Powers: Cryokinesis - Shouta has mastered the basics of controlling ice (And to a small extent, water) and is just starting on more advanced magic. He is capable of creating snowballs and ice the size of his palm without exhausting himself too much. He is also capable of freezing water.
Icicle - Fires a small icicle at the enemy. Three times per one post max.
Blizzard - A mixture of snow and ice gathers in his hands before being launched at the enemy. Low damage, 3 post cooldown.
Blizzara - A much clumsier version of the mid spell, Shouta releases a steady blast of biting chill. Low damage and feels really freaking cold. 5 post cooldown.
Hail - Calls down a nasty wave of hail, showering the area with ice cubes. Damage..depends on how many ice cubes hit. 5 post cooldown.
Subzero - Expanding his influence over ice, Shouta freezes the ground in a large circle that spreads outwards 10 feet from where he is standing. 5 post cooldown. Ice melts after 2 posts.
Crystal Breath[/b] - Inhaling deeply, Shouta temporarily exhausts most of the cold in his body in a long, frosty breath. The breath consists of really cold wind, some ice and enough snow to make five snowmen. If one was stupid enough to stand before Shouta and take everything directly, he'd be frozen solid. Damage varies from low to moderate. High chance to freeze Heartless and Nobodies. 15 post cooldown, sets a 8 post cooldown on all offensive skills and Snowfall.
Passive Powers:Sublimation - Draws away the cold from ice, rendering it liquid once more. Small sized ice take little to no time, but an ice block the size of, say, a computer would take a few posts. He can make a person feel less cold by touching them and sapping the chill.
Steady - Shouta doesn't slip on ice.
Null - Shouta is partly an ice fairy, so he doesn't feel cold. So it wouldn't hurt him at all if he bit into an ice cube - but getting hit by ice spells
do hurt because those are physical, and fairies still don't like getting smacked by blocks of ice.
Flammability - Shouta is much more susceptible and sensitive to heat, taking one extra level of damage (Fire = Fira). He gets easily flustered, depressed and sweats a lot more as though ice is being melted. If he is in the presence of high heat for too long, he passes out for a while as his body attempts to fix his temperature.
Conductivity - Shouta is also slightly more susceptible to lightning, taking an extra half level of damage.
Snowfall - Shouta subconsciously emits some cold instead of body warmth, although this is negated when he is resting or tired. He can nullify it himself. (But is usually too lazy to do so because this ends up activating again sooner or later)
Fimbulvetr - Upon death, all of the fairy energy contained within Shouta is released. His ice powers seep into the nearest living creature, granting the killer their own version of Blizzard and Null.
The cold and ice are, in a way, like food to Shouta, although he doesn't ingest the chill very often. This process pretty much is the same as photosynthesis, except instead of a plant you have Shouta and instead of sunlight you have the cold and ice.
Weapon: Shouta has none. He relies completely on his Cryokinesis powers to fight if he has to. His Icicles are his main "weapon" although he can also throw snowballs and ice balls at his enemies, although rapidly using these would soon tire him out.
Picture: THIS IS SHOUTAAAAAA!Appearance: Shouta is rather short (Around 5'0") and has a slender, slim body. He wears a white sundress that reaches to below his knees. The sundress also has a high collar. It looks metallic - but is in fact soft, flexible and comfortable. It was designed to grow with Shouta and was made with the design of a guitar in mind. Like his body, it is light and easily blows with the wind. Unlike his body, it is flammable. However, as Shouta's clothes are directly tied to his fairy powers gained from his heritage, it restores itself over time. (Next thread)
The sleeves are detached from his dress, those being black. He wears a pair of light shoes striped blue and silver. The most noticeable thing on Shouta's soft, somewhat effeminate face is his heterochromia. His left eye is blue and his right is green, due to a mix in his genes several generations ago. (Once of his male ancestors a long time ago was an ice fairy while his wife was a nature fairy.)
His hair is a light shade of silver. At the top of his head is a
P cowlick that doesn't seem to go down no matter how much water you use. However, as it grows hotter, the cowlick droops lower.
Mere minutes after he arrived in Traverse Town, Santa flew by and dropped him a gift - a
beautiful ice crystal necklace that never melts. He wears it as often as he can over his dress because of its shiny, pretty glow.
Personality: Shouta is practically the personification of the word innocent. Young, curious and childishly naive, his curiosity tends to get the better of him. He is incredibly easy to fool and takes things at face value. This makes him all too easy to manipulate if you don't outright explicitly display cruelty or evil. He does understand there are times when he needs to fight, although he really dislikes hostilities. He understands his value however, and is willing to fight furiously to protect himself and his friends.
Playful and cheerful most of the time, Shouta is kind and helps anyone in trouble. He is, though, wary and fearful of heat and fire, as prolonged exposure to it causes him to faint. Long before he passes out he either becomes mute with fear or hyperventilates, one of the few other symptoms that he is too hot or extremely scared. He has a fondness for cold food since they taste almost the same as normal cooked food. (Although he definitely prefers the latter) He is openly affectionate and sweet to friends and people that he likes, and mostly pouty and sad with enemies. He is fond of clinging and hugging.
He is also fond of music, songs and singing.

Current World: Traverse Town
History: Skardial was the world filled with humans and fairies. In some parts of the world, humans hunted fairies while in others fairies attacked humans. Other parts had the two coexisting in peaceful harmony. Shouta was one of the many unlucky ones to be born in the first area. His mother was a fairy while his father was human which made him half a fairy and half a human, with the looks of a normal boy (Albeit much more youthful) and the power of his mother's Cryokinesis.
However, Shouta and his mother spent half of his life hiding. As they lived in a town where fairies were hunted for their powers and uses as well as enslaved, his parent's relationship was pretty much illicit. If the two fairies (Well, Shouta was half a fairy but pretty much the same thing) were found they were practically doomed. His life was spent playing and serenely oblivious to the cruel hunters outside his home, with his parents to teach him everything he needed instead of sending him to a school. (Because his powers were bound to shoot out every now and then, which meant he was screwed once the teacher heard about it)
They educated him about almost everything - with his mother to teach him about fairies and father to teach him about humans (Well, the good parts at least). He constantly wanted to do more then just play in the house and the garden as well as merely learning how to control his powers, he wanted to meet humans and fairies. Deciding they didn't have the heart to ruin Shouta with the knowledge of what asshats humans were, they lied with all kinds of excuses - diseases, plagues and whatnots outside.
To fill in the time between studying and playing, he honed his abilities so that he would have better control over them. At 15, Heartless started creeping up but Shouta never knew anything about it - all he had was the newspapers his mother brought home which stated "Strange creatures" were appearing. Assuming it was nothing much, he focused more on helping his ailing mother.
At 16, his mother, getting sicker was careless and spotted by a neighbor. She sneezed frozen snot and froze the ground by accident, but neither she nor Shouta noticed the neighbor who saw. Said neighbor was greedy and wanted to keep her powers to himself, but couldn't refrain boasting to his friends about how he would soon acquire a fairies's powers. News spreads fast in Skardial, and soon the whole town found out about Shouta and his mother. His father panicked and several days later at midnight (When most were asleep and security was someone slack) with all their things packed, quickly moved away lying (In a way) to Shouta that they were going on vacation instead of fleeing their home.
They only realized the full threat of the Heartless after a night in a forest. ("Camping") Fortunately, only the weaker ones struck and were easily waned off by Shouta's mother and a broomstick. Gradually, stronger and stronger Heartless came and Shouta's mother, although slowly healing, couldn't hold them off on her own for very long anymore. So in the morning, they "fled" again.
It seemed like the Heartless had a tracking device on them, following them from forest to streams to rivers to a lakeside. Shouta, although confused about this long vacation filled with hunting "wild animals", thoroughly enjoyed himself though since he no longer needed to hide or stiff away his powers. When they first arrived on the beach, that night, Shouta went out to take a closer look at the waves, which he had never seen the likes of. He noticed something especially black nearby and ran nearer so he could look at it but stumbled and fell into the portal.
Although he doesn't know where he is yet, he has been dropped into Traverse Town.
