In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

A dark portal opened up in the streets of Traverse Town, out of it came the eleventh member of Organization XIII and his new friend from Twilight Town, Samael. The Nobody and the human walked out as the portal closed behind them.
Marluxia walked forward a bit to see if anyone might have noticed them, after seeing that no visible (or detectable) being was near Marluxia pulled down his hood and turned his head back to Samael.
"Welcome to Traverse Town. It's the main place people go when they are taken from their worlds by the Heartless, remember, those black creatures from before. But let us not dwell on that right now. Unless you want to of course, if not there is much to see here."
Marluxia was disgusted with himself and his pseudo-kindness, it pained him to do this but with this boy in such a fragile state kindness was going to be the only option right now.

"So you say...I'm not surprised that I didn't end up here. No let's not dwell on that. So why here of all the worlds you could've led me to?"
Samael asked his question straight forward wandering when he can get back to Twilight Town. He left someone behind Seth, a fellow elemental. He hoped the element won't get into too much trouble with his high hate for the humans.
His arms crossed over his button up top as he turned to look at the pink haired nobody.
Marluxia gave a slight chuckle. It seems that Samael has grown up a bit.
"Because Samael, this place is home to a very special fountain. It has three different backgrounds to it. One is simple, the other is just as plain. But...
Marluxia let his voice trail off. Was it really safe to give such knowledge to Samael so soon? Hmm, Marluxia crossed his arms and thought on it. Why not? If this boy was going to replace Rook and be Marluxia's new subordinate he would have to know every thing.
"The third holds a keyhole. One that leads to the very center of the world and its heart. But it is heavily guarded. By a massive heartless that, after defeating it once, will change into another stronger form." Marluxia kept his gaze set in front of him. He did not want to force Samael to do anything too dangerous. Not even Marluxia, or even Samael himself probably knew what the other could do.

"Why would a heartless wish to guard it? Does that same quite backwards, or is it simply taking the chance at the sudden expolsure of the keyhole?"
Samael found it hard the phantom a heartless to wish to protect something, a heart of all things. Wasn't hearts their primary and sole diet? His head titled to the side at the thought of it.
"You know so much of it, yet the heartless is still...around. Had troubles the last time?"
Tch. Marluxia would have expected Samael to understand why the Heartless guarded such a thing. It's because the keyhole leads to the heart of the world is why it guards it. If someone where to reveal the Keyhole, since the beast itself cannot, then the Guard Armour would swarm them.
"Simple Samael, because it cannot revel the keyhole itself. It needs someone to make it appear for it so it can send for a member of the Dark XII or another stronger Heartless to aid it in the capture of the heart."
The Assassin summoned Graceful Dahlia and looked towards the Gizmo Shop. Above it is the bell that reveals said Keyhole, but that is not today's goal. It is the capture of the Heartless that Marluxia desires.
"No trouble at all, all Heartless can only be truly killed by a weapon called the Keyblade. Which sadly I do not posses. However, if we can capture the heart that comes from this massive beast, then perhaps we can...persuade it to tell us what our enemies are up to."

"I see. I'm assuming the keyhole is unlocked, which seems a bit on the down side just to say the world itself hardly attempts to protect itself. Also how would you go by persuading the heartless, since we can't severly threaten its life?"
This concerned Samael since he had what heartless was greedy for, a heart. Looking down at his chest, he hummed softly before his eyes shifted towards Marluxia. He wondered how exactly would he answer that. For a moment, his thoughts wandered to Seth. They promised to watch after one another, since they were the only "mutants". Already he was making his own decisions without second thoughts for his new companion.
Following Marluxia, his hand were buried in the depths of his tight pockets. He eyed the weaponry the flora manipulator wielded; it was a spring colored sythe. So they were going to go against this heartless. Sure Marluxia's and Samael's gifts are related, but the youngest was weaponless. His amber eyes blinked at the prescence of a red butterfly resting on his shoulder.
"Just leave that to me.." Marluxia didn't want to go into great detail about what he was planing. His mind was to clouded from him leaving the Organization and dealing with being hunted down to deal with such trivial matters.
He made a head motion for Samael to follow him as the made their way to the Gizmo Shop. If they were going to capture this Heartless and ask it where to find the others, Samael will need to dig deep and find his true potential, for Marluxias sake anyway.
"Tell me Samael, what was your first impression of me? Back in Twilight Town..." XI needed to keep the time from seeming to drag on to not get the boy nervous. The Assassin never knew when Xemnas or even Ansem would decide to send on of their lackeys.

"Well, you felt familiar. Being dumped in the middle of that world, I was alienated. Actually if you didn't arrived, inner instincts may have kicked in or faltered. Either I would be bruised or those humans would be deeply ill. From the looks of it, their lack of technology wouldn't save them. With that you was an eye-opener."
Samael followed behind wondering why Marluxia was so interested, but he didn't question it. It must have some sort of logical reason.
(Its fine. I haven't yet gotten into my Marluxia, Samael muse yet either)
"Hmm, I believe there was a reason for your coming to Twilight Town and myself being there. Have I told you of Kingdom Hearts yet? If not remind me to later, that information will surely come in handy for you later. Ah, here we are. The Gizmo Shop." Marluxia looked inside to see if anyone was inside. Marluxia didn't want to be the cause for an alarm to blare, a crowd would only complicate things.
Opening the door and walking inside XI wondered why humans created such machines and could not make ones to defend themselves. He walked through the place and out the other door and stopped at the foot of the ladder that was to the side. He glanced at Samael and said,
"After I ring the bell three times I need you to look and see if the heart I mentioned is flying towards the fountain okay?" Marluxia grabbed a hold of the rope and began to climb up.

His brows puzzled in confusion. What was Kingdom Hearts? Already he was exposed to new questions and mysteries unknown. Although it may seem that the world's technology was nothing like Solace, Solace was behind as well. Never have he heard of anything named Kingdom Hearts. What was it supposed to be a Haven for Hearts?
The flora snapped out of it as Marluxia mentioned the Gizmo shop. Pushing the door, he followed inside finding it empty. Why was it so easy to walk in and out of any building? The worlds were as nonchalant as the God's Poison. Exiting the shop, he saw nothing but wall and a ladder leading to the roof.
What could be on the roof?
"After I ring the bell three times I need you to look and see if the heart I mentioned is flying towards the fountain okay?"
Samael looked up at Marluxia and simply nodded. Turning around, he squatted lowly look at the gleaming water in the fountain. What would this heart look like? Would it be like the organ or that heart shape decoration used on Valentine?
Marluxia finished climbing up to the top of the shop and noticed that several boxes had been stacked on top of one another in front of the bell tower. A simple throw of Graceful Dahlia and the boxes were cut up and out of the Nobodies way. Now he saw why the bell had been blocked off, there was police caution tape strewn across the bell as well as a pad lock and chains to secure it. So it seems that the humans had finally realized that a greater force was at work in their universe.
"So it seems this war will hit close to everyone's home and not just the Garden. Hmm, I wonder..." the Assassin asked himself as he sliced through the protective gear on the bell. He grabbed the rope and pulled on it three times, the fountain changing its background with each tug.
An ominous silence filled the area as the final bell ring ended, but why has no heart flown in to see the keyhole? Marluxia rushed over to the edge of the building to see what could be wrong. He glanced at the fountain and was shocked to see why, the keyhole had not appeared. But why?
(I was trying to tie the missing keyhole in with the last thread me and you had in Traverse Town, the one with Yulia and Amy. But I kinda lost my train of thought, xD)
Two orbs of green flames descended down from the dark starry sky. They slithered through the air and wagged their wispy tails back and forth, encircling eachother upon descension. One orb suddenly bumped into another, sending green sparks flying out. The other orb retaliated with a much more forceful bump. Even more sparks spewed out as the orb slowed down for one moment ... All of a sudden, the two orbs began to get into a sort of dog fight through the air. They swooped down very low, just barely flying above the water fountain in the way. And then the green flames torpedoed themselves across the district, flying straight above the head of Marluxia.
"Oooof!" "Heeeeey! OW!" The ghostly orbs lightly exploded as they crashed into the stone wall. From the explosion popped out Pain and Panic, who bounced off the wall and made a harsh crash-landing. The fatter imp's butt landed just barely next to the blue imp's vulture face. "Gaaah! Oh my gods!" Pain harshly picked up Panic by his horns. "What's the big idea startin' the fight up there?!" "Hey! That was all YOU! I was just making my graceful, heavenly descent." "Hold on a moment .... YOU! Marluxia?" The pink imp dropped his smaller partner. The two of them had some business to do with this mortal.

(XD That was our very first thread together. I was planning on bringing Amy back.)
Seeing an orb coming into view, Samael jumped up to his feet. This didn't look like any heart, but just a bundle of energy. Still the flora found himself responsible to tell Marluxia.
"Hey there isn't any heart coming, but something else-" his voice cut short watching the orb fly above him to the roof. Moving swiftly, he began to climb the ladder up the roof. Never had his body was fueled with so much adrenaline and pushed to rush.
"Hold on a moment .... YOU! Marluxia?"
Red butterflies were already becoming prominent, but they wilted once seeing a dreadful short devil talk directly to his guide. They know him by name. "Do you know those things?"
(It was...or was it the one in Twilight Town with Maverick and Elaeus?)
"Wha--oh. It's them." Marluxia said with a sigh when he saw that the two imps that served Hades had appeared. XI held his palm to his face when he heard the babbling of Pain and Panic, how Hades dealt with them is beyond Marluxia.
"Pain...Panic. I take it Lord Hades has gotten wind of my leaving of Organization XIII? If so, what is his offer? Why should I do dealings with the one who holds Demyx's soul in his clammy grasp?" Marluxia gave a quick glance at the keyhole, or rather where the keyhole should be before he walked over to Samael and helped him up the ladder.
"Yes, they are the only way to speak with the Lord of the Dead without actually going to his realm. Now, stay quite for a bit. I have an important deal to make." Marluxia walked back over to Pain and Panic and waited for their response.
Pain and Panic nervously watched the nobody help some wierd kid up the ladder. "uuuh. Hold up ONE moment!" The fatter imp yelped before turning away with his partner. "Psst. Who's that guy?" "Eerrr ... I dunno ... whoever he is, maybe we can get em' to come with us too." The two imps whispered in raspy voices. A two for one deal. Those are always great, specially when it's free. Pain and Panic's lips began to twist into toothy smiles, and their eyes slanted into a leer. They turned back around in order to face Marluxia and his friend.
"Oh, have WE got a deal just for YOU!" The gaunt imp hummed. "And fer yer little buddy there TOO!" Pain forced in. "No-m-n-ow- .... Noooow, how would you like to spend yer entire life ... lessness?" "Runnin' around everywhere, hidin' in the shadows? Specially when yer old goonie friends are on yer tail? Yaaaaawn." The two imps flapped their tiny wings and fluttered just above Marluxia's head. "Well listen, BUB! This'll be the only time you'll get a second chance! " "Come over ta Hades, and he'll insure a true life!" "Hey, we'll even help ya out personally here! Whatever ya need!"
