Gravity – This ability utilizes the element of darkness, and is associated with the Lucid material. Gravity spells form a miniature event-horizon that crushes their target, reducing their HP by a set fraction and rendering them temporarily defenseless to further attacks. The ability lasts up to three seconds, but can be partially resisted depending upon the targets own power. The ability cannot stack. (Lasts one post, takes three posts to recharge.)
•
Stop – This ability utilizes the element’ of time. Enemies inflicted by Stop will not move or attack for an amount of time, depending on the tier of spell used. Stop inflicts a three-second freeze (one post). When a frozen enemy is attacked, no damage is dealt at first, but the accumulated damage is dealt when Stop wears off. The ability can only affect one target at a time and has a three post cool down.
•
Magnet – This is an ability that utilize the element of Darkness. Magnet is a special type of magic that attracts enemies towards a large orb, and suspends them in the air. It does minimal damage over a set period of five seconds. (Lasts one post, takes three posts to recharge.)
•
Dark Aura – This ability utilizes the element of Darkness. Dark Aura fires a concentrated orb of darkness energy. The orb moves at high speeds, but in a linear path, so it is easily dodged. The attack does moderate damage for its level and can be used numerous times. Repeated use does steadily bring fatigue to the user. (Three times in unison will typically drain the user, requiring a six post recharge time.)

Weapon: • Dusk and Dawn – Jordan wields a pair of handguns, respectively named Dusk and Dawn. He has been training with them since childhood and has become an expert marksman.
• Butterfly Knife – Given to him by his mentor, Jordan received a large butterfly knife for close combat. He has had training with it, but is still fairly inexperienced with bladed weapons. A chain can be attached to give it long range capabilities.
Picture:Butterfly Knives
Appearance: Jordan is fairly tall, standing at 180.34cm (6 feet) and weighing in at 160 lbs. (72.57 kg). His skin is lightly tanned, and he has a lanky body build, despite being fairly athletic. Jordan’s eyes are of a bright amber color, and seem almost golden in the right lighting. He has black, unruly hair that stops at his eyelids. He can’t be bothered to style it, so he lets his hair fall wherever on his face. Despite seeming to have flawless skin, Jordan has a large scar beginning at his right pectoral muscle and ending at his abdomen. Jordan can always be seen wearing his distinctive red and black jacket. If left unzipped, the white undershirt that accompanies the jacket can be seen. Jordan sports a pair of black jeans held up by two interconnecting belts. He dons a pair of black, fingerless gloves and black steel toed shoes. Hidden under his long jacket is a dual hostler for his pistols, Dusk and Dawn. He keeps the Butterfly Knife given to him hooked to his belt.
Personality: Jordan is a very complex individual. One major trait of his is that Jordan is extremely arrogant and stubborn, and is unwilling to change or admit he is wrong. When he has settled with a decision, he often sticks with it until it utterly fails, or is completed. Another trait, one of which he makes use of, is his manipulative tendency. He will often tell half-truths or skillful lies to help him gain control of the situation. He will often use external factors to play out situations in his favor. Jordan is a believer of absolute superiority, and thus is very adamant about becoming stronger. It’s not so much that he just wanted to become stronger than everyone else, but is frightened that if he isn’t strong enough, he will fade away into oblivion. He is also very passionate in the belief of fighting fire with fire. “If everyone’s dead, they can’t fight.” Jordan hates the word destiny and anything related to it. He believes that everyone should have the will to craft their own lives, and not have them be predetermined. Jordan also views the good and evil coins as something to be hated. His thoughts on good and evil are that they hold different meanings to different people. One group may believe you are evil, but in the same respect, the person being persecuted believes that group is evil, for preventing his beliefs. As such, many people would consider him evil for his self-centered and uncaring goals.
Despite all of these negative attributes, Jordan has positive traits as well. First and foremost, Jordan is very intelligent and adaptive. He holds more knowledge than most his age and is all around impressive. He can also adapt to situations fairly easy, given the right incentive and the drive. He is very thorough with anything he does, going over multiple possibilities and outcomes before coming to a solid decision. In fact, he hates rushing into anything and is greatly annoyed by people who do. He can also show compassion, although this is purely if he’s in the mood to do so. Jordan has a mischievous side to him as well, often getting him in trouble with those in authority. Whether this is because he simply is having fun or is doing something to further his own ambitions, he typically ends up on the opposing side of the assumed authority. Although being extremely manipulative, Jordan does enjoy having allies and people to count on. However, because of his personality, allies are hard to come by. Around other people, Jordan will typically speak his mind, regardless of present company. However, his words are chosen carefully and he realizes there is a time and place for everything. Jordan's view on combat is interesting. While he doesn't mind fighting and conflict, as it is a display of ones power and fortitude, he tries to avoid it when there is no relevant benefit to himself. When in battle, his fighting style is very sporadic and strange when com, pared to his cautious nature. It incorporates many flips and unsuspecting movements, casually switching between the use of Dusk and Dawn, his knife and magic.
Original World: Radiant Garden
Current World: Radiant Garden
History: Jordan Stone was born in the world known as the Radiant Garden. As a child, he lived a rather simple life and experienced the norm of childhood. Despite this, Jordan was always bored with his life, even at that young age. His father would always show Jordan the pair of gun he kept mounted in a back room. He said they would be his when Jordan was old enough, and that he would be trained in how to use them. This prospect of power intrigued Jordan. However, unlike most worlds who continued to live semi-peaceful lives after the Heartless began to show up, Radiant Garden suffered a different fate. When Jordan was five years old, the world was consumed by darkness and invaded by heartless. When the invasion took place, many families lost their lives, including his own parents at the hands of the heartless. Jordan did not hate these creatures for taking their lives. He was able to rationalize the event as his townspeople being too weak to do anything, so their ambitions became meaningless. Naturally, he realized that he himself was weak, but hid like a coward in the hopes of obtaining power like the others he’s witnessed. After his home had been destroyed, Jordan left his hiding place and ventured out to the remains of his town. He wasn’t able to witness much, as the world was no longer inhabitable by humans. The next moment was a blur, and it seemed Jordan had passed out and awoken in a town known as Traverse Town.
Jordan was now alone in this new world. This prospect didn’t bother him, but he wasn’t ecstatic about it either. Luckily, it wasn’t long before Jordan found a companion. Jordan came across a man wearing dark clothing and just had this dangerous aura about him. It was the kind of feeling you get when you know not to mess with that person. Jordan did not recognize this man, and attempted to avoid him. This worked to no avail, as the mysterious man called out to him. The man went on to explain he witnessed the event of Hollow Bastion and recognized him from the world. He made sure to congratulate Jordan on surviving. Jordan was sure to leave out the part about how he hid due to fear. After the exposition was done, the man began to depart. Jordan, recognizing this man possessed great strength, followed him. Having no one else to be with, Jordan figured this was the best option he had. The man decided to take Jordan on as his pupil, considering Jordan wouldn’t leave him alone regardless. This began Jordan’s decent to darkness, and his knowledge of the world.
The man, now referred to as his Mentor, taught him many things. He first focused on improving his skill with his father dual hand guns, Dusk and Dawn. They were the only memento he had left of his family and, despite his outlook, he would cherish them. After becoming satisfied with Jordan’s marksmanship, he relinquished a Butterfly Knife he had with him. He explained that training in close combat would be necessary if Jordan wished to grow stronger. Jordan only became adept at fighting in close range, so he made some modifications to the weapon. He altered the weapon to have access to an attachable chain, so as to the use weapon at a distance. As Jordan grew in skill, his Mentor decided the final portion of his teachings would begin. Mentor explained to Jordan that Darkness was a necessary thing, and that it must co-exist with the light. Neither should be banished, as it would upset the balance of the world. He compared it to ying and yang, saying they were synonymous to each other. This static lifestyle continued for nine years, and Jordan learned much within it.
During the event of Kingdom Hearts, Jordan spent that time playing the passive observer. He and his Mentor watched and explored the many areas of Traverse Town. While they never really took part in any of these events, they watched them until the end. At this point, Jordan had learned everything his Mentor was willing to teach, and it was time to form his own experiences. This would have been the part where master and apprentice part ways and vow to meet up again. Well, this is only partially true for Jordan. His master, even being as powerful as he was had succumbed to the Darkness, and became a heartless himself. His former Mentor attacked Jordan as soon as the transformation had ended, and wounded Jordan’s chest. Mustering what strength he could, he was able to push his master off and prepare to battle. However, instead of charging at him, the heartless struggled in place for a moment, and then fled. Unaware of why this had happened, Jordan could only say his farewell to his Mentor. This event convinced Jordan that he would need to become even more powerful than he currently was, less he face the same fate as his mentor. Ashamed to see his Mentor in that state, Jordan vowed to end the life of the newly created Heartless.
During the events of Kingdom Hearts 2, Jordan would continue to reside in Traverse Town. Now without a Mentor, Jordan would ponder his next actions. He was once again alone in this town he now considered home away from home. His time there was short, however; as he heard news that a group of people had reclaimed Hollow Bastion as the Radiant Garden and returned it to its former glory. Hearing that transport was being offered to any refuges, Jordan decided it was time to return home to Radiant Garden. He arrived at the Radiant Garden, and questioned those there about who helped restore the demolished town. A group was thrown around, the Restoration Committee, and it seemed they were mostly responsible. However, he began to hear whispers of a boy who also helped, wielding a large key. His mentor had said some individuals wielded a powerful weapon in the shape of a key. Interested in the power the weapons were said to hold, Jordan sought out those who wield these weapons, and possibly one for himself.
During the year Jordan had returned to his home, he met his first true ally. Her name was Rou, and their meeting was interesting. Jordan, for some reason, always seems to be on the opposition of authority, and this was no different in Radiant Garden. The Radiant Garden Restoration Committee and Jordan did not see eye to on a few things, and it created tension between each other. This did not help when Jordan aided the escape of ‘thief’, causing him once again to be on the opposing side of their self proclaimed authority. Using their skills, Jordan and the thief, Rou, were able to escape capture by the RGRC. Jordan was able to witness her display of power during their escape, and expressed his wish to learn from each other. The two, each wanting something from each other, agreed to become companions.
Role Playing Sample: A wave of nostalgia and a sense of relief strangely made themselves apparent to Jordan. Many would find this strange, considering he was standing atop the ruins of his destroyed home. In a place where many would find discomfort and anguish, Jordan found a sense of being and solace. Was it because this is when his life truly began? Maybe because he never truly felt happy with his normal life? Or is that Jordan was just a strange individual? Truthfully, it was probably a bit of all three. Whatever the case, Jordan would no longer ponder the thought and just enjoy the scene. The world of Radiant Garden had essentially been rebuilt, or re occupied. Which ever you fancy, it no longer belonged to Maleficent and her horde or heartless. Despite gaining control of this land, his home was still left demolished. It didn’t bother him, though. In fact, he welcomed the idea, feeling as this place serves as a graveyard for his old life.
Exhaling, Jordan pushed himself off the elevated rubble he sat upon. Stone crumbled down and his position changed, kicking up dust as he landed. The area was completely silent, minus the loud sound of rubble beneath Jordan’s shoes. He pressed on, taking in the surroundings, despite seeing them countless times. He couldnt help remember bits of his childhood spent in this town as he recognized areas now destroyed. He stopped, looking out past his forgotten home and out towards the horizon. If he remembered correctly, there was a canyon not too far from here. He almost fell into it as a child.
“What a way to kill the mood” he said, seemingly to no one. Within seconds after he spoke those words, corridors of darkness opened around him. Heartless escaped from the vortexes, surrounding Jordan and prancing around like they were actually going to survive this encounter. Jordan let out a prolonged sigh, before shaking his head and looking at the creatures before him. “It saddens me to think I still can’t control even these lesser ones” he said, referring to commanding the heartless as his mentor and other denizens of darkness could. “I’ve got a long way to go” he said, trailing off as the heartless suddenly charged at him. Time seemed to stop, as Dusk and Dawn were now present in Jordan’s hands. The sound of repeated gun shots could be heard off in the distance.
Jordan released a barrage of bullets in the direction of two heartless at his front. The heartless collided with the attack head on, and disappeared from existence. "They weren't strong enough..." he mused to himself, enjoying the bliss he felt from an easy battle. The remaining heartless continued their attack, and Jordan effortlessly jumped into the air, doing a small back flip and landing behind the group. He extended his arm, Dusk aimed straight at the group. "Gravity" he murmured, and suddenly a small black flied engulfed the group, causing them to smash to the hard ground beneath them. Jordan sprinted towards them, and as the creatures raised their heads, he lowered his "partners" to them. He fired a single bullet from each gun. The heartless disappeared, Jordan ending their lives (or something equivalent) with a grin plastered on his face. He spun the weapons around his fingers before placing the guns back in their holsters.
Questions/Comments/Suggestions? I just wanted to confirm that our characters can be edited (by Moderators, of course) throughout the course of the story? (This is mostly for gained or improved magic and weapons.)
