In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

(( OMG! IM SO SORRY! Im such a dolt, My bad *pokes self several times* we good? xD))
"Do not think you are the only one with another side."
“You mistake the fact in thinking I care” This new ego was calm, collected and dangerous. “ You are not my target, leave me alone.”
Dawa could feel the darkness growing in Lyons hands, his arm numbing, Dawa wasn’t going to fall for such a stupid trick. “ Hah, you cant hurt what is just shadow” and with that he let a foot connect with his shadow on the floor, instantly he became intangible, floating him and his sword through the actual body of Lyon. At this point, just as they passed through each other, the darkness that was Dawa and the good that was Darkun might have been felt. And it was obvious who was winning the inner battle at the moment.
“STOP”
Dawa quickly phased into his shadow, the shadow sprawled along the floor, landing a few feet in front of Antique. “ You” he turned his head to the side, so that one of his envious green eyes could be seen by Lyon. “ Are a nuisance” with that a hand floated to point at him. The shadows cast by the buildings nearby heeded the unspoken command, flitting in front of Lyon and quickly rose into a large black wall. The shadows quickly solidified, unless Lyon acted quickly, he would be trapped on the other side of the wall.
Dawa didn’t wait to see if his plan worked, he turned his attention back to Antique. “ You abandoned me, you forgot about me… You don’t even know who I am” Dawa cried, he had /all/ the memories, Darkun however, only held a very small few. “ Why…” he lifted a blade above himself, shadows leaked from it, the shadow energy stored in this blade was about to be dispersed all at once. Launching it down towards her head, the strange three blades warped lightly, spreading out to the sides, there were large strands of shadow leaking from it.
His other hand moved to his temple, obvious there was a big struggle going on inside, his left eye flickered that azure blue, it looked terrified, it screamed out an unspoken help, a tear trickled out of the eye before it turned back to the evil green.

As Darkun floated through him he felt an odd sensation in his heart. This man had no control over his own actions but still realized what he was doing, much like himself. The light in him was losing at an immense degree and unless he regained control he would have to kill him.
As shadows ran along the floor and created a wall in front of him he concentrated for two seconds before using shadow step to appear in the shadow of a different building a few feet behind Antique's position.
In that few seconds he saw the blade come down once more and Lyon raised his two hands and shot out several dark tendrils from his fingers wrapping around the wrist and throat of Darkun. "Tell me Darkun, will you become like me and forever exist in darkness hating everything? Will you let that which is yours control you and use you as it pleases? You and I are very alike and I don't want you to end up like I have. So if you can still hear me, take back control and teach whatever it is inside of you a lesson!" His voice started quiet but still hearable and it rose to a shout at the end. If this didn't work he'd have to resort to force.
“ You abandoned me, you forgot about me… You don’t even know who I am!"
Fuchsia eyes widened in sorrow and in confusion. Though she didn't verbally protest, Antique was desperately searching through her memories for this person--going through every face of every person she had encountered in her lifetime, and yet she came up short. Her memories were incomplete, she knew--her earliest memories were those of a burning orphanage. She had some vague memories before that, but even when she tried to look past them, the mist seemed to thicken into fog. But there were feelings there, emotions, that she remembered. And that was all she had.
But it seemed her trip down a holey memory lane was going against her, especially since she was probably inches away from getting her head sliced off. She gripped Clarent, and swung it above her quicker than she thought she would, the blade singing and clinging like wind chimes as it hit against the very strange and very odd looking weapon that Darkun wielded. Though the weapon was disproportionate to her and seemed heavy, she wielded it with an ease that looked almost unnatural.
She caught the struggle in Darkun's eye, and averted her gaze momentarily, almost guiltily, focusing her energies into Clarent, holding the other back. And then more shadows--she could see the tendrils of Lyon around Darkun's wrists and neck. She was...not used to being protected like this, nonetheless. It was an odd sensation. Fuchsia eyes shot Lyon a very grateful and sincere look--she had no idea what this talk about other's was...but she wasn't sure she liked it.
They both seemed to play with darkness, but oddly enough, Antique showed no fear at this--for whatever reason.
Her focus turned back to Darkun. Quickly sliding Clarent off to the side, she swiftly took a step inward like she would have for an attack.
Clarent on her side, Antique stood on her tip toes to hold Darkun delicately, as if he'd break. She knew very full-well that she was vulnerable--she shut her eyes, and sang, very softly, almost inaudibly.
"Knowing the song I will sing, 'til the darkness comes to sleep--Come to me, I will tell you 'bout the secret of the sun."

So if you can still hear me, take back control and teach whatever it is inside of you a lesson!"
Darkun could hear him. But he couldn’t fight against the overpowering shadow that was Dawa, the tendrils wrapped around Dawa’s neck, but if this Lyon was a shadow user like Dawa he should know it was useless. Shadows are different to darkness and heartless. Heartless listen to the darkest heart… Shadows listen to the one that originally used them. He couldn’t use this guys shadow against him.
The blade was struck by the blade of Antique; it made an odd clinging sound. He was standing on his shadow, he was just gathering shadows to his other hand to send a spike up through antiques chest when it happened. She moved to the side… She held him.
“Anti…que” the broken voice came out, his eyes constantly flitting from green to blue; it was obvious the struggle was getting harder. That is when Antique tipped the balance.
"Knowing the song I will sing, 'til the darkness comes to sleep--Come to me, I will tell you 'bout the secret of the sun."
Darkun broke through, one of his eyes changing to a permanent blue, the other constantly flickering from blue to green. “It's in you, not in me but it does not mean a thing to you”
The other green eye slowly changed to blue. Darkun’s blades glimmered lightly. They shimmered, then they turned black, fading, dissolving like Darkun had in Antiques dream, they disintegrated into small tendrils of shadow, leaked into the sky and were gone. “I’m…Sorry” he spoke, Darkun had just gained a few memories of Antique, through Dawa he was able to obtain a snippet of his past, that did not help the situation. “I promised I’d protect you… and I just tried to hurt you” he spoke solemnly, his eyes streaming with the oceans tears. He was held in an embrace, he placed his head on her neck before whispering to her. “I… I know you”

Lyon called back the tendrils of darkness as they flitted back into his fingers. With that he took a few steps back and rested against the back of the wall. He coughed onto his sleeve to see some of it was blood. Without the will of his inner side the darkness couldn't be his and he'd only hurt himself using it. He closed his eyes and rested for a few seconds unsure of what would happen next.
(short I know but I can't muster up much with Lyon)
He had promised to protect her? Antique couldn't remember anything or anyone trying to protect her. But she sensed in his words that he was completely sincere--that, she could tell. She was so used to doing the protecting, risking her neck and life and wellbeing--she didn't remember what it was like to be protected. Or that promise.
She kept holding him delicately as if he would break, and shut her eyes, trying to remember. Deep down, she knew him. Time had passed by, and memories had faded--as much as she tried to remember, it was almost impossible. It was like there was a brick wall.
"I'll figure out who you are...better yet, how I know you," she said quietly. Eyes fluttering open, she found Lyon, and whispered "thank you" to him--she probably wouldn't have lived if it hadn't been for his help. Now she owed him. He looked...a little bit pale.
Her eyes narrowed in concern. Was he okay?
Darkun was crying. Gently pushing up his face from her neck, she pulled out a handkerchief and pressed his cheeks with it, smiling softly.

Darkun was done with all this, it was becoming too much, because of Dawa he almost hurt the one from his past, the one shrouded in mystery. “ I’m sorry” he spoke slowly. Then he raised his head and looked over to the pale looking Lyon. “You can’t control it in that form can you? It’s difficult… I know, but don’t let the other you win. You mustn’t, it’s a fate worse than death to watch by the sidelines as everything is killed.” His tears stopped, he looked back to Antique.
“I can’t promise your safety anymore… I’ll… I’ll come back when I can…” And just as Antiqued had been holding him so fragile that he wouldn’t break, he did, just as the handkerchief touched his cheek, his cracked, fragmented, slowly chips of him fell to the floor and his shadow engulfed him, leaving Antique in an embrace with the air.
“I will… Fulfil my promise” the words hovered in the air, and the shadow on the ground darted in several directions, obviously Darkun was gone, but he meant what he said… He would find a way to control Dawa, and then he would come back. Then and only then could he be near Antique.

Opening his eyes at Darkuns words he chuckled slightly as he left. "Heh, for him to lecture me..." Lyon smirked slightly and winced again as the pain came. Apparently he was a bit more than pissed about him using it. He wanted blood as always, wanted those two dead and was already robbed on one. He would end up trying to get out but he wouldn't let him, not now.
"So tell me, just how did you know the guy. It was obvious you two weren't familiar friends." Lyon's voice was loud enough to be heard by Antique but it sounded like he was slightly in pain.
“I can’t promise your safety anymore… I’ll… I’ll come back when I can…”
Antique watched him disappear before she was able to utter a single protest. Arms dropping to her arms limply, she uneasily stumbled back wards, her eyes looking at the ground. Tears had collected in her eyes again, and seemed to fall of their own accord. She felt them, like warm ocean water slip down her cheeks. Rubbing her face with her sleeve she willed them away.
She knew she knew him. Just not from where or how. Sure, she could be scatterbrained at times, but she never forgot a face. Ever.
Slipping Clarent back into her belt, she sighed.
"So tell me, just how did you know the guy. It was obvious you two weren't familiar friends."
Antique glanced up, the whites of her eyes red and slightly puffy. She heard the pain in his voice and immediately walked over to him--she didn't think that Darkun could have inflicted any damages...not that she remembered, but it was always good to check.
"You know...I really don't know how I know him. I just know...that I do. And that he's important," she said, and lightly touched her for head. "I'll figure it out soon," she sighed, and smiled up at Lyon. In a leather pouch on her side, she pulled out a glass vial with a blue liquid.
"It's not much, and I fully intend to thank you somehow a lot better than this, but take this potion," she said, and paused, smiling. "I won't take no for an answer," she smiled softly, knowing that somewhere, Lyon was hurt. She could sense it in his voice.

Lyon chuckled slightly and his face grew rather sad as he started to speak. "I wonder if it would be good to forget everything about my brother. He'd probably be able to live happier without me knowing who he was." Lyon laughed a sorrowful laugh at the thought.
"It's not much, and I fully intend to thank you somehow a lot better than this, but take this potion, I won't take no for an answer"
As he took it from Antique's hand he shook his head. "Such a silly girl, do you believe me to be hurt externally? Though it won't stop it, it will at least numb myself to the pain. As for paying me back I wouldn't worry about it too much." With that said Lyon drained the vial quickly and stood up as the pain started to numb.
Placing his free hand against the ground he stood up once positioning his legs. "To be reduced to such a state from not even a tenth of my power. Seems I'll have to watch myself more carefully. For now it'll just be me and Nanato, I'll leave the darkness to itself until I've taken back control. So tell me Antique, why exactly are you in such a place as Traverse Town, even if you're trained there's still many dangers here. Why not set off for Twilight Town or Radiant Garden. All I've seen in Twilight Town is some marginal Heartless and Nobodies. Radiant Garden just has people inside the city." Lyon spoke rather carefreely as if talking to an old friend. Of course it was a facade though, he didn't want to put to much trust in someone even if they said they owed him something.
Antique frowned, "I don't know about that. Naoya, your brother, right? He was in Traverse Town earlier, and he was looking for you. Mentioned something about an angel residing in him? I didn't understand it," she said. "He seemed like an alright guy," she paused and looked at him. "I wish I could offer something of comfort...but I doubt anything I could say would cheer you up..." she said, looking a bit uncomfortable.
She looked through her pouch, thinking that perhaps she had something else that would help. "Alas, I have nothing stronger than regular potions...Would you like more?" she asked. "I don't know how your wounds work," she blushed.
"Oh? Traverse Town?" Antique chuckled, "I'm not really sure. I just kind of ended up here. I'm not in a position to leave quite yet..." she said, eyes wondering as he told her about different worlds. This was the first time she had heard about other places, at least, with names. "But, as they say, grass is always greener on the other side. I don't mind it here...I've made alot of good friends."

An angel huh, seems his brother got the better end of the deal when it came to beings resting inside you. "Don't worry about it, I don't need something to cheer me up. I'll just be sure to be rid of the creature inside, perhaps then I'll be happy. As for the wound, it can't be cured by any potion. The easiest way to describe it is that it's mental pain that inflicts physical pain. The only way to remove it is remove the source or drop dead." At the end of his statement Lyon laughed sadly again. Even now he was trying to laugh. He wondered what it would be like to be unable to laugh. He'd probably of killed himself a long time ago if it weren't for his laughs.
"Well if you ever want to travel, come find me. I'll be sure to show you some of the other worlds. Though some aren't as home to me as this one is." With that said Lyon popped his neck to get rid of the stiffness. "Well Antique, my brother is waiting for me so I'll have to speak to you another time. I bid you adieu." With that said Lyon went walking in the direction of the nearest alley and took a turn around it and just like that, he was gone.
