In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Name: Aidan Firefang
Nickname: None.
Age: 19 years old
Gender: Male
Species: Red Fox Taranian. These are anthropomorphic animals, like humans, but with tails, fur, and facial features (ears, muzzle, whiskers) that correspond to a certain animal, in this case, a red fox. Red Fox Taranians are physically stronger, quicker, and more agile than humans, but not overwhelmingly so.
Position: Neutral Good. Was once leader of a small guild called "The Parade", but now the members' locations are unknown.
Powers/Abilities/Techniques/Skills: Magic: Taranians all have the ability to wield magic. However, Aidan has only practiced one spell, Fire, where he points two fingers and shoots a small fireball. It goes for a few yards in a straight line before fizzling out, and has a cool down of a few minutes (two posts) while the mana in his body refocuses itself. It's possible for him to learn stronger fire spells.
Natural abilities: Aidan has enhanced speed, strength, and agility compared to humans, but if he overexerts himself too much he can quickly tire. He has night vision which helps him see in dark areas, and has excellent hearing.
Learned abilities: Aidan can use Aerial Recovery to re-balance himself if knocked into the air, and Excalibur, which is an attack where he jumps up and throws his large sword into the ground (usually near the opponent) with much force, creating a shockwave. The sword is stuck and is usually unmovable unless someone who is as physically strong as Aidan pulls it out. This attack leaves Aidan unarmed and it takes one post to pull it back out, leaving him open for an attack (same goes for anyone else pulling it out). He's also collected quite a bit of stuff in the past, so he can Appraise many different items, giving information about the item (most importantly, effects it has, rarity, uses, and a general value). Items that he has not obtained before (ex. Keyblades) can be appraised, but not with much accuracy. If he has access to a forge, he can Forge weapons like scythes, swords, etc. It requires a lot of materials (to make a dagger takes at least ten material shards!) and he is still practicing to make decent weapons. He gets better with practice.
Ultimate technique: Angel Wing -When he becomes incredibly determined or angry, Aidan can unleash the magic seal on his back. The magic stored inside then becomes visible as an angel wing. In this form, Aidan can cast Firaga, a more powerful version of his Fire spell, three times; or simply unleash all of the energy in one light-based attack, called Holy Storm, which sends the energy in all directions. This technique is mostly effective against hordes of Heartless. After using up all the magic, Aidan must rest for a short while (three posts) to regain his strength. He can only do this technique every three days (in other words, once per thread), to allow time for his body to restore energy to the seal. (And to prevent spamming)
Weapon/Items: In a large sheath that he carries on his back, Aidan holds a very large steel broadsword that he wields with one hand. It has some light magic inside, making it effective against Heartless. He is known to be a bit of a hoarder, and often collects things that might be useful or something he can sell.
Picture:
Appearance: Aidan looks like a slightly skinny young adult with the fur, tail, and face of a red fox. He has spiky blond hair and blue eyes. On his back, there is a symbol of a wing that has been painted onto his fur. Aidan usually wears black, knee-covering shorts with blue flames on the bottom half, along with a dark red denim vest over a gray shirt. However, sometimes he wears chain mail shorts and shirt with a hooded, unbuttoned jacket. He's always wearing black cotton fingerless gloves and black toe-less socks (for better grip) and an amulet with a small sword on it. His height and weight are 6'0 and 175 pounds.
Personality: Because his world was taken by the Heartless, he feels that he must join the struggle against them. He wishes to save as many people and worlds as he can, no matter what the odds. He has a fear of heights, and is often concerned that his efforts are going to waste against the endless waves of Heartless and Nobodies. When taking a break from Heartless fighting, he enjoys sweets and practicing forging. He's always wanted to run a store, so he often scavenges and collects things to sell or to make into useful items. Aidan usually faces challenges and obstacles with a calm attitude, unless the obstacle is heights. He's used to working alone, but knows how to work in a team.
Original World: Tara --A world where the main inhabitants are part animal. It's a little like Earth in the medieval times. Current World: Twilight Town
History: When Aidan was young, things were peaceful on his world, Tara. However, that changed on his sixteenth birthday. Just after a strange meteor shower, the town where he lived, Port Tria, was attacked by mysterious enemies. All of his family had come to celebrate his birthday, when the warning bell rang. Since his parents hid him in the basement, he wasn't found, nor did he see who the attackers were.
When he went back outside, it was eerily quiet. He cried out as he found his entire family had been defeated. Aidan watched as his father's heart drifted towards him, turning into a Heartless. The strange creature moved to attack, and severely injured the fox, who was unable to hit it with the wooden sword he'd gotten as a present. A couple of soldiers saved him but they were too late to save the town. They decided to recruit Aidan, seeing as he didn't have anyone to take care of him.
On the carriage that was bringing him and a few others like him to the training grounds, one of the passengers, a pretty snow leopard, greeted him with a friendly smile. Her name was Lurani. Aidan decided that he should introduce himself, too. He quickly learned the names of the others: Ryalis, the blind lion; Syoli the lone wolf; Chanla the sharp-tongued tigress; and Hernick, the secretive weasel.
The training was harsh, if it were applied to humans that is. Since Taranians were stronger and had more stamina, pushups were eight times longer and required carrying objects, that weighed tons, on their backs. They had to be able to jog for hours without tiring and while pulling large cartloads of stones.
Aidan's training was allowed to be a little bit more lenient, because he was busy learning another way to help the cause, forging more weapons for the countless new recruits, not just in their barracks, but also contributing to their entire world, as weapons were always in demand as the fight against the Heartless wore on.
After a few days of training the trainees were allowed to make guilds and choose the members. Aidan didn't waste any time recruiting the others that had come here with him. However, choosing a name wasn't so easy. In fact, some in the group questioned the point of even choosing a name, but Lurani had insisted on getting a name so that when they defeated the Heartless they'd know what name to put on the parade banner. It was this comment that Aidan knew exactly what to call them. "The Parade"
Guilds were assigned to complete various tasks, such as protect caravans, fight against groups of aggressive and disruptive Heartless, and simply fight back the Heartless menace for training.
As time wore on, however, the inhabitants of Tara found themselves losing. Each soldier that fell to the darkness was then turned into another one of the seemingly endless amounts of Heartless.
On the final day, three years after the Heartless first attacked their world, Tara was consumed by the darkness.
Role Playing Sample: Aidan opened his eyes. W-where am I? He wondered, watching a huge flock of doves fly off. The only thing visible to him now was the platform he was standing on, which looked like a giant stained glass picture of...himself.
Things that have happened, will happen again. A voice told Aidan from nowhere. He looked up, not sure where the voice was coming from.
If you wish to save those that will need help, you must remember those who had needed it before. A ray of light trickled down onto the center of the pillar. Feeling an odd sense of warmth coming from it, he stepped forward. Three weapons appeared before him, a sword, a staff, and a shield. He looked at the sword and held it in his hands. Suddenly, it disappeared with a flash of light, and the other two weapons faded away.
You have chosen a weapon to defend others with. The voice continued. Now prove that you can use it.
The sword flashed into his hand, and he realized that he was suddenly surrounded by Shadows. They attacked at once, but Aidan quickly dispatched the Heartless, without much problem. As soon as he slashed through the last Shadow, the stained glass shattered and he fell into nothingness.
He landed softly on another pillar. The picture on the surface looked like all of his friends together. They looked happy. As with the last pillar, a ray of light shone on the center. Aidan thought he saw someone standing underneath it.
"Lurani!" He cried.
The snow leopardess turned and looked at him. Suddenly, a swarm of Shadows separated them. As Aidan prepared to fight his way to her, he heard the voice again. Next, prove that you will use your blade to protect others from the darkness. The other members of The Parade then appeared, also surrounded by Shadows.
"Aidan!" they shouted. "Help us!"
Not hesitating to answer their calls for help, Aidan began fighting through the waves of Heartless to get to his friends. He was injured during the long battle, but he succeeded in saving Lurani and Ryalis. The others were defeated and had faded away.
"Come on guys, let's get somewhere safe," he told them, until he realized that there was no one there.
He saw floating steps leading to another pillar and so he began ascending them. Memories flashed in his head as he climbed.
They were running to get to a safe place. There were Heartless seemingly everywhere. "Aah!" Ryalis cried out. A Neoshadow had slashed the lion's leg badly. "Leave me! A blind reject like me will only slow you down. Go!"
Lurani looked away, but then something caught her eye. "It's over," she whispered. Aidan looked to see what it was.
It was a Darkside. He blinked back to reality (or whatever it is), and realized he really was facing one! Lurani was lying on the ground, in front of it. He saw her heart drift away.
"NO!" Aidan screamed. The sword flashed into his hand and he charged at the Darkside. It tried to punch him, but Aidan jumped up and ran on its arm, slashing it repeatedly in the face, until it knocked him off. Suddenly, the sword disappeared, and Aidan barely avoided being pulverized by a giant fist. The floor turned into a lake of darkness, pulling him in. Shadows surrounded him, and Lurani's last words echoed in his head.
Aidan, don't ever lose hope. Don't let despair win.
"I... I won't!!!"
The tattoo on his back glowed fiercely, and an angel wing appeared to sprout from it. Aidan blasted the magic stored in it all directions, and the light caused the Shadows to dissipate, and even greatly damaged the Darkside. After the attack, Aidan felt drained, and collapsed, sinking into the darkness.
"I... won't lose hope, not ever..."
Aidan opened his eyes. He was lying down, looking up at the orange sky. He sat up and looked around, nervously realizing that he was on a tall bell tower. Now, where am I?

Looks lovely, sorry for the delay. I'm Zeph and I'll be assisting you with this profile.
Powers: Most of these check out. I'd suggest mentioning his Limit break is only doable once per thread.
Appearance: So he basically looks anthropomorphic? It's fine with me, since you described his species well, but I'm curious as to how a tattoo will show up. The fur is dyed as well as the skin, I assume?
History: Here is where I've found a few more problems. Unfortunately, most of your History consists of dialogue, like an omniscient RP sample, and that's not quite what we're looking for. We need a solid account of his past, not a moment from it. You can take advantage of an RP sample for that purpose.
Chronologically, I need to check with another staff member about the Heartless events in your history. But for now, go ahead and proceed with edits. You have a week from now to work it over a bit.

Thanks very much for the help. I can understand that there's a lot of work to do on this site, not to mention real life.
Alright, I've added the 'once per thread' to the description of his Limit Break. I've changed the 'tattoo' into a marking that's been painted onto his fur.
I've taken out the dialogue, so the history is now slightly different, a bit more descriptive of his daily lifestyle.
Also, I've changed the part about the Heartless attack after Door to Kingdom Hearts opened. I think I meant to say the Final Keyhole, but that may also be wrong.

Update on this profile (sorry, I've totally let you hang in the dust) - I sent out another PM a week and a half ago to clarify something about this profile, but since I hadn't gotten a reply I totally forgot about it!
I sent it again, to a different person now. :] Hopefully we'll get a response soon.
In the mean time, I can honestly say there's no other major edits I require. You've got a fine profile here, it doesn't deserve to be abandoned for so long.
If you don't hear back from me to tomorrow, shoot me a PM to kick me in the arse.

Alright, fixed again! This was a major change, affecting much of the entire character sheet. Now they are simply a normal species, instead of an experiment. So the history, species, original world, and bits of facts here and there have been updated. If I'm missing anything, please tell me.
Looks good, but would you just confirm the chronological order for me? Your world finally is consumed by darkness in present WD times, correct? Otherwise, you ought to explain what he's been doing in Twilight Town since he arrived there, if much.
You also have the war raging with the Heartless going on for three years. So let me just confirm - attacks approximately started up sometime after Sora unlocked the Final Keyhole and the Door to Darkness is closed, through the events in KHII, and finally the year up to present WD time. If it's that, you should be set.
