feet without another moment's thought and approached the mysterious figure braced against one of the brick walls.
"I am fine, Fally". Falsetto turned around to see Legato approaching. "Hey, look what the cat dragged in," he said with a grin on his face. Falsetto turned back to Helena and he could tell something was wrong. Her facial expression told him that she was happy to see them, but her eyes were telling him that something was down.
Leggy propped himself a spot next to the tsundere girl. "However, I can tell somthing is on your mind. Helly, is something wrong? Having regrets about going now? If you do, don't hesitate to tell us,"said the boy. Was she having second thoughts about our trip?
"Oh, well, umm... Why would you say that? Nothing's wrong. I'm just... thinking, that's all. And no, I don't regret leaving this place at all," Helena replied. Something was definitely wrong with her; she was trying too hard to cover it.
"Good, because won't it be exciting to see other worlds and explore them? I mean, I barely know you guys, but I never really had friends. You guys are closest things I have at the moment. And, of course, Anil too. Say, I wonder what that boy is doing now,"Falsetto said. "Helena, do you want us to leave? We can leave you alone to think if want.
Falsetto noticed that Helena was staring at something behind him. He turned around to see a green-haired girl. "Wow, never seen green hair before," Falsetto thought out loud. The girl appeared to be a little tipsy, because she seemed sort of wobbly. The green-haired, tipsy girl propped herself against a wall.
All of a sudden, Helena got up quickly and walked toward the stranger's direction. Falsetto walked behind, wondering what she was doing. "Helena, do you know that person?" Falsetto asked with concern. Falsetto felt something weird was going to happen, pretty soon.

"Hey, look what the cat dragged in," Falsetto said with a cheesy grin. "I am not a cat." He replied playfully. He liked Fally's personality but wasn't sure if that was his true personality. He seemed to keep something hidden, especially about his darkness. There was something wrong, the two clashing melodies which competed against each other, he wondered which would triumph. He hoped it would be light.
"Oh, well, umm... Why would you say that? Nothing's wrong. I'm just... thinking, that's all. And no, I don't regret leaving this place at all," Legato could plainly see on her face that she was lying but, he could tell she wanted to get out of here. He let this slide for now and ask her again later, he knew something was up and was determined to get to the bottom of it.
"Good, because won't it be exciting to see other worlds and explore them? I mean, I barely know you guys, but I never really had friends. You guys are closest things I have at the moment. And, of course, Anil too. Say, I wonder what that boy is doing now," He heard Falsetto say. He was touched, it was pretty much the same thing with Legato. Back on Melodina, he didn't really have friends due to the drama in his life. People kept on questioning him about those incidents and Legato felt horrid when they did. Though they were his friends, he decided to keep his past a secret for now as he didn't want to lose them due to his past.
His mind wondered to Anil, the newest member of the merry little crew. He seemed to have been forced into all of this just like he was. He was still really shy and wished to crack that shell throughout their travels. There was something about him that intrigued him. He was sure that once that shell is cracked, they would see such an amazing person. Only time could tell what would happen however.
"Wow, never seen green hair before," He heard Falsetto say curiously. Legato looked towards the direction and saw Helena walking towards some green haired person. Sporting weird hair... is it a man? ... a woman...? Should we ask? Legato wondered. He could not tell this person's gender. It looked so feminine yet, there was a masculine air about it. It confused him.
"Helena, do you know that person?" Falsetto inquired. Deciding that there was a reason that Helena would go to this man, Legato decided to follow her. If they were lucky, he might even have a gummi ship. "Come on Fally, let's follow her. She wouldn't of gone up to any random person, she must know something. They might even have an gummi ship. Let's go before we lose her." Legato said and getting up, he ran towards Helena, hoping he wouldn't lose her.
Senses dulled, Leiz hadn't the slightest clue that he was currently being approached by three individuals... two of which he had already seen before. Simply too focused on the predicament of having to linger around Traverse Town just a tad longer, his cares weren't centered on what was immediately around him.
Still, nevertheless, it wasn't long before his eyes went adrift, catching a glimpse of the same black-and-red-haired girl from the Second District, joined by two rather... drab-looking individuals. The three shared a common trait... dark hair. To the Purge division courier, this was nothing but a bad omen, even if he wasn't one to believe in spook events or the supernatural. It very much rubbed him the wrong way, and quite frankly... there was no getting around that.
Leiz could perceive their interest in him, but was by no means comfortable as he readjusted his swagger. Fighting the seemingly infinite heavy weight that pulled down on his person, he shot them a hazed, violet stare before speaking in his usual, husky tone. It in no way proved the truth of his masculinity, though it indeed showed a sense of bravado.

"What do you want?"
That's certainly a way to ask someone. Who... does that guy think he is? If he IS a guy. Curiously enough, he has feminine features. I'm not used to seeing a guy who looks a bit girly. Everyone at Moonlit Lake was masculine. They were all buffed-out. The big sport around those parts was all they talked about. But I have seen my fair share of people here in Traverse Town. Yeah, I don't usually talk to many of them, but maybe I did initially mistake their gender. Then again, why does it make such a difference now...?
Maybe because you're changing, my dear...
Helena continued to ignore him. It was no use doing otherwise. She'd only get all worried once again.
One of her team members must have asked her a question because Legato and Falsetto were looking at her expectantly. Helena really didn't want to answer... The subject at hand was a bit more important. She'd gotten a bit used to their company, but that didn't mean much. Helena wasn't much of a people-person. Deep down, she was still a bit repulsed at the idea of traveling with others. However, the girl realized that the appeal outweighed her hatred of people in general. She would continue down the path that led to traveling the worlds. That was the only way she could help them all. The tsundere definitely didn't know how to build a ship herself, and she definitely didn't have the funds needed on her own. She hated her job so saving up wasn't an option. Ultimately, she would have to get used to their company. Besides, maybe they wouldn't be so bad, after all.
"Excuse me... mister...?" The sudden mistake made Helena quickly disguise her question as a statement. She continued after a quick recovery, "You seem familiar. Do I... know you from some where?" He reeked of alcohol. The green-haired person must have been drinking.
"Come on Fally, let's follow her. She wouldn't of gone up to any random person, she must know something. They might even have an gummi ship. Let's go before we lose her."Legato replied to Falsetto's question, which was meant for Helena. Falsetto walked hastily behind the tsundere, wondering what's going on in her mind. She was a very secretive one and she tried to hide it. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that something was wrong with her.
Falsetto shot a look at the green-haired woman who was propped up against a wall. She looked tipsy and when she saw us coming to her direction, she seemed a little ticked off. Her gaze was a little intimidating and Falsetto quickly looked away, while walking towards the green-haired woman.
"What do you want?"the woman asked the 3 "friends". Her voice sounded a little...masculine. Falsetto wasn't sure if it was a she or he. Maybe he was homosexual? Falsetto, however, does not look down on people like that. If you are nice to him,, he would be nice to you back.
Falsetto didn't dare to speak; he quickly glanced at Helena hoping she knew what she was doing."Excuse me... mister...?" Helena said. "You seem familiar. Do I... know you from some where?"
Falsetto looked at Legato and whispered in his ear. "Seems she doesn't know...it." Falsetto had a feeling that something big was going to happen real soon.
"What do you want?" The person asked the three of them. Legato was now wondering if Helena actually knew this person. His question was answered when he heard Helena reply to the person.
"Excuse me... mister...?" So this person was a man. He certainly didn't look like one.
"You seem familiar. Do I... know you from some where?"
So she doesn't know him. Oh well, now we get to introduce ourselves. He though to himself.
"Seems she doesn't know...it." He heard Falsetto whisper to him.
Falsetto doesn't know he's a guy? Helena even said he was a guy! But I can't blame him, he really looks like a girl. He thought to himself. If Helena went up to him, there must be something about him and I want to know. And with that, he opened his mouth and said.
"Hi there! As it seems you don't know any of us, let me introduce myself. My name is Legato. The girl is Helena and the guy is Falsetto. We are planning on going on a trip to the other worlds, but we haven't got a gummi ship. Do you have one, or know where we can buy one? Oh yeah, what's your name?" Legato asked, hoping he would know something.
Bewildered at the wave of questions and introductions, Leiz widened his eyes, heaving a huff of beer-scented air. He maneuvered himself around in a lazy, dizzied fashion, leaning against the brick wall with more of his back than his side. He was trying to get a clearer view of the three, although his vision was so disoriented that he could hardly recognize the other two. "Damn, man -- -hic- ... hold your horses, I'm not -hic- exactly supposed to be piloting right now."
Having confirmed that he indeed owned a Gummi Ship, his eyes unfocusedly wavered between the three individuals, often resting on the girl known as 'Helena'. He then looked down in a daze, shaking his head about in a wild, uncontrolled manner. Looking back up, this time a bit more stable, he attempted to address the group's concerns.
"So, what kind of... -hic- money are we talking about here? I, egh, need to keep my ass covered, since you're walkin' around with a pyromancer here," Leiz continued, running a dainty hand through his thick, green hair. Even when drunk, he appeared to exude his same usual aura of coolness, which surprised even him. "Also, you're gonna have to -hic- wait overnight before I'm even able to drive. Can't outmaneuver an asteroid belt like this..."

Does he... or DID he... kiss his mother with that mouth?
Helena made an effort to not curse aloud. Her parents taught her otherwise to begin with, and besides this, the girl found that people who cursed often were often hard to be around. Of course, the guy was drunk, too. He even hiccuped while he was talking. The whole alcohol thing was something to consider. He was conscious enough to know that driving around space while drunk was a stupid idea, but would he feel the same if he had consumed more alcohol? She didn't like the smell of him already... Or his bright green hair. Helena considered whether or not someone could still see that hair in pitch darkness.
Then again, there was the whole Gummi Ship business to consider. The guy had one. They were in need of one. And they had the money for someone to play taxi driver for a while. Legato and Falsetto seemed as keen to see the other worlds just as much as she was. Perhaps Anil did, too, but Helena wasn't too sure about him. The guy in question was tipsy, so Helena went as far as to assume his logical reasoning would be affected. Perhaps they could use this to their advantage... 'slightly' lower the price... Though the tsundere questioned her rather deceitful motive, this was the best idea she had so far.
Legato had introduced himself and the rest of their already and the green-haired guy identified Helena as a pyromancer. So I do know him from somewhere! She took a moment to gather her thoughts. Hopefully no one would reveal the total sum of cash they possessed. Helena needed this secrecy to make her plan work.
"Since I'm not as knowledgeable of Gummi Ships, I'm going to have to request an estimate of how much munny you'd like. Including the three of us, we have another guy who'd like to travel with us as well." Helena smiled politely and continued, "Of course, if we can't pay the sum in full, we'll be willing to work for the rest..." She turned to Falsetto and Legato, giving them a venemous stare. "Right?" She whispered.
"So, what kind of... -hic- money are we talking about here? I, egh, need to keep my ass covered, since you're walkin' around with a pyromancer here," the....person said. Money? Falsetto was worried for a second. He didn't have much money to buy a lousy accessory, what would make him think he could pay someone to drive them around to different worlds?
Falsetto was also surprised that he knew Helena could use pyrokinesis. It seemed that those two haven't met. So how could he know that? Is he stalker or something? Falsetto had a wild imagination and came up with a lot of ridiculous questions.
Falsetto let out a sigh. It seemed that this person was too drunk to actually function. It also seemed that this person would be a very strict pilot and Falsetto didn't like that. Let's just get someone else to drive us, he thought.
"Since I'm not as knowledgeable of Gummi Ships, I'm going to have to request an estimate of how much munny you'd like. Including the three of us, we have another guy who'd like to travel with us as well." Helena smiled politely at the person. Falsetto didn't like where this was going. "Of course, if we can't pay the sum in full, we'll be willing to work for the rest..." She turned to Falsetto and Legato, giving them an evil look. "Right?" She whispered. Falsetto's eyes widen and he nod his head. He didn't know Helena could act like that.
Work? Work for this drunk bastard? I don't think so, he though to himself. Falsetto glared at Leggy; hoping he could say something to Helena.
Falsetto let out another sigh. "If we do work for you, what do you suppose we could do? He then regretted to ask that question. He didn't want to know how he will work for the person.

"So, what kind of... -hic- money are we talking about here? I, egh, need to keep my ass covered, since you're walkin' around with a pyromancer here," The man said.
He knows that Helena is a pyromancer... I wonder what else he knows about her. He thought to himself. Lucky we actually worked for some money, I wonder if it's enough? He wondered what would happen if they did not have enough money. His answer was answered instantaneously when Helena said.
"Of course, if we can't pay the sum in full, we'll be willing to work for the rest..." Work? Legato actually thought it would be fun. I mean, who else can say they worked on a gummi ship! Legato thought to himself.
"Sure, of course we'd like to help! Just tell us what to do my friend!" Legato said in a cherry manner.
