In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

After the fight at the market square, Rubix decided to break off from the group he met up with to find time to collect his thoughts. As far as he knew, Erika and Max went off together to find information. As for Ria and Mikael, Rubix didn't bother to find out. It wasn't until he made it to the Sunset Terrace did he realize that this had only been one day of adventure. In one day he discovered what Will was talking about this whole time, seen Heartless, and what people called Nobodies, along with finding that there are even more people fighting these creatures.
Rubix looked out to what seemed to be never ending sunset. The sky was red and orange, filled with clouds out in the distance. The only sounds that Rubix could hear were the birds chirping, making their way back to their homes, and the wind blowing.
"What am I doing here?" Rubix said aloud, "There's nothing for me here. I don't want to go back home...it doesn't feel right...But I...I don't know where to go."
This is Rubix frustrated him, he was confused. It didn't seem like he was going anywhere, even if it was only one day. The thought of not having a path scared Rubix. He was destined to do something, but what was it? Only the oracle knew. However, for now, Rubix stood and watched the redish orange sun, thinking of why he was there.

((My character's name is Mikael, not Shun. Shun is just my display name))
Sunset Terrace, the perfect place to gaze at the sun. Most people went to the place because of that, but Mikael was not part of it. He was training his skills with the sword at an empty alley. "...from the first movement flows the second... strike, repeat, circle one's opponent... repeat, faster, quicker..."
The fire user was remembering his first swordsmanship lesson at his homeworld; he repeated the words of his mentor... but still, he had failed. "...If only I had been faster... If only I had arrived sooner, my world wouldn't be in ruins." Mikael continued to strike the air with his swords. He needed to be better... he needed to be faster. "If I was faster, I would no longer carry my shame... but can I be better? This is the hardest journey my heart has sent me."

((Oh! I didn't see that, sorry about that. I modified it so it was accurate, hahah))
As Rubix looked out at the sunset he heard a voice, it sounded like someone was counting. The streets were empty, so the echo of someone's voice could carry on if it was loud enough. He walked down to the streets and heard the voice again.
"...If only I had been faster... If only I had arrived sooner, my world wouldn't be in ruins." Rubix heard.
Around the corner of the alleyway was Mikael with his sword out. It was apparent that he was training, working on his skills and techniques. This intrigued Rubix, for he never learned how to really fight. He tried his best to keep away from violence and only used his minimal power if necessary.
"If I was faster, I would no longer carry my shame... but can I be better? This is the hardest journey my heart has sent me." Mikael said.
Rubix then turned the corner and said "How was your world destroyed?"
The fire warrior continued to train with his twin swords. Even though he wanted it back, he knew his world was gone. Dead. Elona Village would soon be forgotten, that was the sad reality. And suddenly, Mikael heard a voice behind him; it had slightly startled him since he didn't expected to hear that voice.
"How was your world destroyed?"
He stopped striking, turned around, and discovered that indeed, Rubix was the one that had spoken to him. Mikael knew he had surprised him when he looked at his face. "You probably mean who did it. Simple, the Heartless." He hated those damned creatures so much. Those Heartless... they had taken it from him. They had ended many lives, killed innocent people.
"Eh, don't worry about my swords. I only use them against Heartless and Nobodies." he smirked, putting away his weapons. "So, what brings you to Sunset Terrace?"

The Heartless can destroy worlds? Just when Rubix thought the Heartless were strong, they just became stronger. The ship they destroyed back in the Caribbean was just child's play for them, worlds are what they are after. But how could Rubix save an entire world without even knowing anything about what's going on in this war between human and Heartless? And what about the Nobodies, where do they come into play in this battle?
"Oh" Rubix said, waving his hand, "That's fine. I'm kinda used to that kinda stuff, I suppose. But I'm here just to...relax I guess." Rubix walked over to the wall and leaned against it. "Today...was my first day away from my...world. The Heartless just showed up and attacked the greatest pirate ship that had ever sailed the seas. Just when I thought that they couldn't do anymore than that, I discover they are capable of destroying worlds."
Rubix put his hands into his pocket and looked down. He already felt defeated, who's to say that his world isn't already gone? The fear of it being gone made him not even want to go back. In turn, it would seem like one who was supposed to "save the Caribbean" let his world down. It seemed as though that maybe just walking away and not knowing what's happening was the best decision. After all, how was he supposed to fight? He never fought in his life, he doesn't have the "weapon" he is supposed to posses to fight off the Heartless, and his powers can only do so much.
"I don't know what to do," he said quietly more to himself than anything else.
A pirate ship? Well, this guy didn't look like a pirate according to the fire user. While Rubix wanted to save a world, Mikael wanted to restore one. His home... could it be still restored? Also, he had to find Mira. If both worked together they could probably restore Elona Village... Or so he thought.
"Don't take this the bad way, but you don't look like a pirate. You have.. something else. A certain glow, it's... calming. It's your aura, it is full of light." he said. Indeed, Rubix had an aura full of light, unlike his. His was a bit tarnished, it was grey, neutral. He had decided to ignore the paths of Light and Darkness and instead choose the path of in-between: the path of Twilight.
"I don't know what to do," Rubix said. However, probably unknown to him, four Dusks appeared behind him. "Eh, how about defending yourself?!" Mikael said as he threw his sai of light, Wishmaker, towards Rubix for him to use. The fire user was better at dual-wielding than using a single blade, but he knew it was the best. He activated his Hot Steel ability and charged towards one of the Nobodies, intending to cut it in half.
Rubix chuckled and scratched his head in embarrassment. This wasn't the first time someone had told him that he didn't look like a pirate. "It's okay, I'm not a pirate...I wanted to be, but," Rubix down to the ground, "The captain of the ship that the Heartless attacked said the same thing. He told me that was better than being trapped on a pirate ship." Rubix shrugged and took a deep breath and let it out. "I would have to agree, I enjoy not being a pirate actually. I like being me!"
Suddenly Mikael drew one of his sai and threw it to Rubix and caught it. Behind him were four Nobodies, exactly the same that he saw earlier in the day. Already Mikael dashed forward to attack one of the Nobodies. Stealthily, one of the Dusks slipped behind Mickael, intending to attack him from the rear. Rubix thought quickly out of his shock and lifted his hand toward the Dusk. Suddenly, instead of the dusk lunging toward Mikael, it unwillingly shot toward Rubix.
Before the Dusk could reach Rubix, the Nobody proved his strength and broke Rubix's grasp of telekinetic power, got onto his feet and slithered toward Rubix and tripped him, leaving him prone to attacks. Rubix tried to swing from the ground, but the Nobody would dodge every attack that he lunged at him. Then another two Dusks appeared next to him, making a total of six Nobodies attacking the young boys. The Dusks continued to trample on Rubix, leaving Rubix helpless in the fight.
From atop one of the higher buildings of Sunset Terrace, The Righteous Archer had been relaxing, sucking air through his teeth every now and then. Unaware until they actually began speaking, that there was even anybody else here but the local patrons. He peered over the edge to see the two young men, and as well, Four Dusks.
Almost by instinct, his Bow materialized into his hand, and he steadily took aim at one of the pesky Dusks, muttering under his breath.."Dude, not cool...you don't just swarm 'em, that takes away all the fun!"
Releasing his first arrow, immediately followed by a Second, piercing through the zippered heads of the dusks, sending them dissipating in furies of silvery whisps, arrows disintigrating as well.
He jumped down from the top of the building, taking aim once more, however not firing, merely coming to a stand at his feet, 10 feet to the left of the Mikael.
"Dude, just gonna let the Duskies get after your friend? Help 'im out bro."
It would be very hard to know that Braig was one of the Dark XII, after all, he was dressed casually in his street clothes, they were more comfortable anyway. He kept his aim locked on one of them, but made it obvious, by not summoning a new arrow, that he didn't plan to fire.

The flaming blade immediately cut the Dusk in two, making it disappear in white smoke. Mikael proceeded to end the life of another Nobody the same way, and the same white smoke. He suddenly turned and saw his friend on the ground being attacked by three Dusks. It seemed that he wasn´t good fighting with a sword.
"Rubix!" he said running toward him and the enemy trio. But before he could reach any of them, he saw two arrows launched into the same number of Dusks right into their heads. The fire user saw a man jumping down the building. He was the one who killed the pair of Dusks, obviously hinted by the bow in his hand. Mikael continued to advance and defeated the last of their foes. He helped Rubix stand up and then he turned toward the newcomer.
"Funny, that´s what I was about to do! Thanks for taking care of those two." He folded his arms across his chest and leaned at a wall. Mikael then turned towards his friend. "Are you alright?"

After the three Dusks were eliminated by two arrows that came out of nowhere and Mikaels blade, he got up on his feet with the help of his friend. Rubix dusted off his pants with his left hand, still holding Mikael's sword in his right. "Yeah," Rubix said a little embarrassed and handing the sai back to Mikael, "I'm fine." So much for being the protector of the Caribbean
Everyone around Rubix seemed to have had experience in fighting and seemed to have been doing it for a very long time. Whereas Rubix has tried to stay away from fighting, because there was no need for it when he grew up and how he grew up. When everyone pulled out their weapons showing sais, swords, bows, and gun, Rubix could only hold out his wooden spear and his on and off working telekinetic powers.
However after these thoughts passed Rubix, he just took a deep breath and shrugged it off. Things happened, and Rubix knew that. All you can do is to keep on moving with your life. What really distracted him though was the man who just saved him from a further trampling on the Nobodies.
"Thank you," Rubix said to the bow wielder, "Really, thank you both. You guys really know how to fight them baddies off eh?!" Rubix laughed. The man who just saved Rubix seemed nice enough, there was something about him, but the image of a street protector really drifted away from that initial suspicion. Rubix then looked up at the building, "So, just hanging out on roof tops your kinda fun?"
Seed had been on the rooftops as well...sleeping. Well, what else is he supposed to do now? All Elaeus wanted was a new person to join him.....like that would be an easy thing to accomplish. Seed needed a break every now and then. Well staying in your own town didn't necessarily count as a "break", but sleeping did.
While all the commotion was going on Seed was just spread eagle on the top of a nearby building snoring. Though not loud enough to be heard by the others on the ground. Of course a couple of Dusk and Creeper Nobodies decided to attack Seed in his sleep, lame. Well if anyone knew Seed they would have guessed that the sleeping Seed was nothing more then an illusion. They'd be right. Seed actually woke up about an hour ago, he just left an illusion of himself to see if any of the towns people would try and extract their revenge. but it was just some boring Nobodies.
"Why is it always boring Nobodies? Why can't humans take it upon themselves to get rid of me? Might as well placate myself" the real Seed said to himself with much boredom as he got up from his position from the building adjacent from the one the illusion Seed was on. He formed two Aeroga spheres in both his hands and threw them at two of the Dusks that were in his vision. The wind energy hit and sent them flying into the building beside the people on the ground, Seed then drew out his wooden staff from the darkness and started to run at the remaining foes.
"Not just Rooftops bro, anywhere I can get a bit of sun. Sunset is better for getting that nice bronze look anyway dudes."
Keeping it casual, though his eyes drifted up and to the side, the sounds of spells familiar and causing him to smirk a bit. Duskies and other Nobodies were sure on the move today. He turned his attention back to Rubix and Mikael.
"They're not that hard to annihilate, its fun target practice. So dude, you just like, have no will to live or something? Or did the Duskies really catch ya that much off guard?" As he spoke, he kept his Bow in hand, rather than getting rid of his weapon. These two really didn't seem to pose much of a threat individually, and even together, the one who was overwhelmed didn't seem to add much to the equation.
Braig's eyes found their way to Mikael, and he smirked, examining his weapons. "Pretty rad forks ya got there, but they are missing a point dude."
There was something of this newcomer that amused the fire user. Maybe it was his way of talking, or his sense of humor. But yeah, having this guy around would be interesting. "I prefer keeping my skin white. To be frank, I don't think a tan would go well with my eyes." he said to the archer. Mikael didn't know why he had this feeling, he wanted to fight more. Hmm, maybe it was that he was extremely bored.
"Well, I usually kill more Shadows than Dusks on a day, but yeah. And my friend here is right, there are tougher things than a wave of Dusks, like a Darkside or two." he shrugged. Indeed, many Dusks were attacking randomly. Earlier, he had encountered some of them at the Market Place. Now, more of them. Mikael didn't know if the fact that both Rubix and him were present at both assaults was a coincidence or not.
"Pretty rad forks ya got there, but they are missing a point dude." he hard the archer say. Yeah, they weren't really pointy, but at least they worked. "Well, they are different that the common sai. They have light and dark energy inside. Besides, they can defeat and sometimes kill, that being basically the point of wielding a weapon." Suddenly he saw two Dusks flying towards their direction. Would they ever give up?
Hearing the newcomer speak about how the Nobodies are easy to beat brought back the embarrassment back to Rubix. Rubix felt weak and insignificant, he actually wanted to prove to someone he could fight for once in his life. His stomach turned when the bow wielder asked if he had no will to live or if the Dusks actually caught him off gaurd.
"I, uh, never really fought anything or...anyone before really..." Rubix said looking down at the ground. It's not like he was ashamed of being a peaceful person, but rather felt looked down upon. Even so, something inside him started building up. An urge to prove to people that there was something in him to defend himself as well as others.
Then there were two white Dusks, again, heading in their direction. Why did they always show up? Is this a regular thing for them to show up when people are around? Any of all, the urge sprung out of Rubix instinctively. He suddenly grabbed a sai from Mikael's hand and threw it at a dusk, piercing it's white leathery looking body. Once it pierced it's body, Rubix ran passed Mikael and the bow wielder and stuck his hand out and suddenly the sai flew back into Rubix's grasps. Rubix then thrusted his hand forward to knock the pierced Dusk down to the ground and, with a swift movement, directed his telekinetic powers toward the second Dusk.
Rubix raised his hands this time causing the Dusk to levitate above the ground. Rubix held the sai back, ready to slice, and thrusted his weaponless hand toward him. The Dusk shot toward Rubix and once he was in reach, Rubix sliced the Dusk in mid air. Both of the Dusks were slain and Rubix was full of adrenaline, his heart was pumping like never before. It felt good to slay a dangerous creature for the first time.
"Now, THAT is what I'm talking about!" he yelled with joy, smiling at the two. He threw the sai back to Mikael and walked back over to them. Once he got back to them he took a deep breath and smiled. "Well, now that I got that out of my system."
