In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Lasire watched as his bullets made contact and caused the giant beast to fall. As the Moogle floated down to the ground Paul asked him what his ammunition was made of. "Nothing much, just some really tough metal Paul, I must say though, you are brave to go up against such a beast. Lasire turned to the people as they cheered for the two who took down the mighty lion. All this attention made the little Moogle blush and scratch the back of his head, he had never felt this appreciated before.
As the townsfolk threw money and flowers Lasire gladly accepted some of their generosity. It was never a bad idea to accept thankful gifts from people sometimes, especially if you saved them from a giant lion monster. As soon as they were done being offered a stay at an inn and invited to a feast, and as the lion was dragged away, Paul asked him if he would be able to stay at an in called Hestia's Hearth. The Moogle did have a shop back in Radiant Garden that needed to be run, but he was the owner so it didn't matter to him, he could use a little vacation. "Slaying my first monster...It was a little scary at first, but a little fun too. Of course I'll be able to stay Paul, I've always wanted to stay a few days in a new world."

() ! Ooooh! Clever![/color)
The Greecian was elated from Moogle's response, wanting to hear some of his stories too. Paul beckoned Lasire to follow him to the inn.
It wasn't until they were at the entrance of the inn that Lasire's answer reappeared in his head, "...Of course I'll be able to stay Paul, I've always wanted to stay a few days in a new world."
He turned around and questioned, "Um, Lasire, did you say, "I've always wanted to stay a few days in a new WORLD? What's going on here? I'm sure you ment to say country, or land yes?"
It wasn't that Paul was trying to scare the Moogle, but he wanted to make sure he wasn't just hearing things. The boy was checking in at the counter as he waited for the response.

As the Moogle followed Paul into the inn, he looked at the interior design of it, examining the detail and various objects placed around it. It wasn't until Paul brought up the question of Lasire mixing up worlds with countries that the Moogle realized he revealed the truth of other worlds. green]"Oh...that...Well Paul, how can I explain this, kupo? I'm not from any other country here, I doubt you'll even find another Moogle out there, in the outside world, kupo. What I'm trying to say is Paul, I'm not from anywhere here, or in another country, I came from the heavens from another world, kupo. There are many different kinds of them out there, but I'd suggest we save this talk for a later date, kupo. I could use a good rest right now."

As the words spilled out from the Moogle's mouth, Paul's eyes widened, his jaw dropping. He's from another world! Hm, I'd love to ask more questions, but it looks like he accidently let slip this secret. I better follow his advice and wait to ask. The priest tried to straighten his thoughts as the truth began revealing itself: This world was not alone.
Fortunaletly, the receptionest was so lost in a scroll about a man who had vanished abrubtly after meeting a man in a black cloak (or so witnesses reported), he didn't hear Paul and Lasire's conversation. Only Paul and Lasire were the only ones who had heard the accidental secret of other worlds.
Paul recieved the keys to both he and Lasire's private rooms (good for one week), and beckoned the gunslinger to follow. Breaking the awkward silence, Paul remarked, "Anyway, I'll be a couple rooms down the hall,"He handed Lasire the key to his suite: #7.
The priest himself had suite #9, so only two rooms down. Paul continued, "I've actually heard that in that each of the suites is to be designed after one of the twelve Olmpyian gods or goddeses. I'm not sure which is yours, but I know mines off of Apollo. The feast is in..." Once again the Maestro paused, and looked at a nearby sundial, the time 4 o' clock.
"... About 3 hours. I imagine your room will have a sundial, but I'll call about an hour before to make sure we get ready: These feasts are really fancy, so I suggest you might want to wash up a bit in your room." A bit winded from the explaining, Paul put on one of his smiles and lauged.
"Sorry if this is all overwhelming! This doesn't happen everyday! I'm just glad I've met a new-" A realization came to the Maestro: He had forgotten about the Dryad's and their little contest in the hustle and bustle of everything.
"Oh shoot! Lasire I'll be right back! Go ahead and let yourself in! I gotta go apologize to the Dryads..." Lauging at his mistake, Paul quickly dashed out of the building to the little place where he had met lasire.

Lasire followed Paul down the hall and had his key handed to him. It was great that he and Paul has rooms that were close to each other, he wanted to be able to talk to the priest some more. Then Paul mentioned something about the rooms being modeled after the Greek gods, too bad the Moogle had no idea what these gods were, otherwise he would be even more excited to see what his room was like.
Then he watched as Paul left to go and check on the creatures he had left behind. Lasire took the key and went into his room, what he found was astonishing to the little Moogle. The room was lined with a shade of blue that complemented the ocean, small seashell prints all over the walls. On the a small night desk was a plaque that had the name Posiden on it, and from what Lasire could tell, it was the god of the sea. Looking around, Lasire couldn't help but feel a little odd around the room that looked like a coral reef.

Paul finally made it to the spot where he had asked the drayads to get the hawk: A cute girl with cherry-blossoms in her hair had a hawk perched on her arm stood near the boulder. She smiled brightly and Paul nodded; she was the one to go on the picnic with him tommorow.
He told her to meet him by the giant discus ("I swear, you gotta wonder where this thing came from." and set back off to the city.
Paul finally made it back to the inn, and caught his breath. He wandered over to his room, and opened it up. The room itself was almost as blinding as the sun, as it's primary colors were oranges and yellows. A painting consisting of animals significant to Apollo was in a corner of the room, as well as various sun ornaments. A neat bed was near the window, and a strange vase featuring the Muses sat upon a desk nearby.
Paul slumped down on his bed and furiously began writing in his journal. After awhile, he began washing his face with some water found in a vase, and tried to clean up a bit. It's hard work fighting monsters.
After Paul finished primping himself up, he looked at the time: Still about two hours away... I wonder how Lasire's doing? Or what room he got. The priest pondered.

Lasire sat on the bed and looked at his new room, admiring it and its beautiful design. He wanted to take notes on it but, he knew he should tell Paul about what he said about other worlds. He owed him that much. So the little Moogle went out of his room and knocked on Paul's door, "Paul, can we talk, you should know something about other worlds. The Moogle said, trying to not draw attention to them.

The blonde heard the knock on his door and heard the moogle ask, "Paul, can we talk, you should know something about other worlds."
When Paul heard this, his ears perked up and a grin stretched from ear to ear: He was quite eager to learn about the different worlds, as Lasire had said... But he could'nt shake the feeling that there weren't a few strings attatched to this knowledge.
Paul strode over to the door and let his new friend into the room. Then, he locked the door, and put a towel inbetween the bottom of the door, as to block out any nosy ears. Finally, the priest offered Lasire to sit in one of the chairs, and pulled up the table (as well as a chair of his own).
Finally answering, Paul responded, "Sorry about that Lasire. Don't want anyone else hearing about this.". The maestro then noticed he had neglected to draw the drapes on the window, and in which, he did. The only light in the room came from the assorted candels in the room.
"Allrighty then. What was it you wanted to talk to me about Lasire? Would you maybe like some grapes?" The maestro questioned the moogle this as he dug through his pack for his container of grapes.

Lasire smiled at the priest as he welcomed him into his room, Lasire admired the way the room was modeled. It seemed to be modeled after some kind of sun god, guess that must have meant Apollo, since Paul told him he was affiliated with the sun god, so it was a real perfect match for Paul. Lasire gladly took a seat, "Sure Paul I'd love some grapes. Now...I figure you should know about the other worlds, since you know I came from one know..."
Though how would he explain it to him? Should he just tell him bluntly that his world was not the only one? Or should he be more specific? Maybe it would be better if he just told him a bit bluntly and answer any of his questions.

Paul put the container of grapes on the table, and then waited for Lasire's response. "Sure Paul I'd love some grapes. Now...I figure you should know about the other worlds, since you know I came from one know..." The moogle stated.
The priest was on the edge of his seat: This was going to be so exciting learning about other worlds! He had always known, in his heart, that there had to be somewhere else in this universe that life thrived... That, and awhile back the Heartless weren't native to Olympus (they just seemed to appear) and the way Lea had dressed, he certainly didn't seem to be from Olympus.
Lasire seemed to ponder for a moment on how best explain this, but Paul broke the silence, saying, "If anything Lasire, for now I would have just a few questions about the concept of other worlds: First, How many other worlds are there? Three, Twelve, Seventy Two? Second, why is it such a big deal to keep them a secret from the world's various natives. And third.. How is one to go throughout these worlds? I mean, I really doubt there's a boat to take you to Atlantis. Oh, yes, and that's apart of our mythology too: The sunken city of Atlantis. Maybe another time though.
Stopping the questions, Paul immediately apologized, "Sorry to overwhelm you on the questions, but this is extremely intriguing"

Lasire chuckled at Paul apologizing for asking all those questions, "It's okay Paul, I understand that you have a bunch of questions. I would be happy to answer them for you, it's no trouble for me." The Moogle made sure he was sitting more comfortable by moving a bit in his seat and cleared his throat.
"Well Paul, there's no real telling how many worlds there are, there could be an infinite amount of them. Secondly, We don't want to cause too much of a scene, so that's why we usually don't tell people about other worlds. Lastly, the most common way of traveling between worlds if by a Gummi Ship, the ship you might have seen me come in."

The priest nodded thoughtfully, and listened as the moogle explained and answered each question. "My, there's quite alot to each of these worlds, isn't there Lasire?" Paul commented.
Paul pondered the thought of the different worlds, and tried to imagine such places. The thoughts of more moogles came to mind, and Paul chuckled silently at the notion.
Continuing, Paul said,"All right, thanks for answering my questions, but is there anything you want to add to that?. It seemed curtious enough, and Paul wanted to learn as much as he could now that Lasire was on a roll.
But right then, the word, "Gummi Ship" came to Paul and probably the biggest question Paul had welled up inside him, and he finally said, "And... And is it possible for another to come on your ship? Just saying!" The priest smiled guiltly, and then waited for what the moogle would say
Post by lunardevian on Jul 24, 2011 1:51:59 GMT -4
Lasire thought about what else he could add to his answers for Pual. But what else could he tell him? To be honest, that was all Lasire could think of at the moment, maybe if something else came to mind he'd tell Paul. "Mmm...Sorry Paul, that's really all I could think of...But if I can think of something else, I'll be sure to let you know, okay?"
Paul then asked Lasire if another person could fit into his ship, well that was an odd question. Unless...Paul wanted to come with Lasire and see other worlds. "Paul...are you asking to come see other worlds with me? Because...I would love to have you as a traveling companion. We could go to my home world if you want."

Paul's eyes widened immensely: A huge grin stretched across his face. Lasire had just asked Paul if he would travel with him to the different worlds!
The priest said excitedly, "Are you kidding!? I-Ooops. Heh heh. Getting a bit excited. But anyway, Lasire... I'd love to go with you! But... I have my duties as a guardian of Apollo's temple in Delphi. Hm... And what would I say to my parents?" By the end of this, Paul was thinking about what he would have to do to get on that ship.
Paul's face brightened, and began explaining his plan, "Lasire here's the thing: I'd love to join you on your journeys in Ouranos (He's the being of the Sky, and there isn't really a name for what he is. l D'), so here's what I'll do: I need a few days to get things done. I of course have my picnic tomorrow, and then I also have a play I'm in which I'll be performing soon. I'd also be needing to go to Delphi to say goodbye to Mom and Dad and let them know I'll be gone for awhile."
The priest threw a grape up in the air and caught it in his mouth. This was going to be great. He glanced at a nearby sun-dial and he laughed, "Looks like we'll need to get a move on. We have 30 minutes to get to the feast!"

(Got it Kokonut! :3)
Lasire chuckled at the sight of Paul's excitement. Guess the priest really found the idea of traveling to other worlds, then again, who wouldn't after all? Though, there still was a lot of planning to do if Pual was coming along. Lasire's ship could hold up to three people, Lasire included, though the Moogle was planning to fix that. He would need to get supplies like food and any other essentials if they might end up going to other worlds.
Good thing Paul said there we some things he needed to do before they left. That would give Lasire plenty of time to prepare on his part. "That's okay Paul, it gives me some time to explore around here for myself, besides, if we're going to travel together then I need to get some supplies for us." the Moogle said with a smile. That's when the priest said that the two of them had to hurry to the feast. "Oh right! Come on Paul! We don't want to be late!" Lasire said as he flew out of his seat and flew to the door and waited for his new travel buddy accompany him.
