In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Name: Ankoku Okada
Nickname: Coco, Annie (prefers Coco)
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Species: Human (I don't think I need to describe this?)
Position: Neutral, she will fight for either the good or bad side, depending on who needs the most help. Ankoku will never kill any person on either side, though, only help them.
Powers/Abilities/Techniques/Skills: 1. Stealth Sneak: This allows Ankoku to "blend" with the shadows, making her untraceable so she can sneak around someone/something. She is very quiet and cannot be seen/heard by the normal human. 2. Hell Path: This allows Ankoku to to run up to 150 mph, and it is near impossible to catch her. It also ups her flexibility and endurance. This ability wears off after a 10-15 minute period though. 6 post cool down. 3. Ragnarock Blade: This allows Ankoku to punch/cut through most walls and structures. She can only use this 3 times in a day. 4. Fire Armor: Ankoku becomes engulfed in fire and cannot take damage of any kind. She can use this once once a day in RP and she cannot use any abilities except for her sword skills while using Fire Armor. 7 post cool-down. 5. Curaga: She can use to heal herself 3 times a day only. 3 post cool-down. 6. Dragon Fear: This is a very power consuming technique that she can only use once, MAYBE twice a week. It's a mind trick where the enemy is is in a vast wasteland with a pitch black dragon flying towards them, ready to burn them to a crisp/eat them. The enemy becomes paralyzed with fear because of the sheer terror of the moment, and they might get killed in their mind, but nothing happens to them in real life. If the person has a strong will for no fear (as in knowing that this is just an illusion) it can be repelled. Then Ankoku can make her move to injure the enemy. The downside to this is that it's VERY consuming and she is left very tired and vulnerable after the attack. 4 post cool-down. 7. Salamander Copy: Can make a copy of the Ankoku herself to fight with Ankoku for a short time. Can only use once every 3 days. 5 post cool-down. All abilities are passed on, though they are a great deal weaker than the real Ankoku's, doing far less damage. 8. Golden Dragon Shine: Ankoku can create a very bright light that confuses the opponent, then sneak around inside the light and attack. 3 post cool-down. 9. Wing Jump: Ankoku uses this to jump to astonishing heights. Can use this unlimited. Max height is...I guess 100 feet straight in the air. 10. Element Manipulation: Ankoku can manipulate her choice of element. She has all the elements at her disposal but can only choose one to fight with for the day. 5 post cool-down. She manipulates them by summoning from a source and using that source to fight with.
Weapon/Items: Two small Kyataka blades that are always strapped to her back. She also has a hidden dagger just in case.
Picture: N/A
Appearance: Ankoku is rather short and small for her age, but that also makes her very stealthy and quick and able to reach places others can't. She is approximately '5"2 and weighs exactly 93 pounds. Her hair is in a pixie-cut fashion, which means it stops along her chin-line, but her bangs are pretty long and hang in her eyes. Her hair is a midnight black (hence the name "Ankoku") and her eyes are a deep cerulean blue. Her skin is smooth and pale, but she has a nasty scar that cuts across her face, though she doesn't remember how she got it (It's kind of like Leon's scar but longer, stretching all the way across her face.)
Ankoku typically wears a sleeveless light blue hoodie with a pocket above her left breast that's capable of fitting a kitten in comfortably. The pocket also zips. She wears leggings that are the same light blue as her hoodie, but with these black smudge-like splatters on them, just scattered wherever over the leggings. She has a knee length skirt-like thing that has a slit that goes halfway up the skirt on each side. The skirt looks like it's ripped near the bottoms, and even though the skirt itself it black, you can see about 3 inches of dark blue at the bottom of the skirt on both sides. She wears black, silver buckled combat boots and light blue/black striped fingerless gloves that go all the way up past her elbow and stop halfway between her elbow and shoulder. Ankoku has a beautiful locket on a silver chain with a heart shaped pendant hanging from it. If you open the pendant, you can see her name scrawled in beautiful cursive inside. She never takes it off. She also has a sheath for her two Kyataka blades on her back.
Personality: Ankoku is definately not a person you want as an enemy. She can be very harsh and stubborn, and is capable of holding grudges for a very long time. But if you make it into her good books, she is very sweet, caring, and would do anything for you. She is fiercely protective, and though she may seem tough on the outside, she is very fragile on the inside and it's surprisingly easy to get her to cry/break down, though she rarely does so in front of others. Ankoku is the type of person that will never go down without a fight, and will keep going until her last breath. She has an iron-will, and once her mind is set, it is EXTREMELY hard to change it, which also makes her not listen to reason at times. She can sometimes let emotions cloud her judgement.
Ankoku was born with a knack for singing, and finds herself doing so at random times to either calm herself or fill an awkward silence. She seems to give good advice and help to people who need it as well. She loves to train, and does so whenever she has time. Ankoku loves animals, and has always done well to take care of them/give them good homes.
Original World: Twilight Town Current World: Radiant Garden
History: Ankoku's parents had been young lovers, and Ankoku had been born smoothly. They only wanted one child, and the first few years of Ankoku's life were filled with happiness and love. She was only 3 years old in the events of Birth by Sleep, and her expanding brain that soaked everything up like a sponge, couldn't really comprehend all the technical stuff that was going on in the other worlds, because Twilight Town was never affected by it. Ankoku was too busy exploring the busy streets of the dusky town, hitching rides on the Tram with her father, and watching the sunset with her mother off on Sunset Hill, where her parents first met.
She was very close to her parents, and she had many friends that were like her own siblings. Her life was, in a way, perfect. When she was 8 years old, she began watching her father do battle-training, and after many weeks of pestering, he finally gave in and started to teach her. He was a very wise, patient instructor, and Ankoku was a hard-working, eager learner, so she got many techniques and powers under her belt before "it" happened.
She was 11 years old and was taking a walk through one of the many underground train tunnel-things, when the Heartless made their first appearance on Twilight Town. Ankoku was terrified and ran from the strange creatures, only to end up being cornered and reduced to a cowering ball on the ground screaming for help. She got slashed across the face by one of the Shadows, creating the nasty scar on her face, and the power of that blow sent her backwards and she slammed into the wall, falling unconscious as the creatures gained on her rapidly...
Ankoku can remember a bright white light before waking up in a warm bed in a rich old lady's house. The rich old lady was a citizen of Radiant Garden and her name was Muriel. She let Ankoku stay with her, and she became kind of like Ankoku's foster grandmother. Ankoku was always trying to find a way back to Twilight Town, and learned to fight the Heartless and Nobodies. She can't really remember her past well at all, since she only remembers running away and getting slashed by the shadow from her past life.
She became extremely angry when Radiant Garden was consumed by the Heartless and she found herself in Traverse Town. To add to her pain, Muriel had been killed. She was furious, and her personality changed drastically, She lived alone, only helping herself. She followed the Sora boy throughout his visits to Traverse Town, making sure he never found out. She found this boy intriguing, and wondered where she could get her hands on a Gummi Ship so she could leave this dreadful place. She was only too happy when Hollow Bastion was restored and she got to come back to her home. She worked tirelessly towards it's restoration, even though she was never a part of the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee. She still tries to unlock the answers to her past....
Role Playing Sample: Beautiful colors streaked across the vast sky, casting a warm glow on the empty streets of Twilight Town. A short, petite 11 year old girl was striding purposefully down into a train-way, a grin on her face and a skip in her step. This girl was Ankoku Okada.
Her parents had let her take a walk to stretch her stiff muscles from sitting still doing homework for so long. She had thought to grab some ice-cream and eat it up on the Clock Tower, but she decided that exploring the train tunnels would be much more fun.
As Ankoku walked through the tunnel-way, she didn't notice the flickers of movement in the shadows that swallowed the corners of the room, nor did she notice the flash of yellow eyes as they watched her from the darkness. She had always been safe in these tunnels, so she thought it ok to be oblivious while checking stuff out.
She froze as she heard a crash of something behind her. She spun around, reaching back to grab the two small, silver Kyataka blades she always kept on her back. Her father had advised she bring those blades wherever she went, for safety purposes.
Her cerulean blue eyes widened and sparked with fear as a huge mass of shadows rose from the ground, claws and antennae twitching as their burning yellow eyes locked on her. What are these things? she thought, terror palpable as she spun on her heel and raced off without a second thought.
Ankoku could hear the hisses of the strange shadow creatures and the patter of their clawed feet as they sprinted after her. Soon enough, her breaths came in small gasps and she was stumbling more and more, shooting through the passageways and rounding the corners with barely an inch between her and the wall. And still the shadow creatures did not give up.
Ankoku screamed as her foot caught on one of the corners she ran around too hastily, and her body skidded across the rough, grainy wooden floor, scraping her up good. Her eyes watered and she clenched her teeth in pain from the bleeding scratches, but staggered back to her feet to keep going. She leaped forward a few steps before crashing to the ground again, a cry of pain escaping her lips as she landed with a dull thud back on the ground.
With a tiny whimper, she turned her face and a searing pain flashed up her face, a burning sensation flaming across her cheeks and nose. An agonized shriek split the air as the force of the blow knocked her back and a sickening crack was heard as her head smashed against a wooden pillar. Blood welled in her eyes. All Ankoku could see was red and stars.
A light opened up before her, a warm, inviting light that seemed to beckon her, soothed her rough scratches and cuts and nursed her broken head. She could hear the echos of her cries for help, but they died as she let the light envelop her in its warm embrace.

Hi I'm Ellie, aaand I shall be assisting you with your profiiile!
Powers:
You have far too many than what your character is capable of doing. You don't display any sense of training or education to even allude to being able to do ANYTHING you listed.
Also be realistic and not idealistic in giving your charrie a shiz load of powers because you think it's cool; she should have them because she learned them...not solely because you want her to have them. Also take her age and experience into consideration when you think about her powers.
Appearance: Remove the tidbit about Leon. We shouldn't have to refer to other characters just to understand yours.
History:
There were hardly any heartless activity in Twilight Town...most likely because of the Nobodies that are born there, which were quite evasive and hardly seen themselves. (Remember the Org been underground for years making the existence of nobodies unknown predominately throughout the KH series until KH2).
Why does your character randomly leaves Twilight Town? I don't get the purpose of it. Twilight Town never descended into darkness for her to appear in Radiant Garden. What did this light come from...anyways? Also by then Radiant Garden would've been Hallow Bastion at the time where it was truly inhabitable for people to live in safely except for the Hellfire Council, Riku, and Ansem.
Overall you need to rethink your history and her powers. Also for a random tip, we do not judge power durations by real time, because in text based RPG time is irrelevant and easily manipulated. Instead we judge it by posts and/or threads such as: it lasts for x amount a posts or she can only use this x times per thread.
