In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Caxnon simply Sighed. '' Kousei, Axel isn't going to help you, at all. Whatever benifit you think you will get from is nothing. There no the type to help anyone'' the nobody stated. He was doing it again, underestimating his opponents. How could some one have such a massive ego?
'' Your plan could work, If you were able to make people doubt their ways. Not everyone is who you think they are, you don't completely think things through..that is your major flaw.'' Caxnon said.
He wanted to say more, but he decided to let Yuri speak first.
She thought about what he said for a little bit. Maybe he was right. Lately the shock of becoming a girl affected her thinking. Before she would put through every option and have a plan set out for each possible outcome. Sometimes it got so radical she ran out of characters to put the plan in front of and had to make code plans like AH and Zd. Those were the times when her act was flawless and everything literally did go according to plan. Mostly because for every action there was a plan for it to come to. It was like a never ending tree that he managed to climb to the very top every single time. She should start doing that again. Right now wouldn't be too bad of a start either.
"Hm. I do see your point. I guess my successful thoroughness got to me and I started becoming more and more slacking. I think you may be onto something there."
Could this be the test? Admitting flaw. Maybe that was the final test. Or maybe the test was to make me remember my old ways? Well it's a valid point and I can't deny that. But there's also plenty of counterpoints I could go through this with. I could simply say that it simply makes me feel better to have confidence in five backup plans rather than five million. No. That's not a sufficient enough reason. There's also the lack of motivation issue. When everything goes as you plan you anticipate everything and the suspense is gone along with the joy. Thus affecting the plans making every single on rotten. That could be a sufficient enough reason. But wait... I'm obviously thinking this through. So wouldn't I just be arguing something against my own belief? Hm. Yeah I guess that may be rather pointless. An argument would turn around, cause friction, and I'd lose my first recruit before I had time to receive the second.
"Come to think of it. You're exactly right. If I were to just think things out a bit more and assume all of my opponents are to godly lengths. Than I guess I would preform much more efficiently. So tell me. Is this for selfish reasons? As in you just want your partner to be more efficient so she won't hold you back? Or is it some other reason? Do you just believe that I needed a lesson taught to me? Etc."
This question had just jumped right into her head. After all the thinking it wasn't too smart to simply ask something like that. But it was a question that would also help him learn more about his teammate. But again, it would be a smart idea to assume no one tells the truth about himself. Because clearly the redhead, Axel, managed to trick him into thinking they liked helping. Of course he in all honesty he did happen to do that same thing.
'' Thats up to you to decide'' Caxnon said. He wanted to argue a bit more with him, but something else caught his attention. There were many things that Kousei didn't know, but he thought it would be bset if he kept them to himself..at least for now.
Caxnon stared walking towards Yuri and stopped in front of her.
Instead of saying anything however, he just yanked her out of the way, as a rather large group of heartless nearly jumped on her.
The nobody simply drew his weapon without saying a word.
Yuri was far too busy thinking to even notice the heartless. Yet another stupid mistake. But her successes helped her in the end because Caxnon pulled her out of the way just in the nick of time. She expected he was trying something again and was about to fight back right when he let go and pulled out his sword. Than looking where she was standing she saw a big group of heartless there. Reaching at the waist she realized she neglected to bring her sword. Her trick sword would have come well in handy here but she forgot it. Time to think of an actual battle strategy.
Hm. Blizzara would freeze them in their place while he could simply just slash away. Fira is out of the question. That would only knock them back, I'm here to immobilize them, not make it easier for them to dodge. Gravira may work best. They would be compressed to the ground and strapped there making him able to just stab into the ground. It's a dispute of Blizzara and Gravira. Hm. Well, Caxnon may get in the way if I use Blizzara because he's directly in front of me getting in the way of my range and I'd only be able to hit a couple. So I guess the way to go is...
"Gravira!"
She yelled out as a large sphere of darkness came down on the group of heartless which would pin them to the ground long enough for Caxnon to easily take care of them with no troubles.

" Just as I expected. He has some magic power, maybe this could help me. Considering the fact that he has a bit of protection, this might work'' Caxnon thought.
The nobody looked at the heartless, then at the second district entrance. This would be kind of hard. But it was an experiment, so no harm could be done right? He put away his weapon then faced Yuri.
'' Well I see you have things under control, in that case'' Caxnon said. Seconds later he covered himself in darkness then vanished.
( Note: he didn't leave the thread. My next post after yours will explain)
(Warning. Some geographical science/ physics knowledge required for this to make sense)
Great. The whole point of it was simply so he'd have it easier with killing them all. Darn that Caxnon. What could he be doing? Maybe realizing I had strength in more than just words scared him off? No, even with my magic he still exceeds me in combat. Could this be the test? Yeah. It may be so. I rarely ever have trouble with heartless due to my evil intentions, but once I start getting considerate heartless attack so he ditches? Could he simply want me to learn to fight better? Maybe he just has other stuff to do? Not everything has to be so complicated. Either way. I have to figure out a way to get these guys gone and gone fast. Let's see. They're trapped in the ground. So any hand to hand would be useless, I couldn't beat them that way anyway. Fira would be protected by the stone. But I could simply melt them. But that would drain me of all my power just for this little group. What if more come? I can't risk it. Graviga would also be useless since they're already pinned. Blizzara could be somewhat useful? Maybe if I could get ice through the cracks. That could freeze the rocks, and trap them in it. But ice melts. But, it also expands rocks. So if the ice expands, the cracks expand, they explode. Yes. Perfect.
Kneeling down to the ground at a safe distance from the group she put her hands to the ground. Focusing and pointing them a bit diagonal towards the group the rocks started getting colder. Eventually through the cracks Ice would be seen flowing. After the whole area the heartless on the ground was covered she stood up breathing a bit hard from the magic use. Running out of time she thought to herself and realized that she had to add he own pressure. Stomping on the ground as hard as she could she would shift the rocks a little bit increasing the speed.
"... Boom"
She said to herself with a little smirk. It was fun to do stuff like that. Right as she said it, just as she predicted, the rocks started snapping, all mixing to create a bit of en explosion. With the heartless inside of them. Thus heartless also exploding. With a smile of being proud she looked around. Having a feeling that she may have been watched. She highly doubted Caxnon really left, probably just went out of sight. She couldn't see anyone really but acting like she could wouldn't hurt. If he was in hearing distance than that means she was right. If not no one would hear meaning there would also be no harm in it.
"You can come out now. The scary beasties are gone"
She said referring to Caxnon with a bit of a laugh. Making fun of him for run away by using sarcasm.

Caxnon arrived at a building not too far away from Kousei's position. He wanted to see what the guy could do, but once again he was impressed. He was about to return when he suddenly, felt something strange, he felt a jolt of pain go through his head. Before he could stop himself he was on his knees, what was going on?
'' Oh..no'' was all Caxnon managed to say as he realized what was happening.
Several memories of the past few months rushed through his head...but there was one problem...the images..were going backwards. It kept on happening again and again. Untill finally the pain ceased.
Darkness suddenly surrounded the nobody, and before he knew it he was standing in front of a girl..panting.
He rubbed his head before speaking.
''Um..your..Yuri right?..you seem familiar, have me met?'' Caxnon asked the girl.
He couldn't remember anything, but then why did he know this girls name?
As Yuri saw Caxnon reappear in front her she smirked. Obviously he knew she was more capable than he estimated her to be. But there was something strange. He was panting. A sure sign of exhaustion, probably physical due to the heartless attack. But than he started talking and everything changed.
Hm. He's panting meaning there is some sort of exhaustion. It could be mental, physical, or spiritual. And either way it has to be something powerful to make his so tired. If physical makes more sense due to the fact that there was recently an attack. And he was drawn into darkness meaning that maybe he was attacked by even more. Maybe they took him into the darkness to fight him nearly endlessly. But he can also control the darkness. Spiritual would involve major magic use, and due to darkness enhancements of spiritual tolerance and his strong sword, it's very unlikely that it's any spiritual thing. Mental is just as likely as physical. Maybe this darkness can't be taken in such large doses or there will be a strain on the mind. That would explain the sudden amnesia. But a time paradox through darkness could also explain it. If his attack theory in darkness was correct he has no idea of knowing whether he was fighting for two minutes or two hundred years. Thus a person could easily be forgotten. Hm. So either there was a mental strain or something happened when he went into darkness. But he did happen to know he was going so it was somewhat voluntary, meaning an attack was much less likely. He knows his limitations, he wouldn't jump into an attack like that. Meaning it has to be something mental.
Being fully aware that a mental strain can cause someone to forget things temporarily than not playing along would simply make a mental strain worse with confusion. And if his mind collapses Caxnon will be no use to Yuri. She had to simply play along until he remembered.
"Um. Yes. We have. And yes I am. Is everything okay?"
She asked politely walking over to him acting worried. This of course was a fake worry, as long as Caxnon's mind stayed in contact than she got what she wanted. But the actual Yuri emotions kind of was worried. But the worry was lessened by the assurance that it would be alright.

'' No...it's not'' was all Caxnon said. he couldn't remember a thing, and he hated that. Well at least he had a lead. He could start by listening to this girl. She seemed to know him after all. But who was she? Alright time for info.
'' Where are we? And why can't I remember anything''
Apparently he must have had a really bad case of this memory loss. Maybe it wouldn't be fixed. Damn it, Caxnon is vital in this operation. She had to help open up some memories. But... they could be opened up to a better extent.
Hm. Having an emotion reaction to things may help. If he believes that me and him are closer than just a partnership, he would trust me more and be much easier to manipulate. So, by having a reaction not just explaining but showing true worry may cause the memories of emotional moments between him and me, making everything all the more believable. It's all about first impressions, and she had another chance at one. There were now memories to tap open and others to keep closed, and if everything works right than she should be able to start a strong relationship, opening more opportunities. Damn, what I'm willing to resort to for simple manipulation...
She thought to herself as she let a few tears run down her face. Half of this was acting and half of it was letting Yuri's emotions show. Wrapping her arms around him she hugged him tightly while crying slightly. This was a wonderful moment for Yuri, a terrible one for Kousei.
"We're in Traverse Town. Please don't forget. I don't know what's going on but I don't want to be forgotten"
She said choking up in tears. It was a simple overreaction but showing a very close attachment would open up most likely the memories of them kissing and her being vulnerable rather than what the real background is behind the two. It's all about giving the impression and causing certain reactions.
Caxnon was completely frozen. Why was she hugging him? And what the heck did she mean by forgotten? The nobody racked his brain to see If he really knew this girl. He tried very hard to find the memory of this girl. After a moment...he remembered something. It was weird, he pictured the two of them kissing...possibly a few minutes ago.
Caxnon backed away from the girl, as If she was planning to hurt him.
'' Correct me If I'm wrong, but we....kissed right?' he asked, still backing away slightly.
After he backed away she stumbled a bit because she was leaning in him intently. Picking up her balance once again she looked at him. He remember that? Perfect. If she could simply just guide those memories in her favor than he would become close to her and be a very easy puppet. Okay, so he remembers the kiss. Good. Obviously he doesn't remember who I really am though. I should be able to keep it that way. But it seems he's slightly afraid that he doesn't remember me. Hm, must mean he believes I'm someone quite memorable. And obviously through strong contact some memories will open up. Just as he remembers us kissing, this should be perfect. All I have to do is keep this stupid charade going on for a while. I guess what he taught me will come in handy, I have to let Yuri take over...
Some more tears came into her eyes. He barely remembered, but he remembered nonetheless. Staring to wipe her eyes she made more and more sobbing sounds from the sadness of him forgetting.
"Of course we did. Is that really all you can remember? Please! You have to remember, you can't forget about me. Please don't do this to me!"
She said quietly but in a somewhat yelling manner as she was choking up with crying. Kousei being the mind behind these emotions was a little surprised. By letting the curse emotions take over this is what happened. This curse really did have a mind of it's own. And did it really like this guy THAT much?
Caxnon stopped walking backwards. Why was she crying so much, her sentences made it seem like they were together..or have been together for a long time. But if that was true, then how come he didn't remember much about it?
The male rubbed his wrists then walked up to the girl, he was so confused.
He placed his hands on her shoulders before speaking.
'' How long, have we known each other? You, make it sound like we.....were in love'' Caxnon said.
Yuri listened and decided it was time to give some answers. But she had to tell the truth, but also keep it hidden. This was going to be difficult.
Hm. If I tell him exactly how long than it would be obvious we aren't together. But if I also tell how we started out than that would also put doubt into things. Obviously he knows we kissed meaning he should be able to think he can trust me. This should be able to be twisted around. Well, the story is we were partners ever since I came to these new worlds. He was there at my very debut. And that's when we became partners of that little group. We've been seeing each other and helping each other here and there. So if I were to leave out the details of how exactly it happened than I could be able to make this to my advantage...
"We've known each other and have been close ever since the very day I arrived on the new worlds."
Little was it known that Kousei was new to the worlds. So this is out of all honesty very true and can be morphed and deciphered as in they were nearly best friends and just recently started a relationship. Than as if to answer his second part of the question she bit her lip nervously and nodded. Not going to say anything. Lying is risky business so it's best to just twist the truth.
Caxnon simply looked at the ground. That wasn't s straight answer, but it didn't seem like a lie either. He wanted to protest, something just wasn't right. But he didn't have much of a choice at the moment. She knew him, and he possibly knew her, so maybe he could trust her.
He walked over to the girl, then looked at her straight in the eyes. He wiped her tears, then simply rapped his arms around her in a warm hug.
'' I don't remember you fully, but I don't think I could forget someone as important as you either, I believe you. I'm just a little confused right now.'' Caxnon said.
A few seconds later he held her a bit closer to him.
'' I can't remember a thing, something's off.....'' he thought.
