In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"It has been too long Relena, since last we saw each other. I hope you know my style of fighting or this match will be over too quickly for my tastes"
Yes, she would have to think quick on her feet like with Braig. She was going to guess that he preferred to hang back and use a defensive style of fighting. The way he was standing all cool and relaxed suggested that he felt safe, that he could not be harmed. However his facial expression changed from one of irritation to one of boredom, was he disappointed in feeling the power of her aura? Well she would just have to give him something to fight for.
"Did you know," Relena began to ask while putting her hand up to shield her eyes from something, "that under these stadium lights your hair looks a lot pinker?" She winced at the sight of his hair through her fingers, making it very obvious to Marluxia at to what she was doing.
Her eyes moved with the movements of the flower petal he summoned up, until it landed on his open palm. She then proceeded to watch as his scythe appeared, bringing her hand down to rest on her hip and laughing as she noticed that his scythe was also pink. Provoking came easily to her and she figured that in this case it might just help. If Marluxia was a defensive-type fighter she figured that she would make him attack her first.
She had to be careful though, surely the Organization XIII wouldn't have a member that was just defensive, though the best offense could be your defense, it was also true that you weren't going to win with just defensive moves alone. Marluxia had to have some offensive attacks as well, which was why he had a scythe, but did he know how to wield the scythe or just summon magic-based attacks with it? Right now the ground was her biggest problem, or else it was whatever could come flying at her from where Marluxia was at.
Anyone watching carefully would see several spheres slowly moving down into her boots. She would keep them there if some attack slowly came from the ground, but also kept others still hidden in her jacket in case he attacked directly at her. Already she had a weapon in mind for when he slashed his scythe at her and a different weapon for when he fired razor-sharp rose petals at her. But for now she was focused on any movement he made. If he had been fighting for a while and was very confident in his fighting skills he would probably have some sort of move for each attack, one that would let you know when it was coming, but one that you probably couldn't defend yourself from. So she waited for some sort of tip that any such attack would be coming.
(I'm going to borrow Rooks "mirror" post he did for mine, it's the only way I can see a pretty damn good post from me)
From Marluxia’s knowledge, Relena liked to use metal spheres in all of her attacks and defensive moves. So the Assassin could guess that she would stay back and let her spheres do all the work while she thinks of a plan. But XI was even more irked at the fact that she was standing all cool and collected with the hand in front of her face as a sign of mockery. Was she laughing at Marluxia from his aura? True, he was a little tired from his fights and still recovering from the recoil of his bout with Riku, but that does not mean that he will not give Relena a fight to forget.
”Did you know….” Marluxia began as he moved Graceful Dahlia to his back and his arm twisted to ready a deadly string of combos, ” that your face is a lot more revolting in this light?” Marluxia was never good at making direct insults to appearance, his forte was in mental and physical weakness mocking. Copying the wince he received from Relena to show that he was ready for any banter that might arise during the fight.
Marluxia ignored the laugh at his precise scythe and only rolled his eyes and suggested, ”If it would shut you up for at least one second,” the color of the blade of the scythe quickly changed to black. This was his carbon copy of his normal scythe, what makes this weapon unique is that it has the exact same strength of its original, ”Now will you shut up so my mind can be at ease?” Another key point about this scythe was that it was .32 pounds lighter than the original, though not a big difference, it will be that much easier to attack. But if Relena was wondering if the Assassin only knew how to use magic based attacks from it she was dead wrong. XI had honed his fighting skills the past three months from learning from his previous fights. What Marluxia was wondering was if Relena would be able to do the same, or is she just that much of a weakling? Surely the Dark XII did not have a member that only defended right?
His gaze caught the movement of tiny metallic objects moving down Relena’s leg and down to her boots. Those must be the spheres that Marluxia had read about, to be safe he did not want to rule anything out so he made three Sunflower petals ease out of his sleeve and spin around his boots as well, if Relena would use those as a weapon from below so would Marluxia. But since the Heartless didn’t seem to want to kick things off, Marluxia sent a very subtle breeze of Rose petals her way, the petals would still be very sharp, but since Relena would see the petals as an attack and react without even knowing how fast the attack was coming at her, she would release any trick she had up her sleeve.

Having her own insult thrown back in her face, it was a sign of weakness. What person could not think of their own original comeback? She smirked as her annoyance seemed to be getting to him. His pink scythe slowly became black and she giggled, "Despite changing your weapon to a black color it still doesn't change the fact that I know that under that black coating is still a pink scythe." Of all people, Marluxia was actually irked enough by Relena's words to change the appearance of his blade, that or she was already giving him a headache. Both scenarios were good ones.
She could feel his eyes on her, calculating her movements and thinking about her fighting abilities. Wonderful, Hades had paired up two people who fought with the exact same style and also thought the same, fighting wise. She watched him send flower petals at her and realized that he was sending forth the 'razor petals' she had heard of. They seemed slower than she expected. Honestly, she knew the speed of her spheres and knew how to judge their positions and how fast they were moving. These petals she had expected to go just as fast as her spheres but to her eyes they seemed slower, lagging for some reason.
While Marluxia may think sending an attack her way would cause her to release and move she had he was wrong. She was the kind to start with her lowest powered attacks first and proceed to build from there. She frowned wondering how she should play this battle. Would it be like Braig's battle or that Nobody she killed last round? This round could be deadly if she allowed herself to be pummeled by Marluxia's attacks until she caught him off-guard and sent at him everything she had. His attacks were deadly she assumed and letting them hit her could be deadly. Also, if she gave him everything she had at one moment there was no guarantee that she'd hit him. This round could also be deadly if she fought seriously. If she began to fight with all she had then she could tire out quicker and Marluxia could have the upper hand.
Low energy-based attacks might be good, and would give Marluxia the impression she was weak. In fact...a grin spread over her face as she planned out the end of this battle in her mind. Yes, she was rather good at pre-planning. In fact, Marluxia probably wanted to psyche her out, make her hastily make a decision and end up giving him an opportunity to strike. Instead of moving away like one would expect, she pulled two spheres out of her pockets. One on her hip and one on her right shoulder. She held one in either hand and smiled at Marluxia.
Her fingers moved quickly, the spheres snaked between them and slowly morphed into cards. She then tossed each card into the air and sent them spinning at the petals quickly. As they spun through the air and cut through the petals coming at her she felt something warm down her cheek. Still keeping the smile on her face she reached up and wiped off the blood dripping down the pale skin of her face. It left a red streak on her cheek but she didn't care, she was busy destroying the petals. Some hit her, but without any reaction on Relena's face. They were sharp and hurt, but she could deal with this pain.
After the petals were gone her spheres came back to her. They were back to being spheres, having changed back some time in the air, and she held them out to Marluxia. "Going easy on me? Come on, Pinkie, I can handle it." Anyone would have to be blind to not see the red smear on her cheek. On her clothing where also marks and cuts from some petals hitting her. Underneath her cloak were several cuts in her skin, each one bleeding the blood of a Heartless, a Heartless hungry for a battle.
Marluxia only looked in dissapointment. Did Relena really think letting herself get hit would make him assume she was weak and could not stay focused? Surely she had planned her strategy out to try and counter his attacks. But with a roll of his eyes Marluxia grasped his scythe in the opposite direction, making to blade move down to the gound and sway back and forth.
"It's not you I need to worry about, it would be the constant nagging from Elaeus should I chose to kill you..." Surpisingly enough Marluxia said this in a very bored tone. He didn't know himself if he was doing this to lure Relena into a false sense of secruity or if he was really this bored with this Dark XII member. But not wanting to give this girl anymore reasons to talk, Marluxia gathered a small amount of energy in his blade and swung it sending a black and pink energy wave in Relenas direction.
But just to be safe, Marluxia also leapt into the air and summoned some razor petals as well to make the girl dance a little. Should Relena dodge either attack, Marluxia would fall down with a flury of swings from his scythe.

It seemed she had succeeded part of the way. Yes he didn't buy her 'I'm a weakling' scam, but he bought the 'You're number 12, you're weak.' scam. He sent energy waves at her and then jumped into the air to bombard her with blows from above. She rolled to the left side immediately to prevent the energy waves from hitting her ahead of time. Yes, Marluxia would probably get a look of boredom in his eyes right now as he realized the fight was over. But Relena wouldn't let that happen. Her movements flowed together as fifteen spheres quickly lifted themselves into the air and melted together to form a thin, but sturdy, sheet of metal.
She stifled a yawn as she lifted the metal to block Marluxia's swings. Should she dodge or attack, Marluxia would fall down with a flurry of swings, should she block, he would be caught fighting at close range. To bits of steel then lifted up at the end closest to Marluxia and detached from the steel. They then formed two spheres and shot at Marluxia. She still kept her lightning to herself. Lightning was never listed as one of her powers before this tournament, so it should not be known to Marluxia that she could wield it. It was basically her trump card. That and well, some other things that made her grin as she held the steel sheet above her heard with one hand and controlled the two spheres with the other.
(Since you know my situation. I will not be able to make posts. If you want, you can declar yourself the winner and move on. Or you can ride the patience boat for about 0923580423758943 years as I try and find a way to get online. Either way is fine by me)
(Will it be alright if I post after I am done with my finals? I'm SOOOO sorry but finals are a must and I am making a long post for Marluxia here but I need to tap into his muse for it. SORRY AGAIN)

((I'm such a push over. Look, I'm not too happy about waiting this long to learn that I have to wait longer, especially when the fourth round is going on. Part of me would like to just move on as I planned to demand a win for Relena when this became the last third round battle going on. The other part of me would like to grant you more time, but this is all up to you. What do you say?))
(I will go ahead and give you the match. My reasoning for the Fourth round was that there would have been an odd number of people and then whoever won this face one of them and then the Final round would go on. But I see this as a chance for Marluxia to use this as an advantage. So I am sorry again, I never meant to make you this upset Sage.)
