In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

As the woman's stubborn tone reached his own ears, by the question, likewise, the retort she had made to the doctor, the young man stifled a laugh, as he could slowly feel his wounds mend, closing up, as the bleeding began to cease utterly.
Yet as her question reached him, as he had promised, his reply was mere silence. Staring at the wall blankly, the young man shook his head, which from the woman's view, would be like a pair of burnt leaves rustling about amidst the top of a male's skull.
Hearing the presence in the male's irritated tone, one that prickled the hairs upon the back of the young boy's neck. A small, weak voice penetrated the abrupt silence that had formed between 'Artemis', and the doctor, whom out of the kindness of his own 'heart', agreed to help the two visitors. One, whom, Demitri had judged, seemed used to winning everything, including arguments. The other, only wished to regain what is rightfully theirs...
"My apologies, doctor, for my companion's behavior. If it is irritating to you, please, don't blame her."

Orange slitted eyes drifted towards the speechless lump on the bed. They tinted softly at his head shake, and in annoyance her tail swayed. Mentally, she growled at the ebbing feeling of being at fault, guilt. It was pushed away in the back corridor of her mind until Demitri spoke again, but this time it wasn't towards her; he was speaking solely to the doctor. Her eyes closed to not reveal a frown at his prominent selective communication; he would talk with the doctor, but not her.
Just peachy...what did I do this time?
"Atleast it shows some people have some mannerism," the Doctor Finkleton chuckled, "Well it seems the boy will be fine. He said it himself that he's feeling no pain, so you have no use here." The doctor made reference to the additude defensive nature she had. "Now as a doctor, I must ask you to leave for he can get some rest. Let me direct you to the door."
The doctor wheeled up the winding ascending slope summoning Selene to follow, but she had lingered a gaze on Demitri before pushing off her previous position. "Fine I'll go." Whether that was for the doctor or Demitri, she didn't make her clear.
Her skin itched as water and blood was absorbed in her tight fitting clothing with a chilled tail dangling behind her. Brown hair started to curl softly under the effects of rain, while her feet squeaked as she walked. Silence was prolonged until a large thump was heard, a closed door. The sounds of turning metal wheels were audible as the doctor trascended down the handicap slope.
Over the doctor's lap, there was a folded blanket, and he handed it over to the boy. "Now get some sleep. Hopefully if Sally cease her running escapade at night, there might be a hot breakfast in the morning. Now is there anything you need, I too need to get some sleep?"
Demitri's eyes stared blankly at the wall, his mind wrapped in the wrectched feeling of solitude that slowly enveloped his body, mind, and soul. His ears became wrought with the vibration of the door, as he shut close with a loud bang!.
His body, becoming wrapped in the feeling of Death's cold embrace, feeling his breath frefalling down the prickled hairs upon his neck. Yet he had been recovering, his body mending it's wounds and burdens. Though, he could not shake this...unbearable, unmentionable, impossible feeling. It felt like...guilt? The word brought about many questions that flew this way and that in the endless maze known as the human mind, no exit that can ever be found, not even by the entity theirself.
Perhaps I had been a bit rude...
Turning his head from the wall, yet his eyes made it seem as if they were transparent, as if they were a gateway to 'Demitri's soul. A wretched thing, it was. Collapsed, shuffled, destroyed into thousands of tiny shards. A treasure hunt had ensued in the result of it's destruction...
"Doctor," Demitri spoke absently, his voice trailing off with every sentence that had reached the male's lobes. Taking the blanket in hand, as he gripped it tightly, letting the heat from his fingertips course throughout the fabric. "Would you kindly, let the woman back in? I know it's an odd request, but I feel much more safe while around her. She reminds me of an older sister."
Leaning in further to the odd man, Demitri whispered silently, low enough for the woman whom exited to be the least bit aware, though she may have heard the earlier comments.
"Also, don't tell her this, but I believe her to be a very complimented female. I think of it as a pleasure and a priviledge for her to be the first person I've ever seen..."

"Back in? She's upstairs in Sally's room for the time being and most likely washing away all of that blood off, while cleaning her clothes. I would ask to see if she would come down afterwards, but I must say that this isn't much of a place for either of you too. The labatory may be too chilly, and you both might get a cold."
"Very well if you insist," the doctor turned himself around in his wheelchair passing up his dinner table to trascend up the ramp. A large clank could be heard to open the door to travel through the rest of the house.
The sounds of water flowing through the pipes echoed around the lab like soft waterfalls before it slowly ceased like the last droplets of a storm. Steam emitted from the bathroom. It was quite awkward and dark inside. There was a shower not a bath tub with a chair inside. Selene decided not to sit on it; she didn't want to be that close with the doctor. Not even wanting to form a visual, Selene quickly uttered one word, which triggered a bright flash to burst out the window.
A large clank was heard again as the lab door was forced open. In the same clothing as before, a dry Selene walked in and grabbed the wooden chair that sat next to the filthy dinner table with her free hand, the other held a rolled up quilt. There was a bowl fileld with a green slim that looked more of an insect's blood versus a delectable meal.
"Dr. Finkleton proclaimed you wanted me here and didn't give any reasoning." The last part wielded a hint of annoyance as she remembered how admanant the doctor was in not answering her and going to bed. Honestly, she thought Demitri didn't want nothing with her including talking. Perhaps she had mistakened.
She pulled up the chair next to him, sat in it, and wrapped her frame with the quilt.
As footsteps echoed across the floor of the room Demitri had been currently lying in, he turned excitedly, anxiously, as he flipped over in the bed, his back perfroming a complete 180.
As he flopped down upon the side of the bed, his eyes arose, the sound of rain beating across the side of the home. Demitri's eyes concentrated on Selene's figure, as he slowly let the words flow off his tongue like the bank of a waterfall. "Uhh..I...well...I feel...safe around you...", his voice too low, weak for the woman to hear. Realizing this, the young man highly raised his voice, though not too high for one nearby to be awoken in their slumber. "I feel safe around you..."
The young manblushed as he said this words, his hands rising up to his face, the blankets in his grasp. Demitri began to plate his entire face with the blankets, pausing as he finished to look at Selene's reaction, hoping, praying she did not see the young man blush.
"Plus, I was kind of rude. Of course, you said not to apologize anymore. But...to be honest...before you found me, people from this place passed by...They didn't stop to care for me. They didn't see if I was alright. They didn't even glance at me. They just mistook me for 'another corpse', as one had remarked, and because of that...I want to know."
His face flushed with as much redness as before, as he slowly dropped the sheets to the floor of the bed. "Did you take me here because you were worried about my wellbeing, or was it because you were obligated to..."

"Hm," the warrioress hummed at his reply. "I guess you would, since you confused me for an angel, which is hard to believe. This world does give me more of a demonic appeal." Her tail swayed as she sat in the chair, while a clawed finger stratched the maroon horn that probed from the side of her forehead.
Sitting straight up, her head rested on the back of the chair with resting eyes. She didn't see what he was doing or the redness that cascaded his cheeks, but her ears were open enough to hear him clearly. She resembled an animated corpse; her hands were busy to cover herself completely in a quilt to form a warm caccoon, but her face remained still as if had no thoughts or twitch of life.
The upcoming question caught her off guard. No she didn't gasp, stiffened, or revealed any sign of shock, but a single snake slitted tangerine eye opened and shifted towards Demitri. Her head slightly turned to see him.
"Why you think I just pick up strays out of mere goodness and concern?" She chuckled and looked forward. "Regardless, you would be the first. Luckily you weren't a nobody, or I would've left you there for death, and if you were a heartless, well you wouldn't be talking to me now.
Selene was usually strictly business. Normally, her landing her in Halloween Town would be quite normal; she would scan the heartless and nobodies activity in the world. If it was low she would leave and travel to another world, and if not then she would stick around until the world isn't in hazardous danger. After all, she can't baby the world for too long; multiple interferences from the out worlds had already disturbed world order. It was cruel, but the worlds would have to defend for themselves, or the balance would be even worse. Hopefully the legendary keyblade wielders would finally step in.
Selene had to abandon her own world to search for them, and thus far she had found none, but a wounded soldier instead. He was injured, and his health would deminish quickly under the weather. Even if she didn't save the life of a world, atleast attempt to contain the ones she could help.
Demitri, his wounds healing, mending themselves to the point where, by the time Selene had finished the final words that dropped from her tongue, the young male shot straight up within the bed, his eyes staring straight forward at the walls ahead.
However, though his wounds were healed, they were not treated to the full extent. Laughing at the woman's comment of the world's effects on those he enter, he rose one slug finger, flying toward the half mask that shrouded fifty percent of the young man's face, as well as the satanic horns that erupted from the roof of the mask, as well as the floor. "Heh. I know what you mean..."
Laughing slightly to himself once more as the woman regarded the situation when the two had met, Demitri's eyes drifted toward the gear upon the face of his right hand, aligning with the knuckles, that had faded from white to red. His eyes straightening their vision upon Selene, his eyes directing themselves to the female's face, rivaling the fact that the woman had barely any clothing on.
Nobody?, he had began to ponder. This word for these people she had recently stated echoed through his mind, versus the title of the heartless, which merely bounced upon the boundaries of his mind once, then faded into his subconcious. "Nobody...that word is so nostalgic.."
Realizing that these words had disrupted his flow of concentration, piercing through his mind and flowing out his tongue, the young man bounded out of the bed- literally. Straightening his legs forward, as he slowly crouched them in midair, the young man shot his feet out, flying out of the bed, as he softly landed upon the floor without a thud.
Turning his gaze upon Selene once more, the child smiled at the woman lightly, his eyes igniting in a blur of blue fire. "I appreciate your help Selene. But now, it seems I have some things to do..." With these final words, the young man trudged off, slowly bounding for the door.

"It maybe, but the specie as a whole is nostalgic, but they harm others just to be complete-" Selene stopped once seeing the boy jump out of bed. Her eyes widened wondering what was he thinking. Slowly she was shaking her head at his farewell.
"No, you're not." Selene stood up instanstly allowing the quilt to pool on the floor. Her boots thumped lightly after him. Catching up to him she grabbed his arm, "Your wounds may have healed with whatever was given, but you need rest. It's not like he gave you a hard dosage of caffiene. Whatever you need to do can wait." Selene lifted him off the floor. "Seriously, do you think I would let you go so easily?"
She placed him back down where he was. There was blood where he laid, and dried blood was still on his frame. "The only places you are going is to bed or the shower up stairs. I'm not letting you leave; it's raining outside, your wounds aren't fully healed, it's not morning, and you're covered in blood."
"Demitri pick your poison, because Selene isn't allowing you to leave." Her tone was serious, and her hands were planted on each side of his hips. He wouldn't be able to go anywhere, and Selene would jabb a pressure point to knock him out if she had to.
Stunned at the amazing strength the woman had possesed, the young boy had been lifted off the floor, not struggling at all. Judging by her composure, physique, and attitude, Demitri would not stand a chance against the woman in his current position.
Slowly lifting himself from the bed, his head slowly lifting itself up to stare Selene straight into her eyes. With a low, displeased, typical 'you won't let me get my way', teenager attitude, he said lightly: "Fine. Then could I go take a shower? I stink."
His hands, sinking down to his hips where the woman had contained him, he sighed lightly. "You act just like an older sister... "

"...You stink? I find the blood and the need to cleanse your wounds from infections after laying in soil for who knows how long more important then your body order." The warrioress lifted from her bending posture to pin Demitri down. "Is there a problem with being concern of you? There would've been no meaning to carry you here just to allow you to leave when you feel like it versus when your body is fully recovered."
Selene started to walk up the stairs expecting him to follow, "Since you insist to smell pretty compared to sleeping, then come along. Also once you up there give me your clothes." That will ensure to get them cleaned and no escape from Demitri. She doubted he had the....balls to run away in his birthday suit.
"Let's not be too loud, Dr. Finkleton may be asleep by now."
Oh, ho, ho, ho. This woman greatly underestimated Demitri's patience. Which had been running thin for quite some time now. Yes, this woman had saved Demitri despite the amount of people whom had passed him by with no second thought, and no thought whatsoever, of whether he be friend or foe.
However, against all these supporting odds, Demitri had no time to spare. He needed to leave. Now. His past awaited him, as well as the open road that had outstretched it's arms, awaiting Demitri to fall into it's grasp.
As he proceeded, Selene's warm grip constantly tightening around him, he had pretended to not hear her first question. Yes, he was glad she was concerned for his safety. But he needs to leave, now.
Smiling smug, Demitri chuckled lightly. "Just want to see me naked, don't you?", he joked half heartedly. "Well, I'll slide the clothes under the door once I actually get to the shower..."

"Pssh, you've seen on you have seen them all. It's not like the male anatomy is a surprise to me, niether will yours. Sorry for the bluntness, but health trumps perversions."
The tangerine eyed warrioress kept a grip on the other as she led him to the bathroom. It was up near the highest tower of the building, known as Sally's Room. On the escalating stairs, they passed pictures of the doctor and diagramms of his creations, one being a model of a deer skull with boney antlers. The walls were made of brick, and the lack lighting gave it a chilly dark blue hue. There was hardly anything homey about the house as a cool draft whistled down the stairs.
The smell of rain of prominent as breeze brought it in from Sally's room. Whether she was up there or not is unknown and irrevelant, but Selene doubted she would be in the bathroom now. The tall wooden door was closed, but no sound of use could be heard. After all what does a rag dool need to do in a bathroom?
I rather not know...
Pushing the door open, Selene sat on the sink, "Hurry up..."
