In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Penny cocked an eyebrow, looking to Bolt. "How'd I know what would happen?" she asked. "This?" She looked around. "I didn't. Why do you think I did?" She asked cocking her head a bit and looking to her dog.
Fearon didn't snore, but his sleep wasn't the most rejuvenating. He tossed and turned and dreamt not exactly the most peaceful dreams. Instead, he dreamt of heartless taking his world. He turned and fell from the bed, hitting the ground silently with a sort of muted thump. He looked up hoping neither Penny or Bolt had seen him, or noticed him. He silently got back into his bed and fell back asleep.

Wait... She didn't know this was going to happen? But then.... why would Penny switch out the dog collar to put the picture in? Hmm... "But then... Why did.... why did you switch out my collar? You switched the collars and put this one on... with the hidden compartment to put the picture in. Thats what allowed me to show Fearon what you looked like." He said, stopping in the middle of what he was going to say by looking over at Fearon who was now out of bed. His super hearing still managed to hear the muted thump.
Turning back to Penny, Bolt continued. "Surely you knew that this was going to happen or else you wouldn't have done that... right?" He said, still very confused. This was getting more and more confusing by the second.

Penny laughed. "Hmhm. No, I had no idea this.." she looked around. "..was going to happen. That was just a precaution, in case you did get lost again, and you did. But now I've found you." She said hugging Bolt. Then she remembered something. "Oh! Look at who I've brought..." she said reaching behind her. And she pulled out, a rubber carrot. "Your old buddy, Mr. Carrot!" Then she frowned and looked to the carrot. Bolt... she'd noticed a slight change in the dog, more... she didn't know, mature. "I mean, if you still want him." she said, thinking back to that day in the shelter when she first saw Bolt playing with the very same carrot. She sighed. Such good days. Why'd they ever take that tv deal?

Oh.... so she was just thinking ahead, just in case Bolt ever got lost again. Well at least Bolt had a smart, and creative, owner. It was nice that they were together again. He just wondered 2 things now. Where were Mittens and Rhino, and what would happen between Fearon and Bolt now that Penny was found?
Looking up at Penny when she told him, his eyes lit up instantly when she pulled out Mr. Carrot. But then she frowned slightly. She added something at the end. Taking a playful stance, Bolt said "Are you serious? I love Mr. Carrot! I don't care how old, how mature I get... That toy will always be mine." He then remembered back to the shelter as well, and then to the day the set caught on fire. It was before this happened, when he saw Penny hug the other dog. He never did remember how they managed to get that toy out of the fire. But he has always loved it. Even when Penny carried him into the trailer. Nothing she was saying was getting his attention, but when she pulled out the carrot, Bolt forgot a bit of the world outside the trailer. He would always love it. It was one thing that connected Penny and Bolt.

Penny smiled, glad that Bolt hadn't changed that much. "Well, okay then." she said tossing Mr. Carrot onto the ground, and waiting for her dog to start chewing on it.
Fearon's eyes blinked open and he rolled out of his bed to see Bolt and Penny still setting there, loving each other. He sighed. Now what? Would they leave him? Would he leave them? He couldn't say. But either way, he stood and walked over to the two, looking down at the carrot, and smiling remembering the picture Bolt showed him in Twilight Town. He looked to Penny, She'd apparently recovered from the shock of well... everything. And was quite all right now.

Ha! Toss it to the ground? Bolt caught the carrot while it was still in the air and bit on it, causing it to squeak, as well as flipping his head back and forth. Ah.... Mr. Carrot... Looking over, with the same smiling expression that he had on the picture, Bolt looked at Fearon. He then sort of felt sad... so much so that he accidently dropped Mr. Carrot.... Looking up at Fearon, and then up at Penny, Bolt was confused. What was going to happen to his and Fearon's friendship now?
"Penny.... What are we going to do now? I mean... I'm glad I found you again. But... I don't want to leave Fearon either... My friendship with him may not be as large as ours, but... I don't want to leave him...." He said. The confusion and conflict could be heard in Bolt's voice. So much to do for a 5 and a half year old dog. He had friends on his world, but he had made friends on these worlds. And he wasn't sure how far apart all the worlds were.... So confusing...

Penny looked down to Bolt and then up to Fearon. She stood and looked up to him. "Thank you for helping me find my dog." She said. "But, I've got another favour to ask." She said.
"You want me to guide you and Bolt." Fearon smiled, he looked between the two. "No problem, I really don't want to leave Bolt either."
Penny smiled. "Thanks." She said, and looked back down to Bolt.
Fearon sighed, now was as good a time as ever. "Penny, Bolt." He said, his voice filled with sadness. "I'm afriad that neither of you may ever make it back home." He said. "Your world was most likely swallowed by the heartless. It's a miracle that both of you managed to get off unharmed. If both Rhino and Mittens got off... Well, that'd just be a gift from god." He said, not having the heart to meet either one of thier eyes, he stared to the ground.

But.... But... Rhino and Mittens had to escape... And Penny's mom... What about the pigeons that he had met along the road? The people who worked on the Bolt show, aside from Penny's former agent. What was going to happen to all of them? Sure... Bolt and Penny had both escaped, but what had happened to the rest on his world? He feared for the worst...
But at least, Bolt had Penny and Fearon now! That was at least a good thing! Sighing softly, Bolt looked to Penny and said "Im sure Rhino and Mittens are just fine.... Same for you... I mean... Our mom..." He wanted to remain positive, and said it just like he had said to Fearon earlier that he KNEW they would find Penny. Looking back to Fearon, he said "Can we leave this world? I don't even want to be close to it anymore."

Penny stared ahead, not hearing a thing. "Mom..." she said queitly. "Mom..." she said agian, and turned to Fearon.
"What... what wouldv'e happened to them?" she asked.
"Their hearts would've been swallowed by darkness. For all we know, they could've been one of the heartless back there." he said walking to the command chair to fulfill Bolt's request.
Penny followed Fearon to the chair. "But... that's impossibe!" she said. "They have to be somewhere!" she asked more than said. "They just have to be."
Fearon turned on the auto pilot and the gummi ship piloted it's self away from halloween town to empty space. He turned to Penny.
"It's a very slim chance everyone you love couldv'e gotten off. It amazes me that both of you got off." he said, not wanting to say what he had to. "I'm sorry, but if Mittens, Rhino, and you mother got off, then they're either heartless, or scared to death. It's an extremly slim chance that it happened."

Bolt knew why Penny was sad. Their friends and family might no longer be there, and yet... Bolt just knew they were out there.. Somewhere... He wasn't sure where, but he knew they were somewhere. "Don't worry, Penny. I know they are out there... Just like I knew you were out here." He said, trying to comfort Penny.

Penny looked to Bolt, and leaned down, hugging him. "We will. I know it."
Fearon looked to those two. What was it that kept them going? Love, detimination, or just plain stubborness? Fearon didn't know, but whatever it was, he admired it.
"I'll help you look." He said looking to the two. "That is if you'll have me."
Penny looked to Bolt, she knew he'd say yes. Bolt was to nice to say no, plus he'd apparently developed some kind of freindship with Fearon. "How 'bout it?"

Hugging Penny back, Bolt looked at Fearon. Since they were talking about Rhino, Bolt remembered what had happened when he first joined him and Mittens...
[FLASHBACK!]
Bolt looked to Rhino. "The Road will be rough" Bolt said "I have a ball" replied Rhino. "There's no turning back" "Guess I'll have to roll with the punches" "Easy won't be part of the equation." "Promise?!" "Gotta warn ya... Going into the belly of the beast, Danger at every turn." "I eat danger for breakfast." "You hungry?!" Bolt said, jumping back a slight step. Rhino replied, after cracking his neck "Starving!" Bolt smiled and said "Welcome aboard!"
[END FLASHBACK!]
Bolt actually started laughing at this memory. How naive Bolt was back then... Ah well... Looking up at Fearon and Penny, Bolt said "Sorry.... Just remembering a moment with Rhino..." He then looked at Penny and said "I'm fine. I've travelled this far with him. I wouldn't have been able to find you without him. So I'm just fine with it."
Fearon looked down to the two. Penny and Bolt. What a lovely couple of friends. He sighed, once again feeling out of place. "So where do we look?" He asked.
Penny looked to Bolt, remembering how small he was only five years ago, how much he'd grown Is this how a mother feels about her child she wondered, and shrugged, she was a loooong way away from that. She looked up to Fearon. "Well, where have you looked." She asked.
"No where much really, Twilight town, and that was looking for you." he said looking to Penny. "And halloween town, also looking for you." He said.
Penny looked down to Bolt. "So, now what?" she asked.

Looking at Fearon as he spoke with Penny and told them what they had done so far, Bolt said "Well... Im not sure... We go out and look for Rhino and Mittens? And your mom, of course." He then thought of other worlds. "But... I don't really know any other worlds. What about you Fearon?" He asked Fearon, wondering if he had an idea of where else they could look.
Fearon pushed the control panel aside, and jumped from the chair. He crossed his arms over his chest. "I've been to every world at least once." He said, with a sigh. "And trust me, some are better than others. Halloween town is an example. My favorite would have to be twilight town." He shrugged. "But whatever. They could really be on any world. We just got to figure one out and start looking."
Penny looked to Fearon, the guy made plenty of sense, but the concept of these 'worlds' still confused her. She shrugged, whatever. She'd figure it out soon enough... Then she realized just how tired she was. She yawned and looked to Fearon's bed wantingly.
"Go ahead, get some rest, you need it." He said, waving her on.
Penny looked to Fearon. "Thanks." She said and ran over to the bed, laying down, she felt somewhat... uncomfortable, she couldn't figure out what was wrong, what was missing?
