In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"I got you!" Reiho said pursuing through the streets of the first district the one called Mr. Furball, a cat of snow white fur and a bit of overweight. Not what one would consider a fast cat, but was fast enough to outrun the self proclaimed detective.
She has been pursing the runaway feline since two days ago, running from place to place with no success. Unlike her, the cat knew traverse town like it's own paw. Be a small crack in a wall or a secret passage, he knew everything. Alas, now he was cornered in a dead end.
"Mr. Furball, you have been a worthy opponent, besting me in every match of wits we had ..." She pointed her finger at the cat. "However, this time I win!"
Darkness ... the sweet embrace of darkness. Since her arrival to Traverse town, Reiho's dreams were always darkness-bound. That incident, the end of the world as she knew, repeating endlessly like a cheap horror movie. And this time wasn't different...
"Oww ... bad idea"
After a few minutes dreaming about silly things, she finally recovered the consciousness. What she did was truly an unwise movement, to leap on a cat so focused in his capture than she forgot the wall that was preventing the cat's escape.
Now featuring a small bump on her forehead and a slightly bruised ego, she went to a grocery store, owned by a happily married couple. "I'm sorry, I lost the cat again" She said, excusing herself for failing again to retrieve the runaway feline.
The owner, a woman in her 40's who still showed beauty untainted by the natural process of aging, told Reiho not to try too hard. Mr. Furball was a very mischievous cat and soon or later was going to return anyway.
Reiho noticed that the woman's husband wasn't with her and asked "Ma'am, where is your husband?", noticing that behind her smile, she seemed to be troubled and worried.
The woman told her that she too was worried about him. He left to do some errands but he was taking too long, and in a heartless infested town like traverse town that could mean to be a victim of those dark dwellers
Now with an expression of seriousness in the face, Reiho said "I'm going to look after him" and left.
With no time to waste, she made haste and visited every place the man could be, hoping he was still in the first district and not in the other two.
Caxnon had been here along time, and so far, nothing strange had been happening. He decided to take a walk around the town. He felt strange for some reason, and tired. Caxnon continued walking through the streets, then something unexpected happened.
A person in a uniform suddenly bumped into him.
'' You seem to be in a hurry'' Caxnon said to the person.
The first district was bursting with activity that day. The number of refugees from destroyed worlds arriving to traverse town never lowered and by now it was common to see adventurers arrive and depart in their gummy ships. It was in that day Reiho was going to met a traveler as enigmatic as the mystery she was seeking to solve ...
"Mister shopkeeper, mister shopkeeper!" Reiho called for him. None of the people wandering the streets had seen him and now she feared the worst. Could have a heartless sneaked and attacked him? Or maybe he went to one of the other districts despite the risk involved in visiting those places? Finding him soon was of utmost importance. Time waits for none and taking too long to find him could be fatal.
She continued running around the entire district looking for him until due her rush, she bumped into a young man
Her being of smaller size and mass than the man caused her to bounce off the man a bit and the man himself remained unaffected.
Even if she was in a hurry, she had to excuse herself for bothering the man. Alas, the young man talked before her.
"You seem to be in a hurry" The blonde man said.
"Excuse me for bumping into you mister, a person is missing and I fear the heartless stole his heart" Reiho answered to him.
That small bump was all she needed to organize her thoughts. "Haste makes waste" said to herself and decided to think a bit instead of running everywhere aimlessly.
She gave a quick look at the blonde man and for a second thought she saw him before. Many travelers arrive to traverse town and it's not weird to see some of them staying for even months. Reiho herself lived for four years in the town and while she usually didn't bother to memorize the faces of the travelers, she felt that he stayed in the town long enough to become a familiar face
"Did I see you somewhere before?" She paused a bit before continuing "Never mind, have you seen the husband of the grocery store owner? He's the person I'm looking for and I’m afraid he could be in danger"
'' Nope I don't think so. Wait Heartless you say? Well...that is bad.'' Caxnon said
If this person needed help he might as well lend a hand, besides he had nothing better to to do. And saving a life was always worth it. He took a quick glance around the area, then turned and faced the girl.
That man was really something. The moment Reiho mentioned the heartless, he showed great interest in providing some help. Maybe he lost a beloved one to the heartless? She thought as the man quickly scanned the area.
"Come on then" The man said, facing Reiho and looking straight at her eyes. Those penetrating eyes showed a strong determination and confidence, so Reiho decided to trust in the man and accept his help.
The man immediately started running down the streets and Reiho followed. The missing person had to be somewhere; nobody disappears without leaving a trace.
"H-help!" A voice echoed through the streets of the first district. It wasn't be voice of the man they were looking but a kid's, who ran away desperately from the door leading to the third district, and following him were the vilest creatures ever spawned in this world: Heartless, of the soldier variation, six of them in total.
Could that be a clue about the whereabouts of the missing man or that was an isolated incident? The answer to that question had to wait as stopping those foul creatures was a bigger priority.
"Mister adventurer, if you know how to fight, help me to protect the town!" Reiho told to the blonde man. Adventurers were a dime a dozen and many strong looking ones fell as easily as a common civilian against the forces of darkness. She wasn't going to blame him if he refused to fight, she herself had to run away from those monsters before she become strong enough to deal with them.
Even if the enemy were just six soldier heartless, being careful was always important. Many of the adventurers who fell prey of the heartless died for being overconfident of their abilities.
Having said that to the blonde man, she tightly hold the grip of her wooden sword with her right hand. In those four years living in traverse town she saw many people die and she was determinated to defend the hearts of the good people of traverse town, those who lost their homes and helped her to adapt to this new world when hers was consumed by darkness.
Caxnon put his hand out and stopped the girl from advancing.
'' Hold on, I'll go first'' he said.
And with that he quickly drew out his gunblade. It had been a long time since he fought Heartless, maybe If he was lucky, he still knew how to beat them. He charged at the three of the soldier Heartless, ready to attack.
He slashed the first one causing it to fly towards the other two. He flillped his gunblade to the sharp side, then with one quick attack he destroyed the two Heartless in front of him.
He knocked the other one into the other group to make them lose balance, then he jumped back to the girl's side.
Impressive, simply impressive. Reiho didn't even move a finger and the blonde man already dispatched in a blink of an eye two soldiers and heavily damaged a third one, using it as a projectile that threw out of balance the remaining group of soldiers.
The blonde man was a true adventurer. Many of them were all talk, zero actions, but he was really skilled. Not many can dispatch heartless with only a few skillful swings. He was truly a master of the use of the ... gunblade?
That weapon brought some memories to Reiho. In the town once lived a man of name Leon, and he too wielded the gunblade. A champion of justice, he was always devote to protect traverse town until the day he simply left along his friends some time after the boy with the spiky hair appeared and received his 5 minutes of fame after destroying the guard armor heartless.
"Are you an acquaintance of Mister Leon? He uses a weapon similar to yours and nobody I know other than him uses that kind of weapon" Reiho said parrying the kick attack of a soldier before delivering a precise blow to its head, right where the unprotected eyes lies, causing it's return to darkness.
Kitty glanced around Transverse with bored and uninterested eyes. She had settled herself on a bench and watched families pass by her without a glance, but then again, that wasn't anything new. People always gave her looks. She was different, and they were afraid of different.
Kitty sighed and leaned her head back. The sky was a brilliant blue. The sun was brilliant. There were birds chirping in the distance. Everything was beautiful and calm . . . much to calm. Kitty's hand went to the sword she carried with her, and she glanced around. Transverse was usually never this calm. Not since the Keyblade wielder Sora had first stepped into the town. Heartless continued to pop up, and the bad aura was so heavy in the air that it burned her skin.
Kitty glanced around. Everything seemed normal, and then, that was when she felt it. It was hot and prickling on her skin. Kitty smiled and unsheathed her sword.
"Well, it's about time. Time to go hunt some Heartless."
Kitty jumped up from the bench, laughed and ran towards the town square.
( Hey I didn't expect to see you in the threads this soon. Welcome kitty)
'' Well I'm kind of the only one other than him who has it. The gunblade wielders all died. I guess, were all thats left.'' Caxnon said.
He was able to swiftly dispatch of most of the attacking heartless with ease. He dodged when he could, and kept his eye on the girl next to him. Three Heartless, suddenly appeared behind his companion.
He wasted no time in freezing two, then cutting them in half. He kicked the other one into the air, and sliced it in two as soon as it came down.
Caxnon suddenly felt a strong arura coming their direction.
Reiho was a bit disappointed; she really hoped the blonde man knew about Leon. Since the stoic gunblade wielder left Traverse Town, things got a bit harder for the population. No longer was he present to save people from danger and very few people in the town had any fighting ability. True, it was selfish to want him back despite he was now in his real home, but the people of the town always relied in him and his friend Yuffie to deal with the heartless and they were now gone.
After answering her question, once more the blonde gunblade wielder proved his might destroying the remaining soldier heartless. The young self proclaimed detective couldn't stop being impressed by his skills, he alone defeated most of the dark ones while she only defeated a single soldier.
The intruders were already dispatched and now was the moment to inspect what exactly happened ... or that was what she was planning to do as the powerful warrior warned her about an incoming presence.
"Another heartless?"Reiho turned back and what she saw was a girl running to their current location, armed with a long sword.
Anyone can wield a sword, but not many can use it properly. So the young girl decided to warn the other girl about not getting too close to the battle site as she could harm herself.
"Wait, this area is dangerous" She shouted at the sword wielding teenager. It was true that the six starting heartless were already slain, but more appeared and nothing warranted the safety of the area, at least until she could inspect what went wrong and how those heartless infiltrated in the first district.

(Thank you for the welcome, Caxnon.)
Kitty smiled when she saw the number of Heartless and popped her neck.
"Well, well, it's about time I got some exercise." Kitty smirked and crouched down. "Let's play!"
Kitty lunged forward, sword pulsating with power. She jumped in the air, raised her sword above her head and swung it down. As she did, a wave of orange fire shot from the sword. While Kitty landed, she clenched her muscles and charged forward, slicing the Heartless that her blade had struck.
She spun around and kicked the Heartless and jumped back. She turned to face the gunblade wielder and smiled.
He focused his attention on the rest of the Heartless. He charged at the remaining creatures, and quickly killed 2 more with a single swing of hie gunblade. Why were they dieing so quickly? The used to be harder.
Caxnon took care of one more Heartless, then he noticed that there was only one left. The rest seemed to be heading for an old man.
'' Hey I think thats our target.'' he said while pointing at the man
The girl ignored Reiho's warning, but she had nothing to worry after all. The odd girl's blade wasn't there just for show and made quick work of a heartless.
Kitty Larkson? That name sounded familiar, but there was no time for having doubts.
A few seconds after Kitty introduced herself, the blonde man pointed at a location where heartless appeared and said "Hey I think thats our target.".
Indeed, there was an old man there, so the self proclaimed detective ran after him, dodging the heartless and put herself in front of the old man. The fighting ability of the blonde man was great than hers, so she found more strategic to take care of defending the old man while the gunblader and the girl of name Kitty dealt with any other stray heartless.
The old man wasn't the one she was looking for, but she was going to protect him anyway.
"Take shelter inside a building!" The girl told at the old man. She stayed fending off those creatures of darkness as the old man ran inside the accessory shop. With all the non battle capable people already taking shelter, all what was left was to destroy the remaining heartless.
The Nobody simply nodded at the girl. But when he turned around, it seemed that Rehio had it under control.
Caxnon turned and faced the remaining heartless. There were only three left. Which was good, seeing as how they weren't a challenge. The gunblader quickly sliced two of the Heartless, then spun around and knocked the other one into an alley. An for some reason it didn't come out.
