In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

I apologize for not getting this up sooner. There’s been some issues offline that I needed to take care of first.
Now, if you are reading this you are probably curious about this “Campaign Hook” I posted a week ago, and have probably signed up for it (if you haven’t, feel free to do so). Welp, here’s my explanation for it.
Right now we have two – maybe three – groups running here in the RP: Organization XIII, the Dark XII, and I think still the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee. Now, membership in these three groups is tightly regulated – we only allow characters who canonically belong in them, in. OCs generally are not permitted within these groups, and those that are are done so with permission from the staff and/or those who play the leaders of those groups.
Now, these groups – I’mma gonna call them factions – each fight for a specific goal and play large roles in the RP’s own larger plot. Because of the nature of the RP’s plot, and the factions, getting OCs involved with the plot can be difficult – most of them are off doing their own little thing, out of the loop of what’s going on in the World’s. That’s where this “Hook” comes in.
Older members will remember the Guardians. Who were the Guardians? Well, they were a group, comprised mainly of OCs, that fought for the protection of the worlds. They were organized and did missions, and OCs that otherwise would have no good reason to get in on the site’s main plot could do so through the Guardian’s involvement throughout the worlds. Unfortunately the members who played the leaders of the group have left WD, and without leadership the group just, well, ceased to be an active force.
Creating anew a faction for OCs, thus, is the purpose of this “Hook.” To organize OCs. To get OCs involved in the thick of things, like the Guardians of old.
Now, how I will be running this – well – if you’ve ever played a game of D&D or the like, it’ll be a little like that.
Now, I know I keep saying this is an OC faction, but in truth it’s a place where anyone can join, canon and otherwise. Primarily it’s a place where OCs are openly welcome to apply, and not be ushered away.
Now, I don’t want to give out too many details about it, but if you have any further questions regarding it, please post them here so I can answer them where everyone can see.
Also, I will be starting Thursday – life made me miss my desired deadline – so sign up for it if you have not done so and spread the word. Get interested people – this is for your benefit.

What Restoration Committee?
GO CADEYY MOViNG SHIT!
But I must interject that OC's have been involved with the other canon orientated groups and were more-so introduced through canons or members of the respective groups, so it really doesn't have much do to with staff except not approving pre-made OC members. This is just a clarification.
Sounds great. Will this follow similarly to other organizations and the Guardians, in that the faction will have hierarchy/different types of member jobs/mission assignments, ect? Or should I wait for those answers when you get things up and at 'em Thursday?
