In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

[OOC: Woo, my first thread. Anyways, I feel like I need to give my character a purpose - otherwise all he'll be doing is running around in Traverse Town accomplishing essentially nothing. So yeah, anyone's free to screw with his head, cause I've got no specific purpose in mind. RP's more fun that way.]
Cyrus tread his way through the streets of Second District, his large polearm slung over his shoulder. Normally at this time, he'd be fighting some horde of Heartless, reveling in the thrill of a fight. Today was different. His mind was unusually somber - not to say that he was a drunk, but he hadn't had a drink in days and his head felt clearer than it had in days.
Even the Heartless seemed to be abnormally low in numbers, only one or two Shadows popped up from time to time, so there was no adrenaline rush to keep himself busy. So for the first time in a long while, he was thinking of what exactly he was trying to do here, in this world, fighting for no apparent reason at all.
He sighed, plopping down on an empty bench, staring at his empty palm that was normally curled around his weapon's shaft. His mind flashed back to his home world, taken by the Darkness. Revenge? He snorted at the idea, and clenched his fist. No, revenge is an ideal that the weak use to try and get stronger. His world was destroyed because they were weak, himself included. That's all there was to that.
Even as he discarded the idea, the words of his old mentor, who had trained him in the art of battle, came to him. "Power for the Power's sake is only wasted." Those words never felt more true than now. After all, he'd been here for who knows how long, and even now his progress felt unusually slow.
He remembered how he had once wanted to be a hero, like all young boys did. The very idea now made him laugh. Me? A Hero? Indeed, he began chuckling at the thought. No, he was far too arrogant and selfish to be a hero, even he knew that. So what then? Even as he stared at the flawless blade of his polearm, his question remained unanswered.

( I'm not exactly the best one to help with ur chars. purpose, cause mine has pretty much found hers and also just wonders around XD so hopefully someone else will do that xD)
Since Lakuri had decided to wonder away fron Kyriu for a little while, she had accomplished what she had wanted to do.. but had now gotten herself a little lost. Travers Town was still pretty new to her, so she didn't know her way around as well as she should.
Lakuri looked around the area very confusedly, she didn't recognize it either. "I hope I didn't walk into a district with a lot of heartless" she said to herself and kept on walking. She haddn't seen many people either, so she was afriad that she had, but then she saw one person sitting on a bench. she walked over to him, but stood a few feet away, leaveing her room to run if she needed to.
"E-excuse me?" she asked nervously "Do you by chance know where we are? I mean, do you know what district?" she said and hoped that this man wouldn't get angrey at her for disturbing him. "C-cause I've gotten myself a little lost" she added

(=o Well Jadis is planning to make an elite squad for Traverse Town. I was going to post an organization, but it's required to have some who are already willingly to join.)
With a groan, the door from the third district swung open with force causing the wood to thump against the bricked wall. She was wearing flats, but after wandering into the little company in the third district, she made her heels out of ice as it clicked loudly as she strolled down to return back to the hotel. Perhaps she would run into Xavier again for more helpful news.
In one day, she had to aid a clueless boy, run into a self-centered scientist, who could be snatched away by Marluxia's manipulations. Her nose flared softly emitted a mist of blue fog as her long legs to her in front of the foutain. With each step, her frustration was clear as the water stopped rippling and froze on the spot. The cobblestone brightened with the frost creeping over them. Her eyes looked up seeing a pair of a bench.
Hopefully they knew this district was guaranteed the safest, but now the heartless and nobodies were to weary to come out with the Ice Witch nearby.
Cyrus raised a brow as a strange girl approached him. He sighed. Great, a girl. Just my luck. Still, she seemed just as cautious of him as he was of her, which worked somewhat to his favor. He held in a laugh when she asked where she was, and simply let out a smirk; she was either new here or just oblivious.
Through the bright street lights and signs, he could make out her greenish eyes and hair highlights. However, his eyes were most suspicious of the gun strapped to her side. Then again, most everyone carried a weapon now; it was suicide not to.
"Yeah, this is second district," he answered, gesturing towards the buildings around him. "Normally there are lots of Heartless here, but someone must've cleared them out or something, cause none are showing up." As if on cue, a few Shadows appeared, rushing towards them, almost as if they were fleeing.
"Heh? Looks like I spoke too soon," Cyrus said as he grabbed his weapon, and prepared to fight. Even as he spoke, however, they faded into the darkness, out of range. "Wha?"

Lakuri smiled. she was happy that this new person didn't seem angrey. But she wasn't so pleased that this was an area with a lot of heartless, she stll couldn't defend herself very well agianst them. When they started to appear, she back away from them with a scared looked on her face. she looked at the man and felt a little better that he was prepared to fight, unlike herself.
" How did you do that!?" she asked amazed that they went away without him even really doing anything.

Slowly she made her way towards the stairs with her long fingers grazing along the rails. Her ears could pick up the clicking of the frost forming as the ice bended and crack, while coating the stairway. The hotel was on the other side, so she would have to walk down and past the two just to get there and to be cozy again.
The clicking of her gait continued, and her dark forest green eyes snapped open once sensing darkness. They narrowed as shadows fleed into the sanctuary of the Realm of Darkness. Nobodies weren't flourishing as much today; perhaps the Organization called them back or they learned from Jadis the hard way.
"Wha-" A confused voice reached her ears before hearing an excited youthful one. " How did you do that!?"
Stepping forward Jadis cleared her throat, "You two should know this world isn't the safest including this district. Luckily you are in groups, but I can't guarantee the children of darkness and nobodies will stay away if I were to leave this district."
A woman as pale as snow with lively red lips and dark green eyes spoke with her pale blonde hair pulled back slickly into a long braid as it swayed behind her. On top of her head was a thin frosted ice crown. Today she was adorned with a flowing white dress with heels made of ice.
His eyes narrowed as another woman approached them. Most females prodded at his warning bells. This woman, on the other hand, made fire alarms sound like a handbell. Everything from her choice of clothing to her otherworldly grace made him feel uneasy. Still, she hadn't attacked them. Yet.
"You two should know this world isn't the safest including this district. Luckily you are in groups, but I can't guarantee the children of darkness and nobodies will stay away if I were to leave this district." He bristled at this comment, which stung at his pride and reinforced his suspicions of her.
"Don't look down on me," Cyrus responded, holding his weapon in a defensive position. The fact that this woman could scare off Heartless with her mere presence made him push down any hostility. For beasts who merely knew to kill, frightening them was no mere feat. "What do you want anyways?"

Lakuri was very surprised when another women stepped forward. Lakuri couldn't do much but simply stare.
She made Lakuri very curious, on top being very pretty, she was able to simply scare the heartless away... that amazing, but what had she done to make them so scared?
Then she noticed that the man she'd asked about where she was was getting deffensive. Maybe he knew somthing that she didn't. She looked back and worth between the two. then decided to speak. " If you don't mind me asking, who are you?" She said to the women in an unusually polite way for Lakuri.

Jadis' closed her eyes hearing the pride in the other's voice. It was quite irritating to see the obnoxious behavior of the youth. "I find it quite hard not to, since I'm much taller. Also I never spoke of needing anything from you. Can't a woman give simple advise to fellow townspeople, who can easily get themselves into unwanted predicaments in dire times?"
Her nose twitched seeing his defensive posture as if that will save him if she wanted to see his head roll. The soft voice reached her ears before she looked down on a emerald bright eyed youth with brown hair. Oh dear weren't the youth going bizarre with distinquishing themselves. She had pink streaks.
"I go by Jadis informerly known as the Ice Witch to some. And you?"
"I find it quite hard not to, since I'm much taller. Also I never spoke of needing anything from you. Can't a woman give simple advise to fellow townspeople, who can easily get themselves into unwanted predicaments in dire times?"
Cyrus felt his irritation at the woman rise, and forced himself to take a deep breath. Cool it! He could feel his anger slowly fade as he fought with the desire to prove himself. Being cowed was not something he was used to after all. Though he did not lower his weapon, he let his body relax a bit.
"I go by Jadis informerly known as the Ice Witch to some. And you?"
Jadis, eh? He racked his brain for any of the rumors from town that matched, but nothing came up. You'd think someone like her would have a pretty big reputation by now.

The womans remark on the twos height made Lakuri giggle, but not like she could say anything about it. Lakuri was conciderably shorter than both of them.
"My name is Lakuria, but most people just call me Lakuri. Nice to meet you Jadis." She said an smiled.
Then Lakuri started to wonder agian, what did she mean by an ice witch? she'd heard about normal witches and such during Halloween when she was little but never anything about any certain kind.
Then she looked back at the man she had talked to before, he still seemed very defensive. But Lakuri didn't really understand why, Jadis seemed nice to her.

"It's nice to meet you as well, Lakuri. The advise still stands to move towards another district perferably the first or some shelter. Although I may be repelling beacon, I've become quite busy when it comes to Traverse Town."
Her head turned back to the third district. "I highly advise to stay away from the third and not approach suspicious strangers, especially those you won't be able to feel or notice their presence until in front of you."
She was implying Marluxia, who she had left behind. No she doesn't trust the snake, and didn't trust the children to be able to resist his temptation. "Especially stay away from those with black robes."
"In the meantime, I must decide how to seek out proper strong hearts in this haven. This world will need them," it was like a farewell as she continued to make her way towards the hotel.
The departure date was getting closer and the princess wanted to talk a bit more with her friend the fairy Alena. Alas, she was nowhere to be found and all she could do was to randomly visit the districts in search of her friend.
Not very far from her current position, she notices a group of people passionately talking about something, maybe one of them saw the diminutive girl or with some luck one of them could even be an acquaintance of the pixie hollow denizen.
"Excuse me, have you seen this fairy?"
She went near the trio of people and showed them the photo she snapped of the fairy back when she met her, the knight Antique and a fellow noble of name Ray frost. Along her she had her faithful sidekick Gustav Karl the small automaton robot, following her everywhere she went.
"Oh, one of them is leaving"
She wanted to ask the three of the about the fairy, but the oldest person in the group was already leaving when she arrived, she kind of looked like an old fashioned empress.

"In the meantime, I must decide how to seek out proper strong hearts in this haven. This world will need them."
"Wait! Jadis right?" He called out, lowering his weapon against his better judgement.
Cyrus didn't quite understand her comment about people in black cloaks - plenty of people owned black robes after all. Though what she said about not feeling their presence did pique his interest. What really caused him to call out to her retreating form was her last statement.
It was like bait that was too strong to resist, and it made him certain that the Ice Witch knew something. "What did you mean by 'This world will need them?' If something is about to happen to Traverse Town, I want to know...Please! And what do these Black Robed people have to do with anything?"
He felt his stomach twist at hearing himself beg, to a woman no less. Still, Traverse Town was his home. More so than his original world in any case. I'm no hero, but I already let down one world. I'll never live it down if I fail twice! The thought didn't make his discomfort any lighter. The woman had no reason to tell him anything.
"Excuse me, have you seen this fairy?"
He twisted his head around, surprised at the appearance of another person. What's with all the girls today?

" I would.. but I kind of got myself lost.." she said to Jadis, but she probably didn't hear her because she started walking away.
Then she started to think about what she had said about the people in black coats, she didn't know who they were but Lakuri would definantly stay away from them.
"Excuse me, have you seen this fairy?" she heard a voice say. Lakuri turned around to see another new person standing near her, holding up a picture. She looked at it and shook her head. "No I haven't, I'm sorry." She replied and looked apalogetically towards this new person. "I don't know very many people around here" She added
