In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

((..Why is it that my closest friends always leave me here? Never mind that, I'm staying in this RP.))
Halo rested her hands against the back of her head, her face was covered in amusement. "Now, now I didn't say that did I? Of course I haven't been where you have; I've lived in Traverse Town my whole entire life!" She exclaimed, and then he mentioned who he was, and what he did. Who would want to travel? Halo would rather stay home wherever that may be. "Well uh, no. It my case I could care less." She answered his question on if anyone had ever taught her to introduce herself firstly.
Then, she caught his name, a very strange name indeed for a human if he was one at all. "Mercator.. That's a very weird name, and I suppose you may call me Halo." She said to the old man not bothering to shake on it.
A chill breeze blew over the rooftops of the second district. The old man kept his malcontent expression. While glaring at Halo for her behaviour.
"Pfft." Mercator blew "Youngsters these days,... no manners. But I suppose it can't be helped. If I had lived here for my whole life, I would be completely boggers too."
The two of them were still standing high and dry on the top of a building. From their height they could see the deserted large square, the gizmo factory, the hotel, the fountain and the passageway's towards the first and third district. Aswel as a rooftop landscape wich was challenging to navigate.
But there was no time to enjoy the scenery anymore, as four orbs of darkness appeared in mid air. Surrounding the two high up. Out of each orb, a Heartless Air Soldier appeared. Hovering omniously, circling the duo like vultures over their prey.
Mercator was startled and raised his metallic walking cane so that he could use it as a weapon. Seeing the preying Air Soldiers he quickly said: "It seems not even the rooftops are safe anymore. Defend yourself lass!"
One of the Air Soldiers glided towards the old man while an other from the opposite side glided towards Halo with it's claws forward to seize their hearts.
Halo blew her bangs from out her eyes, and then mumbled, "Boggers? I highly suggest you take a look at what they have these days Gramps." Suddenly, four black orbs giving off a very bad vibes appeared. Heartless, perhaps, but Halo was diffidently prepared. She looked over at Mercator who had raised his walking cane readying himself for the fight.
You.. have got to be kidding me. If we come out of here alive I'm so buying him a new battle toy. She thought to herself, and then broke away from her sudden trance as the old man yelled for her to defend herself. This would be easy, sort of. It really depending on how many would appear.. these Heartless. One wasn't that difficult to defeat. Halo worked quickly as noticing an Air Soldier flying towards her with it's large claws extended for the kill. In a way, these things were very similar to a Bird of Prey, how they acted and all. She always seemed to get them to relate to a normal creature such as a savage wolf; her favorite, or a lion with it's massive paws and aggressive attitude. Her hand still was clamped against her whip, all she needed to do was lash out at this thing.. and.. She did, the white and golden wire coiled itself around the monster's waist, and whenever Halo jerked back with that arm suddenly, she sent the creature through a.. bone crackening experience. It vanished with a poof of black smoke.
The Heartless Air Soldier that lashed out at Mercator got parried by the metallic walking cane. That the old man used with much energy and experience. Pushing the Air Soldier back. It flew up again and staged a dive towards it's prey. Nimbly Mercator duck down as it flew over him. Although he was mumbling something aggrevated and irritatingly. Cursing in ye olde english.
The two Air Soldiers that we're still hovering above them noticed the quick destruction of one of their kind. And quickly decided who was the more dangerous of the two. The two then dived whirling like a corkscrew towards Halo, staging their attacks.
Mercator was still busy fencing off his own Heartless. So far he seemed to be doing fine, although taking his time in exterminating the threat.
