In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Underdrome? No, Xavier had never heard of the place. But he wouldn't miss the chance for a fight. All his past opponents were weaklings. His foe goes by the name of Elaeus. Strange name. Hmm.
Instead of taking the boat like the small red demon told him to Xavier teleported himself into the arena with his Psychic powers. He saw that his for has yet to arrive. How....boring. Xavier levitated himself in the air and crossed his legs and began to meditate. Focusing his power.

Hearing from slight whispers of some sort of prize, Elaeus decided to sign-up for the tournament. It wasn't the prize of Hades he was mainly here for; in fact that would be a bonus if the god doesn't try to be sly. The world was filled with enough devious individuals; he'll just ultilize his opponents for an advantage. No one knew much about the Dark XII personally except their counterparts. Besides adorning himself in the common black cloack used as protection from roaming the realm of darkness, he dressed himself as a commoner.
His bronze hair was pulled into a ponytail, which had a flaired appeal. Blue hued eyes wandered, while he took mental notes of the Underworld. It was a typical idea of a place where the dead goes; it was dark, ghostly, and grey. The foreboding feel of death didn't affect Elaeus, because he saw that he couldn't really experience death, since a heart is everlasting. His tanned hands were tucked in a pair of jeans. They weren't excessively loose, but the dark pants clung to his waist with a belt. A grey fitted sleeveless top clinged to his chest and abs as it was tucked in his pants.
Pushing up a pair of glasses up the rig of his nose, Elaeus nonchalantly stepped into the boat. His clothing held back his excessive dark energy from vibrating from him. The soft features on his face made him look young causing a mere stare to ensure the imp that he was in the tournament. An imp rowed it towards the arena named the Underdome. The Heartless was slightly focused at what was to come a head. He seemed aloof and calm, while ignoring the cries of the dead that flowed with the river he traveled on. Once hitting shore, he left the boat with a mere wave at the imp.
Entering his large eyes wandered the Underdome looking for his opponent. There he was levitating in meditation. Mentally, he chuckled at the relaxing nature of the other. With a little speed in his gait, a pair of tiger claws lightly tapped against his legs with his jog. Scratching his head, he looked around wandering when the match would start seeing no one, but the person he was going against.
Xavier still floated there when the voice and his opponent interrupted his peace. His focus may have looked to be elsewhere but it was focused on Elaeus as soon as Xavier sensed him approaching. Lifting his arms up Xavier began to move them in a ritual like manner. His fingers twitching as his arms moved all about his torso region. This was made to confuse or even Un-nerve Elaeus. Xavier knew it wouldn't work like that, more of a distraction really.
Then as if time stopped Xavier's arms froze high in the air. Then an invisible Telekinetic burst of energy shot out of Xavier's mind and at Elaeus. Best things about Psychics is that their attacks are un readable.

Hearing the command, his eyes scanned seeing Hades, the god of death himself, and the barriers encasing him in the ring with the levitating stranger. Seeing him move his arms about, a brow arched up as Elaeus started to think.
So he plans to stay up there, which means he most likely won't come in hand to hand contact with me. Already Elaeus was skimming through possibilities of this one's forte. Since he's so far, this individual plans to use long ranged attacks. Slowly Elaeus started to move, while scanning the individual looking for a weapon. Thus far he's weaponless, but that doesn't mean he can't summon one.
Being weaponless, staying from a far, and a lack of the sweet scent of a heart, the Heartless had already concluded that this nobody would most likely use some form of mythical attack. Whichever element he was going to manipulate was still a variable. Moving more, Elaeus decided he will make the other reveal with a charge. Grabbing his tiger claws, he ran up at the other only to be knocked away.
Finally...
Being pushed back by the energy, Elaeus landed on his toes after feeling his body hurtling into a back flip with a push of hands of the ground to soften and control the landing. The attack felt like an aero attack with its movement out of the blue within the air. This battle can be brief, but the Heartless wanted to see more of this opponent to find something he can use.
Again he charged at the other with a leap to slice and lash at this opponent, Xavier, with a pair of foot long tiger claws. The blades gleamed wishing to take an impact on the nobody.
Blood shed? If Hades wants it, so be it. Xavier quickly (and Telekinetically) moved backwards, he did get slightly nicked by the blades. For daggers those things are insanely long. His eyes still closed and still in a meditation form Xavier held put his arms in front of him and opened his hands with his fingers pointing upwards. Psych Disks formed one after another around his hands. Xavier's eyes shot open and the Disks were launched at Elaeus. As soon as one was gone another one took it's place and fired off.
His reflexes are good, I just hope he wont be dull with his logical thinking. Xavier though to himself as the barrage of Disks continued.

Tiger claws were delighted to make some contact, but enough wasn't made for satifaction as Xavier evade from pontential physical damage. Landing on the ground, Elaeus' fingers flexed around the handle of the trio bladed tiger claws. He watched the other with a focused look.
Being in a meditating stance, he needs concentration. In Buddhism, they seek intense concentration to reach the extent of the fullfillment of meditation. For this one, he uses it to empower himself it seems. In short, the source of energy he uses into elemental, since it flows and embedds with the individual too closely that concentration is hardly needed to use. For this one, it's practically mental...like a psychic energy.
The energy Xavier gave off was increasing to the point it was visible as it took the form of disks. Seeing them being launched, Elaeus started to dance away from them, while slashing at any of them that came to close. Unlike his nobody, Elaeus was lithe making him more quicker on his feet. The disks were mildly entertaining as they feel apart like shards of glass and some cut at his form.
Let's see how stable you will be now..
"HAA!" He sent an uppercut at a on coming disk, which summoned a sharp spike from the underground shoot up from underneath Xavier at the same time with his strike.
Xavier stopped the Disks attack the instant he sensed a slight vibration under the ground. Being a Psychic gave him a slight boost of all his senses. Though he could not tell if it was Elaeus or the arena itself causing it. Assuming both were the causes Xavier gave a slight telekinetic push of himself upwards. Doing a sort of flip he turned his body to were his feet were highest in the air, he needed to see if his theory was correct. It was. A rock spire came shooting out of the ground and towards Xavier. The Psychic was still being thrusted upwards so the rock spire only gave him a deep cut on his forehead as Xavier put his arms across his face. The spire stopped moving upward, with Xavier still on top holding himself up, not with his mind, but with his own sense of balance and inner focus.
"So. It seems you do have logical thinking and reflexes as well. But can tame your OWN mind? I wonder" Xavier said as he put his legs on the spire and leaped into the air and pushed himself at Elaeus. Fangs and Claws at the ready.

Elaeus was only slightly satisfied with the blood that stained Xavier. His nose wrinkled at the thought of how much of a waste this was. This opponent didn't have what he wanted and needed at the moment. He was only a psychic manipulator, and Elaues already had his fill days with Seed and his illusions. The geo-manipulator wasn't in the mood to humor one with mind games. Although, he doubted Xavier would have much to affect him with.
Elaeus snorted in response as he watched the nobody leap at him. The spire was still in Elaeus control. The Heartless charged at the other with six blades ready to destroy any part of the nobody that came first. The rock spire splitted in sharp shards as they picked up velocity to attack the nobody from behind.
The Heartless wondered one thing; should he indulge the god a nearly destroy this nobody or prolonge this battle. He wondered if he should indulge himself with....fun, Seed's favorite word to use. He would be telling him to have fun and feed off othe heartless desire of carnage. Charging at the other, he already felt...lighter.
(This may be a pit power played. If it seems like so tell me. Seed and you too Elaeus)
Xavier continued his fall to Elaeus. He swiped his claws at Elaeus's daggers only to have them clink together and bounce off each other. Xavier growled and twisted his body to try and move behind Elaeus. As he did he saw the rock shards flying at him. With a simple thought his Mind Crystal barrier activated and took the bombardment. The force of the multiple rocks sent Xavier flying to the shield that Hades put up. The tow shield collided and as the rocks continued to hit the shield they gave off a puff of smoke when they broke.
"Weak." Xavier whispered as the rocks ceased and he stood there in his shield and looked at Elaeus.
"Is that honestly the best you can do". A mock to really start the battle.

"Well if you weren't weak you wouldn't be needing that shield." Elaeus ignored the mock, because he knew the nobody was ignorant that he was dealing with a high classed heartless of the Dark XII. "You aren't worth the best..."
The arena started to break apart as Elaeus started to use it forming large boulders out of it. Holes and gaps were starting to make the arena look like ruins. Hard minerals started to encase the boulders. Seeing a strand of hair fall over his face, a slim finger slicked it back with the rest.
"Worthless nobody," Elaeus muttered lowly as he sent four large boulders coated with a harder mineral in a row by the command of a punch of his fist in the air. Each boulder would crash into the protective sphere. Turning on his heels the Heartless leaned against the barrier the trapped him in here.
